최근 사회생활의 다변화로 인한 개인의 질환을 예방하고 건강을 증진시키기 위한 개인 웰니스 관리는 현대 사회의 성인에게는 필수적인 자기 관리에 해당된다. 본 논문는 이러한 웰니스 관리에 적절한 상황 모델로써 상황 데이터를 추론할 수 있는 SWRL 상황규칙과 불확실성을 표현한 베이지안 네트워크를 포함한 통합 온톨로지 기반 상황모델을 제시하였다. 제안한 상황모델에 포함된 추론 규칙은 웰니스 관리에 필요한 상황 서비스를 수행하는 액션들을 정의한다. 즉 상황 온톨로지에 SWRL 규칙을 포함함으로써 주로 웹 시멘틱에 사용되고 있는 OWL 언어를 상황인식 분야의 지식 베이스 구축에도 적합하도록 하였다. 그리고 웰니스 관리를 위해 상황 온톨로지로 표현되는 원시 상황 데이터는 센서 부정확성, 또는 개인 판단기준 차이로 인해 불확실성을 포함하므로, 어떤 논리적 상황 데이터는 불확실성을 고려하여 추론되어야 하기 때문에 본 논문은 상황 온톨로지 및 SWRL 규칙과 함께 베이지안 네트워크를 함께 표현할 수 있게 하여 OWL 상황 온톨로지 기반 규칙 추론뿐만 아니라 확률 추론을 용이하게 하였다.

The purpose of this study is to provide a theoretical base for making a character education program and to develop a school violence prevention program and analysis the effects of the program in elementary schools. The prevention program was designed to target students, teachers, parents and community residents and utilized the above groups as participants. This study is developed on the basis of Social Emotional Learning as well as Emotional Intelligence which put on the importance on the role of emotion in the problem solving. In concrete, school violence prevention program based on the social and emotional learning, development of integrative programs articulating three key domains directly and indirectly influencing students' character formation, maximum use of the educational institutes' moral education curriculums and potential curriculums in the surrounding environment. To do so, bibliographical study and analysis of the research materials are carried out, and also the professionals' advice is received. The study object is 113 elementary school students of 2 elementary schools in Seoul. For them, the preparatory program is carried out from September 2009 to November 2009. And then, the analysis for the satisfaction degree of participation in the program and for the descriptive results of the school violence prevention education is carried out.

Art in the modern sense takes the lead to reform the society through constant interaction with members in society. Therefore the works of Art should be understood as social compositions that are reconstructed creatively according to the social environmental impact. Recording, collecting and preserving the references are compulsory for the constant social reform, so the importance of Archive is stressed. However, the Art Archive in Korea is operating very limitedly just to provide simple references to the users. Thus, We need to seek for various ways and user-focused service to utilize the digitalized Art culture records, and need positive research on Art Archive to enhance the creative activities. So in this study, we subdivided the interactivity and applied TAM model. Our analysis on the effect on the purpose of use shows that the users need to be provided with useful informations easily for their creative activities. It also shows that the purpose of use increases through awareness of interactivity. However, the result of this study has a limit of the sample so further studies for the purpose is suggested.

지속가능한 물관리를 위해서는 강우, 수문학적 반응의 동적 순환과 생공업 및 농업 기반시설과 같은 관리 조치에 사용되는 물을 포함한 가용수(Available Water)의 시공간적 영향을 파악할 수 있어야 한다. 가용수의 구성요소를 파악하기 위해 블루워터와 그린워터의 개념이 제안되었다. 블루워터는 강수로 인해 형성된 지표수, 지하수 및 호수·저수지의 저류량을 포함하며, 그린워터는 강수로부터 불포화 토양층에 저장된 토양수분과 수역, 초목에서 대기 중으로 방출되는 증발산을 말한다. 블루워터와 그린워터를 산정하기 위해서는 동적 수자원과 인적 요소에 의존되는 수자원을 정확하게 구별해야 하며 물 가용성 평가를 용이하게 하는 통합 기반 개념의 수문학적 모델이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 5대강을 대상으로 각 유역의 가용수량의 변화를 파악하기 위해 각 유역별 블루워터와 그린워터를 평가하고자 하였다. 5대강 유역의 장기간 변화와 광범위한 분석을 위해 SWAT(Soil and Water Assessment Tool) 모형의 수문모델링 결과를 활용하였다. SWAT 모형의 신뢰성 있는 수문 검보정을 위해 전체 기간(2005~2020) 중 모형의 보정(2005~2009) 및 검증(2010~2017)기간을 설정하였으며, 각 유역의 다목적댐과 다기능 보의 실측방류량을 이용하여 댐 운영모의를 고려하였다. 검보정된 SWAT 결과를 활용하여 블루워터와 그린워터를 분류하였으며 가용수량을 평가하는 방법을 제시하였다.

