The goal of this paper is to propose the use of machine learning platforms in education to train learners to recognize data biases. Learners can cultivate the ability to recognize when learners deal with AI data and systems when they want to prevent damage caused by data bias. Specifically, this paper presents a method of data bias education using MachineLearningforKids, focusing on the case of AI baseball referee. Learners take the steps of selecting a specific topic, reviewing prior research, inputting biased/unbiased data on a machine learning platform, composing test data, comparing the results of machine learning, and present implications. Learners can learn that AI data bias should be minimized and the impact of data collection and selection on society. This learning method has the significance of promoting the ease of problem-based self-directed learning, the possibility of combining with coding education, and the combination of humanities and social topics with artificial intelligence literacy.

Big data is an important keyword in World's Fourth Industrial Revolution in public and private division including IoT(Internet of Things), AI(Artificial Intelligence) and Cloud system in the fields of science, technology, industry and society. Big data based on services are available in various fields such as transportation, weather, medical care, and marketing. In particular, in the field of sports, various types of bio-signals can be collected and managed by the appearance of a wearable device that can measure vital signs in training or rehabilitation for daily life rather than a hospital or a rehabilitation center. However, research on big data with vital signs from wearable devices for training and rehabilitation for baseball players have not yet been stimulated. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a system for baseball infield and outfield players, especially which can store and analyze the momentum measurement vital signals based on big data.

For the reduction of flood damage, it is necessary to analyse shelter activities of local residents and to publish information of floodings, In this paper the control factors of individual refuge activities which are major activities to save peoples lives against floodings have been estimated. Decision making factors for mental refuge activity by the questionnaire survey were classified into two categories: internal and external ones. Furthermore, the behaviour patterns of residents for flood risk related to geographical and social factors were derived by the quantification method n. Since spatial layered information using GIS were corrected and estimated to serve citizen's consensus due to flood disaster, it would aid reduction and minimization of flood risk.d risk.

스포츠팀 운영에 있어서 경기 중 상황에 대한 통계와 분석을 통해 좋은 성과를 내는 것은 스포츠 야구 종목의 Sabermetrics를 통해 이미 증명된 바가 있다. 한편, 축구에서는 최근 들어 선수의 역량을 평가하기 위하여 객관적인 시각에서 슈터(Shooter)에게 주어진 기회, 즉 슈팅 상황을 바라보는 기대 득점(Expected Goal; 이하 xG)이라는 지표가 등장하였으나, 객관성이라는 평가 의도와 다르게 경기 내 각각의 슈팅 상황을 정의하는 것에 있어 축구 분석관들의 주관성에 의존하는 한계성을 지녔다. 본 논문은 xG를 산출하는 방식에 있어서 기존의 주관성을 배제하고 인공지능을 통해 상황을 정의하여 객관적인 평가지표를 지향하며 유의미한 통계적 수치를 지닌 xG를 도출함으로써 결과 위주의 분석만이 존재하던 축구 종목에 있어서 경기 중 상황에 대한 객관적인 판단 및 정의에 대한 방향성을 제시한다. 또한, 본 논문에서의 인공지능은 국내 K리그 슈팅 데이터를 통해 학습되어 K리그 내 전략적인 상황들에 대한 특화된 xG를 도출하며, 이를 웹을 통해 K리그 내 선수 개개인에 대해서 시계열, 상대 팀, 슈팅 위치별 그래프로 시각화하여 제공하는 시스템을 구축함으로써 K리그를 기준으로 선수에 대한 평가 및 경기 운영에 기여할 수 있는 기대 득점 분석 서비스를 제공한다.

Objective : SLAP is rupture of biceps brachii muscle tendon and it's origin, posterior side of superior labral to anterior glenoid fossa. Snapping and Pain, instability are its typical symptoms. SLAP is physical damage so surgeons use arthroscopy. In point of surgeons view, a conservative medicine is not effective for lesion of labrum. So In this article, we report a result of conservative treatment for the amatuer baseball player diagnosis with type 2 superior labral anterior posterior lesion. Methods : In this case, patient played amatuer baseball for 2 years, had diagnosis with type 2 Superior labral anterior posterior lesion by MRI after right shoulder Injury. OS recommened arthroscopy surgery. But he receive conservative Korean medicin treatment in Korean medicine hospital, including Atx, BV, herbal acupunture and rehabilitation excersise. Results : After 6 months, in the end of continuous conservative treatment and rehabilitation excersise, patient can play baseball normally, and felt a little pain. But In physical examination, he still has a some abnormal signs. Conclusion : A Conservative treatment for an amatuer baseball player diagnosis with SLAP type 2 was effective in restore of fuctional activities, but usefulness of this treatment needs more study.

