출판을 비롯한 문화산업 혹은 CT(문화콘텐트)산업은 21세기 지식기반시대 가장 유망한 산업으로 부상하고 있다. 따라서 선진 각국은 물론 대부분의 나라들이 이 분야를 국가의 핵심적인 전략산업으로 채택하고 이에 대한 적극적인 투자를 아끼지 않고 있다. 그 결과 문화산업 분야의 세계 교역량은 예상을 뛰어넘는 큰 규모로 확대되고 있으며 이 시장을 선점하기 위한 기업간, 나라간 경쟁은 물론 최근에는 문화권간, 대륙간 경쟁도 치열해지고 있다.

우리나라의 항공우주산업과 그 기술은 그동안의 방위산업 육성정책과 연계하여 그 기반은 상당히 구축되었으나 아직 핵심기술이 취약하고 자본과 전문인력이 부족한 상태에 머물러 있는 실정이다. 그러나, 항공우주산업의 육성과 기술개발에는 방대한 투자와 장기간이 소요되며, 따라서 범국가적 연구개발 체제의 수립 및 역할분담과 장기계획의 수립, 그리고 무엇보다 계획에 의한 일관성있는 장기적 정책의 실현이 중요하다고 하겠다.

현재 광학 산업계가 직면하고, 앞으로 직면하게 될 여러가지 불황요인을 타계할 수 있는 가장 좋은 돌파구는 광학응용기기의 개발 및 생산이라 할 수 있겠다. 광학기반 기술을 보유한 업체에서는 제품 개발이 용이하고, 완성품 위주의 생산을 통한 해외 판로로 개척이 가능할 것이라 사료된다. 또한 부품산업에서 완성품 산업으로의 전환은 경쟁력 제고에도 상당한 도움이 될 것으로 본다.

올해 포장산업을 결산하기는 다소 이르지만 몇 가지 흐름을 짚어 보았다. 가장 두드러진 경향은 역시 환경대응의 노력인 것으로 보인다. 그밖에 고기능의 고부가가치 제품 생산, 물류혁신, 산업디자인 발전의 기반 조성, 여러 포장산업관련 단체의 출현 등도 눈에 띄인다. 기계기기, 종이 및 골판지(상자), 제관 및 유리산업과 관련해서는 다음에 언급할 기회가 있을 것으로 생각한다.

지속적으로 산업시장이 고도화되면서 산업시장분석 역시 빅데이터 수준의 데이터 증가에 따라 분석 업무의 효율성 재고가 더욱 요구되고 있으며, 분석 관점역시 차원이 증가하며 분석 방법론의 새로운 적용 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 활용 가능한 공개데이터베이스의 탐색, 공개데이터 베이스 기반의 산업분석 사례 연구의 분석, 이슈의 선정 및 이슈 관련 산업의 선정, 선정된 이슈와 선정된 산업의 시장분석 주요 주제 파악, 해당 산업의 선정된 분석주제 분석을 위한 영향요인 탐색을 수행하였다. 또한 비공개 데이터를 활용하여 실제 이슈와 관련된 산업의 영향요인을 심층적으로 분석하여 관련 결과를 비교하였다. 이러한 목적에 따라 최근 정치사회적으로 이슈가 되었던 국내 사드(THHAD, 종말고고도지역방어) 배치로 인한 중국의 정치경제적 보복조치로 국내 화장품 산업의 대(對) 중국 수출에 대한 영향을 파악하기 위해 공개 데이터베이스에 기반한 주요 요인을 탐색하고 관련 요인을 파악하였다. 분석 결과 중국의 GDP 대비 재화 및 서비스 수입 비중, 상품 수입액, 인구 15-64세 여성 비중, 도시인구 비중이 지표로써 유의한 것으로 확인되었으며, 이외에 상업서비스 수입 대비 여행서비스비율도 유의미한 지표로 추정되었다. 그러나 사드 보복에 따른 화장품 산업의 중국 수출 규모 심층 연구 결과 중국의 사드 보복에 따른 제도적 조치는 없었으며, 수출 실적 상에서 한국 화장품에 대한 일시적 기간에(2017년 4월, 5월) 수출이 급감하였으며, 이는 한국 화장품에 대한 중국 소비자의 구매의향 및 구매율이 실직적으로 낮아진 것으로 추정되나 6월 이후 중국 화장품 수출 실적은 전년대비 다시 10%이상 성장하면서 지속적인 성장을 이루고 있는 것으로 확인된다.

