지난 8월 25일부터 29일까지 국제원자력기구 (IAEA)는 본부소재지인 오스트리아의 비엔나에서 특별회의를 가졌다. 이 회의에서는 전적으로 소련의 체르노빌원전 4호기 원자로의 4월 사고가 집중토의되었는데, 소련대표는 많은 량의 자료를 공개하였다. 다음은 Nuclear News지의 유럽특파원 Simon Rippon씨가 이 회의에 참석하여 소련측의 발표와 이에 대한 외부 옵서버들의 분석을 취재한 내용이다.

2000년대 후반부터 급속히 성장하여 2011년 농림업 전체 생산액 중 7위를 차지한 오리산업은 한때 1조 3,966억원을 생산하며 황금기를 이끌어냈다. 2012년 당시 도압수는 9,040만9,000수로 최고 호황가를 기록했다. 이렇게 끝없는 발전의 길을 걷던 오리산업의 발목을 잡은 것은 바로 AI(조류인플루엔자). 2010년부터 해마다 반복적으로 발생한 AI로 오리산업은 악화일로를 걷게 됐다. 그리고 더 큰 문제는 AI의 주범으로 낙인찍힌 오리산업에 대대적인 규제가 가해진 것이다. AI 방역정책의 골자로 정부가 내세운 새로운 무기는 '오리농가 사육제한', 휴지기제였다. 오리산업의 휴지(休止), 쉬는 것이 아닌 산업을 정지하는 휴지기제가 시작됐다. 쉬는 것이 아닌 멈춰있는 오리산업의 휴지기제를 집중 취재했다.

This study analyzed the effect of small and medium businesses' R&D intensity and patents on their price-earnings (P/E) ratios. Regression analysis was conducted on a sample of manufacturers listed on the Korean Securities Dealers Automated Quotations (KOSDAQ) for the past decade (2000~2009). The result is summarized as follows. First, a negative correlation was identified between companies' R&D intensity and their P/E ratios, but no significant relationship was found between their numbers of domestic patent applications and registrations and P/E ratios. Second, the analysis of the effect of the companies' R&D intensity on their P/E ratios resulted in a negative correlation of -1%. Third, the analysis of the effect of the companies' number of domestic patent applications and registrations on their P/E ratios showed that they did not have any significant relationship. Fourth, high-tech firms' R&D intensity had a negative correlation of -1% with their P/E ratios, but had a positive correlation of 1% with their numbers of domestic patent applications. Furthermore, the R&D intensity of middle-to-high and middle-to-low tech enterprises had a negative correlation of -1% with their P/E ratios, whereas their numbers of domestic patent applications and registrations had no significant relationship with their P/E ratios. The above results suggest that to produce successful outcomes from their R&D investment and patents, individual firms need strategies for technological innovation that relate to their technological level.

This study found the power analysis and increase plan of Smart work industry out. We did the internet survey with 117 experts of Smart work and analyzed International competitive power and Smart work marketability. The results was as follows: First, Experts recognized the growth about Cloud computing industry so that they were most high. Second, The thing which the earning of Smart work industry is high appeared a Security industry, Cloud computing industry, and Mobile office industry etc sequence. Third, The Smart work industry which an international technique power level is high appeared in a Smart e-learning industry, Mobile office industry, and Security industry etc sequence. Lastly, An Smart work industry which the concentration supports in the government dimension Security industry, Cloud computing industry, Smart work user SW industry, and Smart e-learning industry etc sequence. This research products will use for there even though it prepares a concentration support industry in the government dimension an activation policy.

