Compared evaluation on Data Table of domestic and international Public Web sites (국내외 공공기관 웹 사이트의 데이터 테이블 비교 평가)

  • 웹은 제작과 사용이 간편하다는 이점으로 인해 사용인구가 폭발적으로 증가하고 있다. 또한 웹은 지역, 성별, 연령에 관계없이 사용할 수 있는 보편적인 특성을 지니고 있다. 이러한 웹의 보편적 특징은 특히 장애인들을 위해서 웹 접근성이라는 용어로 사용되고 있다. 이러한 웹 접근성을 평가하기 위해 국내 정부기관 웹 사이트와 국제기구 웹 사이트를 비교 평가하였다. 특히, 웹 접근성평가는 평가자의 기준에 의해 평가결과가 모호하며 평가결과가 상당부분 왜곡되어 있다는 문제점이 있다. 또한 이러한 문제점은 데이터테이블에서 두드러지게 나타난다. 본 연구에서는 데이터 테이블의 왜곡된 평가에 대한 문제점을 도출하고 그러한 문제점을 수정하여 국내외 웹 사이트들을 비교 평가하였다. 평가결과, 국내외 웹 사이트의 데이터 테이블에 대한 웹 접근성은 많은 격차가 존재하였으며, 웹 접근성 준수 여부는 지침의 기술적 준수뿐만 아니라 웹 사이트 설계 시 화면 구성에 의해서도 결정되어 짐을 제시하였다.

How different is a web site that many people visit?-focused on the Plastic Surgery Websites in Korea (많은 사람이 방문하는 웹 사이트는 무엇이 다를까? - 2011년 성형외과 웹 사이트의 경우 -)

  • In order to know the characteristics of high visit web sites that many people have visited, 37 high visit websites of plastic surgery were compared to 69 benchmark sites of same industry. We selected 36 web site attributes that can be measured objectively from existing studies and composed the data set of 36 attributes multiplied by 106 websites. For analysis, Multiple Discriminant Analysis(MDA) and Decision Tree Technique are conducted for searching what attributes divide two group definitely. The result of this study shows the dividing attributes fall into 3 categories like 'Community', 'Mobile', 'Up to date'. Thus, we are able to conclude that high visit plastic surgery web sites are community centric site but not contents centric, response a change to mobile environment rapidly and are maintained with tide up to date. The methodology employed in this study provides an efficient way of improving satisfaction of visitors of plastic surgery website.

  • 최근 정보기술의 발전과 인터넷 서비스의 급속한 성장 둥으로 인하여 다양한 분야에서 웹 사이트가 운용중이며 품질의 중요성도 점차 인식되어지고 있다. 또한, 운용중인 웹 사이트 품질평가를 위해 적용할 품질모형 및 품질정가 프로세스는 평가대상 웹 사이트의 특성을 고려하여 선정이 요구된다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 ISO/IEC 9126-4, WebQEM, 2QCV3Q, KNDU-SQEP를 적용하고, 미흡한 품질속성을 보완하기 위해 웹 사이트 품질평가를 위한 품질모형과 품질평가 프로세스를 제시하였다. 또한 웹 사이트 제품 평가 모델의 품질평가 점검표를 작성하여 포털 및 전문업무 사이트에 적용하고 WebQEM 모텔과 제안한 모델의 평가치를 비교하여 운용중인 웹 사이트에 대하여 평가가 가능한 것을 입증하였다. 향후에는 개발 중의 중간 산출물에 대한 품질평가 점검표의 개발을 통하여 전 수명주기에 대한 지원이 요구된다.

A Study on Types of Portal Sites Preferences among the Korea Elderly (노인의 포털사이트 선호 유형에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore and classify the types of portal sites' preferences among korean elderly in Korea by using the Q-methodology. 35 q-samples were adopted based on literature reviews and interviews with elderly and staff in charge of information education for the elderly. As results, types of portal sites' preferences among Korean elderly were categorized into four: 1) universality and popularity, 2) personal interests, 3) social relationship, and 4) convenience. This study also explored attributes of each type of perception and delivered implication to prepare and improve better portal sites for the elderly and finally help them use portal site more effectively and enhance their quality of life.

  • Recently, malicious code distribution of ransomware through a web site based on a drive-by-download attack has resulted in service disruptions to the web site and damage to PC files for end users. Therefore, analyzing the characteristics of the target web site industry, distribution time, application type, and type of malicious code that is being exploited can predict and respond to the attacker's attack activities by analyzing the status and trend of malicious code sites. In this paper, we will examine the distribution of malicious codes to 3.43 million websites in Korea to draw out the characteristics of each detected landing site, exploit site, and distribution site, and discuss countermeasures.

  • Currently, online searching sites offer a variety of services such as just sorting by price, manufacturer, sorting by release date for sale as well as the product reviews to help and enjoy online shopping provided consumers with more shopping information. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of online product reviews attributes (informativeness and usefulness) and familiarity on consumers' loyalty in online product searching site via trust and satisfaction. To identify these relationships, the secondary data or past studies were collected and theoretically arranged. I made the theoretical proposed model to explain the relationships between the constructs, identify the operational definitions and 8 Hypotheses were established, there was executed the survey of 175 customers. As the result of test that make the relations of used variables clear, i can get the conclusion; site familiarity and informativeness, Usefulness of online reviews have the positive effect empirically on trust building and loyalty. From the empirical test, i suggest the strategic advices in online product searching site. To increase the consumers' loyalty, it would be developed that a variety of methods and ways to raise the site familiarity and informativeness, usefulness in online product reviews. It is necessary for sticking the consumers to raise the positive trust building and satisfaction. The results of this study would help companies operating the online product searching site.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of electronic trade's web site usability on the user satisfaction and customer royalty. In order to accomplish the purpose of this study, a research model was established and obtained the results as follows, First, navigation, information structure characteristic, communication has statistically significant effect on user satisfaction. It means users think more important the convenience, approachableness than web site design, visually menu to the information. Also, it represent communication with user is important factor to use web site. Second, user satisfaction has significant influence on customer royalty. This result signifies the user satisfaction of e-trade site is enhanced by support for convenience, reliability, smoothly communication and eventually affect thr revisiting intention of web site

  • Considering the widespread use of social networking sites (SNSs) and the sudden shift of Filipino SNS usage from Friendster to Facebook, this paper examines five factors that affect user intentions to switch SNSs. By surveying switchers from Friendster to Facebook in the Philippines, satisfaction, alternative attractiveness, and social influence were significant factors affecting switching intent.

  • Today, the analysis of big data hae been used as an essential tool for finding customers' needs. Various big-data analysis sites have provided the analysis results with their own forms and styles according to their service and characteristics. Therefore, to use the analysis results for marketing fields, we have to understand the major characteristics on big data analysis tools. In this point, this study attempts to compare the characteristics of big data analysis results and styles from big data analysis sites.
