사회 패러다임의 변화는 교육 패러다임의 변화를 요구하며, 교육 패러다임의 변화는 교사의 역할도 함께 변화할 것을 요구한다. 현대 사회는 많은 지식을 습득한 인재를 양성하는 것보다, 지식을 습득하는 방법과 습득한 지식을 활용하여 문제를 효과적으로 해결하는 인재를 양성할 것을 요구하고 있다. 따라서 교사는 현대 사회가 요구하는 학습자를 양성하기 위하여 지식 전달자의 역할에서 문제 해결자를 양성하는 역할로 탈바꿈해야 한다. 이를 위해서는 교사는 학습자가 교과에서 반드시 학습해야 하는 개념과 원리를 깊이 있게 이해하고 이를 활용하여 문제를 해결할 수 있도록 안내하는 역할을 해야 한다. 이러한 점에서 볼 때 프로그래밍은 교사의 수업 전문성 향상을 위한 훌륭한 도구이다. 프로그래밍은 교사가 원하는 교수 학습 자료나 추상적인 내용을 시각적으로 확인하는 자료, 혹은 사람의 사고 능력으로 해결하기 어렵거나 시간이 오래 걸리는 문제들을 해결하는 자료 제작을 지원함으로써 학습자의 깊은 이해를 유도할 수 있다. 따라서 수업 전문성 향상을 위한 프로그래밍 교육 실천함으로써 교사가 사회에서 요구하는 인재를 양성하는 임무를 충실히 수행할 수 있도록 해야 할 필요가 있다.

This study aims to compare the role of the public sector in the U.S. and Korean medical security systems and study response measures in the social risk situation of the COVID-19 virus. The COVID-19 pandemic was a typical case of a 'disaster' that spread across the world across borders in a short period of time and caused serious social welfare losses by increasing the annual number of deaths by approximately 4% in 2020. Threats to health security, such as changes in social order, unpredictable endings, prolonged control of daily life, and deepening inequality, affected the economy, politics, and environment as a whole, and people had to experience anxiety and confusion due to mental and physical stress. Furthermore, developed countries failed to provide help to low-income countries in the face of global disasters. In this situation, the country's disaster management capacity to minimize harm and secure resilience, especially disaster response capacity in the health and medical field, is inevitably very important. Therefore, this study compares how the health insurance system, which is a system to guarantee citizens' right to life, differs from the United States, a liberal health care country, and raises the need to strengthen the role of the public sector.

Through the UN 2030 Agenda adopted by the United Nations, sustainable development is bringing about many changes around the world. While discussions continue on the roles of libraries in supporting sustainable development in library communities, specific discussions on this have not been made enough. This study reconsidered the roles and functions of libraries to support sustainable development and discussed approaches to which libraries can perform in terms of informational, social, cultural, and environmental aspects. It also proposed a plan to allow libraries and librarians to lay the groundwork for supporting the sustainable development of society by reconsidering the roles of librarians as the core of all library activities to support sustainable development.

A review of literature revealed that damaged self-confidence of men as social agents may be the primary, if not proximal, cause of domestic violence. Accumulated damages in social confidence and self-assurance may be moderated by action repertoire acquired during childhood, and mediated by adulthood circumstances such as marital discords and the lack of social support to result in the typical cycle of violence and subsequent feeling of remorse. The present treatments for the domestically violent men in Korea seem to be ineffective to reduce the number of incidents in the society because the treatments are viewed as punishments by the men, damage their social confidence further by stigmatizing them in the community, and destroy their social resources and support systems. It was suggested in this paper to reduce the role of law enforcement and correctional administration to rehabilitate the currently violent men. At the same time, it was also suggested for the Korean court to implement the paradigm of Therapeutic Jurisprudence in handling domestic violence cases. It was argued that the court should take active roles as a healing and rehabilitating agent by cooperating with non-government community establishments such as hospitals, universities and self-help organizations. The reasons and implications of those suggestions were discussed in detail.

본 논문에서는 최근 국내의 재난 이슈로 부각된 지진 대응과 관련된 사회적 자본 손실에 대한 분석을 시도하고자 한다. 각종 재난 상황에서 경제적, 인적 피해에 대한 추정과 조사는 당연하게 이루어지는 반면, 사회자본 손실에 대한 논의는 부족한 것이 사실이다. 사회적 자본은 하나의 가치로 인식될 뿐 실생활에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 무형의 자본으로 인식되는 경우는 거의 없다. 그러나 현대사회에서 사회자본의 그 유용성과 역할은 작지 않다. 오늘날의 물적, 인적 자원은 그 양과 질적인 면에서 충분한 수준을 이루었으나, 사회가 발전하는 데에는 또 다른 자본의 영향이 있음을 인정하는 것이 현재의 흐름이다. 바로 이때 논의할 수 있는 것이 사회자본인 것이다. 현대에 발생하는 모든 재난에 대응하고 이를 관리하는 데에도 물적, 인적 자원 외에 사회적 자본이 필요하다. 물적, 인적 자원이 충분히 확보되고 동원되었는데도 불구하고 재난관리가 실패할 수 있는 이유에는 사회적 자본 붕괴가 논의될 수 있을 것이다. 이에 재난관리에 있어서 사회자본의 중요성을 인식함은 물론 이를 측정하고 분석하기 위한 다양한 노력들이 필요할 것이다.

