The animation industries of Korea and China shares the effort for transition from work-for-hire Industry Into creative industry. In spite of similar industry background and characteristics, and the aggressive government policy to support this industry transition at the same point of time, the current status of animation industries in Korea and China are showing very different statistics as of the end of 2007. The production amount of Chinese original animation has grown rapidly since 2004, which has made China the top class country in the world in original animation production amount, and more than 600 million audience of Chinese TV animation has firmly established the Chinese domestic animation market basis. On the other hand, despite the Korean government support, original animation production of Korea has been showing a slow and sluggish growth, and Korean animations are losing the domestic market basis with only 1% TV ratings due to unfavourable Korean TV stations' programming practices against Korean animations. This different status of animation Industries of two countries are the result of different government policies and the fallacy of Korean government. While the Chinese government has focused its industry policy on the facilitating the domestic market by establishing the stable broadcasting TV distribution and encouraging the animation production through organic cooperation between related government agencies, Korean government spent lots of effort into facilitating the development of original animation projects, without cooperative structure In the government, and without sincere consideration on the importance of establishment of domestic market consumer basis.

최근 빠르게 변화하는 산업 환경에서 뉴스 기사와 같은 비정형 데이터를 기반으로 산업 트랜드를 분석하기 위한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 뉴스와 같은 비정형 데이터를 기반으로 산업별 트랜드를 분석하기 위해서는 분석 대상 산업에 대한 많은 양의 시계열 데이터가 요구된다. 하지만, 수집된 비정형 데이터를 분류하면 산업별/기간별 일정하지 않은 데이터 분포를 보이거나, 특정 산업에 대해서는 특정 기간에 데이터가 존재하지 않은 경우가 발생하여 산업별 시계열 분석이 어려운 경우가 발생할 수 있다. 이에, 본 논문에서는 산업별/기간별 균일하지 못한 비정형 데이터의 분포를 보정하기 위한 방법으로 비정형 데이터 기반 산업간 유사도를 분석 기법을 제안한다. 산업별 유사도 분석을 위해 각 산업별 주요 키워드를 도출하고 토픽 모델링 기법을 이용하여 산업간 유사도 분석을 통해 산업별/기간별 비정형 데이터 부족현상을 보완하는 방법을 제시한다.

This paper aims to analysis sectoral innovation patterns of technological innovation and localized knowledge spillover in Korean manufacturing sector. Sectoral innovation system approach proposed that the specific pattern of innovative activity and knowledge spillover in an industry can be explained as the outcome of different technological regimes. Technological regime is defined by the particular combination of technological opportunities, appropriability of innovations, cumulativeness of technical advances and properties of the knowledge base. Based on a sample of 2,882 firms in manufacturing sector, this paper provides empirical estimates of the relationships between firm's product innovation and localized knowledge spillover. Results of the analysis provide considerable support to the hypothesis that firm's product innovation and localized knowledge spillover are related to the nature of the underlying technological regime. In the industry based on the tacit and specific knowledge, firm's product innovation is positively related to the localized knowledge spillover. This paper also shows that high stability in the ranking of innovators are related to high degrees of cumulativeness and appropriability.

현재 OECD 국가의 산업구조 변화가 제조업에서 서비스 산업으로 가속화됨에 따라, 서비스 산업의 비중이 70%에 근접하고 있다. 서비스 사이언스란 서비스 산업의 본질을 규명하고, 서비스 수준을 혁신하여 서비스경영, 서비스마케팅, 서비스공학 등의 지식을 포괄하여 관련분야를 발전시키는 최신 학문이다. SOA(서비스지향 아키텍쳐)는 서비스 사이언스의 기반 기술로써 마르게 자리를 잡아가고 있다. 본 논문에서는 SOA에 기반을 둔 travel agency 시스템의 prototype 설계를 통해 SOA가 서비스 산업에 활용될 수 있는 방안을 제안하고자 한다.

방위산업 기반에 대한 미국 국방부의 전략은 주로 안보전략에 긴급히 필요한 기술, 이런 기술에 아주 적합한 업체, 그리고 이 둘 사이의 연계에 초점을 맞추고 있습니다. 민수부문 기술의 중시정책과 범 국제적인 제품의 생산, 그리고 공정기술 등이 국방획득 프로그램을 보완할 것입니다. 이와 같은 노력은 제한된 산업기반 자금을 효과적으로 활용하고, 핵심기술 분야에서 국내 생산업체의 경쟁력을 더욱 제고시킬것으로 기대됩니다

본 연구는 우리나라 산업구조에 있어서 지식과 기술의 영향을 파악하기 위하여 기술지표(R&D, IT집약도, 특허)와 인적자원지표(R&D인력, 대졸자수, 과학기술인적자원)를 기초로 117개 산업에 대한 지식기반도 측정을 시도한 것이다. 지식기반도 측정을 위한 분석모형으로 LISREL 모형이 적용되었다. 지식기반산업에 대한 기존의 연구로서는 OECD(1996)에 의한 R&D 직접투자와 간접투자를 이용한 분석이 있으나 기술과 인적자본 지표를 모두 활용하여 계량적으로 분석한 것은 새로운 시도이다.

미국은 방산시장의 국제화에 따라 외국자원에 의존하게 되었다. 국방부나 산업계나 할 것 없이 외국의존의 전체상을 파악할 방법이 없으며, 병기장비나 각각의 부품에 어느 정도 영향을 미칠지를 밝힐 수단도 갖고 있지 않다. 가장 중요한 것은 미국이 산업기술기반이 앞으로도 계속 쇠퇴한다면 미국의 억지력에 대한 신뢰성을 잃는다는 것이다. 정부와 산업계가 상호 신뢰관계를 유지하는 것은 국가적인 요청이다

현재 SOA 기반 소프트웨어의 중요성이 인식되면서 국내외 SOA 기반 소프트웨어 시장이 급격히 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 이에 따라 SOA 기반 소프트웨어에 대한 고신뢰성과 고품질소프트웨어의 요구가 증대되고 있다. 그러나 SOA 기반 소프트웨어의 특성을 반영한 품질평가 체계는 아직 구축되어 있지 않은 실정이며 최근의 소프트웨어 개발 방법의 추세로 볼 때 시급한 구축이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 SOA 기반 소프트웨어의 품질을 평가하기 위해 품질을 시험하여 측정하고 그 결과를 적절한 기준에 따라 판정하는 방법에 대해 연구를 수행하였다. 주요 연구내용으로는 SOA기반 소프트웨어 품질 측정 설문에 답을 회귀 알고리즘에 적용하여 소프트웨어의 품질을 측정하고 해결책을 제시함으로써 소프트웨어의 부족한 부분을 좀더 보안해줄것을 기대한다. 본 연구를 통해 국제표준을 수용한 SOA 기반 소프트웨어 품질 시험 측정 방법을 구축하였고 이를 활용하여 국내 SOA 기반 소프트웨어의 품질 수준 향상을 위해 적용할 수 있을 것이며 국내 SOA 기반 소프트웨어의 품질 향상을 통해 관련 시장의 품질 안정성을 확보하고 고품질 SOA 기반소프트웨어 개발 의욕을 제고할 수 있으리라 기대한다.

The New IT industry based on Brain Science, a new industry combined with brain science and IT, will develop new IT services based on Brain Science. And this industry will become the new growth engine industry. This study examines the vision/strategies of policy for the New IT Convergence Industry based on Brain Science. Therefore this article's purposes are below; first, structuring the ecosystem for New IT industry based on Brain Science, second, classifying the service types of this industry, and last, suggesting of promotion policy for this industry.