Satirical cartoon features figure characters that liken to particular figures or social phenomenon to satirize particular figures or social phenomenon. Through the words and actions of figure characters in satirical carton, fraudulentact of man in power or irrational social phenomenon is revealed. The National Intelligence Service (NIS) female agent that is the figure character of this study has been appearing in satirical cartoon for a long time and it likens to social phenomenon instead of a actual figure. The reason why the NIS female agent has been appearing as a figure character in satirical cartoon for a long time is because related social phenomenon has not ended and is still in progress. In addition, the reason why it likens to social phenomenon instead of an actual figure is based on the fact that it is not easy to identify her face that has been hidden, which makes it difficult to exaggerate the characteristic of the figure. Her hidden face is also an expression of the desire to hide that is symbolized by baseball cap and muffler. Her hidden face and the desire to hide make it easy to substitute to other related figure or social phenomenon instead of actual figure. Namely, outward appearance of the NIS female agent has a good condition for combining 'added significance' in satirical cartoon. Irrelevant to actual NIS female agent, a satirical cartoon figure of NIS female agent is being combined with various meanings when needed and it is substituted as another figure, group or social phenomenon as the actual figure disappears. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to reveal the role of figure character in satirical cartoon by symbolically analyzing the figure character that appears in satirical cartoon as 'NIS female agent'. The followings were revealed through the symbolic analysis of figure character in satirical cartoon in this study. First, satirical cartoon satirizes social phenomenon. Figure character in satirical cartoon satirizes social phenomenon in place of actual figure. Second, satirical cartoon satirizes core or embarrassing area of irrational social phenomenon created by politics. Third, satirical cartoon sends a message of warning to a responsible person of irrational social phenomenon created by politics. This study tried to analyze the types of sport emotion by sport game characteristics. For that, 7 soccer games and 6 baseball games of Korean team in 2018 Asian Games were selected, and the articles and their replies about those on social network services were collected as study materials. Python was used for the collecting and expert group meeting was held for the emotion analysis. As the results of the analysis on sport emotion types by win or lose, the level of opponents and the performance of Korean team as game characteristics, the following conclusions were drawn. First, it was hard to say that win or lose and opponent's level make certain sport emotion type. Second, The performance could made contended, enthusiastic and joyful emotions when judged good, but frustrated, angry, humiliated emotions when bad. Third, social·cultural background or certain event of the games also could effect on the sport emotion types. Follow-up studies with the other game characteristics and more game cases were needed to find out more clear causal relationship.

Recently, developed countries have been suffering from a weakening sense of community due to low birthrate, aging population, rapid population movement, rapid urbanization, and industrialization. As a result, participation in local autonomy of residents in advanced countries such as the U.S. and Japan is forming community organizations at the regional level. The purpose of this study is to study the legal system of American and Japanese village enterprises. We would also like to analyze the legal system of village enterprises in the United States and Japan and examine the examples of the legal system of village enterprises in the United States and Japan. Specifically, the first is to consider the concept, background, and type of village enterprise based on prior research. Second, review the institutional characteristics of American and Japanese village enterprises. Third, I would like to analyze the cases of legal systems for village businesses such as Seattle City in the U.S. and Setaga Baseball in Tokyo, Japan. Fourth, suggest implications according to the results of the study. The results of the study suggested the following. First, the village development project should be set up and subdivided into dedicated administrative organizations. This should establish a segmented administrative organization system to support village development by establishing branch offices to support administrative services tailored to each region. Second, the village-building project should secure independent financial resources. In other words, there is an excuse to seek ways to continuously secure independent funds without relying on the administration financially for the village development project. Third, village-building should be carried out in phases. The government should support the activities of residents and promote continuous projects through phased project implementation. Fourth, a foundation must be laid for the universities and specialized high schools in the community to operate programs for regional innovation, such as social innovation.