Recently the value and importance of contents industry is rapidly increasing. In particular, consumption on contents convergence integrating contents and new technologies is being increased as smart devices become popular. Next generation contents convergence industry is being recognized as a new engine for national economic development. However there is no concrete framework defining next generation contents convergence industry. This fact brings about serious problems in defining the scope of the industry. To develop effectively new industry, there is a strong need to define types of contents convergence based on dominant factors leading content convergence trend while shedding light on contents, technologies and industry. To define classification of next generation contents convergence indudstry, this study analyzes attributes of contents convergence and carries out conjoint analysis. Based on the attributes found from conjoint analysis, the study suggests new classification scheme of contents convergence industry.

The innovation is an important element controlling national economic growth and the competitive power reinforcement of the company. The developed nations concentrate interest on upbringing and investment in knowledge intensive industry and advanced technology base industry for national competitive power reinforcement. I support in particular it as Korean representative industry in the case of the advanced technology base industry positively in the government. Though a patent can become the important competition predominance element of the company by such an advanced technology base industry, this and the proof study in the country to be concerned with are the facts that are not enough now. As for the article of the book, what kind of difference there is in importance by IT and BT industry distinction comment on current events value factors of the patent valuation; of the study is aimed. I derived an importance factor among factors shown in the valuation model of the patent valuation organization and an existing precedent study for comparison analysis in the study and used it. In addition, it was analysis hello it utilized AHP technique, and what kind of difference patent value evaluation important factors showed by IT and BT industry distinction. 홈랜드 시큐리티는 비군사적 위협으로부터의 국토안보를 의미하며, 정보보호, 물리보안, 무인경비, 산업 및 재해방지시스템 등을 연계하여 사이버 공격, 산업기술 유출 및 국제테러 등에 효과적으로 대응하는 IT 기반의 융 복합 분야를 통칭하고 있다. 홈랜드 시큐리티의 주요 영역은 여러 가지 분류가 가능할 수 있지만, 항공보안, 대량수송보안, 해양보안, 인프라보안, 사이버보안, 국경보안, 대테러 첩보, 비상대응 등으로 구분할 수 있다. 홈랜드 시큐리티의 영역중 사물지능통신이 제한적으로 활용되고 있으며 향후 활용이 확대될 것으로 예상되는 분야 중 하나는 스마트그리드를 포함한 사회기반시설 분야이다. 사회기반시설은 이미 사이버 보안위협에 노출되어 있으며, 향후 사물지능통신이 보편화되면 사회기반시설은 사이버공격의 핵심대상으로 더욱 부각될 것으로 예상된다. 본 고에서는 사회기반시설의 사물지능통신 현황 및 향후 전망을 살펴보고, 사회기반시설에 대한 사이버 보안위협 사례와 대응 현황에 대해서 소개한다.

To achieve zero-emission, one of the main goals of an eco-industrial park (EIP), it is needed to develop an effective water exchange network. The network includes various subsystems and decision making processes, which make the modeling process extremely complicated. Agent-based modeling was used to simulate water exchange network in an EIP. Firm agents were created based on the behavior pattern of firms, and an agent-based model (ABM) was made with the agents, showing the growth of the exchange network. An existing steel and iron making industrial park was chosen as a case study, and the ABM model shows eco-efficient behavior with a decreased environmental cost. Water reuse network based on the ABM model results in 35% decrease of the fresh water supply and 50% reduction of the wastewater generation in EIP. A case study shows that agent-based model can be a powerful tool in modeling and designing complex eco-industrial parks, especially when a part of the system needs to be changed.
