  • The research which it sees is the simulation research for "The Ecological Diversion of Forest Land-Use System". It accomplished the simulation which applies a permission standard, it developed escape it did a model and the basic draft. From the research which it sees in order to investigate the application characteristic of natural intimate mountain district application standard the mountain district whole aspect instance middle actual object a time mountain district use standard about under selecting which it will yell it applied. "Natural intimate mountain district development standard triangular position plan research" from compatibility of the mode of life mountain district whole aspect permission standard which is proposed about under investigating it presented the improvement program and a institutional improvement direction of corresponding standard. About under preserving plan it applies the yearly environment the mountain district to sleep it prepares the foundation for it accomplished the transcendental research for. With the achievement resources which the mountain district has resultantly must preserve a value, limit of the development size it will be able to minimize the effect which it follows in development, the arrangement method back could be proposed, also the case which will use the mountain district where it is damaged induces the development which cabinets to the concept of demobilization, the case which will apply the existing forest resources takes a triangular position with the act it will be able to increase the circulating value of the resources and will do.

  • The purpose of this paper is to develop a System Dynamics model for estimating the volume of forest resources in the future and simulating the volume of function of public benefit linked to forest resources in dynamic manner. Also it is to analyze the impact when the volume of forest land conversion is controlled by policy using the SD model. The analysis was done at nation-wide for the simulation period 2000 to 2040. Estimated forest area was 6.2 million ha and estimated growing stock was $4.7\;billion\;m^3$ in 2040 from the future forecast without policies. Changing of forest resources, 13.9 billion tons of forest-ground-water storage was estimated, $1.8\;million\;m^3$ of erosion control of forest was estimated and 377 million tons of $CO_2$ absorption was estimated. As a result of simulation with two alternatives, forest area was less reduced and growing stock was bigger than do nothing policy. Also, function of public benefit reflected by changes of forest resources was enhanced. This study contributes to estimate the quantitatively measured volume of forest resources and function of public benefit over the 30 years in Korean forest land in scientific way. Using this SD model, decision maker would develop forest land policies more delicately for deserving forest resources and increasing the volume of function of public.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the leading price between Jeju and Wando's oliver flounder producer price and to analyze the dynamic effect of the regional producer price using the panel VAR model. In the process of analysis, it was confirmed that there are unit roots in the monthly data of Jeju and Wando's oliver flounder producer price. So, in order to avoid spurious regression, the rate change of producer price which carries out log difference was used in the analysis. As a result of the analysis, first, the panel Granger causality test showed that the influence of the change rate of producer price in oliver flounder in Jeju was slightly larger than that in Wando, but it was found that each region all leads the change rate of the producer price in oliver flounder. Second, the panel VAR estimation showed that the rate change of producer price in Jeju and Wando a month ago had a statistically significant effect on the change rate of producer price of each region. Third, the impulse response analysis indicated that other regions are affected a little more than the same region in case of the occurrence of the impact on the error terms of the change rate of produce price in Jeju and Wando oliver flounder. Fourth, the variance decomposition analysis showed that the change rate of producer price in the two regions was higher explained by Jeju compared to Wando. In conclusion, it is expected that the above results can not only be useful as basic data for the stabilization of oliver flounder producer price and the establishment of policies for easing volatility but can also help the oliver flounder industry operate its business.

  • This research aimed to provide a method to estimate growing stock and carbon stock using the characteristics of forest type map such as the age-class, DBH class and crown density class. We transformed the growing stock data of national forest inventory (mainly Kangwon-do province) onto those of time when the forest type map was established. We developed a simulation model for the growing stock using the transformed data and the characteristics of forest type map by the quantification method I. By comparing partial correlation coefficient, we found that quantification of growing stock was largely affected by age-class followed by crown density class, forest type and DBH class. The growing stock, was estimated as minimum in the broadleaved forest with age-class II, DBH class 'Small', and crown density class 'Low' as $20.0m^3/ha$, whereas showed maximum value in the coniferous forest with age-class VI, DBH class 'Large', and crown density class 'High' as $305.0m^3/ha$. The growing stock for coniferous, broadleaved, and mixed forest were estimated as $30.5{\sim}305.0m^3/ha$, $20.0{\sim}200.4m^3/ha$, and $23.8{\sim}238.1m^3/ha$, respectively. When we compared the carbon stock by forest type, the carbon stock by age class based on growing stock was maximum when DBH class was 'Large' and crown density class was 'High' regardless of forest type. This estimation of growing stock by using characteristic of forest type can be used to estimate the changes in growing stock and carbon stock resulting from deforestation or natural disaster. In addition, we hope it provide a useful advice when forest officials and policy makers have to make decisions in regard to forest management.