지난 22일 23일 양일간 우리협회 9층 대회의실에서 항공우주산업개발기본계획 수립을 위한 Workshop이 정부·업계·학계·연구소 등 약 200여명이 참여한 가운데 양 일간 개최되었다. 항공우주산업개발기본계획 수립과 관련하여 동 기본계획에 반영해야 할 사항을 집중적으로 토의하여 다양한 의견을 수렴했던 이번 행사는 6개의 소주제별로 패널을 구성하여 기본계획(안)에 있는 내용을 근간으로 주제발표자가 검토한 내용을 발표하고 패널간 토론뒤 전체토의를 하는 방식으로 진행되었다. 첫째날은 ''''항공우주산업과 정부의 역할 및 지원방안''''이란 대주제에 3개의 소주제로 나뉘어 진행되었으며, 둘째날은 ''''항공우주산업의 INFRA 구축방안''''이란 대주제를 갖고 진행되었다. 본 지에서는 주제발표자의 발표 요약분을 게재하였다.

Recently, technology acquisition through technology trade plays a critical role in obtaining national competitiveness in a global era. However, current studies mostly focus on grasping the characteristics or macro status of technology trade and analyzing the impact of technology acquisition through the technology transaction, leading to the failure of providing a theoretical and practical background of national policy-making. Therefore, this research aims at investigating the concentration rate of technology, companies and countries where Korean companies obtain technological capability on the basis of the Bank of Korea's data related to 'loyalty payment in technology licensing', additionally analyzing the types of exported technology and loyalty payment. From these analyses, the degree of concentration that pre-defined 31 technology classifications depend on specific technologies, companies and nations are examined and the characteristics of technology trade types are investigated. The results of this research can be used to make a technology policy and analyze the characteristics of technology innovation of Korea industries.

Industrial security research has shown a rapid increase over the past decade. With the establishment of the Korean Association for Industrial Security in 2008 and the establishment of the departments of industrial security in recent years, academic interests and research on industrial security are also spreading at a rapid pace. Although academic interest and research have grown in quantitative terms, research on theoretical fields that are the basis of academic systematization is extremely limited. There is a focus on the issue of specific issues and practical solutions without worrying about the theoretical basis including conceptualization. Therefore, in most studies, the concept of industrial security remains at the level of accepting the concept applied in the previous research. Most industrial security research focuses on the specific topic of 'industrial technology protection' because it considers the concept of industrial security to be reduced to industrial technology protection. Although industrial security is composed of a wide range of fields, recognizing a specific field as an entirety of industrial security appears to be a serious problem. As a result, the concept of industrial security in industrial security research is being used ambiguously, incorrectly, and conveniently. It is necessary to accurately and recognize the concept of industrial security based on logical clarity and empirical feasibility.

본 연구는 경제의 정보화와 기술발달에 의해 등장한 전문정보서비스산업을 사례로 하여 세계화-지방화의 경향하에서 공간적 발달 경향을 고찰하였다. 산업의 세계화가 가속화되고 지역간 경쟁의 심화되는 추세 속에서 전문정보서비스 산업은 특정 장소가 제공하는 입지요소에 더욱 민감하게 될 것임을 시사한다. 유연적 전문화의 가설과는 달리 이 산업이 특정지역에 뿌리내리게 되는 요체는 특정 지역과 세계적 차원의 연결 및 통합의 원활함에 달려있다. 세계도시와 같은 양호한 입지조건을 갖춘 지역은 여타 지역을 배제하고 집중을 지속시켜 나가는 경향을 보여 준다.

국내 재제조 산업은 대부분 자동차부품, 토너 카트리지 등에 집중되어 있으며, 소규모 영세업체가 상당한 비중을 차지하고 있다. 판매되는 재제조 부품의 반품회수율(불량률)은 5~10% 정도이나, 재제조 기술 수준은 미국, 유럽 등 선진국의 30% 정도로 평가된다. 최근에는 규모는 크지 않지만 컴퓨터, 카메라, 가전 등 전자제품 분야에서도 재제조 시장이 형성되고 있다. 우리나라 재제조 산업은 대상 부문 및 시장 규모 등에서 미국에 비해 매우 초보적인 단계에 있지만, 재제조 산업이 갖는 경제적 환경적 가치를 고려하여 관련 산업의 활성화 방안을 모색할 때이다. 본 고는 한국산업연구원에서 7월 5일에 발표한 보고서 내용을 발췌 정리한 것이다.
