This research as a literature study is to clarify solution method of hypochondriasis through focused distraction. Hypochondriasis is called by various terms such as somatization symptoms, health anxiety, illness phobia, illness anxiety disorder, hypochondriacal disorder, hypochondriacal neurosis, and hypochondria personality disorder. Hypochondria is basically a factor that causes worry, fear, anxiety, and even phobia, lowering the quality of life at home, work, and society. As the quality of life of individuals is decreasing, the field of counseling psychology and psychological counseling has the task of solving this problem and restoring psychological peace. Accordingly, this study is an attempt to explore the symptoms of hypochondria by using the distraction strategy among cognitive strategies as a way to resolve the condition. Focused distraction strategy can be said to be a kind of cognitive 'avoidance strategy'. Focused distraction strategy is a way to avoid being overly focused on one's health. In addition, it weakens health concerns by 'dispersing' or 'distracting' the 'attention' focused on health in another direction.

This paper analyzes the relationship between the industry bank loan concentration and its risk using the Korean bank loan data. We focused on the construction and real estate industry which are controversial on the non performing loans. We used the construction or leasing real estate industry bank loan ratio of the corporate bank loan as the bank loan concentration proxies. The bank risk are measured as the equity capital rate or the size of non performing loans. According to the results of this research, the preceding bank loan ration of the construction industry or the leasing real estate industry decreases the non performing loans and increases the equity capital rate. The bank loan concentration to the specific industry may not increase bank risk. The bank loan concentration may decrease the information asymmetry and improve the screening abilities the non performing loans. We suggest that the bank loan concentration on the construction or leasing real estate industry in the Korean economy may not directly connected to the bank risk.

This study analyzed intra-regional disparities by using the concentration index of industrial organization theory. And the range of study is 11 cities in Chungcheongbuk-do province. This study aims to clarify the characteristics of the intra-regional disparities by using concentration ratio(CR) and Herfindahl-Hirschman Index. After the review of previous studies, we intend to study the intra-regional disparities using these two indexes. Target is the bio-health industry that all povinces in South Korea want to develop competitively. In addition the analysis was conducted by dividing the bio-health industry into four detailed fields(pharmaceuticals, medical devices, health functional foods, and cosmetics). These fields are based on the results of the city and county competitiveness-enhancing industry. The research results derived the intra-regional disparities index based on sales, the number of workers, and R&D expenses by detailed field. As a result it was confirmed that the strengths according to the detailed fields differed by region. It can be used as basic data in establishing differentiated industrial development strategies for each region in the future.

90년대 이후 우리나라의 인구집중현상은 수도권에서 인근 소규모 도시까지 점차 확장된 택지개발 및 도로확장 정책을 생산하게 하였고 각종 부대 산업들의 발전을 이루게 되었다. 이러한 정책들은 수도권이라는 도시 집중현상을 가속화시키게 되었고 서울, 인천 및 부천 등에 국한되었던 집중 현상이 조금씩 확장되어 안산, 평택, 시흥 등 소규모 도시와의 경계가 모호할 정도로 가까워지고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 실정에서 국내에서는 유통마진을 최소화하여 소비자에게 저가의 상품을 제공하고자 하는 유통할인점들이 90년대 후반 이후 급격하게 증가하여 들어서기 시작하였다.
