The purpose of this study is to examine the factors affecting the intention of smart device internet usage from the perspective of lifelong learning of elderly people. Survey was conducted for understanding the factors affecting the internet usage intention of smart devices with 150 elderly people who visited the Gwangju Senior Technology Center (GSTC). The empirical results show that the perceived economic value and practical value of the elderly have a significant effect on the intention of utilizing the Internet of Smart Device. Although the moderating effect of the individual innovation of the elderly is not significant, Participation in social activities significantly moderated the relationship between perceived value and intention to use internet. In addition, the elderly expected that the quality of life would be improved via the use of smart devices.

This paper analyzes the changes in wage inequality and its contributing factors since the mid-2000s. Although trends vary by data and wage indices, the Gini coefficient of the total wage of all workers shows an increasing trend due to the part-time increase of less than 35 hours per week, while the wage Gini coefficient of hourly wages and the total wage Gini coefficient of full-time workers showed a declining trend. Part-time increases have increased inequality based on total wages, but part-time hourly wage increases can be considered to have reduced hourly wage inequality. Therefore, as a result of decomposing the factor of Gini coefficient reduction only for full-time workers, factors that contributed absolutely to inequality reduction were variables such as job tenure, career, and occupation, and employment type variable has little effects, and the establishment size variable deepens inequality. The variables such as industry, age, and education did not contribute significantly to the inequality change. This is attributed to the decline in wage premiums for job tenure and management and professional jobs and the increase in wage premiums for large-scale businesses.

This research verified the relationship between the job satisfaction and the burnout of workers in rehabilitation facilities providing services to the disabled. And this study examined the mediating effect of organizational commitment between the two variables. A survey of workers of the 14 facilities of Daejeon/Chungnam area and 363 materials was analyzed. The analysis results of this research are as follows : 1) the workers' job satisfaction influenced the burnout negatively. 2) the organizational commitment is was found to mediate between the job satisfaction and the burnout. Based on the analysis results, several measures can be presented to reduce the workers' burnout. We need to raise the worker's job satisfaction and organizational commitment.

In this paper, the effect of daily creativity of engineering students on problem-solving ability is addressed through the dual mediating effect of teamwork competency and self-directed learning ability. To this end, a regression-based statistical mediation analysis has been performed on the dual mediation model in which daily creativity and problem solving ability were treated as independent and dependent variables respectively, and teamwork competence and self-directed learning ability were included as mediation variables. The analysis result confirmed that the daily creativity has direct effect on the problem-solving ability, as well as indirect effects through teamwork competence and self-directed learning ability. In particular, the serial mediating effect of teamwork competency and self-directed learning ability was also confirmed to be statistically significant in the relationship between daily creativity and problem-solving ability. This verifies that problem-solving ability can be improved not only directly by improving daily creativity but also indirectly by improving teamwork competence and self-directed learning ability. In addition, teamwork competency showed greater indirect effect on problem-solving ability than self-directed learning ability, so increasing teamwork competency has a more significant effect on improving problem-solving ability than increasing self-directed learning ability. Therefore, in order to develop better problem-solving ability, it is necessary to identify and improve the learners' teamwork competency first and to strive to create an environment where learners can solve problems based on mutual trust with their teammates.

Universities contribute to the development of the country and society by cultivating professional manpower with knowledge and qualifications as democratic citizens through education and research activities. To this end, the government is improving the basic capabilities of universities and supporting autonomous innovation through university financial support projects. Since the financial support project differentially supports the government's finances limited to universities with a comparative advantage through fair evaluation, the role and function of the university library, a basic educational facility and core institution that supports education and research, is important. However, university libraries have not been able to actively participate in the government's financial support projects due to financial and manpower shortages, poor environments such as facilities, facilities, and spaces, and low participation rates for students. Therefore, this study investigated and analyzed the program operation cases of 18 university libraries in which libraries participated among 45 universities selected for the ACE project (2010-2016), derived problems and implications, and questioned the roles and achievements of university libraries. Based on the results, strategies and measures to be considered by university libraries in preparation for the government's university financial support projects were proposed.

