  • 본 연구는 사전재해영향성 평가제도의 개선 방안을 제안하기 위해 환경영향성평가의 연혁 변화 및 DB 구축 시스템에 대해 살펴보았다. 또한 재해 사전 분석의 이론적 개념을 분석하여 사전재해영향성 평가제도의 이론적 개념을 살펴보았다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 사전재해영향성 평가의 문제점을 도출하고 개선방안을 제안하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 사전재해영향성 평가의 문제점을 도출하고 개선방안을 제안하였고, 또한 사전재해영향성평가 문제점을 환경영향성평가 비교 분석을 통해서 사전재해 영향성평가 개선방안을 제안하였다. 개선방안으로 첫째 정책적 개선안으로 행정계획 지침 분리, 소규모 개발 사업 간소화 등을 제안하였다. 둘째 기술적 개선안으로 통합관리시스템 개발, 사후재해영향성검토제 도입을 제안하였다.

  • The Korea government set a Act called as Before and After Study for a huge SOC projects in order to check their feasibility again at the time of design, construction and completion period. However, the evaluation items and analysis method are so vague that its effectiveness has been challenged. Especially railroad projects need to be evaluated differently by railroad construction types and rolling stocks. This paper suggests the evaluation items as a common items and exclusive items on the type of construction and rolling stocks. Also data collection in the standardized form and GIS techniques and are introduced to analyze evaluation items effectively.

  • 본 연구에서는 공과대학 수업에 지각적 주의 환기 전략이 학습동기에 어떤 영향을 주는지 알아보기 위해 지각적 주의 환기 전략으로 스마트 기기를 활용한 수업을 진행하면서 학습동기에 미치는 효과를 분석하였다. 분석 방법으로는 Keller의 ARCS 이론에 근거하여 개발한 IMMS를 수업의 특성에 맞게 수정한 검사지를 검사도구로 사용하여 지각적 주의 환기 전략을 적용하기 전 사전과 적용한 사후 검사를 실시한 후 그 결과를 통해 학습동기를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 지각적 주의 환기 전략으로 스마트 기기를 활용한 교수법이 스마트 기기에 익숙한 대학생들에게도 사전, 사후 간의 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 그 하위범주 중 주의력에 크게 영향을 미친다는 것으로 나타났다.

Physiological Index of the Elderly with Diabetes According to Dance Based Low Intensity Combined Kinesitherapy (무용기반 저강도 복합운동요법이 당뇨노인의 생리적 지표에 미치는 효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of low intensity combined kinesitherapy on type 2 diabetes mellitus and to compare the effects of exercise and methodology aspects, the difference in the post - test scores between fasting glucose and blood lipids in the control group (exercise group) and the control group (exercise group) that prescribed the dance - exercise and low intensity combined exercise for the elderly diabetic patients for 12 weeks sample t-test. the main results of the study are summarized as follows. first, fasting blood sugar showed difference in pre - post - difference of group compared to control group. second, the total cholesterol was found to have a statistically significant difference in the experimental group from pre - post - difference. third, the neutral region showed no statistically significant differences in both experimental and comparator groupsfrom pre - post - difference. fourth, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels showed no statistically significant difference in both experimental and comparator groups from pre - post - difference. fifth, low density lipoprotein cholesterol showed statistically significant difference in the experimental group from pre - post - difference group. in conclusion, this study is significant in that the combined effects of dance - motion activities and low intensity combined exercise for elderly with type 2 diabetes were quantitatively proved by using physiological index who had not been treated previously.

한국(韓國) 주가지수(株價指數)옵션시장(市場) 내에서의 가격불균형(價格不均衡)과 차익거래(差益去來) 기회(機會)에 관한 연구(硏究)

  • 본 연구에서는 한국의 주가지수옵션시장 내에서 KOSPI 200 옵션들 사이의 가격불균형을 이용한 박스 스프레드 차익거래 기회와 수익성에 대한 실증분석을 시행하였다. 분석기간 중 한국증권거래소 비회원사의 경우에는 전체 관측도수 중 11.1%의 경우에 박스 스프레드 차익거래 기회가 존재하였으며, 사후적 박스 스프레드 매도 차익거래 이익 평균은 0.3468, 사후적 박스 스프레드 매입 차익거래 이익 평균은 0.3462이었다. 한국증권거래소 회원사인 증권회사들에게는 박스 스프레드 차익거래 기회가 자주 발생하였다. 한국증권거래소 회원사의 경우에는 전체 관측도수 중 61.4%의 경우에 박스 스프레드 차익거래 기회가 존재하였으며, 사후적 박스 스프레드 매도 차익거래 이익 평균은 0.1677, 사후적 박스 스프레드 매입 차익거래 이익 평균은 0.1815이었다. 사전적 박스 스프레드 차익거래 수익성 분석 결과 박스 스프레드 차익거래 전략을 실행하는데 소요되는 시간을 고려하는 경우에도 증권거래소 회원사와 비회원사 모두에게 수익성 있는 박스 스프레드 차익거래 기회가 존재하였다.

