Policy Directions and Promotional Tasks for Vitalization of Social Economy Organizations (사회적경제조직의 활성화를 위한 정책 방향과 추진 과제)

  • Although social economy organizations have achieved quantitative growth in various types and fields, they have been mainly promoted by the government, and there is still room for qualitative improvement, such as institutional reorganization, support systems and support methods, compared to advanced countries. In this study, the problems of social economy organizations, the current status and actual analysis of social economy organizations, the policy delivery system, obstacles to the development of social economy organizations, and problems of activation, etc. were reviewed through previous studies. Through this, policy directions and tasks for revitalization of future social economy organizations were presented. As a result, the policy direction for revitalization of social economy organizations requires private and local government initiatives, expansion of fields, customized support for the creation of a growth ecosystem, and various linkage cooperation. Organizational capacity development and education, reinforcement of various linkage cooperation systems, creation of an investment ecosystem, and joint market development are necessary.

A study on Establishing Strategic Tasks for Social Economic Organizations through SWOT Analysis: Focusing on Chungnam Region (SWOT분석을 통한 사회적 경제조직의 전략과제 정립에 관한 연구: 충남지역을 중심으로)

  • This study analyzed SWOT based on existing literature data to establish strategic tasks and strategic directions for revitalization of social economic organizations (Chungnam region). First, as a result of SWOT analysis of social economic organizations, a total of 16 factors were derived from the factors for strength (S), weakness (W), opportunity (O), and threat (T), with 4 factors each. Second, for strategic factors for social economic organizations, 16 strategic tasks were derived from SO strategy, ST strategy, WO strategy, and WT strategy through SWOT Matrix Mapping for factors established through SWOT analysis. Strategic direction 1 was established as a strategic direction to improve self-sufficiency by establishing a sustainable management body as a "advancing the support policy base of social economic organizations". Strategic Direction 2 is "Creating a Growth Foundation for Social Economic Organizations", which means a strategic direction for social economic organizations to grow and develop on their own. Strategic direction 3 is "discovering and fostering social economic organizations," which means a strategic direction for sustainable growth by discovering and fostering organizations that meet local characteristics so that social economic organizations can solve various problems in the region. Strategic direction 4 was 'promotion and promotion of social economic organizations', which means strategic directions for promotion of social economic organizations and promotion of education for employees.

A study on the Activation Plan of Social Economic Organization in Chungnam Area (충남지역 사회적 경제 조직의 활성화 방안에 관한 연구)

  • This study is a study on how to revitalize social and economic organizations in the Chungnam region. For this, the following major results were presented in literature studies based on prior studies. First, it is necessary to upgrade the social economic organization promotion system and system in Chungnam. Second, there is a need to advance the measures to revitalize various social and economic organizations in cities and counties by building an integrated support system for social and economic organizations. Third, it is necessary to expand the public purchase of products of social economic organizations. Fourth, it is necessary to strengthen the business competency of the social economy organization and promote education. Fifth, it is necessary to upgrade the network for social economic organizations and create differentiated businesses. On the other hand, the social economic organization in Chungnam region shown through this study is as follows. First, social and economic organizations should share their willingness to implement policies in the provincial and provincial areas of Chungnam Province and cities and counties in terms of solving and improving various problems in the region. Based on this, it is required to upgrade the social and economic organization area. Second, the Chungnam region needs a shift in awareness that it is a social and economic organization that is a key factor in overcoming changes in the demographic structure due to industrial weakness and aging. Third, a positive shift in awareness is required by shifting awareness and strengthening education on social and economic organizations. To this end, it is necessary to raise the awareness level of local residents through public education and joint public-private education.

Do Organizational Factors Influence the Outcome of Social Enterprise? (조직요인은 사회적 기업의 성과에 영향을 미치는가?)

  • Recently, social enterprises are expanded quantitatively and continuously, so it is timely to suggest effective management for sustainability of social enterprises. Therefore, this study was conducted to explore various organizational factors which influence on social enterprises' economic and social outcomes. This study investigated the effects of strategic factors, management system, external environment and organizational culture on the outcomes. Strategic factors emerged as the most critical factors for both outcomes. Human resource management and innovative organizational culture affected economic outcomes. Among external environment, community support has significant effect on social outcomes. Based on the results, implications were suggested for effective management and further research.

An Empirical Study on the Supply Chain Collaboration of Social Economy Organizations and Performance (사회적경제 조직의 공급망 협력과 성과)

  • This study investigates the impact of supply chain collaboration on performance in social economy in Korea. Collaboration is an effective method to overcome the disadvantages of newness and smallness of domestic social economy organizations. Nevertheless, most research on social economy examined conceptual relationship between collaboration and performance. Hence, this study focuses on empirically demonstrating the relationship between supply chain collaboration and performance in social economy. We identify two steps of supply chain collaboration structure, i.e., collaboration culture and collaboration implementation, and establish a research model to analyze the impact of collaboration of social economy organization on performance. Based on responses to a survey of 99 social economy organizations, we test the hypotheses in the theoretical model using PLS structural equation modeling. The result shows that both the effect of collaboration culture on collaboration implementation and the effect of collaboration implementation on performance are significant. This study contributes to the social economy literature by empirically investigating the impact of collaboration in social economy organizations on performance based on supply chain theories, and by expanding the application scope of supply chain theories to social economy organizations.