전자상거래는 긴 역사에도 불구하고, 최근의 기술적 발달과 함께 COVID-19로 촉발된 사회경제적 변화로 인해 다시 한번 급속한 성장과 더불어 많은 주목을 받고 있다. 이러한 과정에서 소상공인들을 비롯한 판매자들은 전자상거래에 참여하여 판매를 하고자 노력하고 있다. 하지만 오프라인 상거래와는 달리, 온라인에서의 판매는 디지털 데이터를 비롯하여 정보통신(IT)에 대한 이해가 수반되어야 용이한 특징을 지닌다. 이에, 본 연구는 판매자를 돕기 위해 개발된 판매 보조 도구가 실제로 온라인에서 판매자들의 실적을 돕는지 알아보고, 이에 따라 전자상거래 플랫폼 운영사는 판매자의 판매를 어떤 방식으로 도와 성공적으로 플랫폼을 운영할뿐만 아니라 사회 전체적인 경제 효익을 증대시킬 수 있는지에 관한 시사점을 주고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 전자상거래에서 판매자에게 의사결정에 도움이 되는 도구들이 제공되어 이를 사용할 경우에 판매액(매출)를 비롯한 다양한 성과 측정 척도에서 유의미한 개선이 이루어지는가를 실증적으로 분석하고자 한다. 엄밀한 분석을 위해 성향점수매칭법과 이중차분법을 활용하여 판매자들의 데이터를 분석할 것이다. 이를 통해 의사결정 지원 시스템이 전자상거래 판매자에게도 유효한지 실증적으로 알아보고, 나아가 전자상거래 플랫폼 운영사에게도 경영 측면에서의 시사점을 줄 수 있을 것이다.