With the enactment of the "Public Records Management Act" in 1999 and its revision in 2020, a records management system was established in the domestic public institutions. However, as the focus is on the management of public records, there are difficulties in managing the historical records of the university archives controlled by the nonelectronic records management system. To overcome these difficulties, this study looked at the case of Pusan National University Archives, which attempted to improve the function of the nonelectronic records management system using the "University Innovation Support Project." In particular, it is a case in which the function of the nonelectronic records management system was improved, catalogs reflecting the characteristics of resources were produced, and then the shelves were organized. It is hoped that the improvement of the nonelectronic records management system in Busan National University Archives will provide a positive direction for related organizations facing similar difficulties in the future.

The Republic of Korea Army predicted that the continuous decline in fertility rate and the low birth rate, one of the biggest issues in our society, would lead to a security crisis due to a lack of military personnel, and revised the Military Service Act in 2010 to prevent enlistment of 'clearly mixed races', which had previously restricted enlistment. made it compulsory As a result, 50 children from multicultural families enlisted in the military in 2011, and the Military Manpower Administration at the time predicted that more than 8,000 people would enlist every year after 2020. This poses another challenge for the Army. A lack of understanding and respect for different languages, religions, and eating habits can lead to conflict among members, which will lead to weakening of combat power. Therefore, through a case study of multicultural application by world powers, the history of success and failure of respect for multiculturalism and the current policy of respecting multiculturalism of the U.S. Army are studied to examine the direction of our army.

Due to the Fourth Industrial Revolution, the influence applied to all areas of our society is continuing to develop at a rapid pace as the days go by. Recently, in the field of legal services, artificial intelligence technology has been introduced mainly in the United States, an advanced country, leading innovation in the legal market. As such, artificial intelligence is expected to rapidly grow as a means of replacing people, leaving the auxiliary role of people at a rapid pace, and the purpose of this study is to examine necessary measures for Korean professional legal professionals to survive in this legal market. After analyzing it based on prior research by domestic researchers and various data in Korea, the law was revised to prohibit non-lawyers from handling legal affairs, active state intervention in public information cases, and ways for the state and the private sector to check each other. Therefore, the above research is expected to throw a lot of discussion points in terms of legal services using artificial intelligence in the future.

This case research investigates on how hearing aids, which is one of disability aids, is becoming a smart device, focusing on the case of Starkey Hearing Technologies(Starkey Inc.). Starkey, founded in 1967, has been a leader in innovating forms and functions of hearing aids, and has recently introduced the world's first hearing aid implemented with AI and biological sensors. In this study, history of disability aids, hearing aids(especially Starkey Inc.'s), smart wearable devices and smart earphones are compared. It has been found that recently, there has been a breakdown of boundaries between hearing aids and smart wearable devices in terms of their functions, since entertainment and life assistant functions are added to hearing aids. Based on this trend, the development model of disability aids and smart wearable devices are derived, and according social changes are discussed.

The directions of recent library construction and operation reflect people's changed lifestyle and suggest innovative spaces specialized on the basis of the local environment. Hence, as the goals of the operation of (tentatively named) Songdaeso Library to be constructed within the Hantangang River UNESCO Global Geopark, this study proposes 'acting as complex cultural facilities,' 'operating stay-type reading culture space which is a shrine for workcation,' and 'acting as the landmark of A-gun (郡, county).' And this study works out strategies for its operation, which includes 'securing the validity of the construction of (tentatively named) Songdaeso Library,' 'linking to library policy as the driving force behind its operation,' and 'demonstrating the necessity for the existence of the library arising from the operation of the geological specialized library through landscape architecture.' It also presents concomitant operating plans, which are categorized into plans for manpower, library books, services, and budget.
