The N Screen service has been focused because of the explosive growth of Smart media. However, between content producers and service providers have been causing the copyright issue while N-Screen service providing real-time channels. In this study, the current copyright issues are analyzed by examining at the right relationships associated with the right of communication to the public and private copy that caused by sling box which is activated N Screen.

본고는 전자업계와 전국경제인연합회, 대한상공회의소, 한국무역협회, 중소기업협동조합중앙회 등 전 경제단체들과 공동으로 저작 재산권자들 만을 위해 제도 자체의 많은 문제점을 내포한 사적복제보상금 제도를 추진하는 것은 경제발전은 물론 사회발전에도 역생한다는 점을 들어 동제도 도입을 철회할 것을 요청한 바 있으나, 이를 계속 추진하고 있어 우리 산업계는 물론 전 경제계의 심각한 우려를 가져와 동제도 도입 추진을 즉시 중지하여 줄 것을 관련업계 연명으로 본회에서 상공자원부, 문화체육부, 경제기획원, 재무부, 대통령 비서실, 국무총리 행정조정실 등에 대정부 건의한 내용을 요약한 것임을 밝힌다. The digital copying and digital transmission are rapidily Increasing with the innovation of information technology and the development of networking technology. But It Is Inevitable to limit copyright for the public benefit and cultural development In the digital environment in like manner with the analog environment. First, this study examinated the international trends and legulations relating to the copyright limitations In the U.S. and Japan for the fair use. Second, it dealed with the problems of the digital copying relating to the temporary storage In RAM and screen display that are recently becoming international issues. Third, it concretely explored and analyzed the problems according to the application of the fall use of the private copying, the library copying, and the copying for the purpose of school education in the network environment. In conclusion, to solve these problems that Is occurred from legulations In the analog environment Is needed the revision of the existing copyright law in Korea. Finally, this study suggested 'the copyright collecive management system' and 'the private copying levy system' as the systemic devices to control the digital private copying.

스캔된 어문/만화 저작물은 종이책을 스캔하여 PDF 및 EPUB 형태의 전자책으로 변환되지만, 아무런 복제방지조치를 취하지 않아 불법복제의 위험성이 매우 높다. 또한 사적으로 복제된 저작물들도 아무런 저작권 보호기술도 취해지지 않은 상태로 웹하드 등을 통해 불법유통되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결할 수 있는 어문/만화 저작물 식별 및 복제 방지 시스템을 제안하였다.

지상파DTV 방송프로그램의 온라인 상의 불법적인 배포가 활발하게 일어남에 따라서, 지상파DTV 방송프로그램에 대한 보호를 위한 여러 가지 조치가 시도되고 있다. 국내에서는 TTA를 중심으로 ATSC의 RC 기술자를 기반으로 한 방송프로그램 보호 기술 규격이 제정되었으며, 이를 기반으로 한 수신기에서의 방송프로그램 보호에 대한 표준화가 진행 중이다. 본 논문에서는 방송프로그램 보호신호(Program Protection Information: PPI)에 기반한 지상파 방송프로그램 보호 방법에 대해서 소개한다. 제안하는 방법에서는 방송프로그램에 함께 포함된 PPI 정보의 재배포 조건에 따라, 방송프로그램을 암호화되어 저장한다. 사용자의 홈도메인을 기반으로 사적복제를 지원하기 위해, 해당 방송프로그램을 복호화 하기 위한 인증 정보는 도메인 정보를 기반으로 방송프로그램과 같이 패키징 된다. 본 논문에서 제안한 지상파 방송프로그램 보호방법은 방송프로그램을 보호할 뿐 아니라, 사용자의 사적이용을 지원하기 위한 홈도메인 기반의 제한적인 배포 기능을 제공한다.

TExhibiting replicas of major artifacts is becoming common recently to raise their value and help the public to understand them. In Korea, more attention is paid only to appearance in creating replicas of artifacts. It is required to study reproduction technology minimizing damages to originals and applicable to massive artifacts like sculptures in the situation that replicas and artifact reproduction is increasing. To make a replica of the Stone Lion Statue excavated from Woljeong Bridge, a measured drawing and a cross section are produced based on art historical surveys using 3D scans. A non-contact reproduction method is selected. The strength of the non-contact reproduction method is that the output is detailed. Athough the non-contact method has known to be applicable only to small scale artifacts and require reprocess, it is discovered to be applicable to detailed statues like this lion statue. Therefore, this study may contribute to complement the historic authenticity of the statue as well as to raise its academic value. It also can be utilized as research material of similar artifacts'replicas and restoration.
