This study was conducted to design a financial system for the sustainable life of mankind. Human society faces a constant crisis and leads a life while overcoming it. The polarization is intensifying in the process of overcoming the economic crisis or crisis caused by the virus. In a society adopting the capitalist economic system, it is a common phenomenon that polarization intensifies with the passage of time, but since the intensification of polarization can destroy human society as a community, active countermeasures are required. The purpose of this study was to prevent the deepening of polarization by redesigning important financial-related systems from the perspective of human life and maintenance of human society. Through the history of mankind, monetary and financial systems related to sustainable society have been analyzed, and a financial system model that is ideal for the modern and future society and is sustainable in the long term has been derived. The conditions for a long-term sustainable financial system should be a model that can solve the problems of the current system, such as deepening polarization, and a model that is faithful to the characteristics of the modern economic society and the essence of sustainable life. And it can be sustainable only if it is based on the common principles of human society. It should be a model that guarantees core values such as growth and equality that human society demands. After analyzing the problems of the current economic system and analyzing the conditions required for the new system, the basic axioms that the new financial system should be based on were presented, and a desirable model was derived based on this. The structure of the derived model and the specific operation model were presented. In the future, follow-up studies are needed to concrete this model.

디지털 플랫폼을 기반으로 한 벤처를 성공적으로 육성하려면 빅데이터와 인공지능 알고리즘을 바탕으로 한 비즈니스 모델이 사회적으로 적합한 형태로 수용되어야 한다. 그러나 디지털 벤처가 데이터와 알고리즘 활용에 있어 공정한가에 대한 의구심과 도전이 지속되고 있으며 이와 관련된 연구 노력도 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구는 온라인 유통 플랫폼 벤처로 급격히 성장한 쿠팡이 직면한 도전을 통해 빅데이터와 알고리즘 기반의 비즈니스 수행에 따른 어려움과 이에 대한 이론적 고찰을 시도했다. 쿠팡의 도전을 알고리즘, 빅데이터, 자동 최저가 매칭 시스템, 그리고 오프라인 업체의 비교 데이터 활용에 관한 문제로 정리했다. 이들 각각에 대하여 의무 범위론의 관점에서 문제 해결의 실마리를 제시하였다. 본 연구는 쿠팡의 자체 브랜드 출시를 배경으로 디지털 플랫폼 기반의 벤처 기업이 성장하면서 제기되는 사회적 도전 과제들을 검토함으로써 지속가능성을 유지하기 위한 전략적 고민과 실천적 연구 노력이 뒤따를 필요성을 환기시킨다.

최근 청소년들의 잇따른 자살 때문에 사회적 관심이 집중되고 있다. 특히 과도한 학업 스트레스와 미래에 대한 불안감, 왕따 현상 등이 청소년들을 위기로 몰아넣고 있다. 어른과 마찬가지로 청소년들에게도 좌절, 실망감, 상실감이 크면 우울증 등 정신건강의 문제가 나타날 수 있고, 그 빈도는 성인에서만큼 흔하다. 만약 일시적인 증상이라면 큰 문제가 아닐 수 있지만 지속적으로 문제가 된다면 정확한 평가와 빠른 치료가 필수다.

The present study investigated individuals' perception of important social issues in Korea. Based on previous research(Hahn, 1994; Hahn & Kang, 2000), a checklist containing 370 social issues was created. This checklist was administered to 1600 Koreans(812 college students, 788 adults) residing in 5 regional areas in Korea during the period of December 2004 and February 2005. Data were analyzed by the respondents' age, sex, and residing areas, and findings were compared to those of the two previous studies conducted in 1994 and 1999. Major findings of the study are as follows. First, across the three surveys, over 50% of the respondents consistently indicated the following four items as important social issues in the Korean society: political corruption, environmental pollution, the education system that is driven too much for college entrance, employment difficulty for local college graduates. Second, more than 50% of the respondents in the current survey indicated the following 12 items as important social issues that must be resolved: high unemployment rate, political corruption, environmental pollution, education system, overall difficulty of getting jobs, the nation's distrust in politics, hardships of life among the working classes, political incompetence, people with defective personal credit standings, employment difficulty for local college graduates, political instability, corruption of public servants. Third, analyses on the top 30 social issues across the three surveys revealed a positive and significant rank-order correlation for a five-year period(i.e., 1994-1999, 1999-2004), but not for a ten-year period(i.e., 1994-2004). Implications of the study and directions for future research are discussed.

