Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the attitudes towards death and euthanasia among nurses and general population. Methods: The participants were 192 nurses and 255 people. Data were collected using structured questionnaires from March 5 to May 30. 2010 and analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson correlation coefficients by using SAS Program 12.0. Results: The attitudes towards death showed significantly higher scores in nurses than general population. The attitudes towards euthanasia showed significantly higher scores in nurses. There were significant positive correlations between attitudes towards death and euthanasia in nurses and. people. Conclusion: The above results indicated that the higher level of cognition towards death, the more positive attitudes towards euthanasia. Besides, nurses treating with terminal illness were higher level of cognition on death and positive attitudes towards euthanasia. Therefore, we should established the strategy and education program to understand on death and euthanasia for people including the health care providers.

I conducted this study, trying to improve the methods of Sung-Nam city local tax bills, which was based on my previous study where I suggested methods into developing redesign of tax bills. Local tax bills are labeled to be very intricate and puzzling experience to tax payers. To resolve this issue, several local governments have redesigned their tax bills for citizens; however, it was not effective. Therefore I apply the methods to protect their privacy on tax bills and provide checks on their pay bills. Also I design to distinguish between different taxes and change into a better layout for their legibility and better understanding on tax bills. From my previous study, I utilized suggestions into Sung-Nam local tax bills which changed flaws into improvements and easier understanding of the tax payers. I believe the improvements in Sung Nam local tax bills will pursue the public interest of the community through public service design innovations.

This describes the level of knowledge and attitudes about HIV and their related factors among Cambodian adolescents. A cross-sectional design was used to examine the knowledge and attitude of 463 Cambodian high school students using HIV-KQ-18 (HIV-Knowledge Questionnaire-18) and HIV/AIDS Behavior Surveillance Survey Index (measuring attitude about HIV). The majority of the adolescents had a relatively low level of overall HIV knowledge (6.70 ± 3.66 (range: 0-16)) and held a very negative attitude (1.92 ± 0.87 points (range: 0-4)) toward the disease. Using multiple regression analysis, being male (β = 0.28, p < 0.001) and using YouTube as a social network service (β = 0.33, p = 0.035) were found to be independent factors associated with higher level of HIV knowledge. Study findings suggest the importance of informing policymakers and school nurses about the need to develop a and require a culturally sensitive specific health education program on HIV for Cambodian adolescents.

With the dawn of society where individuals or enterprises based on data generate infinite profits, the significance of database operation management is growing centering on data quality. However, there are not many South Korean public or private entities managing them systematically. Against this backdrop, this study sought to investigate the current status and problems and explore how to improve from the perspective of auditors. To implement this study, audit checklist was improved and, based on it, auditors and IT experts were surveyed. The final data were analyzed to test the study hypotheses empirically. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the auditors had been highly satisfied with all of the items on the improved audit checklist for data quality-based database operation management. Moreover, non-auditors were also found to regard them within their acceptable range. This study is expected to help improve information system operation audit and enterprises data operation management.

홍수피해저감 대책의 우선순위 결정은 시스템 차원에서 접근해야 한다. 홍수피해저감 사업을 분야별로 분리하여 분석하면 숲을 보지 못하고 산을 판단하는 오류를 범할 수 있다. 홍수피해 최소화를 위한 여러 전문 분야별 대안 분석도 중요하지만, 시스템 차원에서 홍수피해 저감 방안을 파악하고 대책을 수립해야 한다. 따라서 본 시스템의 개발 목적은 최적의 홍수피해저감 대책을 결정하는 데 있어 각각의 개별 정보를 공유하고, 의사결정 지원에 필요한 시스템을 구축하는 데 있다. 본 연구에서 제시한 홍수방어 대책 통합평가시스템은 수문학적 홍수분석 모형을 비롯하여 수리학적 홍수분석 모형, 의사결정지원 시스템이 통합되어 단일 시스템으로 구축되며 이를 위해서는 구체적인 사용자 요구파악과 관련 업무 프로세스 분석을 통한 전체적인 시스템 구조 설계가 중요하다. 홍수방어 대책 통합평가시스템의 핵심 요소는 1) GIS입력 모듈, 2) Fuzzy 알고리즘 모듈, 3) MCDA 알고리즘 모듈, 4) 결과표출 모듈 등 네 가지이다. 여기서 첫 번째 모듈은 GIS 입력 모듈로써 최적 방안 도출을 위한 빈도별 홍수터, 홍수심, 토지이용도 등과 같은 일련의 GIS 기초자료를 제공한다. 두 번째 단계는 퍼지화된 MCDA 모듈을 수행하기 위한 퍼지 알고리즘 및 퍼지 연산을 위한 내부 코딩이 이루어지는 단계로써 사용자 요구 사항에 따른 연산이 가능하다. 세 번째 단계는 최적 방안을 모색하는 MCDA 알고리즘과 연산 수행을 위한 세부 모듈로 구성됐다. 마지막 네 번째 단계는 모형과 DB간의 연계절차로써 사용자가 직접 운영하는 GUI 부분으로써 사용자의 요구 사항을 비롯하여 모형의 특징을 Matlab 프로그램으로 각각의 화면을 디자인한다. 이 단계에서는 모형을 수행하기 위한 DB가 구축되며 사용자의 요구에 의한 맞춤형 분석이 가능하도록 구성됐다. 통합시스템을 통한 의사결정과정의 합리성은 선택된 최적의 홍수저감대책의 사회 경제적 수용성은 물론 의사결정과정의 투명성을 높일 수 있을 것이다.

