The study aimed at examining ideas about specialty and general job satisfaction among beauty counsellors in charge of door-to-door sales and at considering current channels of practical education concerning products for beauty counsellors, its actual conditions, and correlation with the amount of sales in order to help cultivate a competitive beauty counsellor for the future. To find out general properties of subjects, both frequency and percentage were estimated. And in order to examine counsellors' understanding of channels and realities of their education and their working conditions, educational contents on practices, and educational methods and need, $x^2$(Chi-square) test, frequency analysis, t-test, and one-way ANOVA were carried out. The results can know as follows that beauty counselling in charge of cosmetics sales is a profession to need expertise and so no.

The purpose of this study is to suggest a necessity and development of radiation counsellor qualifications system for the public to solve the anxiety and the curiosity about radiation exposure. We analyzed the definition and role of radiation counsellor and define radiation counsellor qualifications system. Qualification is given to those who have completed the professional training course organized by Korea Energy Information Culture Agency (KEIA). Since 2014, KEIA has been conducting radiation counsellor training, Examination and certification. This system continues to promote efforts to disseminate and develop the right knowledge about radiation risk and information of radiation risk to the public. Also, it is thought that radiation counsellors could be able to fulfill the roles needed in society through legislation for the mandatory placement of radiation counsellors.

The recent economic downturn has created new challenges for today's company workers such as increased job instability; layoffs; the need to maintain dual income households and the associated childcare requirements; and other job stresses. These stresses give rise to serious problems for workers and ultimately to organizations. Companies therefore need to pay attention to solving the problem of stress. These days, many companies seek a solution from EAP. EAP aims to support workers through counseling, consulting and coaching services to help them overcome issues which may adversely affect job satisfaction and performance. EAP was introduced in this country ten years ago. Formerly, many companies viewed stress primarily as a personal issue. But now more companies are in a hurry to adopt EAP as a means for individuals to resolve stress. This study draws on the example of EAP use in LG Hausys. The company has adopted EAP under the CEO's strong support. The company has effectively managed EAP services which include professional counseling and the training of internal counselors. This study derives implications for the further implementation of EAP services.
