This study used Q methodology for analogizing culinary arts major students' subjectivity through their participation of one of restaurant start-up experience program, called pop-up restaurant. The study tried to figure out particular structure of among students' responses and noticed five distinctive types. There were Increase learning effect type(Type 1, N=4), Collaboration of members importance type(Type2, N=8), Marketing PR need type(Type3, N=6), Restaurant business plan type(Type4, N=4), Industry work experience required type(Type5, N=3). The study also revealed that each type contained diverse characteristics figures in their own. The research finding could be used as fundamental source of future similar research but in other research methodology in the format of difference among students or diverse measuring point of time frame.

In this paper, we studied a method for miniaturizing a broadband stacked patch antenna structure which is widely used for bandwidth improvement. Main patch is a rectangular microstrip patch antenna fed by a 50-ohm microstrip line, and a parasitic patch is laid above the main patch. The size of the main patch is designed to be resonated near the center frequency of the desired frequency band. Then parasitic patch longer than main patch is placed above the main patch. The distance between two patches might be adjusted so as to achieve impedance matching using a shunt open stub. The shunt matching stub is inserted underneath the parasitic patch and so it does not require additional space, which enables the proposed antenna structure to be advantageous in miniaturizing antenna. The effects of the various parameters on the antenna performance are examined, and we introduced the design procedure for the proposed antenna to operate in the frequency range of 2.3-2.7 GHz.

This study is to review methodological limitations of previous studies, propose Tobit Model as an analysis model. We model used annual rent-free as dependent variable and considering to contract characteristics and building characteristics as independent variable. We model was consisted to the three model as follow: Basic model, Time control model, Quadratic model. As a result of the analysis, existing variables revealed through previous studies such as contract period, contract area, total floor area, and building age were all statistically significant. These results were robust when considering time effects. Also, floor area and annual rent-free was quadratic relationship by inverse U shape. This result provide to methodological contribution for related research. Also, provide to more accurate information for participants in seoul office market.

North Korea's cyber warfare capability is becoming a serious security threat to Korea because most of the operational systems of social infrastructure and advanced weapons system are all networked. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to examine what the Korean government should do to strengthen cyber security capabilities toward North Korea. For this purpose, this article analyzed North Korea's cyber attack cases against Korea by categorizing according to threat type and purpose. The research findings are as follows. It is necessary first, to have aggressive cyber protection and attack capabilities; second, to establish an integrated cyber security control tower that can be overseen by the national government; third, to need to legislate domestic cyber- related laws; fourth, to build a multilateral & regional cyber cooperation system. The implication of these findings are that it needs to be strengthened the cyber security capability from the cyber threats of North Korea by minimizing the damage during the peacetime period and for the complete warfare in case of emergency.

Entrepreneurship has been received enormous attention all around the world in terms of economic prosperity of local society and a nation. This paper explores the critical factors which influence entrepreneurship, particularly how role models affects social competence and entrepreneurship of Korean and Chinese university students. Total 440 students participated in the study; Korea(n=224) and China(n=216). Verifying mediating effect of social competence was another aim of this study. Four hypotheses were suggested to assess the extent to which they prove the students' perceptions with hierarchical multiple regression analysis(PASW Statistic 18). Our findings showed that role models have positive relationships with social competence as well as entrepreneurship. Social competence influences entrepreneurship significantly, too. Social competence has also a partial mediating effect in relationship between role models and entrepreneurship. We presented both theoretical contribution and practical implication for school authorities and policy makers as to the effective pedagogy for promoting entrepreneurship of university students.

This paper aims to determine how the Republic of Korea Army (ROKA) records management system affects practitioners' understanding of the importance of records management. The levels of awareness of records management, which is based on ISO 15489, are set as dependent variables, whereas the ROKA's records management system factors are set as independent variables based on the standardized elements of ISO 30301 (Management System for Records). The relationship between these variables is then statistically examined using a sample (N = 251) surveyed with record management practitioners in the ROKA. The results show that operational factors had a positive effect only on the purposes and benefits of records management. Based on the results, it is suggested that the development of an expertise-based and value-oriented policy and education is necessary to improve practitioners' understanding of record management.

Digital convergence put a huge challenges for broadcast media in terms of integrating user generated content (UGC). Keeping this in mind, objective of the study is to explore the factors that affecting UGC's integration in Broadcast channel from developing countries' perspective. We explored how and why UGC are appearing in Bangladeshi Television news. In-depth interview was used and news editorial level staffs were selected from leading Bangladeshi television channels. Findings suggest that, state interventions in crisis events and lack of experiences to handle crisis reporting played a crucial role to incorporate UGC in television news bulletins. One of the significant findings is that, mere traditional guidelines and work policy of the media houses will not be enough to handle user generated content as well as citizen's participation in news media. Thus, we recommend to formulate a comprehensive user generated content integration policy in the context of Bangladesh.

This paper analyzes the film in a quantitative method to understand the principle to assign film's narrative as an art form. To do this, we tried to quantify 'conflict', which is a key factor of narrative, according to measuring the information represented in images. And thus, we measured the face areas of Protagonist and Antagonist, and then analyzed the relationship between area and conflict. The reason why the face area is used as the measurement target is because it is an index showing the way in which the director represents the conflict in the film. The quantification of conflict in films can be applied to indexing the narrative structure or specific conflict sections based on objective figures. In addition, it is possible to visualize narrative through conflict graphs, and it is meaningful that the computational criticism can apply into narrative study by quantification of conflict.

This study identifies possible determinants that may have influences on the switching behavior from the current payment system of credit or check cards to the easy payment service based on push-pulling-mooring model. And this research empirically tests how those determinants affect switching intention to the easy payment service. The moderating effect of policy expectation is also taken into account. The findings show switching intention to the easy payment service is influenced by the followings: dissatisfaction with the current payment system as a pushing factor, perceived easy of use and trust in easy payment service as pulling factors, and affective/cognitive inertia and unfavorable subjective norm as mooring factors. The results also show that moderating effect of policy expectation exists in the relationship between perceived ubiquitousness and switching intention.

This study investigated the relationship of authentic leadership(AL) with positive psychological capital(PPC) and teamwork competence(TC) and the mediation effect of PPC to facilitate theoretical and practical development of AL. For the empirical analysis, data were collected from the sample of 172 nurses working at general hospitals. Collected data were analyzed with factor analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, mediated regression analysis using SPSS 21.0 to test the hypotheses. Results showed that the AL was positively related to the PPC as well as TC and the PPC was positively related to the TC. And further, the PPC is found as playing as a partial mediator on the relationship between the AL and the TC. These results provided the positive influence of authentic leadership on work team. Based on these results, practical implications were discussed for effectiveness of nurse organizations. Lastly, limitations were indicated and some possible directions for authentic leadership and its relationship to work team were suggested for future studies.
