A Study on the Architectural Images on Pleasant Gathering of Leeum, Samsung Museum of Art (삼성미술관 리움 소장 「아집도 대련」 속 건축 연구)

  • This paper analysed the architectural images on Pleasant Gathering of Leeum, Samsung museum of art, which has been assumed as a work of the Koryo dynasty. Through the comparison between the unique wooden structure at roof edge on the building images and real architectures, it found the buildings on the painting were from China Fujian(福建), not from Korea. It also analysed the color painting on buildings, trees, themes from previous famous paintings and dresses to confirm these images were came from the early period of the Ming dynasty. It is a very unique painting containing various information on the Fujian ancient architecture, but its architecture drawing is not as skillful as typical ancient Chinese paintings.

  • 기계 및 건축, 토목 분야의 설계나 연구 부문에서 널리 쓰이고 있는 구조해석에는 유한요소해석 기법이 보편화된 실정이며, 간단한 구조물을 해석하기에도 수많은 계산작업을 필요로 하므로 수작업으로는 그 해석 결과를 얻어내기란 거의 불가능하며, 고속의 컴퓨터를 이용하여야만 그 결과를 얻을 수 있게 되었다. 이렇듯이 컴퓨터가 없는 구조해석은 상상할 수 없지만 그렇다고 초고속의 계산능력을 갖춘 소위 Super computer만 갖추고 있다고 해서 구조해석을 원활히 할 수 있느냐 하면 그것도 반드시 옳다고 할 수는 없다. 특히 요즘과 같이 각기 업무 특성에 맞는 컴퓨터들이 속속 개발되어 나오는 환경을 고려할 때 최적의 시스템 구성을 위해서는 과거에서 현재까지의 컴퓨터 이용추세를 돌이켜보고 앞으로의 발전방향을 예측해 보는 것은 의미있는 일이라고 하겠다.

  • Recently our country need to change about hospital building operation and business change. The recent real estate development projects are made in very complex due to the diversity of development method or its legal aspects. Under such a real estate investment, the review of investment yield rate is fundamentally important for the one that invests and the one that finances it. Previously, the focus was in the review of the time to turn the surplus or the plan for making repayment of the borrowings, and without the analysis of sufficient investment yield rate. For a simple issue of finding the most advantageous project method, there is a need for reviewing the taxation issues, fund procurement method, legal aspects, policy analysis aspects and others. Therefore, the real estate investment is now likely to encounter the form of having the time of venture as well. In conclusion, the scientific and reasonable decision making in investing on the real estate does not suggest the absolute evaluation standard but the need and the use are more and more demanded.

  • Traditional markets located in local small towns have effected local economies and culture for a long time, but their current situation is not so good. In this context, this paper tries to find out the physical characteristics and problems of local traditional markets and to extract some suggestions to improve them. For this, I selected three traditional markets as case study areas such as Mugeuk, Samseong, and Boeun located in local small town in Chungbuk Province. Using the diverse survey methods including theoretical review, basic data analysis, field survey, and questionnaire study, I examined physical features such as location, spatial structure, type of business, streetscape, and convenient facilities in the designated markets. Finally, based on this, I proposed some suggestions on the improvement of traditional markets located in local small towns as followings; expand and improve the convenient facilities, enforce the image of entrance, boost and form groups of specified business, reflect the local characteristics, and amend the related institution etc.

Damage Evaluation of a Structure Using Continuous Wavelet Transform (연속웨이블렛 변환을 이용한 구조물의 손상도 평가)

  • The damage evaluation method for framed structures using continuous wavelet transform (CWT) is proposed. CWT is applied to the response acceleration of a structure subjected to earthquake load to decompose the response acceleration corresponding to each scale, then the normalized energy value for each scale is calculated. The difference between the normalized energy curvature (NEC) in each node before and after damage indicates a damaged element, which makes it possible to assess the soundness of structural elements. As damage becomes more severe the difference in normalized energy curvature becomes larger. The NEC calculated from the signal corresponding to high scale in CWT analysis is found to be a good index that shows the location and severity of damage.

  • This research examines the need for a quantitative and objective method of calculating baseline productivity in the construction industry, which is known for its high volatility in performance and productivity. The existing literature's baseline productivity calculation methods rely heavily on subjective criteria, limiting their effectiveness. Additionally, data collection methods such as the "Five-minute Rating" are costly and time-consuming, making it challenging to collect detailed data at construction sites. To address these issues, this study proposes an objective baseline calculation method using unimpacted productivity BP, a work check sheet to systematically record detailed data, and a data collection and utilization process that minimizes cost and time requirements. This paper also suggests using unimpacted productivity BP and comparative analysis to address the objectivity and reliability issues of existing baseline productivity calculation methods.