최근 생활수준 및 생활환경의 향상에 힘입어 청결 및 쾌적을 추구하는 것이 사회적 현상으로 나타나고 있다. 요즘처럼 현대화된 시대에 '왜 항균제가 필요한 것일까' 라는 자연스러운 의문이 발생하게 되지만 현실은 항균제를 이용한 다양한 항균제품, 항균가전제품, 항균가공 내ㆍ건자재 및 항상 신선한 선도를 유지할 수 있는 제품 등이 호황을 누리고 있는 것이 현실이며 그 시장 규모는 3,000억원을 상회하고 있다. 이러한 항균 가공제품이 호평을 받는 사회적 배경은 우리를 둘러싼 주변 삶의 경제환경 신장에 따른 쾌적성 추구와 밀접한 관련이 있을 것이다. 이처럼 항균기능이 부여된 제품이 호평을 받고 있음에도 불구하고 국내에서는 항균제품의 주 기능 역할을 하는 항균제에 대한 개발은 초기단계로 국내 시장에서 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있는 실정이다. 국내의 경우, 유기 항균제의 사용이 전체 사용량의 80%를 차지하고 있고, 제올라이트나 인산염을 무기 담체로 항균성 금속 이온(Ag, Zn)을 물리적으로 결합시킨 무기 항균제가 개발된 것이 최근의 기술 수준이다. 이러한 유기 항균제는 미생물의 번식을 억제 또는 사멸시키기 위한 것이지만, 생체의 피부 세포에도 영향을 줄 수 있는 피부 자극원의 하나로 그 사용이 점차로 제한되고 있다. 무기 항균제는 안정성이나 항균력에서는 유기항균제 보다는 뛰어나지만 가격(경제성)이나 색(Color), 사용성 (Application)측면에서는 여러 가지 문제를 나타내고 있다. 귀금속이므로 가격이 고가이며, 금속고유의 색으로 회귀하려는 플라즈몬 효과에 의해 색(Color)의 조절이 불가능, 분말형태이므로 지류에 첨가시키는 방법 등이 큰 문제로 부각되고 있다. 이 러한 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 기술이 나노기술이다 나노기술(Nano-Technology)은 물질을 분자, 원자단위에서 규명하고 제어하는 기술로서 원자, 분자를 적절히 결합시킴으로서 기존 물질의 변형, 개조는 물론 신물질의 창출을 가능케 하는 기술이다. 나노기술은 여러분야로 세분화되지만 그중 산업화에 가장 접목이 용이한 기술이 나노입자(Nano-Particle)제어 기술이며, 나노입자는 통상적으로 입자크기가 수 nm에서 100nm이하 크기의 넓은 표면적을 가진 콜로이드 상의 불균일 분산입자를 말한다. 나노입자(Nano-Particle)는 기존의 입자($\mu\textrm{m}$)보다 물리적 및 광학적 성질이 우수하고 그 자체의 기능면에서도 탁월하기 때문에 국내외의 여러 산업에서도 기존제품의 품질 향상 및 기능성부여, 기존 공정의 개선 및 생산 원단위 절감 등 경제적, 생산적인 측면을 고려하여 적합한 나노입자를 채택, 적용하고자 하는데 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 이에 천연 항생제로 알려진 Ag, 즉 항균 및 탈취, 전기적 기능이 우수한 은(silver, Ag)을 나노(nm) 입자희 제조하고 이와 더불어 이산화티탄(TiO2) 복합 분체를 제조하여 제조된 나노 입자 및 복합 분체를 사용함으로써 환경 친화적이며 다양한 용도로 활용 가능한 소재 개발에 연구 내용을 두고 있다. 본 연구를 통한 기대 효과로서 환경성 측면에서는 환경 친화적인 나노 입자의 제조로 기능성 나노 입자에 친 환경성을 부여하여 유기계 항균제 대체 효과를 발현하고 이를 제품에 적용함으로써 다양한 기능을 가진 신소재 제조에 있다. 또한 경제적인 측면에서도 고부가 가치의 제품 개발에 따른 새로운 수요 창출과 수익률 향상, 기존의 기능성 안료를 나노(nano)화하여 나노 입자를 제조, 기존의 기능성 안료에 대한 비용 절감 효과등을 유도 할 수 있다. 역시 기술적인 측면에서도 특수소재 개발에 있어 최적의 나노 입자 제어기술 개발 및 나노입자를 기능성 소재로 사용하여 새로운 제품의 제조와 고압 기상 분사기술의 최적화에 의한 기능성 나노 입자 제조 기술을 확립하고 2차 오염 발생원인 유기계 항균제를 무기계 항균제로 대체할 수 있다. 이와 더불어 안료의 형상 균일화 기술을 확보하여 가격 경쟁력 및 부가가치 향상을 기대할 수 있다.

This study aims to identify of customer features control the effect on revisit intention and switching intention. The statistical techniques used for this empirical analysis are frequency analysis, technology analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis along with path analysis and moderate regression analysis, which are based on structural model From the effect that customer features control the effect on switching barrier by switching intention, travel agencies has a control effect on 'financial switching costs' and 'relational switching costs', and airlines show they have control effect on 'relational switching costs.' In diversity pursuit factors, 'financial switching costs' and 'attractiveness of alternatives' have a meaningful control effect for travel agencies customers, while 'procedural switching costs' for airlines customers. In the analysis result of the effect that customer features control the effect on revisit intention by switching intention, 'percept' and 'diversity pursuit' have a meaningful control effect in travel agencies customers and airlines one, respectively.

