본 연구는 사전재해영향성 평가제도의 개선 방안을 제안하기 위해 환경영향성평가의 연혁 변화 및 DB 구축 시스템에 대해 살펴보았다. 또한 재해 사전 분석의 이론적 개념을 분석하여 사전재해영향성 평가제도의 이론적 개념을 살펴보았다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 사전재해영향성 평가의 문제점을 도출하고 개선방안을 제안하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 사전재해영향성 평가의 문제점을 도출하고 개선방안을 제안하였고, 또한 사전재해영향성평가 문제점을 환경영향성평가 비교 분석을 통해서 사전재해 영향성평가 개선방안을 제안하였다. 개선방안으로 첫째 정책적 개선안으로 행정계획 지침 분리, 소규모 개발 사업 간소화 등을 제안하였다. 둘째 기술적 개선안으로 통합관리시스템 개발, 사후재해영향성검토제 도입을 제안하였다.

This study aims to provide a guide to the selection and purchase of a good CD-ROM encyclopedia by establishing evaluation criteria for CD-ROM encyclopedia. This study first divided evaluation criteria into the following rune categories: reviews available, print version, availability of trial disc, hardware requirements and ease of software installation, database contents, retrieval software, standalone/network version, standard/deluxe version, costs. Next, it suggested evaluation points and items in detail under each category.

본 연구는 기존의 한글 전자사전의 단점들인 과다한 검색 횟수, 비효율적인 주 기억장치 사용, 이미 구축된 사전에 새로운 단어에 대한 추가·삭제의 난이성 등을 해결할 수 있는 다차원 이진트리 구조 기반의 한글 전자사전의 설계 및 구현을 그 내용으로 하고 있다. 본 논문에서 구현된 한글 전자사전의 검색시간 성능평가를 위해 입력 키워드의 종류에 따라 실험1, 실험2 의 두가지 성능평가를 수행하였다. 실험1에서는 구현된 사전의 단어를 입력 키워드로 사용하여 실험하였으며 그 결과로서 제안한 사전구조가 검색 속도 면에서 기존의 트라이 사전구조보다 약 1.5배의 성능향상을 부여주고 있음을 보았다. 실험 2는 다차원 이진트리 구조의 한글 전자사전이 트라이 구조의 한글 전자사전보다 약 2.3배의 성능향상을 이루고 있음을 보여주고 있다. 한편, 사전 구축시 필요한 주기억장치 용량에 대한 성능평가 결과는 트라이구조사전은 1.987Kbyte를 가지는 반면 제안한 다차원 이진트리 구조의 한글 전자사전은 1.136Kbyte를 가지므로 약 1.8배의 성능향상을 보여주고 있다.

The study demonstrated the pre-feasibility evaluation of the new agricultual technology R&D project and the ways to improve it. The study created new criteria for pre-feasibility evaluation based on the results acquired from the examination and analysis of pre-feasibility evaluation systems and criteria of various institutions at home and abroad in order to understand the current state of the evaluation method conducted by the Rural Development Administration and to seek ways for its improvement. The new criteria include indices for technicity, marketability, and feasibility. Based on these, questionnaires were prepared and the answers on them were statistically analyzed to set weights between indices. It was found that feasibility appeared the highest, in particular, feasibilities related to budget appropriateness, novelty, possibility of demand for the technology, and potential of commercialization appeared high. Referring to this conclusion, a simple operation process of pre-feasibility evaluation was introduced in the study.

본 연구는 최근 발행 종 수 및 부수가 급격히 증가하고 있고, 그 형태 면에서도 인쇄본, CD-ROM, 온라인, 인터넷 백과사전 등으로 다양화되고 있는 백과사전을 평가하기 위한 기준을 설정하고, 이 기준에 근거하여 현재 국내에서 유통되고 있는 백과사전을 실증적으로 평가, 분석하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이 연구를 통해 일반 독자나 도서관에서의 백과사전 선택을 위한 실제적인 지침을 마련함과 동시에, 궁극적으로는 백과사전의 편집과 출판을 위한 새로운 기준을 제시하게 될 것이다.

This study aims to perform an evaluation of web-based encyclopedia services provided by major Korean search portals, Navel, Yahoo-Korea, Empas, and Daum. These encyclopedia services are evaluated in terms of the relevance, up-to-dateness, and multimedia features of search results. In conducting this study, real queries that real users submitted were used. This study also compares functional characteristics of these encyclopedia services. The results of this study can be implemented to the development and improvement of portal's encyclopedia services. Users can refer to the results of this study in choosing encyclopedia services from search portals.

텍스트로부터 명사를 추출하기 위해서 다양한 기법이 이용될 수 있는데, 본 논문에서는 학습 데이터를 이용하여 생성한 규칙과 사전을 이용하는 단순한 모델을 통해 명사를 효과적으로 추출할 수 있는 기법에 대하여 기술한다. 사용한 모델은 기본적으로 명사, 어미, 술어 사전을 사용하고 있으며 명사 추정은 학습 데이터를 통해 생성한 규칙을 통해 이루어진다. 제안한 방법은 복잡한 언어학적 분석 없이 명사 추정이 가능하며, 복합명사 사전을 이용하지 않고 복합 명사를 추정할 수 있는 장점을 지니고 있다. 또한, 명사추정의 주 요소인 규칙이나 사전 등록어의 추가, 갱신 등이 용이하며, 필요한 경우에는 특정 분야의 텍스트 분석을 위한 새로운 사전의 추가가 가능하다. 제안한 방법을 이용해 "제1회 형태소 분석기 및 품사 태거 평가대회(MATEC '99')"의 명사 추출기 분야에 참가하였으며, 본 논문에서는 성능평가 결과를 제시하고 평가결과에 대한 분석을 기술하고 있다. 또한, 현재의 평가기준 중에서 적합하지 않은 부분을 규정하고 이를 기준으로 삼아 자체적으로 재평가한 평가결과를 제시하였다.

최근, 일반적으로 BSC를 도입.운용하는 영리, 비영리 조직이 많은 추세로 늘어나고 있다. 그러나 BSC의 도입이 반드시 조직에 효과적인 결과를 가져 오지는 않고 있다. 따라서 BSC를 도입하기 위해서는 철저한 사전평가와 준비가 필요하다. 본 연구는 선행연구 결과에서 BSC 도입 시 성공요인을 도출하고 사례대학을 선정하여 BSC 성공적 도입을 위한 사전 평가를 실시하였다. 또한 본 연구는 BSC를 도입 하려는 많은 기업과 대학에게 BSC 도입을 위한 사전평가에 대하여 유익하게 활용 될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

The purpose of this study is to determine how the pre-test performed before training affects the results of CPR performance. In the case of the pre-test group(PTG), a pre-evaluation was performed for 1 minute before training, and the group that did not perform the pre-test(NPTG) performed only regular education. In both groups, skill test was performed for 1 minute after training. As a result of comparing the pre and post-test of PTG, there were statistically significant changes in chest compression depth, rate, and compression recoil. There was a statistically significant difference only in the chest compression rate in the chest compression performance results of the two groups after training. There was a statistically significant difference in the results of confidence after training in both groups. It is judged that the pre-test conducted before training has a good influence not only on the results of chest compression, but also on confidence improvement. Therefore, it is judged that it is necessary to develop additional programs such as pre-education test in order to increase the concentration of CPR education for the general population.
