시스팀 개발 사업에서 개발 과정으로 가장 먼저 할 일은 시스팀 요구사항을 정의하는 일이다. 시스팀 요구사항은 개발할 시스팀이 무엇인가를 사용자 관점에서 명확하게 정의하는 것으로 이는 사용자에게는 개발될 시스팀을 이해하는 데 도움을 주며, 개발자에게는 개발 목표에 대한 명확한 기준이 되며 개발 전과정을 통해 중요한 역할을 한다. 본 논문에서는 고속중형컴퓨터 개발 사업에 실제적으로 적용한 요구사항 작성 방법을 제시하고 그 결과를 고찰하였다

In the customer-centered world, which is used internet and social network services actively, it is important that their needs should be embraced into systems. Our study proposes a technique to normalize and select 1,800 customer's needs at C company. In order to normalize the requirements, we have specified requirements by considering a standard for requirements specification, have identified a set of keywords of requirements and have constructed a relation-graph of requirements. The graph presents objectives to design and build a system, and shows a degree of relative importance for each requirement. And then, we propose a techniques for requirements selection according to their contribution points, which are calculated using relative degree. We demonstrates our techniques by a case study of C company.

본 논문은 개인이 소장하고 있는 문서, 이미지, 오디오, 동영상 등의 미디어를 통합 관리하는 개인용 미디어 관리 소프트웨어의 필요성, 기능, 인터페이스 등에 관한 사용자 요구사항을 정리한다. 사용자 요구사항은 사용자 설문을 통해서 조사되었으며, 설문에는 사용자 환경과 개인용 미디어 관리 소프트웨어에 필요한 기능, 인터페이스에 관한 내용을 담고 있다 사용자 요구 사항에서 사용자들은 다수의 미디어를 컴퓨터에 저장하고 있으며, 이들을 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 소프트웨어를 필요로 하고 있다. 이들을 관리하기 위한 기능으로 미디어 분석, 분류, 검색, 재생 기능을 필요로 한다. 그리고 사용자들은 컴퓨터뿐만 아니라 핸드폰, PDA와 같은 모바일 기기에서도 개인용 미디어를 관리하고자 한다. 인터페이스에서는 키보드와 마우스 입력과 함께 모바일 기기를 위한 음성 인터페이스에 대한 요구가 있다.

요구사항 추출 단계에서 고객의 요구의 일부가 반영되지 않거나 명확히 기술하지 않은 요구사항은 개발단계에서 많은 수정 작업이 요구되고, 심지어 그 프로젝트가 실패하게 되는 요인이 된다. 이와 같은 요구사항의 문제로 인한 추가적인 비용은 전체 개발비용의 30~50%나 소요된다(Boehm 과 Papaccio 1988). 하지만 요구사항 추출 단계에서 고객이 원하는 요구를 가능한 많이 추출하고 검증함으로써 추가적인 변경으로 인한 개발비용의 비용을 줄일 수 있다. 고객의 요구를 정확히 반영하기 위해서는 요구사항 추출 과정에서 고객의 참여가 매우 중요한데 본 논문에서는 성공적인 요구사항 추출 및 검증과 명세를 위해 사용자의 참여를 높이기 위한 웹 기반 요구사항 추출 도구를 소개하고 명확한 요구사항을 표현할 수 있기 위해 다이어그램을 통합한 요구사랑 관리도구를 제시한다.

It is difficult to provide proper cloud services for cloud users, because the number of cloud services are increasing and the type of cloud services are diversifying. To overcome this problem, the concept of cloud service broker is presented to mediate cloud services between cloud providers and tenant. The most important role of cloud service broker is to finding cloud services that fulfill requirements of tenant. However, current existing cloud service broker conduct passive requirements analysis process with cloud service expert's assistance. In addition, the systematic functional and non-functional requirement analysis is insufficient. Therefore, we need the new methods for requirement analysis to find nearest service that matches with requirement of tenant. In this paper, we apply pairwise comparison from AHP method to analyze requirement automatically and systematically. It calculates score of service by comparing requirement with service specification, calculating importance rate, and so on.

