Several problems including respiratory and skin disorders due to the problems for sick house syndrome have occurred, there appears echo friendly materials to solve the problems. The research is lacking in quality management techniques ocher concrete using nondestructive tests. In this research, the experimental works were conducted to study the initial quality control for the compressive strength of Ocher concrete(21 MPa). The purpose of this study is the implementation platform for quality management of ocher concrete using nondestructive tests. It uses the relationship between the compressive strength and ultrasonic pulse velocity of the ocher concrete to estimate the compressive strength of the ocher concrete. And using the impact echo method to estimate the thickness of the ocher concrete. The platform is based on a Java script, so that the user can obtain the data through the platform.

본 논문에서는 증강현실(Augmented Reality, 이하 AR)을 이용한 전력설비 유지보수에 관한 연구를 진행하였다. 최근 아날로그 중심의 전력인프라에 IT를 융합하여 전력인프라를 고도화하려는 연구가 많이 이루어지고 있다. 예를 들어 3D 그래픽을 이용하여 전력설비를 진단하고 유지 보수하는 기술을 들 수 있다. 하지만 현재의 기술은 단순한 가상현실(Virtual Reality)로써 사용자의 몰입감을 떨어뜨리는 경향이 있다. 이에 반해 증강현실은 현실공간에 가상의 물체를 결합하여 실시간으로 보여주는 기술로써 사용자의 몰입감을 향상시킨다. 따라서 현장 유지보수지원이 필요한 전력설비 또는 안정성이 요구되는 위험 작업에 증강 현실기술을 활용한다면 현재보다 효과적인 전력설비 유지보수는 물론 향후 다양한 전력설비 응용 분야에서 시너지 효과를 낼 수 있을 것이다.

This paper presents implementation of embedded remote monitoring diagnosis system which has effective wireless channel structure and communication protocols with user-friendly UI for intelligent digital vessel. Developed system contains integrated vessel monitoring system, server, exclusive mobile terminal and smart phone. We designed an effective dual structure communication channel and simple but effective communication protocol on the monitoring system. Failures of the wireless communication are minimized and the wrong wireless communication channel is immediately replaced. In addition, we developed an effective embedded Linux UI for LCD. The implemented wireless monitoring system was tested and verified on digital vessel.

Lately construction industry tends to prefer remodeling of existing buildings rather than new construction or reconstruction of buildings due to strengthening of several restriction related to real estates along with prolonged depression. And also, remodeling of building costs less and creates less wastes compared to reconstruction and so it is more profitable in financial and environmental view. However remodeling is process of creating new environment with existing building. Therefor remodeling must follow the procedure realizing problem and fix the problem based on through investigation on existing building and users requirement must be faithfully reflected. Specially in case of apartment houses, since vagueness on ownership and management authority on common parts exists. Hereupon, in this study we are to present the procedure of analyzing apartment house remodeling method through user requirement by approaching to several considerable factors in user request side.

Purpose: It is expected that various infrastructures diagnosis equipment will be needed as infrastructures management is strengthened to implement the Framework Act on Sustainable Infrastructure Management. It is necessary for a certification system to supply certified products of a reasonable level in accordance with market requirements for various convergence equipment. This paper deals with the introduction of certification system of inspection and diagnosis equipment for infrastructure using advanced technologies. Method: The basic elements, systems and procedures of certification system were reviewed through analyzing and comparing the existing similar certification system in Korea. In addition, a survey was conducted on a catalog method and the minimum performance criterion (sampling survey and complete enumeration survey) to equipment developers (manufacturers), clients and equipment users. Result: This survey showed that clients preferred complete enumeration method on the basis of minimum performance, and equipment users also preferred complete enumeration survey and sample survey, for minimum performance, at a similar rate. On the other hand, equipment developers preferred the catalog method. Conclusion: Clients and users who are the users of the diagnostic equipment preferred the minimum performance criterion because their trust in quality is important. On the other hand, developers(manufacturers) preferred the catalog method which adopts self certification because it is regulated in developing various products. There is no specific plan for the minimum performance standards required for the introduction of the method which users demand, at present. In addition, it is not desirable to force to introduce a certification system because it requires a considerable period of study to prepare the specific standards. Therefore, it is appropriate to operate the system for a certain period of time centering around the catalog method for the stable and continuous development of the infrastructure diagnosis and test equipment market in Korea. Also, it is effective to expand and develop the certification system to the extent that it minimizes the impact on the market when specific plans for the standards are prepared in the future.

Learning Diagnosis & Prescription Service(LDPS) in Cyber Home Learning System is a educational service which provides customized learning contents based on student's academic level and individualized counseling and comments after diagnosing learner's study habits beyond the past e-Learning systems which offer the same contents to different students. For a national point of view, it is a crucial project in public education to achieve the goals of the next-generation e-Learning service by making a lot efforts both in time and money. However, those efforts has been made, not in terms of providing a better quality of service and a better user experience in a effective and enjoyable way, but in terms of developing the technology-driven system. Therefore, in this study, two types of usability evaluations has been conducted in order to enhance a user experience on the LDPS. One is the expert reviews by utilizing the usability evaluation tools (heuristics) which was focused on educational contexts developed by Suh Young-suhk(2007). The other is the user testing with students who have done think-aloud during the evaluation, remembering their retrospective experience with LDPS, and the interview with teachers & service operators were conducted. As the implications on the research, this is an effort to provide an user-friendly educational system for the students nationwide.

