본 시스템은 항만지역에서 지속적으로 발생하는 안전사고에 대응하기 위하여 사물인터넷 기술을 적용한 스마트 웨어러블 기기를 활용하여 근로자의 추락, 협착, 충돌 등 사고 정보를 실시간 수집하고 GIS기반의 모니터링 서비스를 통해서 위급 상황 발생 시 능동적이고 즉각적인 구조 활동 지원 및 골든타임 확보와 지속적 분석을 수행하여 귀중한 인명사고 구조체계를 개선하는데 목적이 있다.

철도의 고속화 및 수송력 증대로 인하여 철도 터널 및 주변 환경에서 발생하는 소음 및 진동 공해는 커다란 사회문제로 대두되고 있으며, 도시의 고층화로 인해 차단벽을 이용한 방음 기술의 한계와 철도 차량의 고속, 경량화 추세로 인한 소음. 진동, 위험상황으로 인한 문제는 지속적으로 발생하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 IoT 기술을 결합한 안정성을 보장하는 IT 기반기술의 위험상황 감지, 철도 소음진동 분석, 모니터링 및 제어할 수 있는 시스템을 설계하고, 철도 인근지역 주민 또는 유관기관에 소음진동 수치에 따른 적합한 대응 시스템을 제공할 수 있는 IoT 기술 제어 분석 및 안정화 서비스 시스템을 설계하였다.

This paper proposes a scheme to collect video data of the vehicle black box in order to strengthen the public safety. The existing schemes, such as surveillance system with the fixed CCTV and car black box, have privacy issues, network traffic overhead and the storage space problems because all video data are sent to the central server. In this paper, the central server only collects the video data related to the accident or the criminal offense using the GPS information and time in order to investigation of the accident or the criminal offense. The proposed scheme addresses the privacy issues and reduces network traffic overhead and the storage space of the central server since the central server collects the video data only related to the accident and the criminal offense. The implementation and experiment shows that our service is feasible. The proposed service can be used as a component of remote surveillance system to prevent the criminal offense and to investigate the criminal offense.

The purpose of this study is to review the business records management and archival system in Korea. Each private enterprise has several reasons to maintain its own records, archives and historical materials. Those are to meet the legal requirements and the social needs. They are for supporting the business activities and protecting the benefits of corporate. It's needed to establish an integrated knowledge, information, records, and communication center, employing the archivists and records managers who have an ethical sense of duty and the knowledge about business records to improve the current system at own storage facilities.

The March 2022 presidential election held at the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic drew flak for undermining the principle of universal suffrage by failing to guarantee properly the voting rights of confirmed and quarantined persons. Guaranteeing their voting rights requires thinking about e-voting that can fundamentally overcome the temporal and spatial limitations of current paper voting polling stations. The question is how to deal with the increased possibility of contradicting or violating the principles of equality and direct and secret suffrage due to the expansion of universal suffrage. In order to obtain implications for this, we looked at the case of Estonia, which has been holding 11 national elections without any problems since the introduction of e-voting in 2005. Estonia was successfully building trust in the system, government, and society through the institutionalization and routinization of the overall socio-technical system of e-voting, along with political and constitutional agreements on the principles of elections. Therefore, we should not only consider the possibility of e-voting in terms of technological development and level but also discuss the establishment of trust by mediating conflicts between election principles from a normative point of view to reach a social consensus.

인터넷으로 대표되는 정보통신망 및 컴퓨터를 이용한 개인 정보 수집과 활용이 일반화됨에 따라 수집된 개인정보의 불법적인 접근 유출 사례가 증가하고 있다. 현재의 개인정보 이용 환경은 데이터 접근 시 사용자의 질의 내용과 그에 대한 결과가 그대로 노출되어 사용자의 프라이버시를 침해하는 문제를 안고 있다. 본 논문에서는 데이터베이스에서 개인정보보호를 위해 접근제어 정책 기반 쿼리 처리시스템인 보안 게이트웨이를 설계하고 구현한다. 이 시스템은 클라이언트가 TDS 프로토콜을 이용하여 DBMS에 접근해 정보를 요청할 때 보안 정책을 반영함으로써 단순한 차단은 물론 변환된 쿼리 응답을 한다. 본 시스템은 불법적인 접근에 대한 제어는 물론이고, 정당한 인증자의 실수나 고의적인 개인정보 유출로 인한 경제적, 사회적 손실을 방지할 수 있다. 또한 주민등록번호 등 보안 대상 정보를 제외한 기타 정보에 대한 접근을 허용함으로써 데이터베이스 가용성을 보장한다.