Impact of organizational influences of management on organizational performance in social enterprise (사회적기업 경영진의 조직역량이 조직성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of orgaizational capability(Organizational management capability, marketing capability, relationship formation capability, governance capability) of management perceived by the members of the social enterprise on performance of organization(both economic and social). For such goal, empirical analysis of research hypothesis 1 (organizational competence and economic performance) and research hypothesis 2 (organizational competence and social performance) was conducted using the statistical program of IBM SPSS 24.0 for the final 195 candidates who work in social enterprise. Both hypothesis 1 and 2 were adopted, as the result of the hypothesis 1 and 2, H1-1 H2-1 (organizational management competence and economic performance and social performance), H1-2 H2-2 (marketing competence and economic performance social performance), H1-3 H2-3 (relationship formation competence, economic performance, and social performance), and H1-4 H2-4 (governance capability and economic performance and social performance) all have a significant effect on economic and social performance. Therefore, the importance of organizational capability of management, executive body of social enterprises, was emphasized for the success and strive of social enterprise and sustainable management. Therefore, it is necessary to establish an education and training system to strategically develop and strengthen the organizational capability of the management, and provide a systematic and long-termed education system and training.

사회적책임이 조직신뢰, 조직몰입, 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향: 강원도기업을 중심으로

  • 2000년대 이후 기업의 경제적 이익을 위한 본연의 성과를 성취하기 위해서는 영리적 이익추구 이외에도 기업 내외부의 관여된 활동 범주 내에서 투자자, 소비자, 시민단체 그리고 노동조합등에 사회적책임(Corporate Social Responsibility:CSR)의 중요성이 점차 커져가고 있다. 이 중 사회적책임과 조직 내 구성원들의 조직유효성의 영향에 대한 다양한 선행논문이 있었으나, 지역으로 세분화하여 분석한 연구가 상대적으로 미비하였다. 이에 따라 강원도를 한정한 사회적책임이 조직신뢰, 조직몰입, 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 강원도 소재 기업들의 사회적책임에 대한 기반적 자료로써 활용될 것으로 여겨진다. 이를 확인하기 위해 본 연구는 강원도 소재 기업에 종사하는 구성원들을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 총 186부의 표본을 활용하였다. 검증결과 사회적책임이 조직신뢰, 조직몰입이 긍정적인 영향을 미치나 조직시민행동에 부분적으로 채택되었으며, 조직신뢰는 조직시민행동에 긍정적 영향을 미치고 조직몰입은 조직시민행동에 부분적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 연구되었다. 본 연구는 선행논문에서 밝힌 사회적책임이 조직신뢰, 조직몰입, 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향에 대해서 지역을 한정해서 연구했으며, 분석결과 강원도 지역 내 사회적경제기업들이 다수 포진되어 있으며, 공동체성이 높기 때문에 사회적책임이 조직 유효성과 조직시민행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

Economic Geographical Research Agenda for Social Economy (사회적 경제에 관한 경제지리학의 연구 주제)

  • Taking note of growing tendency of academic interests and policy applications with regard to social economy, this study aims to suggest economic geographical agenda for social economy. It is presumed that the orientation of social economy toward pursuing social value will exhibit unique spatial characteristics. Elements containing spatial implications have been identified through a review of hierarchial concepts including social innovation, social economy organization and social enterprise. Three approached are suggested as tools of understanding the spatial context of social economy: spatial characteristics inspiring social entrepreneurship, place-based context of decision-making by social economy organizations, and spaces formulated by interactions between the demand for solving social problems and the supply of economic resources. The investigation of social innovation clusters is required to focus on the differentiated characteristics from normal industrial clusters. It is also suggested that the concept of embeddedness be applied in the search of the essence and elements of social economy's ties with local community.

소셜벤처 비즈니스 모델 통합 유형 선호도가 투자의도에 미치는 영향: 소셜임팩트 긍정적 정서의 매개 효과 검증

  • 소셜벤처는 하나의 조직 안에 경제적, 사회적 가치라는 두 가지 미션을 동시에 추구해야하며 이를 하이브리드 조직이라 한다. 소셜벤처의 사회적 가치는 기상정한 사회적 대상이 그 수혜자이고, 경제적 가치는 소셜벤처의 투자자가 수혜 대상이 된다. 두 가지 가치를 실현하기 위한 기업 활동의 중첩 정도는 소셜벤처 기업 조직마다 다르게 나타난다. 소셜벤처에서 사회적 가치를 추구하기 위한 활동에서 경제적 가치도 함께 창출된다면 비교적 적은 노력으로 두 가치를 달성할 수 있을 것이고, 두 가지 가치를 위한 활동을 각각 전개해야하는 비즈니스 모델이라면 사회적 가치를 위한 기업 활동 중의 일부 또는 전부가 기업의 경제적 가치를 창출해내지 못하는 활동이 될 수 있다. 본 연구는 두 가치의 중첩에 따른 비즈니스모델의 세 가지 유형에 대한 선행 연구를 재고하고, 유형별 선호도를 독립변수로 지정, 각 유형별 투자 의도를 알아보고자한다. 특히 소셜벤처에 대한 긍정적 정서가 투자의도에 매개효과로써 영향이 있을 것이라는 가설 아래, 소셜벤처의 투자 생태계에서 긍정적 정서에 대한 중요성을 밝히고자 한다.

  • This study analyzes how to support social economic organizations financially -with online donation system. Two methods of online donation system is compared that vouchers contribute to the creation of sound market in damaged area by giving options of selecting service of social economic organization to service beneficiaries while civil fund for these organizations create employment and improve cooperative relationship between givers and receivers through online donation system. It is important for Korean government to improve donation system not only for victim directly but also for social economic organization through voucher and civil fund method of online donation system.