To fully utilize scarce spectrum resource, it's necessary to develop and evaluate promising business models prior to making technology R&D plan and industrial promotion policy. The purpose of this paper is to design potential business models, evaluate the propriety of commercializing the models, and discuss promotion policies after exploring promising sectors consuming spectrum resources. The research is based on TV white space, which is vacant TV channels in region or time domain and considered as core spectrum resource along with digital terrestrial television switchover. As the result, four kinds of business models were derived, including broadcasting and telecommunication types. Each model was discussed from four standpoints: customer value proposition, profit formula, key resources, and key processes, and the propriety for commercialization was evaluated by three dimensions: technological evaluations, business-oriented evaluations, and user-oriented evaluations. The promotion policies of government and market participants for the activation of TV White space-based business models were discussed as well.

This study points out how the two conflicting elements of empathy and estrangement that constitute the dual structure of are incorporated by dialectic; finally, this paper explores the spontaneous estrangement effects' meaning and value on the point of view of reception aesthetics. As results of these studies, First, the Brechtian set of estrangement effects techniques showed that in it could function as an empathy technique for audiences. Second, the role of Sanbazi to increase the audience's participation was to produce both the immersion effect and the estrangement effect simultaneously. These double features of Sanbazi are dialectically incorporated and simultaneously bring about both the social reality reflection and enjoyment of the audience. Third, the puppetry is valid as not a way to describe reality but one of the ways to look at social reality. Conclusionally, in terms of producing counter-discourse, the puppet show has more extensible than any other form of performance with regard to expression.

Water distribution systems (WDSs) are a representative infrastructure injecting chlorine to disinfect the pathogenic microorganisms and supplying water from sources to consumers. Also, WDSs prescribe to maintain the usual standard (0.1-4.0 mg/L) of residual chlorine. However, the user's usage pattern, water age, network shape, and type affect the hydraulic features (i.e. nodal pressure, pipe velocity) and water quality features (i.e., the residual chlorine concentration). Therefore, this study developed an optimization approach for optimizing WDSs considering water quality-hydraulic factors using Multi-objective Harmony Search (MOHS). The design cost and the system resilience were applied as the design objective functions, and the nodal pressure and the concentration of residual chlorine are used as constraints. The derived optimal designs through this approach were analyzed according to network characteristics such as the network shapes and type. These optimal designs can meet the safety of economic and water quality aspects to increase user acceptance.

The main focus of this study is how to manage the archival theater in archives. Archivists can participate in the policies that will benefit society as a whole. The various readings in archives are acts of narrative practices. People have to get chance of reading records in archives.

COVID-19 has not only affected all sectors of society, economy and politics, but also had a huge impact on industry. The non-face-to-face exchange method was essential to prevent infectious diseases, and the generation who experienced it recognizes the importance of a platform that can be quickly accessed anytime, anywhere, and attention is focused on the Metaverse that can accommodate it well. Each financial industry uses a differentiated metabus platform strategy, focuses on new customer service and revenue generation, and is also used as an internal and external communication channel. This paper analyzes the theoretical background of the financial sector metaverse and domestic and international cases, and studies and describes the direction of using the financial sector metaverse platform to secure MZ generation contact points.
