Empirical Study of Determinants Influencing Intention to Recommend Contents Based on Information System Success Model (콘텐츠 추천의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구: 정보시스템 성공모형을 중심으로)

  • With the proliferation of information technology communication and smart device, the environment where contents are produced and distributed is changing. People can use the contents quickly and easily, and the content industry is attracting attention and creating newly added value by converging with other industries. Accordingly, there is a need for content-related companies to understand the quality of content perceived by users in order to succeed in content, and to use it strategically. Therefore, this study aims to examine the relationship between content quality factors, user satisfaction, and recommendation intention through empirical analysis based on an IS success model. The analysis was conducted using smartPLS3.0 based on a total of 301 survey responses. As a result of the study, it was found that content usefulness, accessible system quality, convenient system quality, service provider trust, and interaction had a significant effect on user's satisfaction. Perceived privacy protection had a significant effect on user satisfaction and recommendation intention. Lastly, it was found that user satisfaction had a significant effect on recommendation intention. The results of this study are expected to provide useful information and therefore content companies can understand about the quality perceived by users.

  • Today, various on-line services based on the Internet have been provided, and recently UCC(user created contents) have become more popular based on web 2.0. However researches on UCC prevailing among internet users have not been performed much yet. Therefore, we have conducted an empirical study to investigate the structural relationships among UCC characteristics, perceived usefulness, flow and intention to use in this study. After reviewing the related works we have derived three latent variables - system, contents, and user characteristics - as UCC characteristics. Structural Equation Model(SEM) has been used to analyze the structural relationships among characteristics of UCC, perceived usefulness, flow and intention to use. Managerial implications are also suggested for managing the UCC services in conclusion.

The Effect of OTT Characteristics on Perceived Value, User Satisfaction and Continuous Use Intention in OTT: Focusing on the Moderating Effect of Hedonic Innovativeness (OTT 특성이 지각된 가치, 사용자만족 및 OTT 지속이용의도에 미치는 영향 - 쾌락적 혁신성 조절효과를 중심으로)

  • As people spend more time indoors due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation, content consumption is increasing, leading to the rapid demand for Over The Top(OTT) services. Thus, this study attempted to verify impacts of OTT traits on the value, satisfaction, and continuous use intention perceived by users. Through the survey, 437 responses were collected, and analysis was conducted using AMOS 26.0. Results found that the traits of OTT service had a positive effect on perceived value that had a positive effect on user satisfaction and continuous use intention. User satisfaction was also found to have a positive effect on the intention to continue using OTT services. Moreover, hedonic innovation moderated the relationships between OTT traits and perceived value with exception of ubiquity. The findings provide valuable information for OTT service providers in understading users' behaviors.

Deep Analysis of Question for Question Answering System (질의 응답 시스템을 위한 질의문 심층 분석)

  • In this paper, we describe a deep analysis of question for question answering system. It is difficult to offer the correct answer because general question answering systems do not analyze the semantic of user's natural language question. We analyze user's question semantically and extract semantic features using the semantic feature extraction grammar and characteristics of natural language question. They are represented as semantic features and grammatical morphemes that consider semantic and syntactic structure of user's questions. We evaluated our approach using 100 questions whose answer type is a person in the web. We showed that a deep analysis of questions which are comparatively short but enough to mean can analysis the user's intention and extract semantic features.

Effects of Contents Quality on User's Satisfaction and Continuous Usage Intention in UCC Services (UCC 서비스의 콘텐츠 품질이 사용자 만족과 지속이용의도에 미치는 영향)

  • The primary purpose of this study is to examine the effects of contents quality characteristics on user's satisfaction and continuous usage intention in UCC services. Based on relevant literature reviews, this study posits five contents quality characteristics, that is, accuracy, completeness, variety, playfulness, and timeliness as key determinants of user's satisfaction and continuous usage intention. And then we structured a research model and hypotheses about relationship between these variables. A total 315 usable survey responses of UCC service users have been employed in the analysis. The major findings from the data analyses are as follows. Firstly, four contents quality characteristics of completeness, variety, playfulness, and timeliness had a positive influence upon user's satisfaction. Secondly, four contents quality characteristics of accuracy, completeness, playfulness, and timeliness had a positive influence upon continuous usage intention. Lastly, user's satisfaction had very significantly related to continuous usage intention in UCC services. From this study, we expect to suggest practical and managerial implications to UCC service providers.