A paradigm of medical industry is changing quickly to u-healthcare according to entry toward an aging society and improvement of quality of life(QoL). The change toward u-healthcare is meaningful since meaning of healthcare is redefined by prevention and management instead of medical service such as diagnosis of disease and treatment. However, the interest about u-healthcare is only concentrated to derivation of new healthcare service, development of medical measurement appliances(Sensors), and integration and standardization of medical information. Therefore, in this paper, the main ai of this study is trying to realize and implement u-healthcare technology through primary philosophies of ubiquitous composition such as Disappear Computing, Invisible Computing, and Calm Computing and development of user-centered technology.

막대한 예산을 투입하여 추진하고 있는 지자체 GIS사업은 기술의 발전에 비해 제도, 교육, 사용자의 마인드, 유지관리 활동, 향후 사업 구상 등에서 상대적인 빈곤을 경험하고 있는 것이 사실이다. 이렇듯 신기술이 도입됨에 따라 다양한 제반 여건들이 동반적으로 성숙하지 못함으로 인해 발생하는 현상을 과도기적 현상1)으로 진단하고 있다. 이미 다양한 분야에서 GIS를 도입한 지자체에서는 이러한 과도기적 현상을 극복하기 위해 상당한 어려움을 겪고 있으며, 새롭게 GIS를 도입하고자 하는 지자체에서도 타 지자체에서 모니터링을 통해 간접적으로 과도기적 현상을 경험함으로 인해 효과적인 사업 추진을 구상하는데 상당한 어려움을 겪고 있는 것이 현실이다. 또한 지자체의 경우 중앙정부에서 추진하고 있는 다양한 사업에 영향을 받을 수밖에 없고, 현재의 GIS 사업의 추세가 단순한 공간정보 중심의 사업이 아닌 다양한 속성정보와의 연계를 모색하고 있다는 점에서 지자체 GIS정보화의 방향은 예전과는 사뭇 다른 양상을 간파해 야 하는 현실에 놓여 있다. 이와 같은 지자체 GIS의 과도기적 현상을 극복하기 위해서는 정보기술의 빠른 변화속도와 외부환경의 극심한 환경변화의 상황에서 ‘보이는 것과 보이지 않는 것’의 관계를 진단하고, 변화에 대한 예측과 대비, 중요한 일과 급한 일을 구분한 총체적인 밑그림의 마련과 실행계획의 수립이 우선시 되어야 한다. 지자체 GIS의 문제 해결의 노력이 단숨에 바로 해결되는 것이 아니고, 또한 현재 추진된 사업을 기반으로 중복투자의 방지와 시너지 효과 극대화를 위한 투자의 노력이 장기간의 시간적 개념속에서 진행되어야 한다는 점에서 이를 이끌어줄 가이드가 필요한 것이다. 이러한 총체적인 지자체 GIS의 계획마련을 위해 건설교통부에서는 ‘국가지리정보구축 및 활용등에 관한 법률’상에 계획 수립의 항목을 명문화하고, 나아가 GIS정보화 전략계획 수립에 관한 지침작성을 위한 노력을 진행 중에 있다. 이러한 일련의 현실을 감안하여 지자체 GIS정보화 전략계획 수립을 체계적이고 실질적으로 수립할 수 있는 ‘지자체 GIS정보화 전략계획 수립모델’은 반드시 선행되어야 할 사항임에 분명하다. 지자체 GIS정보화 전략계획 수립 모델은 지자체 GIS정보화 전략계획 수립의 효과로 하고 있으며, 형식적 측면에서는 GIS특성을 반영한 전략계획 수립의 방법론적 측면을 중심으로 구성된다. 이러한 과정을 거처 실제 지자체 GIS정보화 전략계획을 수립하는데 필요한 9단계를 설정하고 각각의 단계에 대한 중심활동을 바탕으로 지자체에서 실제 전략계획 수립에 필요한 지침을 작성하는 것으로 구성되어 있다.

In mobile content services like apps for smart mobile devices in specific, there has been a growing interest in evaluating UX quality to make sure that it provides better experience to users and consequently, secures competitiveness in a market. In that sense, usability testing has been considered as one method that enables designers and design managers to evaluate UI quality before they launch their service. However, those designers have been faced with a following fundamental question to be answere d : Is good UX design a good business? In other words, can well-designed service, which has good usability, actually satisfy target users and improve competitiveness in a market? There is no doubt that usability is one important factor perceived by users. However, it has a limit in terms of evaluating UX quality in macro level, as it mostly focuses on ease of use and efficiency of performing tasks, but does not cover other possible experiential factors, which also can be perceived by users, such as market situation and preexistence experience. Therefore, this research aims to identify key experiential factors in using mobile content services, and establish service UX index model that enables to measure perceived user satisfaction, and identify how UX design contributes to the satisfaction in quantitative way.

This paper deals with the results of development tools for knowldge base implementation on personal computers which is focused on university's student affairs as the education sector.Tje consultant expert system consists of the inference system which makes the object-oriented inference possible by using the present typical rule-based expert systems organized with inference engine,knowledge base,and user interface the user interface management system providing a variety of interfaces,the knowlege managment system for the efficient management and acquirement of knowledge which is independently constucted,and the object management system for the effective management of these systems. This system's design is the consultant expert system'C-I(Consultant-One),in which users can consult with expert at the use's various points of view and which can be operated on the easily accessible personal compuers. We implemented the Student Affairs Administration Consultation Expert System(SACES)'which constructed the knowledge base for three fields of university student affairs management such as timetable management,curriculum and grade points.
