보안은 오직 기술을 관리하는 것이 아닌 사람관리, 조직관리, 경영관리이다. 그 중에서도 인적자원은 모든 산업에서 가장 중요한 자원임과 동시에 보안의 측면에서 볼 때 가장 통제해야 하는 존재이다. 이는 산업보안에서 가장 큰 이슈인 산업기술 기밀 유출이 주로 전 현직 임직원 및 협력업체 직원 등 인적자원을 통했기 때문이다. 미래 산업의 중심이 될 IoT환경에서는 산업기술이 핵심자산이므로 이에 더 주목해야 할 필요가 있다. 이처럼 인적자원에 대한 통제와 관리가 산업보안에서 중요한 의미를 갖는 것에 비해 기존의 보안관리체계의 통제항목은 대부분 IT적인 부분에 치중되어있다. 또한, 체계적인 운영이 부족하고, 산업스파이, 정보절취 등 다양한 위험요소가 존재한다. 특히, 인적자원은 완벽한 예측이 불가능하므로 위험을 최소화하는 방법을 고안해 대는 것에 유념하여 IoT환경에서의 인간중심적인 보안관리체계 구축해야한다. 이를 위해 기존의 정보보호 관리체계 분석을 통하여, 기존의 인적보안 지침들의 적합성을 따져 우선순위를 적용하여 효율적인 인적자원관리 방법론을 설계하였다. 본 연구결과는 보유자원을 가장 효율적으로 활용하여, 그 조직에 적합한 보안체계를 구축하는데 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

산업의 급속한 발전은 많은 폐자원을 발생시킨다. 특히 연안 지역은 특성상 다양한 산업들에 의해 여러 종류의 폐자원이 배출된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 연안역의 폐자원 데이터를 관리하고 활용하기 위한 데이터베이스를 구현하였다. 폐자원 및 폐자원 활용 데이터를 표현하기 위한 데이터 모델을 설계하고 구현하였다. 인터넷 환경에서 데이터수집미치검색을 효과적으로 지원할수 있도록 하였다.

ERP is an integrated information system to manage all human and material resources in offices. Therefore, the business competitiveness is reinforced. The best requirement of ERP is the real time data collection and analysis in ubiquitous environment. Passive information collection is a problem in existing ERP system. To solve that problem, active system is proposed using RFID Tag and Reader. From the simulation results, we confirm that resource information is acquired and event message is occurred after fixed time. In this paper, the real time management system of industry resource with RFID collects resource information actively instead of passive information collection and supports the event according to the schedule.

Recently, the importance of efficient resource management has been highlighted due to the uncertainty of its security. Korea has thus made an effort to improve the resource productivity in various fields such as the increase of recycling rate and the establishment of methodical resource management system. It is still necessary to draw the innovative improvement measure of national resource efficiency. This study derives major issues of recycling potential in the domestic industry by analyzing the current status of generation, treatment and recycling of industrial wastes in Korea. Futhermore, main tasks for promoting the improvement of national resource efficiency through the recycling of industrial wastes in Korea have been proposed based on the results of this study with the comparison of Japan's situation.

국내 게임 산업은 여타 문화 산업과 비교하였을 때 상업화의 시기는 가장 늦었음에도 불구하고 2003 년을 기준으로 4 조를 넘을 정도로 급성장을 하였다. 그러나 게임 제작사의 95% 이상이 적자에 시달리고 있는데 이는 게임 제작과 관련하여 개발 단계에 있어 담당자의 역할 분배 및 각 단계에 대한 적절한 관리를 하지 못해 팀원간 의사소통, 게임제작 공정 생성물 관리, 핵심 기술 및 자원관리 등의 문제가 발생하기 때문이다. 이러한 문제점들은 CASE 툴을 통해서 해결이 가능하다. CASE 툴을 통해 게임제작 공정에 있어 팀원간의 의사 소통과 인력 및 자원 관리, 각 공정간 산출물의 버전 컨트롤 및 이력관리의 정보를 체계적으로 관리할 수 있도록 한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 ISO12207과 RUP 프로세스를 기반으로 게임제작 공정의 생산성과 효율성을 증가시킬 수 있는 게임제작 기획, 자원관리도구를 설계 및 구현하였다.

Industrial heritage resources produced by industrial activities have historical and conservative values and value as cultural properties as they serve as a medium connecting the past, present, and future. In other words, Industrial heritage resources should be used, managed, and preserved simultaneously as important records and evidence for the future. Metadata is well known as a necessary and important factor for the use, management, and preservation of information resources. In particular, in order to describe various industrial heritage resources that have historical, cultural, and conservative values, metadata elements from various perspectives are needed to relate to the story, type etc. of data. Therefore, this study attempted to design metadata elements that can comprehensively describe different types of industrial heritage resources. And we designed metadata that suited for the purpose of using, managing, and preserving industrial heritage resources, through mapping and combination between industrial heritage-related metadata. As a result, metadata was grouped into five types(administrative, descriptive, preservation, technical, use) and prepared into a total of 25 higher & 86 lower elements.

Recently, the importance of efficient resource management has been highlighted due to the uncertainty of its security. Developed countries promote the legislative provision and transition of industrial structure to maximize the efficiency of resource use through supporting the sustainable resource management at national level. Meanwhile Korea has very sensitive industrial structure along with the international resource supply and demand conditions. It is acutely necessary to improve the resource productivity with the various action plans such as the increase of recycling rate and the establishment of methodical resource management system. Especially, the study on the direction of each flow stage and the concrete action plans for using resource efficiently in the life-cycle of resource will be required. Therefore, this study suggests the future direction of each flow stage(production stage and circulatory stage), and the concrete action plans to improve the present problems of resource management in Korea.

철강제조업 정보SYSTEM에 CIM(Computer Integrated Manufacturing)을 적용한 결과 설비와 정보의 자동화와 더불어 인력자원의 성력화에 의한 인원 및 자원의 절감등이 주요 효과로 나타났다. 영업관리, 자재관리, 생산관리, 출하관리, 설비관리를 시스템화하여 수요예측에 의한 자재·제품·재고 보유량을 감소할 수 있었으며, 원활한 공정진해응로 제조기간의 단축이 가능하였다. 또한 효율적인 설비관리, 정보의 공유 및 실시간 제공으로 신속한 의사결정지원등의 직·간접적인 효과가 나타났다.
