This paper presents an analysis of how the business models of organizations are getting transformed in the Marketspace created by the Internet. We use a research model comprising the transformation scores of four Ps(Product, Price, Promotion, and Place) as dependent variables and three dimensions, Demographics, Technology, and Community elements on the Websites, as explaining variables about the Cyber Transformation of the 4Ps. While most existing literatures have focused on Website's technology, our research model includes 22 five-point-scale items; 10 Demographics /Technology items and 12 Community items. To measure the 4P's transformation scores, the authors selected 14 workable items from the Marketspace Model by Dutta, Kwan, & Segev(1997). A sample of 123 shopping mall Websites comprising three categories(grocery, jewelry/accessory, and cosmetics) from the 100hot.co.kr list are evaluated and the data is analyzed by SPSSWIN 8.0 version. The result shows that there are five significant factors, Technology, Interaction, Connectedness, Business Features, and Domain, while the average transformation scores of 4Ps are at very low level. The factor scores are used in regression analysis for each P. Two factors, Technology and Interaction are influencing all four Ps; Connectedness is influencing only two, Product and Place. Organizations must not simply take their existing business models. They have to adopt the Technology items(navigation, logo, e-mail, guide, graphics) and to facilitate the Interaction items(consulting, number/quality of bulletin boards, participation, offline events) and Connectedness(club activation, contents, partner/site link, entertainment contents) in order to get transformed in the Marketspace successfully in the near future.

As cyber threats in the maritime industry increase due to the digital transformation, the needs for cyber security training for ship's crew and port engineers has increased. The training of seafarers is related to the IMO's STCW convention, so cyber security training also managed and certified, and it is necessary to develop a cybersecurity training system that reflects the characteristics of the OT systemof ships and ports. In this paper, with the goal of developing a training model based on the IMO cyber risk management guideline, developing a cyber security training model based on the characteristics of maritime industry threats, and improving the effectiveness of cyber security training using AR/VR and metaverse, A method for developing a system for nurturing cyber security experts is presented.

현재 대학은 온오프라인 경계가 무너지고 있다. 온라인을 통한 지식공유 활용이 활발해지고 정보기술의 발달에 따라 서서히 사이버대학으로 전환될 전망이다. 거기에 대학을 졸업한 인력들이 사이버대학으로 U턴하는 현상이 두드러지고 있다. 사이버대학의 가장 큰 장점은 시간과 공간에 구애 받지 않고 학습할 수 있다는 점이다. 하지만 사이버대학의 학습평가 방법은 많은 약점을 드러내고 있다. 본 논문에서는 사이버대학의 평가방법중 주관식유형의 평가시스템을 제안한다.

From the late 20th century, rapidly progressing information communication technology and spreading Internet all over the world cause many reverse functions when there is a conversion into the new information society. One of them is cyber terrorism as cyber crime. Cyber terrorism gradually has had a serious problem in the national security as well as the domestic aspects. Therefore, this study looked into the present condition of cyber terrorism, discussed its prospect, and sought the efficient national countermeasure methods against cyber terrorism by comparing other countries' countermeasure systems currently.

사물인터넷, 인공지능, 로봇공학, 증강현실, 가상현실과 같은 고급 기술의 융합과 사용자 행동의 변화가 미래 사업의 모습을 다시 만들고 있다. 기업이 어떻게 잠재적 변화, 작업 공간의 설계, 업무의 정의, 업무 절차를 인식하느냐가 기업이 경쟁 우위를 갖게 하는 데 도움이 되는 중요한 요인이다. In the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, digital transformation to increase the effectiveness of industry is becoming more important to achieving the goal of industrial innovation. The digital new deal and smart defense are required for digital transformation and utilize artificial intelligence, big data analysis technology, and the Internet of Things. These changes can innovate the industrial fields of national defense, society, and health with new intelligent services by continuously expanding cyberspace. As a result, work productivity, efficiency, convenience, and industrial safety will be strengthened. However, the threat of cyber-attack will also continue to increase due to expansion of the new domain of digital transformation. This paper presents the risk scenarios of cyber-attack threats in the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Further, we propose a preemptive intrusion response model to bolster the complex security environment of the future, which is one of the fundamental alternatives to solving problems relating to cyber-attack. The proposed model can be used as prior research on cyber security strategy and technology development for preemptive response to cyber threats in the future society.