인공지능 기술의 발달로 현대사회 사람들은 일상생활에 편리함을 제공받고 업무의 효율성과 생산성이 향상되었다. 대한민국 보육교사들은 수많은 업무로 인해 근무시간 대비 휴식시간과 점심시간이 턱없이 부족하다. 본 논문에서는 보육교사가 일일이 아동들의 사진을 분류하는 업무에 편의성을 제공하여 보다 많은 휴식시간을 보장받고 활용할 수 있도록 전이학습을 통한 아동 이미지 자동 분류 시스템에 대해 기술하고자 한다. 이 시스템을 통해 분류된 아동들의 사진을 매년 제작하는 유아 포토북 제작에도 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

최근 대리수술 (무면허의료행위)과 같이 환자의 안전을 위협하는 사건들이 언론에 보도되고 있다. 대리수술 방지를 위한 수술실 감시카메라 장치 도입 등의 대안이 등장하고 있지만, 의료계의 거센 반발로 인해 시행되기에는 현실적인 어려움이 있다. 하지만 대리 수술과 같은 사건이 빈번하 발생함에 따라 의사에 대한 사회적 신뢰도가 추락하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 근거리 무선 통신 장치인 비콘(Beacon)과 생체인식 중 안잔하고 신뢰할 수 있는 홍채인식을 결합한 의료진 신분 확인 시스템을 제안한다. 이 시스템은 홍채인식을 통해 사용자 인증을 수행함으로써 1차적인 신분확인을 하고 비콘을 통해 의료진이 수술실에 있다는 것을 증명한다. 또한 무작위 주기로 홍채인증을 수행하여 의료진이 초기 인증만 수행하고 수술실을 떠나는 경우를 방지함으로써 집도의에 대한 환자의 신뢰를 보장한다.

신원확인을 위하여 생체정보를 수집하거나, 이용하는 데 있어서 준수하여야 할 생체정보 보호대책에 관한 중요사항을 정함으로써 생체정보의 안전한 이용 환경을 조성하고, 개인의 권리와 이익을 보호하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본고에서는 유무선 통신환경에서 생체정보가 수집${\cdot}$저장${\cdot}$전송${\cdot}$폐기 전 과정에서 발생 가능한 취약점과 위협을 정의하고, 이에 대한 기술적${\cdot}$관리적 보호대책에 대한 가이드라인을 제시하고자 한다. 한편, ITU-T, ISO 등 국제 표준 및 국내 TTA 단체 규격 등과 호환 가능하도록 보안대책을 제시함으로서 국가 간의 생체정보에 대한 보호조치 방안에 관하여 상호 연동성을 보장한다. 본고는 유비쿼터스 환경에서 생체인식 국가인프라가 구축되는 시점에서 발생할 수 있는 생체정보에 대한 불신감과 인권침해 등의 사회적인 논란을 최소화하고 개인의 생체정보 보호기술의 발전과 관련 응용서비스 활성화에 기여할 것이다. 또한 전자여권${\cdot}$ 선원신분증${\cdot}$ 국제운전면허증${\cdot}$ 전자주민증 등 공항${\cdot}$항만${\cdot}$육로의 출입국관리에 생체정보의 활용이 전 세계적으로 보급 확산되는 시점에서 생체정보 활용 및 생체인식시스템에 대한 신뢰성을 제공함으로서 국내 생체인식산업의 활성화에 기여할 수 있다고 기대한다.