  • 광명시 경륜 경기장은 국민 체육진흥공단에서 턴키(Turn key)공사로 발주하였고, CS구조+공간건축+대우건설, 삼성건설, 태영건설의 제출안이 당선되어 현재 시공중에 있다. 경기장의 저층부는 PC로 설계되었고, 지붕은 철골 트러스를 사용한 Dome 형상으로 이루어져 있다. 돔 지붕의 개념은 지붕에 물을 부었을 때 가장 흘러가기 쉬운 방향으로 트러스를 배치하여 유연한 힘의 흐름을 유도하는 것이다. 143.6m(폭)${\times}$183.5m(길이)${\times}$21m(높이)의 지붕엔 지붕의 개념인 Flow Truss를 물이 흐르는 방향의 방사형으로 배치하고, 내부에 압축링(Compression Ring Truss)과 외부에 인장링(Tension Ring Truss)를 설치하여 힘의 흐름을 단순화시켰고, 실내에서 보기에 플로우 트러스의 간격을 넓게 유지함으로써 개방감을 극대화시켰다. 또한 Flow Truss는 동일한 곡률과 길이로 설계하여 표준화시킴으로써 시공성과 경제성을 동시에 만족토록 하였다. 현재 저층부 시공은 거의 완료된 상황이고, 곧 지붕을 설치할 예정이다. 본 고에서는 돔 지붕의 형성 개념과 설계 과정을 살펴보고, 접합상세 등의 해결에 대해 살펴보겠다.

  • SHOP DWG의 현주소 어디까지 왔는가? 설계에서 제조에 이르는 전 과정을 컴퓨터로 제어하고 관리하는 기술. 캐드(CAD)와 캠(CAM)은 각각 computer-aided design,computer-aided manufacturing의 약칭으로 컴퓨터보조설계와 컴퓨터보조생산을 뜻한다. CAD는 설계도면을 한 장씩 수작업으로 제도하지 않고 설계 데이터베이스의 정보를 CRT(cathode ray tube)에서 화상을 보고 합성하면서 설계하므로 작업을 최적화 할 수 있다. CAD로 설계된 설계도의 내용은 CAM을 통해 NC(수치제어)공작기계에 정확한 작업동작을 지시하게 되며, 작업관리∙가공∙조립∙검사 등의 제조과정을 컴퓨터로 관리하여 작업속도와 제품의 정밀성을 높이게 된다. 최근에는 건축현장의 2D system이 보편화되어 있지만 건축현장의 핵심이라고 할 수 있는 기계설비의 기계실, 또는 조립화 공법 등에는 3차원 CAD∙CAM시스템이 개발되어 입체형상을 화면에 3차원으로 재현할 수 있고, 대상물의 표면적∙부피∙무게∙강도 등의 물리적 성질도 자동 계산하여 최적상태에서 현장의 시공에 적용할 수 있게 되었다. 1960년대 초 미국에서 자동차 모델∙엔진, 항공기 부품 등 의 설계에 수작업의 한계를 느껴 개발되었으며, 한국에서는 70년대 중반에 도입되어 운용되고 있다. 이에 따라 프로그램 회사들은 다양한 방법 등을 SHOP DWG에 적용하여 판매경쟁이 치열하다. (주)우진아이엔에스는 급속한 산업경제의 변화와 무한경쟁시대에 보다 나은 기술개발 투자에도 노력을 기울여, 2000년 11월 용인공장, 생산라인을 천안으로 이전, 확장 하여 배관 및 닥트의 CAD-CAM SYSTEM, P.F.P공법, 기계실3D, 블럭화배관, 닥트자동화 시스템, 설계, 용접공정을 공장화시켰으며, 신 개발품인 S.C.D(SEMI-CON DUCT)를 신설하여 모든 건축물에 맞는 필수적인 제품을 생산함으로써 선택의 폭을 넓히고, 현장 시공능력 효율을 높이고 있다. 이번 호에서는 (주)우진아이엔에스가 95년 설계팀을 발족하여 제로시스템의 3D공법을 공장 및 현장의 SHOP DWG에 적용해왔고 최근에는“서초 프로젝트A”현장에 SHOP DWG의 최대 결집체인 3D활용의 조립화 공법을 적용하여 초고층 오피스텔현장을 시공한 사례를 게재한다. 우진아이엔에스는 30여년의 기술 축척을 바탕으로 최고의 기술력과 풍부한 경험을 통해 아셈무역센타, 타워팰리스1차, 3차 및 목동트라팰리스, 분당트리폴리스, 수원삼성전자 R4, 등 국내굴지의 초고층빌딩 시공을 근거로 초고층의 기본설계를 이해하고 SHOP DWG을 통해서 기계설비공사의 향후 나아갈 지표를 제시하고 있다.

Establishment of Measurement Standards for Productivity Assessment in Construction Project (건설 프로젝트 생산성 평가를 위한 측정 기준 수립)

  • In general construction project planning ratio of manpower and quantity of outputs produced, such as the construction estimate standard, is used as the criterion for labor productivity. This method is highly effective in construction projects with repetitive work, however, there is a limit to apply in large-scale projects with high complexity. This is because the influence of non-work time caused by various work interruption factors that act complexly on the productivity of the project is greater than the average labor productivity derived from the performance data of the project. Therefore, this study proposes a productivity measurement method that can evaluate the characteristics of construction works and the cause of non-working time. To this end, first, detailed work processes and their non-work factors for each work type are defined, and the Adv-FMR technique is developed for quantitatively measuring them. Next, based on the concept of obtainable productivity, methods for comparative productivity analysis by work type, evaluating non-work factors, and deriving productivity improvement methods are proposed. Finally, a case study is conducted to validate that the analysis results based on Adv-FMR data can support the decision-making of construction managers on productivity management.