  • This study focuses on considering the factors affecting the user intention to adopt an intelligent service - A.I. speaker services. Currently there can be a considerable difference between the expectation and the realized diffusion of IT-based intelligent services. This study aims to find out this gap based on the idea of diver previous researches including TAM and UTAUT studies and to identify the direct and indirect effects of diverse factors such as security issues, perceived time pressure, service innovativeness, and the experience of these IT-based intelligent services. And this study considers the expected impact of perceived time pressure factor on the user acceptance of A.I. speaker services. In analysis results, not only the traditional factors such as the perceived usefulness and the hedonic/utilitarian motives but also the perceived time pressure, the perceived security issues, and the experience of the services should be considered as meaningful factors to affect the users adopting A.I. speaker services.

  • This study, centered on mobile phone purchasers, verifies the effect of AR technology's convenience in consumer mobile shopping on consumers' intentions by focusing on the regulation effect of purchase satisfaction. According to the results of the hypothesis of SPSS, convenience has a positive (+) effect on both purchase intent and purchase satisfaction, and purchasing satisfaction plays a partial regulatory role between convenience and purchase intention. The results of this study are expected to provide users with various information using AR technology quickly and accurately in mobile shopping, thereby enhancing consumers' trust, providing pleasure, causing users to purchase intention, and realizing the untapped marketing effect more specifically.

  • 정보의 양이 폭발적으로 증가함에 따라 웹 사용자가 원하는 적합한 데이터를 찾아내는 것은 매우 어렵다. 이는 웹 사용자마다 서로 다른 검색의도와 질의의 모호성에 의한 것으로, 이와 같은 검색의 어려움을 해결하기 위해 많은 연구들이 수행되어 왔다. 질의 로그는 검색자의 검색 의도가 내포되어 있는 중요한 자료이다. 따라서 웹 사용자별 질의 로그 패턴을 분석하여 유사한 질의를 사용하는 웹 사용자들을 클러스터링 하여 검색에 적용한다면 좀 더 유용한 정보를 획득할 수 있다. 즉, 특정 카테고리와 연관된 질의를 자주 사용하는 웹 사용자들은 해당 분야에 관심이 많을 것이며, 또한 다른 카테고리에 관심이 높은 사람보다 상호간에 소셜지수가 높게 나타날 것이다. 특정 주제에 대해 검색을 할 경우 해당 분야에 관심이 높은 웹 사용자들의 질의 및 클릭한 URL 정보를 상속받을 수 있다면 찾고자 하는 정보에 보다 빨리 접근할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 질의패턴 분석을 통해 카테고리별로 관심도가 높은 웹 사용자들을 클러스터링 한 후 해당 카테고리에 대한 정보 검색시 이들이 사용한 질의와 클릭한 URL 정보를 웹 사용자들에게 제공해줌으로써 정보검색의 편의성을 향상시키기 위한 방안을 제안한다.

제품구매의도에 영향을 미치는 요인과 인터넷 활용방안에 관한 연구

  • 오늘날 인터넷은 우리 생활에 있어 주요한 매체로 자리잡았으며, 이에 따라 자연스럽게 인터넷 광고 시장도 형성되기 시작하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 사용자의 인터넷 사용능력, 인터넷 사용 동기, 인터넷 광고의 특성이 제품구매의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 이를 바탕으로 인터넷 마케팅을 효과적인 광고매체로 사용하기 위한 활용방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 분석을 위하여 대학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 분석결과 인터넷 광고의 특성 중 신속성과 유용성, 신뢰성이 제품구매의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

  • The objective of this study is to suggest useful directions to the companies providing tourism information through SNS and the related service providers through investigating differences of sharing and use intention of SNS tourism information according to the level of trust and satisfaction. To achieve the objective, as a conceptual framework of the study, the literature on 'trust and satisfaction about SNS tourism information' and 'information sharing and use intention' were reviewed, and the empirical studies on the perception of the people who experienced the service was conducted.
