Unequal Power Divider with Different Complex Termination Impedance (다른 복소 종단 임피던스를 갖는 비대칭 전력 분배기)

  • In this paper, we propose a method to implement an unequal power divider with different complex termination impedances for different output power ratios. The proposed method was designed using a matching the terminated complex impedances of the output port using only the transmission line, and presented an isolation circuits to satisfy the isolation characteristic between the terminating complex impedance ports. To prove the feasibility of this method, an unequal power divider with different load complex impedances with a splitting ratio k2 = 3 dB and 1.7 dB and an unequal power divider with different complex termination impedances of all ports with a splitting ratio k2 = 3 dB was designed at a center frequency of 2 GHz, and it was confirmed that the measured results of the electrical characteristics agree well the simulation.

The Challenges of AI Ethics and Human Identity Reproduced by Global Content: Focusing on Narrative Analysis of Netflix Documentary (글로벌 콘텐츠가 재현하는 AI 윤리와 인간 정체성의 과제: 넷플릭스 다큐 <소셜딜레마>의 서사 분석을 중심으로)

  • This study was conducted to diagnose the issues of AI ethics in global content and to discuss what kind of discourse is needed to strengthen human identity. To this end, the study selected Netflix original content "The Social Dilemma" for analysis and adopted narrative analysis as the research method. The analysis results confirmed that "Social Dilemma" showed the structure of a traditional current affairs documentary and mainly used experts and statistical data to develop the story. It also reinforced core content claims by enumerating domestic and foreign cases such as the 2021 Myanmar massacre and the spread of fake news. In addition, the relationship between the characters clearly revealed the binary opposition between developers and media companies as well as users and advertisers. For the solution to the problem, strong regulations on businesses and the suspension of social media use were reached. However, "The Social Dilemma" merely pointed out the misuse of AI technology and had a narrative that ignored human identity and social relationships. Such results raise the need for creating contents that emphasize the importance of human sociality, relationships, and learning ability in the age of AI.

  • Whether an excellent animation film has vitality and charm largely depends on the aesthetic and emotional experience it brings to the audience, as well as the flexible use of the medium-long shot during the production of the animated film, especially the long take shot. It can then realize the real emotional communication between the animated film and the audience, stimulate the aesthetic experience, and achieve emotional resonance and sublimation. This thesis studies the characteristics and morphological divisions of moving long-shot composition and static composition and explores the diversified theories of animated emotional experience. Additionally, combined with the actual application analysis in the excellent animation feature "Prince Nezha's Triumph Against Dragon King", this thesis discussed the changes in the emotional experience created by the long take shots in the animation. This thesis finally summarized the relationship between the long shots in animation and the emotional experience of the animation creators, and how long shots stimulate viewers' aesthetic and emotional experience. In this way, it also provides a reference for future animation theory research, and finally creates animation works that bring high-quality emotional experience to the audience.

  • In the era of brand economy, companies fulfill their social responsibilities to enhance consumers' brand trust, thereby enhancing brand loyalty. On the other hand, the current Covid-19 epidemic has accelerated the pace of digital transformation of enterprises and has also made consumers pay more attention to the online reputation of enterprises. Based on the Chinese consumer market, this paper studies the corporate social responsibility, Internet word-of-mouth, brand trust, and brand loyalty of electronic product companies. To verify the impact of corporate social responsibility on brand loyalty through Internet word-of-mouth and brand trust, this paper issued a questionnaire survey to Chinese consumers. A total of 469 questionnaires were used for empirical analysis, and SPSS21.0 was used to analyze the collected data. The results are summarized as follows: (1) CSR has a positive impact on brand trust. (2) CSR has a positive impact on brand loyalty. (3) Brand trust has a positive impact on brand loyalty. (4) Brand trust and e-WOM play an intermediary role in CSR and brand loyalty.

The Effects of Emotional Leadership on Innovative Behavior in Public Organizations -The Mediating Effect of Job Engagement- (공공조직에서 감성리더십이 혁신행동에 미치는 영향 -직무열의의 매개효과를 중심으로-)

  • This study investigated the relationship between emotional leadership with innovative behavior and job engagement, and verified the mediating effect of job engagement in order to facilitate theoretical and practical development of emotional leadership. For empirical analysis, data were collected from the sample of 260 employees of public institutions. The data collected were analyzed using SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 to verify the hypothetical relationship. Results showed that emotional leadership was positively related to job engagement but not innovative behavior. Job engagement was positively related to innovative behavior. And further, job engagement is found as playing as a positively full mediator on the relationship between emotional leadership and innovative behavior. These results confirmed that the job engagement of the members formed by emotional leadership in public organizations, such as general companies, has a positive influence on innovative behavior. Finally, limitations were indicated and some possible directions for Innovative behavior and its relationship were suggested for future studies.