  • This paper presents the methods of evaluating validity and effectiveness of informatization budget investment for e-Government, through the preliminary evaluation. the progress evaluation and the Post evaluation of the investment, and a quantitative evaluation model which improves conformance of IT ROI (Return On Investment) using the evaluation results. the right evaluation targets of informatization investment for the development project to GDOC(Government electronic Document Distribution Center), and KPIs(Key Performance Indexes) which is enable to evaluate objectively effectiveness in the preliminary and the post evaluation phases are developed, and according to using the quantitative evaluation model . improved effectiveness evaluation results for each index in the point of view of usage and innovation are come out.

  • The purpose of this study wat to investigate relationships of learning motivation and self-efficacy according to participation in a motivational program for university freshman studying physical education. A total of 66 university freshman participated in the current study and divided into experimental group and control group. Questionnaires were distributed before and after motivational program. Statistical methods used in this study were descriptive analysis, paired t-test, ANOVA, and ANCOVA. The results showed the following. First, There was a significant difference in the external motivation variable of learning motivation of the experimental group. Second, the experimental group showed a statistical difference between pretest and posttest in the confidence variable of self-efficacy. positive attitude influenced on leisure satisfaction.

Analysis of the Effect of the Havruta Method in Engineering Education (공학교육에서 하브루타 수업방식의 효과 분석)

  • This study aimed to explore the change of engineering students' competencies through the havruta class. In the havruta class, engineering students' competencies were compared with pre-test and post-test. The research tool was developed by selecting learning readiness, academic self-efficacy, and communication ability as the learner's competence in the havruta class. Finally, 105 data were analyzed with SPSS 21.0 for windows. First, there was a statistically significant difference in learning readiness. Second, there was no statistically significant difference in academic self-efficacy. Third, there was a statistically significant difference in communication ability. It was found that there was a positive change of competencies in learning readiness ability and communication ability in the havruta class. Although the findings are difficult to generalize to all majors, these results will be a useful basis for instructors who want to apply the havruta class.

Development of Communication Education Program for Engineering Students (공학도를 위한 커뮤니케이션 교육 프로그램의 개발)

  • The purpose of this research is in developing a communication education program that will increase the communication abilities of engineering students and validating the effectiveness of this education program. To test for the effectiveness of the education program, pre and post test was conducted on students from college of science and technology in K University located in Cheonan. The experimental groups consisted of 37 students. The control group consisted of 34 students. The communication program comprised of eight modules and each module consisted of 100 minute session conducted once a week for total of eight weeks. Results showed that pre-test showed no difference between control and experimental groups. The results for the pre and post tests on the control group showed no significant difference. The results for pre and post tests in the experimental group showed significant difference. The results indicate that communication training program is effective in raising the communication abilities in engineering students.

Traffic Accident Reduction Effects of Section Speed Enforcement Systems(SSES) Operation in Freeways (고속도로 구간과속단속시스템 운영에 따른 교통사고 감소효과)

  • This study aims to evaluate the accident reduction effects of 'Section Speed Enforcement System' (SSES) operation in freeways. In pursuing the above, this study collects the accident data for 5 years (2 years before operation and 3 years after operation) at all 9 sections where SSESs are operated, and evaluates annually the effects before and after operation using the comparison group method (C.G. Method). The measures of effectiveness are total accidents (TAs), fatal and serious accidents (FSAs), total injuries (TIs) and fatal and serious injuries (FSIs). The main results are as follows. First, TAs and TIs are reduced to 41.7 and 17.1%, respectively. Second, FSAs and FSIs are reduced to 41.7 and 32.2%, respectively. Therefore, SSES has more effectiveness at fatal and serious accident. Third, the accident reduction effect has been increasing, and particularly the effect of 'after three years' is evaluated to be notable.
