Route Optimization Using Correspondent Information handover on Proxy Mobile IPv6 (Proxy Mobile IPv6에서 Correspondent Information Route Optimization 기법의 핸드오버)

  • Proxy Mobile IPv6에서는 같은 Local Mobility Anchor 내의 다른 Mobile Access Gateway에 있는 Mobile Node 들의 패킷 전송에 있어서 발생하는 삼각 라우팅 문제는 여전히 존재한다. 이 문제점을 해결하기 위해 인터넷 드래프트 Liebsch와 Dutta에서 제안된 두 가지 Route Optimization 기법의 동작과정을 알아보고, 상호 데이터 전송 상황에서 더 나은 성능을 제공하는 Correspondent Route Optimization 기법을 제안한다. 통신을 맺고 있던 Mobile Node가 Local Mobility Anchor 내 다른 Mobile Access Gateway의 범위로 이동할 경우 발생하는 핸드오버 상황에서 Correspondent Route Optimization 기법을 사용하여 signaling cost를 줄이는 방법을 제안한다. 제안한 Route Optimization 기법은 Correspondent Flag를 추가하여 Mobile Access Gateway 간 Corresponding Binding을 완료하여, Route Optimization을 설정한다. 제안한 Correspondent Route Optimization 기법은 기존의 기법보다 상호 데이터 전송 상황에서 Route Optimization에 필요한 메시지 수가 적기 때문에 시그널링 비용이 감소한다.

  • As the ship hull is a compound-curved structure, plate bending process is indispensible. The process includes press bending process for forming major 1st curvature and heating process for forming the rest curvature. Especially the heating process that is above 50 percents of entire bending work is carried out exclusively by skillful workers. Many researches have been made to automate the heating process but most of these are about line heating process and researches for triangle heating process are rare. This study is a fundamental study to develop a efficient analysis method for triangle heating and focused on clarifying the deformation characteristics of plate by triangle heating. In this paper, we carried out heating experiments and analysed the deformation characteristics of plate to explain the deformation characteristics of plates rationally by showing the phase transformed high temperature region. Also we investigated the heating effect on the hull material properties by mechanical tests.

A Study on Self-Localization of Home Wellness Robot Using Collaboration of Trilateration and Triangulation (삼변·삼각 측량 협업을 이용한 홈 웰니스 로봇의 자기위치인식에 관한 연구)

  • This paper is to technically implement the sensing platform for Home-Wellness Robot. The self-Localization of indoor mobile robot is very important for the sophisticated trajectory control. In this paper, the robot's self-localization algorithm is designed by RF sensor network and fuzzy inference. The robot realizes its self-localization, using RFID sensors, through the collaboration algorithm which uses fuzzy inference for combining the strengths of triangulation and triangulation. For the triangulation self-Localization, RSSI is implemented. TOA method is used for realizing the triangulation self-localization. The final improved position is, through fuzzy inference, made by the fusion algorithm of the resultant coordinates from trilateration and triangulation in real time. In this paper, good performance of the proposed self-localization algorithm is confirmed through the results of a variety of experiments in the base of RFID sensor network and reader system.

  • In this study, a LIDAR laser scanner was used to scan a rock slope around Mt. Gwanak and to produce point cloud from which directional information of rock joint surfaces shall be extracted. It was analyzed using two different algorithms, i.e. Ball Pivoting and Wrap algorithm, and four sampling intervals, i.e. raw, 2, 5, and 10 cm. The results of Fuzzy K-mean clustering were analyzed on the stereonet. As a result, the Ball Pivoting and Wrap algorithms were considered suitable for extraction of rock surface orientation. In the case of 5 cm sampling interval, both triangulation algorithms extracted the most number of the patch and patched area.

  • Generating a 3D surface model from coronary artery segmentation helps to not only improve the rendering efficiency but also the diagnostic accuracy by providing physiological informations such as fractional flow reserve using computational fluid dynamics (CFD). This paper proposes a method to generate a triangular surface mesh using vessel structure information acquired with coronary artery segmentation. The marching cube algorithm is a typical method for generating a triangular surface mesh from a segmentation result as bit mask. But it is difficult for methods based on marching cube algorithm to express the lumen of thin, small and winding vessels because the algorithm only works in a three-dimensional (3D) discrete space. The proposed method generates a more accurate triangular surface mesh for each singular vessel using vessel centerlines, normal vectors and lumen diameters estimated during the process of coronary artery segmentation as the input. Then, the meshes that are overlapped due to branching are processed by mesh merging and merged into a coronary mesh.

  • In this paper, we consider the encoding scheme of Low Density Parity Check codes. In particular, using the Jacket Pattern and circulant permutation matrices, we propose the simple encoding scheme of Richardson's lower triangular matrix. These encoding scheme can be extended to a flexible code rate. Based on the simple matrix process, also we can design low complex and simple encoders for the flexible code rates.

  • 최근 Internet Engineering Task Force에서 표준화가 된 Proxy Mobile IPv6는 기존의 이동성 보장 프로토콜인 Mobile IPv6가 가지는 많은 문제점을 보완했다. 하지만, Proxy Mobile IPv6에서 같은 Local Mobility Anchor 내에 있고, 다른 Mobile Access Gateway에 있는 Mobile Node 사이의 패킷 전송에 있어서 발생하는 삼각 라우팅 문제는 여전히 존재한다. 이 문제점을 해결하기 위해 최근 Liebsch의 드래프트와 A.Dutta의 드래프트에서 제안된 두 가지의 Route Optimization 기법의 동작 과정을 알아보고, 상호 데이터 전송 상황에서 더 나은 성능을 제공하는 새로운 Route Optimization 기법을 제안한다. 제안한 Route Optimization 기법은 Corresponding Information을 이용하여 Mobile Access Gateway 간 Corresponding Binding을 완료하여, Route Optimization을 설정한다. 제안한 Correspondent Information을 이용한 Route Optimization 기법은 기존의 기법보다 상호 데이터 전송 상황에서 Route Optimization에 필요한 메시지 수가 적기 때문에 시그널링 비용이 감소하였다.

Research on An Energy Efficient Triangular Shape Routing Protocol based on Clusters (클러스터에 기반한 에너지 효율적 삼각모양 라우팅 프로토콜에 관한 연구)

  • In this paper, we propose an efficient dynamic workload balancing strategy which improves the performance of high-performance computing system. The key idea of this dynamic workload balancing strategy is to minimize execution time of each job and to maximize the system throughput by effectively using system resource such as CPU, memory. Also, this strategy dynamically allocates job by considering demanded memory size of executing job and workload status of each node. If an overload node occurs due to allocated job, the proposed scheme migrates job, executing in overload nodes, to another free nodes and reduces the waiting time and execution time of job by balancing workload of each node. Through simulation, we show that the proposed dynamic workload balancing strategy based on CPU, memory improves the performance of high-performance computing system compared to previous strategies.

  • This paper compares the sensorless control performance according to the applied voltage waveform by injecting sinusoidal, triangular, and square waveform in the harmonic injection sensorless control method. By injecting various voltage shape waveform with a frequency of 1kHz, the error amount of the estimated angle for each waveform is compared and analyzed. For the experiment, the HILS(hardware in the loop simulation) system was used. The hardware is the control board, and the inverter and motor models implemented in Simulik are located in the real-time simulator. The control algorithm is implemented by the FPGA control board, which includes a PWM interrupt service routine with a frequency of 10 kHz, harmonic injection and position detection sensorless algorithm.