Despite the rapid growth and importance of social enterprises in recent years, most social enterprises have many limitations such as small business size, financial dependence on government, lack of professional management personnel and knowledge, and low consumer awareness. Therefore, empirical research in the field of marketing is needed for economic independence of social enterprises. This study is based on the following: First, the identity of the social enterprise and the self-image of the consumer, second, the functional correspondence between the consumer's expectation and actual performance of the social enterprise's product, and third, the social value of the social enterprise product, the purpose of this study was to examine the effects of consumer value consistency on customer satisfaction and loyalty to social enterprises. Finally, this study aimed to suggest the moderating role of social enterprise clubs in this process to give implications for the long-term marketing of social enterprises. The results of this study are as follows. First, self-image consistency, functional correspondence, and value correspondence all have positive effects on the satisfaction of social enterprise and its products and form a loyalty. Secondly, whether or not the social enterprise club belonged to them is a moderating variable that raises sensitivity in the effects of self image consistency and functional consistency on customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction on loyalty. 국내 창업 생태계는 최근 몇 년 사이에 양적으로 급속히 팽창하였다. 정부 또한 가장 시급한 문제로 일자리 창출을 꼽고 이에 대한 해결방안 중 하나로 창업지원을 대폭적으로 확대하며 중소기업에 대한 지원확대를 제시하고 있다. 이러한 배경 하에 창업의 양적 성장은 위에서 설명한 바와 같이 가시적으로 나타나고 있다. 하지만 창업기업의 양적확대라는 긍정적인 측면에도 불구하고 창업기업의 낮은 생존율은 개선의 시급함을 나타내고 있다. 국내 창업기업 10곳 중 7곳 이상이 창업 5년 이내에 폐업을 하고 있는 상황이다. 이와 같은 이유로 2015년부터 중소벤처기업부는 창업기업의 데스밸리(Death Valley) 극복 및 성과창출을 위해 창업 후 3년 이상 7년 이내 기업을 대상으로 자금 및 서비스를 지원하는 등 창업기업이 어려움을 극복하고 사업 지속 가능성을 높이기 위하여 다양한 노력을 하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적 역시 창업자가 사업을 진행하면서 겪는 어려움을 극복하는 요인과 사업지속의지가 어떠한 상관관계를 가지고 있는가를 조사하고 분석하는데 있다. 본 연구에서는 사업 어려움 극복영향 요인(창업자 역량, 지원시스템)이 사업지속의지에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구를 경영성과의 매개 역할과 사회적 지지의 조절 역할을 하는지를 중심으로 진행하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 창업자 역량과 지원시스템이 경영성과를 증진하고, 증진된 경영성과가 사업지속의지에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 인과적 경로를 검증하고자 한다. 사회적 지지를 조절변수로 설정하여 본 연구를 진행하였다.

20세기말 우리 사회에 가장 큰 영향을 미친 것은 바로 컴퓨터이다. 그래서 컴퓨터가 미래를 열어준다는 말까지 생겨났다. 진공관을 이용한 최초의 컴퓨터인 에니악(ANIAC)의 탄생 이후 멀티미디어로서의 수단 뿐만 아니라 광통신이나 인공위성을 이용한 초고속정보의 교류가 일반화되는 경지까지 이르게 한 컴퓨터는 인간의 삶을 보조해주는 가장 강력한 매체로 자리매김하였으며 문화적, 정신적 욕구를 충족시켜주는 역할을 할 것으로 파악된다. 컴퓨터와 전기통신이라는 정보사회의 두 가지 사회적 기술은 C & C(Computer & Communication) 또는 컴퓨티케이션이라는 말로 일컬어지는 통신기술의 디지틀화 및 결합으로 인하여 더욱 강력한 영향력을 발휘하게 되었다. 컴퓨터가 가지고 있는 정보의 처리, 축적, 검색기능이 결합된 정보통신기술은 보다 고도화되고 다양화됨으로써 정보획득과 새로운 정보를 추출하는데 소요되는 시간과 경비를 절약하게 해주어 기업경쟁력 및 개인의 다양한 정보욕구를 충족시키는데 커다란 기여를 하고 있다.

최근 한국사회는 국민소득향상, 생활수준의 개선, 의학기술의 발달 등으로 평균수명이 크게 연장 되어 고령화 사회로 발전되어 가고 있다. 평균수명이 짧았던 시대에는 고령화 문제가 크게 중요시되지 않았으나 수명이 연장됨에 따라 노후에 대한 경제적, 사회적 보호문제 등이 대두되고 있다. 노인들의 기본욕구는 주로 소득 보건 주택 여가 등에 관한 것으로 노후에도 자신의 능력과 적성에 맞는 일자리를 찾아 경제적 안정을 누리며 소득을 유지하고 의료보장으로 건강한 노후를 보낼 수 있으며, 가족관계가 안정이 되고 자기발전을 기하며, 사회참여와 역할을 지속하며, 휴식과 오락을 즐기고 문화를 창출하며 삶의 보람을 찾을 수 있는가 하는 것이 문제이다.(중략)

우리나라는 이미 노령화 사회에 진입하였다. 지식정보사회에 맞추어 실버의 정신적 육체적 휴식과 취미활동을 중심으로 지식정보생산 활동을 적극적으로 지원할 수 있는 실버도서관이 필요하다. 이 연구는 실버들의 정보수집과 활용 측면에서 도서관의 중요성과 역할에 대해서 바람직한 방향을 제시하고자 한다.