Effect of single-person beauty company's managerial capabilities on management performance -Focusing on the moderating effects of beauty education institutions- (1인 미용기업 경영자 역량이 경영성과에 미치는 영향 -미용교육기관의 조절효과를 중심으로-)

  • This study checks how the managerial competency of a single beauty company affects management performance, and the managerial competency of a single beauty company has a moderating effect of a beauty education institution between management performance and presents related implications. As for the survey for the study, direct surveys and online surveys were conducted from May 1 to May 31, 2021, and a total of 218 copies were used for empirical analysis. As a result of the analysis, the managerial competence of a single beauty company was divided into three factors: psychological characteristics, technical characteristics, and management ability, and all factors influenced management performance. In addition, it was analyzed that the managerial competency of a single beauty company in beauty education institutions has a moderating effect in the relationship between management performance. Therefore, managers of single-person beauty companies should make various efforts to improve managerial capabilities that affect management performance, and above all, it is important to select educational institutions necessary for each reverse direction.

A Study on the Legislation of Telemedicine in France (프랑스 원격의료 법제에 관한 고찰)

  • Article 34 of 'Medical Service Act' of Korea provides telemedicine service between medical personnel. Telemedicine between medical personnel and patients, therefor, in principle, is not recongnized. Increasing demand for telemedicine fueled by COVID-19 pandemic and accumulation of telemedicine experience lead a change in stubborn opposition of the medical community, tenuous though it may be. This article focuses on the telemedicine legislation in France, which can be used as a reference for the telemedicine legislation premised on telemedicine between medical personnel and patients. The legislation stipulates the concept, types, and conditions of telemedicine performance through 'Code de la santé publique'. The principle that telemedicine shall be performed alternately with direct medical treatment to a patient and details relating to such telemedicine performance as telemedicine costs, medical fees, and telemedicine equipment support are stipulated through an agreement between the medical community and health insurance organizations. From this point, the implications for our legal system were presented.

Study on the Influencing Factors of Brand Equity from the Perspective of Consumers - Taking Rizhao Green Tea as an Example (소비자의 관점에서 브랜드 자산에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 연구 - 일조녹차(日照綠茶) 를 중심으로)

  • At present, there are a lot of theoretical studies on the theme of tea industry brand construction, but in the survey, it is found that the theory that can study the tea industry brand from the perspective of brand equity is extremely lacking. This paper takes Rizhao Green tea as the research object, focusing on the influencing factors of Rizhao Green tea brand equity from the perspective of consumers and the relationship between various factors. The results show that the brand equity of Rizhao Green tea is composed of brand awareness, regional association, quality perception and brand loyalty. There is a certain correlation between each dimension and has an impact on brand equity. There is a significant correlation between brand awareness and regional association. Brand awareness has no significant impact on quality perception. Regional association has a significant positive impact on quality perception and brand loyalty. Brand awareness and quality perception have a significant positive impact on brand loyalty. The research results can provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the construction of Rizhao Green tea brand assets while making up for the lack of theoretical research in this field.

  • Modern people are suffering from a lack of exercise along with their daily lives, and the foot's pedigree disease is increasing as a result, foot pedigree disease is also increasing. As a result, the design of socks is diversifying, and among them, the development of toe socks that help prevent and alleviate foot problems is also actively underway. Thus, this study conducted a study on toe socks design and summarized the concept of toe socks design through theoretical background. It also established tasks to be used for usability evaluation through case studies and prior research. An empirical study showed that the satisfaction of toe socks design was lower than that of ordinary socks, and that of toe socks design was more satisfactory in terms of usability. As a result, improvements in toe sock design have been derived, and it is expected that the hidden partitions between first toe sock can be supplemented, and toe sock design can be improved through similar color scheme and color diversification.

RIDS: Random Forest-Based Intrusion Detection System for In-Vehicle Network (RIDS: 랜덤 포레스트 기반 차량 내 네트워크 칩입 탐지 시스템)

  • This paper proposes RIDS (Random Forest-Based Intrusion Detection), which is an intrusion detection system to detect hacking attack based on random forest. RIDS detects three typical attacks i.e. DoS (Denial of service) attack, fuzzing attack, and spoofing attack. It detects hacking attack based on four parameters, i.e. time interval between data frames, its deviation, Hamming distance between payloads, and its diviation. RIDS was designed in memory-centric architecture and node information is stored in memories. It was designed in scalable architecture where DoS attack, fuzzing attack, and spoofing attack can be all detected by adjusting number and depth of trees. Simulation results show that RIDS has 0.9835 accuracy and 0.9545 F1 score and it can detect three attack types effectively.
