The Comparative Analysis of Evaluation Guidelines for ITS Projects (국내 지능형교통체계(ITS) 사업평가체계 도입방향(한국.미국.유럽 사례 비교분석을 중심으로))

  • 본 연구는 한국 미국 유럽의 ITS 사업평가방법론을 비교분석(Comparative Analysis)하여 과학적인 국내 ITS사업평가지침 도입방안을 제언하는 것이다. 이를 위해 우리나라의 ITS사업평가의 문제점 및 국외 선진평가방법론을 분석하고 시사점을 도출하여 국내 ITS평가지침을 제도화하기 위한 정책방향을 제언하였다. 국내 외 사례(미국 유럽 한국) 비교분석결과, 국내에서도 중 장기적인 ITS 투자재원의 효율적 배분과 단기적인 시스템운영의 효율화를 위해서 과학적인 ITS평가지침(ITS Evaluation Guideline)의 도입이 제도화되어야 한다. 또한 세부추진방안으로 ITS사업을 지속적이고 반복적으로 모니터링 할 수 있는 ITS사업평가체계의 도입, ITS 서비스의 효과척도(MOE)를 과학적으로 분석할 수 있는 평가기법(운영성능평가, 경제성평가, 사전 사후비교분석, 시뮬레이션분석)정립, ITS특성을 고려한 새로운 평가기법 도입(위험도분석, 행태분석, 시뮬레이션분석) 및 기타 정책적 활용을 위한 지원(평가자료의 데이터베이스화, 한국형 ITS평가용 시뮬레이터개발, ITS사업효과 계량화 등)방안이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

  • 본 논문의 목적은 계층적 베이즈 일반화 선형모형을 이용하여 경시적 자료를 분석하는 것이다. 구체적으로 계층적 베이즈 변량효과 모형을 소개하고 무정보적 사전분포 하에서 사후분포가 진(proper)인지에 대한 충분조건을 찾는다 또한, 깁스(Gibbs) 표본자를 사용하여 제안된 계층적 베이즈 절차의 수행에 관해 논의한다. 현실자료를 사용하여 제안된 계층적 베이즈 분석을 예시하고, 이에 대응하는 경험적 베이즈 분석과 비교한다.

A Study on Correlation of Voting Behavior and Attitude and Vote Intention in the Poll Survey (사전 태도 및 투표 의향과 실제 투표행동간 상관성 연구)

  • The purposes of the present study were to analyze correlation of vote behavior and attitude and vote intention in the pre-survey, and to investigate the efficient method of predicting the voting result from the pre-surveys. The previous attitude is measured by the support for the candidate, political self-confidence, self-efficacy and opinion on present issues. The vote intention is surveyed by the past election participation and degree of election interest. Real voting behavior is surveyed by the post enumeration, and the pre-survey and both post-survey are conducted to the same person to analyze the correlation of voting behavior and pre-survey. The real election participation is highly correlated with vote intention, election interest and past election participation. Almost respondents did not change the supporting candidate from the poll survey to the election vote. It is shown that the voting behavior at election of the nonrespondent of pre-survey can be predicted with the demographic charater and attitude of present issues.

The Effects of Core Fundamental Nursing Program on Core Fundamental Nursing Skills Competency, Clinical Competency and Problem Solving Process (핵심기본간호술 교육프로그램이 핵심기본간호술 수행능력, 임상수행능력 및 문제해결과정에 미치는 효과)

  • This study was pre-experimental research designed to compare the differences between pre-and post the effect of core fundamental education program of senior nursing student′s core fundamental nursing skills, clinical competency and problem solving process for one semester. Core fundamental education program which consists of three steps, 12 session. The subjects of this study were 192 graduates of one nursing college and surveyed from March 20 to June 23, 2017. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, the paired t-test, t-test, ANOVA by SAS for Windows(ver. 9.8) and AMOS(ver. 20.0) As a result, pre-post recognition level of core fundamental education program was nursing skills competency pre $(3.42{\pm}.42)$ and post $3.88({\pm}.61)$, clinical competency was pre $3.74({\pm}.47)$ and post $3.98({\pm}.67)$. The core fundamental nursing skills(p=.017), clinical competency(p=.041) increased significantly after education program. Core fundamental nursing skills, clinical competency and problem solving process was significantly different according to male group(p=.003/p=.013/p=.005), high satisfaction group in nursing major(p=<.000/p=.009/p=<.000), confidence improvement group(p=.044/p=.047/p=.004) at the core skill contest. In conclusion, this study showed that the core fundamental nursing education program of senior nursing students had a positive effect on core fundamental nursing skills and clinical competency.