디지털 컨버전스가 가속화됨에 따라 휴대폰의 기능은 나날이 복잡해져 가고 있으며, 이러한 경향은 사람들에게 자신에게 불필요한 기능까지 익혀야 하는 불편함을 초래하고 있다, 특히, 단순한 통화방식에 익숙하고 인지적으로 새로운 것을 유연하게 받아들이지 못하는 고령 사용자들에게도 이미 생활필수품이 된 휴대폰은 사용하는데 어렵고 불편한 부분이 많이 있다. 본 연구에서는 한국의 고령사용자들을 대상으로 휴대폰 사용에 있어 문맥적, 정성적 조사(Contextual & Qualitative research)기법을 적용하여 평소 그들이 일상생활에서 느끼는 휴대폰 관련 요구사항을 도출하고자 하였다. 조사는 세 단계로 이루어졌다. 먼저, 휴대폰을 사용 중인 60대 이상 고령사용자 83명을 대상으로 사용 현황 및 수준을 파악하고 적절한 사용자를 섭외하기 위한 설문을 진행하였으며, 둘째, 초보사용자 8명, 중급사용자 3명을 대상으로 휴대폰 사용 기록을 기반으로 하는 심층인터뷰를 진행하였으며, 초보사용자들을 대상으로는 문자메세지, 전화번호부, 카메라 폰 기능 교육 세션을 통한 행동 관찰법을 시행하였다. 마지막으로, 교육 세션 한달 후, 사용성 평가와 추가 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 이상과 같이 장기간에 걸친 사용자 조사를 통해, 고령사용자들의 휴대폰 사용에 있어 심리, 문화적 특이사항과 인터랙션 상의 불편요소들을 발견할 수 있었으며, 수집된 동영상 데이터를 분석하여 고령사용자의 휴대폰 관련 요구사항을 신체적 요인, 인지적요인, 심리적 요인의 세가지로 구분하여 제시하였다. 본 연구에서는 문맥적, 정성적 사용자 조사를 통해 고령사용자들의 일상생활에서의 휴대폰 관련 요구사항을 도출함으로써 풍부하고 실증적인 경험데이터를 수집할 수 있었다. 이와 같이 도출된 요구사항 데이터는 이후 고령사용자를 위한 유니버설 디자인 휴대폰 개발 전략수립과 UI 디자인 개발에 활용되었다. 뿐만 아니라, 이 연구는 휴대폰 사용 경험 연구에 적용할 수 있는 문맥적 조사기법 프로세스의 사례를 제시하고 있다는데 의의가 있다고 하겠다.

보안업무는 모든 군 업무를 최상위 수준에서 관할하는 업무이다. 하지만 지금까지 전산화를 이루지 못한 문제점을 갖고 있었다. 본 논문은 군 보안업무 전산화를 위해 개발 중인 보안업무 관리 시스템의 사용자 요구사항 분석과정을 다룬 것이다. 보안업무 관리 시스템의 요구사항 분석을 위해 객체 모델링의 쓰임새를 이용한 분석방법론을 적용하여, 사용자 요구사항 정의에서 시나리오 작성까지의 과정을 통해 적절히 요구사항을 분석함으로써, SMS의 시스템 모델을 제시하고 요구사항 분석에서 쓰임새 중심의 유효성을 증명하였다.

IMO에서 구현하고자 하는 e-navigation은 사용자의 요구사항을 중심으로 서비스와 기술의 아키텍쳐를 수립하는 전략이라고 할 수 있으며, 사용자 요구사항을 조사하고 현재의 상황과 요구사항 간의 운영적, 기술적, 규정적, 교육훈련 측면에서 격차를 식별하여 인간공학적 연계성을 분석하였다. e-navigation에서는 사용자 중심의 환경 구축을 위해 관련 장비들에 대해 사용자 입장에서의 평가의 필요성을 강조하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 항해장비의 사용성 평가 방법을 제안하고자 한다.

고품질의 소프트웨어 시스템을 개발하기 위해서 소프트웨어 테스트는 중요하다. 소프트웨어 개발 시에 발견되는 심각한 결함과 오류들은 소프트웨어 시스템이 사용자의 요구사항을 정확히 충족시키지 못하는데 원인이 있다. 테스트 수행 시에 요구사항을 정확히 반영하지 못한다면 반드시 테스트되어야 할 조건들이 누락될 수 있고 테스트의 성취도는 감소한다. 따라서 모든 소프트웨어 테스트는 사용자의 요구사항을 추적할 수 있어야 한다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 객체지향 접근방법을 사용하여 사용자의 요구사항을 테스트에 반영하고 추적하기 위한 일관성 유지 기법을 제안한다. 이를 기반으로 요구사항을 만족하는 일관성 있는 테스트케이스를 생성한다.

Among the customer-oriented data used to comprehend the customer, the user review data has received much attention as it provides insights into customer opinion in a detailed and large-scale manner; many customers have come to rely upon and trust the user reviews. Many application developers are cognizant of the importance of user reviews, so they monitor and respond to these reviews. However, due to the absence of a systematic method, developers have been investing their time and money without clear correlation to the customer satisfaction. Therefore, this paper suggests a systematic method to select user reviews from the application market using the Kano Model that deals with customer satisfaction and service quality, thereby maximizing the customer satisfaction under the given time period and budget. This method is constructed in the following phases: the user review collection and requirement elicitation phase in which the developers collect user reviews from the application market and elicit requirements, the Kano Model application and selection phase in which the Kano Model is applied to the elicited requirements and selection occurs based on the quality type, and the stakeholder review and redefinition phase in which relevant personnel gather to review and redefine requirements from an internal perspective.
