  • 현대사회의 구조변화에 따라 직업교육의 효율성과 산업현장의 전문인력 양성을 위한 교육방안의 일환으로 연계교육(2+2)이 실시되고 있다. 그러나 연계 교육은 학교 현장에서 정상적으로 교육과정을 진행할 수 없는 현실적인 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이러한 관점에서 연계교육을 병행하고 있는 실업계 고등학교에서는 아직 졸업하지 않은 학생들의 연속적인 교육을 위해 인터넷을 이용한 교수-학습 방법을 제시할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 연계교육을 위한 효율적인 교수-학습방법을 제시하고, 이를 효율적으로 운영 및 평가할 수 있는 원격대화식 학습 평가시스템을 설계 및 구현한다.

An Analysis of the Linked Structure for Technology-Industry in National R&D Projects (국가 R&D과제의 기술-산업 연계구조분석)

  • Technology is closely related to industrial development and various studies have been performed to understand the linked structure for knowledge flow between the technology and industry. The research, however, wasn't carried out to flow for Korea National Research and Development projects. In this study, linked structure for technology-industry was discussed by utilizing patent data performed in actual National R&D using NTIS Information of the national research and development, and then it was analyzed how knowledge flows between the technology and industry are flowing. It should be defined that the individual applications expected by researchers at the start of the research and technology-industry applications actually applied from the research performances after research was completed. As a result, it was confirmed in most projects the flow of knowledge was occurring to predicted industries before the start of the R&D. However, the technology was applied to unexpected industry in three industries such as Y09(medical, precision and optical instruments), Y10(electrical and mechanical equipment), Y11(automotive and transportation equipment). The results of this study will be able to contribute to planning for efficient investment strategy of technology-industry by investigating the technology-industry knowledge flow relations of national R&D projects.

The Spatial Characteristics on the Mobile Industry's Value Chain in Daegu-Gyeongbuk Region (대구.경북지역 모바일산업의 가치사슬 구조와 공간적 특성)

  • This paper was to examine the spatial characteristics on the mobile industry's value chain based on the structure of value chain, the process of development, and the industrial linkages of mobile industry in Daegu-Gyeongbuk region. The mobile industry's value chain in Daegu-Gyeongbuk region consists of the infrastructure, mobile device, platform & embedded SW, and mobile contents sector. Among these sectors, the leading value chain sector in mobile governance is the mobile device sectors, especially the finished products sector. These sectors have developed by policies as well as networks with large enterprises such as Samsung and LG, and it forms a hub-and-spoke cluster. The infrastructure and mobile device sector are located in Gumi, Gyeongbuk, the embedded SW and mobile contents sectors are located in Daegu, which means decentralized agglomeration. The sectors of infrastructure and mobile device form the strong forward-backward linkages with firms in Daegu-Gyeongbuk region. For the embedded SW sector, the forward-backward linkages are active with firms located in Seoul metropolitan area. For mobile contents sector, the backward linkages are formed with firms in Daegu and the forward linkages are formed with firms in Seoul metropolitan area.

컨테이너 터미널의 내륙운송 효율화를 위한 플랫폼 개발 모델 구축

  • 4차 산업혁명의 가속화에 따라 해운 항만 산업 분야 또한 정보적 측면에서 빅 데이터에 대한 업종별 통합과 공유를 통해 연계 산업 간 산업활동 효율화를 위한 노력이 요구된다. 현재 물류 분야에 다양한 플랫폼들이 도입되고 있지만 대부분 화물운송업 또는 창고 중개업 분야에 편중되어 있다. 항만산업의 경우 코로나 펜데믹 이후 발생한 컨테이너 반입 제한 및 장치율 증가 등에 따라 운송사와 컨테이너터미널 간 갈등이 지속적으로 유발되는 상황이 발생되었다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 플랫폼을 활용한 컨테이너터미널과 운송사 간 플랫폼 개발의 필요성을 인지하고 상호 기업 간 연계 효율성을 높일 수 있는 방안을 모색하였으며 산업 관계자인 컨테이너터미널 운영사, 운송사, 포워더 업종 종사자들을 대상으로 설문지 기반 실증 분석을 수행하였다. 결과적으로 EFA를 통해 추출된 14가지 요인으로 IPA 분석을 수행한 결과 1사분면(사용 용이성, 보안성, 정보 정확성, 정보 적시성, 차량 반출/반입정보, 공컨테이너 반입/반출 정보, 풀컨테이너 반입/반출정보)으로 품질에 대한 지속적인 개선이 수행되어야 하며 2사분면(APP 시스템 품질)에 대한 고려가 종합적으로 수행되어야 함이 도출되었다. 또한, 플랫폼 개발의 주체와 이용자의 참여 유도가 필요하며 상호 이해관계자 간 효율적인 연계와 효율화를 위한 인식 구조 개선이 필요하다고 나타났다. 연구결과는 향후 컨테이너터미널과 내륙운송의 효율적인 연계를 위한 플랫폼 구축에 중대한 시사점을 제공한다.

  • This paper aims to draw essential facts of network city, to analyze the urban corridor in South-East region, Korea, as a network city. Firstly, the characteristics of the network city is examined theoretically. The global economy is developing an innovative class of network cities. A network cities evolve when two or more previously independent cities, potentially complementary in function, strive to cooperate and achieve significant scope economies aided by-fast and reliable transport and communications infrastructure. Network Cities place a higher priority on knowledge-based activities like research, education and the creative arts. Each constituting city stands to benefit from the synergies of interactive growth via reciprocity, knowledge exchange and unexpected creativity. Secondly, we discussed the network structure of cities in South-East region, Korea itself intensively. We survey the network location and outline of the urban corridor in South-East region, spatial specialization and interaction between the constituting cities. We also discussed the problems of the network cities in South-East region, Korea and introduced the desirable policies and alternatives. We can ascertain from the case study of cities in South-East region that the cities in South-East region corresponds the network city model fairly.

Collaborative Relationship and Spatial Features on the Large Firm Based Production Linkages: The Case of the Samsung Electronics and its Subcontracting Firms (대기업 주도 생산 연계의 협력 관계와 공간적 특성 - 삼성전자 반도체사업본부와 그 협력업체를 사례로 -)

  • This paper aims to analysis the production linkage relationships between large firm and its subcontracting firms, especially focus on the spatial network and collaboration network. For the purpose of it, the division of semiconductor in Samsung Electronics and its most important subcontracting firms are picked up for the case study. The empirical study show that the location distribution pattern of Samsung Electronic's subcontracting firms is concentrated very highly on the Kyeong-Ki Province and Chung-Nam Province in Korea, which is the location sites of Samsung Electronic's key plants as well as the best environment for business in Korea. And the major subcontracting firms seems to be in the hierarchic and vertical relationship with Samsung Electronics rather than horizontal and good collaboration network in this case.

  • 장비산업은 다품종 소량 생산 및 수주 개발의 특성으로 인하여 제품의 경쟁력을 개발 초기에 확보하기 위한 디지털 개발 프로세스의 도입이 필수적이며 이를 위해서는 형상 설계, 구조/유동해석, 제어 설계 등 구성 요소의 기능만큼이나 기능간의 연계가 중요하다. 디지털 개발의 확산을 위해서는 단위 요소의 개발과 더불어 이종 SW 개발자 간의 공동 개발을 통해 실 사용자의 요구를 반영한 통합 솔류션의 제공이 필요하다.