  • This study has been conducted to identify the current status and practices of electrical stimulation for patients with dysphagia in Korea. Main goal of the study is to find evidences of developing and distributing a quality indicator and organized performance exam. This study analyzed 50 survey questionnaires given to clinical professionals in upper-scale general hospitals, university hospitals, nursing homes and professional rehabilitation hospitals. The survey sent out and collected by E-mails or interviews from August 21, 2013 to November 10, 2013. Most of the hospitals showed lack of using a quality indicator and organized performance exams in device maintenance, pre-operational tests and post-operational tests. It is strongly recommended to develop a standardized guideline of a higher quality indicator and organized performance exam in using neuromuscular electrical stimulator for patients who are suffering from dysphagia.

The Effects of ARCS Model Based Instruction and Cognitive Style on Learning Motivation and Learning Achievement in Computer Education (전산수업에서 ARCS 모형이 인지양식에 따라 학습동기와 학업성취도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aims at identifying what effect ARCS model based instruction and cognitive style have on learning motivation and achievement in computer education. In order to accomplish this goal. 70 high school students were randomly allocated into the experiment group and the control group. And each group was divided into field-independent group and field-dependent group. The results were as follows. First, post test of learning motivation among four groups showed that mean differences were statistical significant. Especially 'ARCS model based instruction-field independent group got higher score than 'traditional instruction field dependent' group. Second, post test of learning achievement showed no significant mean difference among four group. The result of the pre and post test difference analysis showed that the change scores of means were significantly different.

  • 주요 우주 발사체 보유 국가에서 1957년부터 1999년 사이에 발사된 우주 발사체의 성공 및 실패 이력에 대해 베이즈 분석기법을 적용하여 각국의 발사체에 대한 신뢰도를 분석하였다. 베이즈 분석기법에서 사전분포함수로는 베타함수를 사용하였으며, 미래의 발사체 성공률을 표현하는 사후분포함수는 년도별 누적된 발사 이력을 반영한 베타 사전함수를 이용하여 년도마다 발사체 신뢰도를 평가하는 경우와 첫 발사부터 1999년까지의 발사 성공률에 대한 평균과 분산을 반영할 베타 사전함수를 이용하여 년도별 발사체 신뢰도를 구하는 경우로 나누어 구하였다. 발사 이력이 많은 국가의 경우에는 베이즈 분석기법으로 구한 성공률과 산술적으로 구한 성공률은 거의 동일하였으나, 발사 이력이 적은 국가에서는 비교적 큰 차이를 나타내었다 따라서 발사 이력이 적은 경우에는 산술적 평균에 의한 성공률보다는 베이즈 기법을 이용한 향후 발사체의 발사 성공률 분석이 우주 발사체의 신뢰도를 평가하는데 적합하다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

Critical Review of Simulation Training's Effects on Nursing Students (간호학생을 대상으로 한 시뮬레이션 실습 효과에 대한 비판적 고찰)

  • This study was undertaken to analyze the intervening effect of nursing simulation among nursing students. This was a critical review study, and data obtained were reviewed using various data bases, including RISS, KISS, NDSL, DBpia, and KRI. The terminologies entered in the data base were nursing and simulation. Selected studies were assessed for methodological quality; and narrative, descriptive or one group post-test studies were excluded from the analysis. Ed. Notes: Please review for accuracy. I have suggested the edit to the best of my understanding. Finally, 234 studies were included for investigation. Results included studies of nursing simulation intervention in Korea, commencing from 2008. One group pre-post test and two group post test were more designed in journals comparing to master thesis or doctoral dissertation. Clinical practice was the most frequently studied aspect by both the assessor and student in the two groups' pre-post test design. Nursing competences associated with dependent variables during simulation were integrated skills, critical thinking, communication, cooperation, professional recognition and leadership. The two groups pre-post design explored more varied competences as compared to other designs. Considering the results obtained, we conclude that simulation intervention is an effective teaching method for nursing students to help improve their clinical practice. However, further studies are required to assess the impact of critical thinking and problem solving.