코로나19의 확산은 기업의 근무환경에 변화를 가져오고 있다. 최신 IT기술을 활용한 재택근무, 이동원격근무, 원격근무센터와 같은 원격근무가 대표적인 사례이다. 하지만 원격근무는 특성상 기업의 보안정책의 적용범위를 벗어나 사이버위협에 상대적으로 더 많은 노출을 동반한다. 본 논문에서는 최근 국제사회에 대규모 확산이 일어나고 있는 코로나19와 같은 감염병 확산의 영향 또는 조직의 필요에 의해 정보통신기술을 기반으로 원격근무로의 근무형태로 전환하려는 기업이나 기관 등에서 보다 안전한 근무환경을 구추하기 위한 방법의 하나로 원격근무에 대한 위협 및 위험을 분석한다. 분석결과를 활용하여 조직의 보안담당자는 안전한 보안체계를 구축하기 위한 솔루션 선택에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

The present study purposed to analyze factors affecting the effect of cyber education and training in local civil servants focused on the perception of civil servants in Chungcheongnam-do, and to make suggestions for improving cyber education and training for local civil servants. According to the results of analysis in this study, many of the respondents replied that the effect of cyber education was moderate in general (3.0726 on the average). In addition, the effect of cyber education was significantly different according to age and position. That is, the older civil servants were and the higher their position was, the more highly they perceived the effect of cyber education and training. In addition, the result of cyber education and training was affected most by the community of teachers and learners, and next by the contents of education. In order to improve the effect of cyber education, most of all, the contents of education should be diversified, and furthermore, it is keenly required to expand accessibility to cyber education and to deploy personnel exclusive for cyber education.

본 연구에서는 실시간적으로 계측, 수집된 자료를 이용하여 도시지역 물순환 전 과정에 대한 개별 물리모델 구동을 실시하고, 수자원의 양적인 흐름을 연계하여 표출하는 도시 수자원 사이버 물리시스템(CPS) 시뮬레이터에 활용되는 입력인자 변동성 분석을 실시하였다. 도시 수자원 실시간 CPS 시뮬레이터의 시나리오 분석을 위한 변동입력인자는 취수량, 타 배수지 구역 공급량, 대상지역 수용가 사용량 변화, 오수전환률 및 오수배출 지연시간 등으로 설정하였으며, 변동입력인자 변화모의를 위한 발현가능한 시나리오를 구축하고, 분석결과를 정량화하여 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 활용된 발현가능한 시나리오는 가뭄 등 취수제한상황에 따른 양적인 공급 흐름모의, 수용가 물 사용 패턴 변화(예, 코로나로 인한 비대면 재택 근무 증가 등)에 의한 상수, 오수변화량 모의 등으로 설정되었다. 분석 결과 다양한 입력인자의 변화에 따른 도시수자원 흐름변화에 영향을 주는 구성요소의 파악과 정성, 정량적 영향을 직관적, 정량적으로 평가할 수 있음을 확인하였다. 도출된 변동성 평가 결과는 설정된 시나리오가 현실화될 경우 효과성 높은 대응책을 마련하는데 활용이 가능하다.

고등학교 이하 학력을 가진 820만명의 저학력 성인에게 초 중등교육 기회를 확대하기 위해서는 사이버 교육을 통하여 교육을 원하는 사람이라면 누구나, 언제, 어디서나, 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 교육체제를 마련해야 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 지난 30여 년 동안 단방향 라디오 방송 중심의 교육체제를 유지해 온 방송통신고등학교를 쌍방향 인터넷 강의 중심의 교육체제로 전환하고자 방송통신고등학교의 현황과 문제점을 분석하고, 그 결과를 토대로 콘텐츠의 개발 방안과 시스템이 갖추어야 할 기능 등을 연구하였으며, 그 결과를 토대로 교육용 콘텐츠를 개발하고, 사이버 학사 운영에 필요한 사이버학교운영시스템을 개발하였다. 또한 2년간 3개 시범학교를 지정 운영하여 개발된 시스템이 학교 현장에 안정적으로 적용될 수 있는 방안을 마련하였다.