생태적 관점 기존개발계획 재검투호 지속가능한 사회발전전략 마련해야

일반적으로 호우사상의 특성은 강우강도, 지속기간, 총 강우량으로 정량화된다. 주어진 호우 사상에 대한 재현기간은 보통 위 세 개 변량 중 두 개의 변량에 대한 이변량 빈도해석을 통해 결정된다. 따라서 3 가지의 다른 빈도해석이 가능하며, 원칙적으로 이 세 가지 빈도해석 결과는 같아야 한다. 그러나, 문제는 어떤 변량을 선택하느냐에 따라 빈도해석 결과가 달라진다는 점이다. 본 연구에서는 이 문제를 해결하고자 다음과 같은 연구를 수행하였다. 첫 번째로 1961-2010년에 관측된 서울지점 연최대치 호우사상에 대한 이변량 빈도해석을 수행하였다. 이변량 빈도해석은 Frank, Gumbel-Hougaard, Clayton, ali-Mikhail-Haq copula 모형을 이용하여 수행하였으며, 모형의 매개변수는 두 변량의 상관관계를 나타내는 Kendall's tau를 이용하여 추정하였다. 호우사상에 대한 이변량 빈도해석을 수행한 결과, 결과가 일관되지 않고 고려한 두 가지 강우변량에 따라 다르게 나타난 것을 확인하였다. 두 번째로 보편적인 강우강도식을 이용하여 호우사상을 이루는 세변량의 특성을 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 고려한 강우강도식은 Talbot 형, Sherman 형, Japanese 형, Grunsky 형이다. 일반적인 강우강도식에서 지속기간과 강우강도의 관계는 I~t^a와 같이 나타나며, 이 때 a의 범위는 -0.5부터 -1까지 값으로 정해진다. 마지막으로, 호우사상을 이루는 세 변량의 상관관계를 이용하여 가장 적절한 이변량 빈도해석결과를 도출하는 강우 변량의 조합을 결정하였다. 결론적으로, 본 연구에서는 지속기간과 강우강도를 copula 모형을 이용한 이변량 빈도 해석의 가장 적절한 것으로 판단되었다.

Sustainable development goals (SDGs) are designed to promote human and social development and address challenges related to sustainable economic development, in addition to creating quality employment. SDGs create new market and business opportunities that enable companies to effect business changes through innovative solutions. To tackle structural problems and create infrastructure for future societies, a national-level digital transformation strategy is being developed in Korea. The Korean government announced an investment plan for living social overhead capital (SOC) to address various social and structural problems caused by low economic growth. This study emphasizes the importance of building SOCs in accordance with the requirements of future societies. This study primarily aims to suggest business opportunities created by achieving SDGs, by analyzing business cases involving 3D printing-based construction. Implementing living SOCs through ingenious thinking will not only create new businesses and jobs through digital transformation, but also improve the economic and social value by encouraging community members to be proud of their future society.

SNS is developing rapidly along with diffusion of smartphone. However as useage of SNS became excessive, SNS addiction became a social problem. Meanwhile the problem that users leavning SNS because of negative perceptions about SNS became issue. As both SNS addiction and continuance are important when using SNS, this study examines factors affecting Facebook addiction and continuance. We derive three personal traits, which is autonomy, competence, relatedness as variables that affect Facebook addiction and continuance to use Facebook. The authors' structural equation model using data, collected from 204 Facebook user, showed that autonomy and competence significantly affected Facebook addiction. Also, autonomy, competence and relatedness significantly affect Facebook continuance.

This paper is to conceptualize 'new urbanization' on the basis of a certain possibility of 'sustainable urbanization' in the capitalist society, while admitting some criticism on its possibility. For this purpose, first of all, this paper points out some economic and environmental difficulties in the Fordist regime of accumulation and the developmentalist strategies which have promoted the modem urbanization in the industrial society. Then, this paper examines the concept of 'sustainable development' which has been suggested to manage such problems in modem industrial cities, and explores its limitation that the application of this concept has been usually confined to some ex post facto - that is, weak sustainable development - strategies to resolve urban environmental problems. Finally, in order to overcome these problems both of developmentalism and of weak sustainable development, this paper conceptualize strong sustainable development for new urbanization and suggest urban environmental strategies for strong sustainable cities.

This study was conducted to derive a model of a sustainable politics and administration system that will enhance human happiness. A new long-term sustainable development model has been established based on the experience of the politics and administration system over the past thousands of years. Currently, the democratic political system and the bureaucratic administrative system dominate, but they are facing many problems. In this study, we analyzed the politics and administration system experienced by human society, and derived a model of a politics and administration system that is ideal for the present and future societies and is sustainable in the long term. The necessary condition should be a model that can solve the problems of the current politics and administration system. It must be a model that is faithful to the characteristics and essence of modern society. And as a sufficient condition to ensure long-term sustainability, it must be based on the common principles of human society. After analyzing the problems of the current system and analyzing the conditions required for the new system, the axioms that are the basis of the politics and administration system were presented. Based on the axioms, the structure and operation model of a new politics and administration system were derived. The derived model was named as a servicism politics and administration system. It is a dynamic model in which two opposing opponents recognize each other's contradictions and balance them dialectically in the space-time dimension.
