1980년대 이후 과학기술자들의 공동연구가 산학연 혹은 학제간 공동연구라는 형태로 활발히 진행되고 있고, 최근에는 네트워크이론으로 까지 발전하고 있다. 그런데 우리나라에서는 산학연 공동연구는 연구결과의 산업적인 활용 촉진을 위한다는 성격이 강해 세부적인 내용에 대한 연구가 비교적 활발했지만, 학제간 공동연구에 대한 연구는 거의 없다해도 과언이 아니다. 그럼에도 기술혁신학회와 같은 경우는 학제간 공동연구 촉진을 학회의 중요한 추진방향으로 잡고 있을 정도이다. 따라서 본 연구는 학제간 공동연구를 중심으로 국내 과학기술자들의 공동연구에 대한 인식이 무엇인가를 살펴보고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 공동연구를 수직적인 공동연구와 수평적인 공동연구로 나누고, 수평적인 공동연구를 학제간 연구라 규정한다. 또한 학제간 연구를 4개의 유형으로 구분해 과학기술자들의 인식과 행태가 어떻게 나타나고 있는지를 분석한다. 분석대상은 과학기술계 전 분야의 3,184명에 대한 설문조사 결과이다.

본 연구는 공동브랜드를 이용한 마케팅 활성화를 위하여 원주의료기기 클러스터의 57개 의료기기 제조업체를 대상으로 각사의 제품경쟁력 결정요인, 주력제품의 부족요인, 그리고 공동브랜드 참여의사 및 참여 희망분야, 공동브랜드의 성공가능성 등을 분석하였으며, 그 결과를 바탕으로 공동브랜드 활성화에 필요한 사항을 제시하였다.

The government announced a strategy for the world's leading science and technology from 2008 to 2012. South Korea government has committed 1.3 percent for joint research projects research among total budget. The goal of this paper is to find Strategy for international technological participating particularly EU. This paper consists of six chapters. Chapter 2 the status of international collaborative research participation of korean companies. Chapter 3 is the theoretical basic. Chapter 4 is research methods. Chapter 5 of this paper is presented EUREKA collaboration as core of this paper. Chapter 6 hat conclusions and policy proposals.

대덕 바이오클러스터의 네트워크를 파악하기 위하여 한국특허정보원의 KIPRIS 서비스를 이용하여 한국특허정보를 분석하였다. 공동출원 한 특허에 대하여 샐튼지수(Shalton index)를 구하여 연구개발 주체 간의 연관성과 기술 간의 연관관계에 의하여 R&D network model을 제시하였다. 본 모델에 의하면 벤처기업 간 공동연구가 가장 활발하였고 벤처기업들은 대학보다는 연구기관을 선호하였다. 과학 기술지식의 산업으로의 확산을 위해서는 대학이나 출연연구소의 네트워크가 더욱 활성화되어야 한다. 일부 벤처기업이 대덕특구의 연구기관과 공동연구가 활발하였지만 특구내의 연구추체보다는 타 지역의 기업, 벤처기업, 대학과의 공동연구가 많이 이루어지고 있었다. 샐튼지수에 의하여 기술 간 연관성 분석 한 결과는 생물자원탐색 기술, 세포배양, 유전공학과 같은 기초분야를 모체로 네트워크가 형성되고 있다. 생물의약분야는 기술우위가 약하므로 이의 경쟁력 확보를 위한 네트워크가 절실히 요구되고있다. 과학기술문헌이나 특허자료를 이용한 계량서지학적 분석방법은 R&D 네트워크 구축을 위한 전략 수립에 있어 효과적인 방법으로 이용될 수 있다.

In this paper, the structural characteristics of Industry-University cooperation networks are analyzed using network analysis. Recent studies have shown that technological cooperation and joint research has a positive effect on R&D performance. In order to boost innovation performance, various types of cooperative activities and governmental policy supports for major R&D stakeholders(i.e. universities, laboratories, etc.) are provided. However, despite these efforts, the outcome is still insufficient, so it is time to prepare for a plan to build an innovative network to strengthen university-centered Industry-University cooperation activities. Specifically, this study builds the networks according to the form of Industry-University cooperations(i.e. patent, paper, joint research, and technology transfer), and different types of Industry-University cooperation networks are analyzed from a statistical viewpoint by using QAP correlation and regression analyses. The analysis results show that joint research network is closely related to paper network, and is related to other Industry-University cooperation networks. This study is expected to shed a light on supporting innovation activities such as establishing Industry-University cooperation strategies and discovering cooperative partners necessary for creating new growth engines for universities.

This study was aimed to investigate the relation between codependency and mental health and to get a idea dealing with social worker's codependency for their healthy and professional caring, which is an important factor between social worker and client in social work practice. The subjects of this study consisted of 290 social workers working in social welfare facilities of Gangwon-do. The data were collected through self-reported questionnaires from Jun. to Oct., 2013. Results indicated that codependency showed over 50% of social workers were moderate-severe level and there were the significant correlation between codependency and mental health. Implications of findings of this study were discussed.

경원전문대학 건축설비과는 대한설비건설협회 서울특별시회와 1997년 4월 29일 산학협동 협정을 체결하였다. 산학협동 협정이 체결되기 전후의 추진경과와 추진실적을 살펴보고 연도별 산학협동 추진 내용과 산학협동 추진관계를 분석하여 산학협동을 원활하게 추진할 수 있는 요인을 파악하고 산$\cdot$학이 공동으로 발전할 수 있는 산학협동 추진방안을 모색하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 본 논문은 전문대학 중소기업기술협력회가 주최하고 중소기업청$\cdot$㈜리크루트$\cdot$한국일보사$\cdot$서울경제신문사가 후원하여 1998년 11월 13일 전주공업대학에서 개최한 제4회 산학협동사례발표회에서 발표한 내용이다.

산학협력은 대학과 기업이 사회 환경의 변화에 대비하고 상호간의 이익을 공유하기 위해 구성되고 있으나 대부분은 단기성 또는 일회성이 그치는 경우가 다반사다. 그 이유는 연구 결과 또는 연구여건, 내용 등 여러 문제가 있겠지만, 대부분이 산학협력에 대해 참여주체별 추진과정에서 나타난 심리적 갈등 및 불만족이 주요인 중 하나이다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 오래전부터 우리의 내면에 잠재되어있는 전통의식과 공동체적 협동방식에서산학협력의 문제점 발생요인에 대한 원인 및 해결방안을 파악하여 산학협력의 활성화 방안을 제시하였다.