본 논문은 디지털홈서비스의 실제 이용자들에 대한 실증분석을 통해 수용에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 밝히기 위한 연구이다. 디지털홈서비스의 특성에 맞게 기술수용모형 (TAM) 을 확장. 수정된 연구모형을 개발, 가설을 설정하여 분석하였다. 외부변수로 이용자의 특성을 채택하였으며, 디지털홈서비스가 가정 내 기술임을 고려하여 신념변수로 ‘지각된 이용용이성’과 ‘지각된 즐거움’ 외에 ‘지각된 편의성’, ‘지각된 안전성’, ‘지각된 삶의 질 향상’이라는 변수를 추가하였고 종속변수로는 ‘이용행동’을 설정하였다. 205명의 실제 이용자를 대상으로 한 설문조사 중 201개의 유효표본을 분석하였고, 신뢰성과 타당성 모두 통계적으로 적합한 것으로 나타났다. AMOS 4를 이용한 구조방정식 모형분석을 통해 24개의 가설검증 결과, 13개의 가설이 채택되었다. 이용자 개인의 특성 중 경험과 교육훈련은 지각된 이용용이성에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며 혁신성은 지각된 즐거움, 지각된 편의성, 지각된 안전성, 지각된 삶의 질 향상에 대하여 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있었다. 또한 지각된 이용용이성이 다른 신념변수인 지각된 즐거움, 지각된 편의성, 지각된 안정성, 지각된 삶의 질 향상에 정의 영향을 미치고 있었다. 종속변수인 이용행동에는 지각된 즐거움과 지각된 편의성, 지각된 삶의 질 향상이 긍정적인 영향을 미치나, 지각된 이용용이성과 지각된 안전성은 영향을 미치지 않았다. 가정에서 쉽게 이용할 수 있다는 것만으로는 적극적인 이용 행동을 기대할 수 없으며, 즐거움 및 실용적인 효익들의 제공 및 이를 위한 다양한 컨텐츠와 프로그램 개발 등이 매우 중요하다는 것을 시사하고 있다.수십억원의 추가적인 이익을 실현할 것으로 분석되었다. 본 알고리즘을 확장 적용할 경우 PBUC 문제 해결을 위한 새로운 해법으로도 그 효용성이 클 것으로 예상된다.자료이기 때문에 통계적 활용의 범위가 방대하다. 특히 개인, 가구, 사업체 등 사회 활동의 주체들이 어떻게 변화하는지를 추적할 수 있는 자료를 생산함으로써 다양한 인과적 통계분석을 할 수 있다. 행정자료를 활용한 인구센서스의 이러한 특징은 국가의 교육정책, 노동정책, 복지정책 등 다양한 정책을 정확한 자료를 근거로 수립할 수 있는 기반을 제공한다(Gaasemyr, 1999). 이와 더불어 행정자료 기반의 인구센서스는 비용이 적게 드는 장점이 있다. 예를 들어 덴마크나 핀란드에서는 조사로 자료를 생산하던 때의 1/20 정도 비용으로 행정자료로 인구센서스의 모든 자료를 생산하고 있다. 특히, 최근 모든 행정자료들이 정보통신기술에 의해 데이터베이스 형태로 바뀌고, 인터넷을 근간으로 한 컴퓨터네트워크가 발달함에 따라 각 부처별로 행정을 위해 축적한 자료를 정보통신기술로 연계${cdot}$통합하면 막대한 조사비용을 들이지 않더라도 인구센서스자료를 적은 비용으로 생산할 수 있는 근간이 마련되었다. 이렇듯 행정자료 기반의 인구센서스가 많은 장점을 가졌지만, 그렇다고 모든 국가가 당장 행정자료로 인구센서스를 대체할 수 있는 것은 아니다. 행정자료로 인구센서스통계를 생산하기 위해서는 각 행정부서별로 사용하는 행정자료들을 연계${cdot}$통합할 수 있도록 국가사회전반에 걸쳐 행정 체제가 갖추어져야 하기 때문이다. 특히 모든 국민 개개인에 관한 기본정보, 개인들이 거주하며

In order to improve organizational performance, organizations should make a knowledge management system to share, distribute, and create related knowledge effectively in the operational process. It is not too much to say that organizational performance depends on the level of network and networking for the use of knowledge among the agents. Theoretically, a web portal is known as a useful instrument not only to link among the actors who have a specific interest and purpose but also to promote social networking which creates new knowledge relevant to user's environment. In the context, this article explored policy implications of building and operating government portals by analysing the efficacy of the "Innovative Portal", which the Korean government had opened to diffuse its innovation activities and to improve organizational innovation capacities in 2005, in innovation process from the knowledge management perspective. In particular, this study tried to identify how did the "Innovation Portal"influence network and networking of innovation knowledge using hyperlink network analysis method.

In order to research the factors influencing on the intentions for smart phone users to purchase "App-Book" in Korea, the study examines the levels of influences using on an additional variable, "cost", as well as the four key variables(performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions) proposed by Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology(UTAUT; Venkatesh et al., 2003) validation. The result of the research confirms that the hypotheses of UTAUT model variable are generally supported by the information technology and many related previous researches. There is one exception, however, that facilitating conditions do not influence on the App-Book purchasing behavior by smart phone. It is revealed that the "age" and "experience" of the independent variables, as the proposed control variables, are most visible effect of control on the purchase intention and purchase behavior. This study has an academic significance of presenting a new integrated model to perform the research of the similar next App-Book services and purchase behavior related to the acceptance of new media. It also clarifies to the related companies that the usefulness of App-Book, the easiness of use, the cost and the social influence of purchasing App-Book by Outsider's intent. These aspects have practical implications as being presented.
