This research is implement of a counselling cases search system for improving the effectiveness of student-counselling through internet with teachers experience which is obtained in school. This system is consisted of manager module and user module. User module can use student-counselling search and input, a bulletin board, reference data etc., and manager module offers manage function for a data and the membership. The counselling cases search system is able to improving in success probability of student-counselling. Because teacher can share easily their remote area they counselling cases through using internet.

Cyber 대학의 활성화에 따른 연구는 강의 교재의 개발 등 효과적인 학습법 개발에 치중되고 있다. 하지만 Cyber 대학의 성패를 좌우할 수 있는 또 다른 주요 요소는 행정적인 뒷받침이라 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 Cyber 대학의 행정시스템을 설계 구현하였다. 특히 Cyber대학에서 필요로 하는 멀티미디어 문서를 효율적으로 관리하고 프리젠테이션 할 수 있는 XML문서관리시스템을 계층구조로 구성하였다. 전체 구성도는 XML을 기반으로 한 문서생성, 저장, 검색시스템으로 구성하였으며, 사용자측 구성에서는 문서의 등록, 수정 삭제를 수행하는 문서작성과 검색을 주요 기능으로 하는 일반사용자로 구성하였다. 연구자가 제안한 본 논문의 행정시스템 구현 환경에서는 문서를 등록하고 결재 및 열람하는 사용자로 구현하였다.

분산 컴퓨팅 환경에서 개인화된 사용자 정보, 외부 환경 정보와 로그 데이터를 기반으로 네트워크 상태를 모니터링하고 관리하여 안전하고 효율적인 서비스와 컨텐츠 정보를 제시하도록 한다. 사용자가 원하는 작업 요청 시 관리 서버는 평가 항목을 바탕으로 에이전트와 연계하여 실시간 정보를 송 수신하여 사용자에게 정제된 서비스 및 컨텐츠를 제공한다. 본 논문은 분산환경에서 자바 기술을 기반으로 서비스 및 컨텐츠 관리 시스템 설계 모델을 제안하고 구현을 통해 장점 및 특성을 기술한다.

최근에 이동통신기술의 발전과 무선인터넷 사용자의 급증 및 휴대 단말기 장치의 성능 향상으로 인하여 사용자의 위치 정보를 활용하여 부가 정보 서비스를 받을 수 있는 위치기반서비스(LBS Location Based Service)에 대한 관심이 급증하고 있다. 위치기반 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 사용자의 위치정보를 관리하는 이동체 데이터베이스가 필수적으로 요구된다. 친구 찾기 서비스와 같은 초기 단계의 LBS 서비스에서는 현재위치만을 가지고 서비스할 수 있지만, 데이터 마이닝이나 CRM등과 같이 연동된 고급 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 시시각각 변화는 사용자의 현재 위치정보뿐 아니라 과거위치정보를 관리할 수 있어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이동체 데이터 베이스의 구성요소 중 대용량의 위치정보를 저장 및 검색하기 위한 분산 관리 시스템을 설계하고자 한다. 분산 관리 시스템은 현재위치 관리 컴포넌트와 과거위치 관리 컴포넌트, 분산위치관리 컴포넌트로 구성된다. 현재 위치 관리 컴포넌트와 과거위치 관리 컴포넌트는 공간색인을 제공하므로 데이터 검색의 성능을 향상시키고, 분산위치 관리 컴포넌트는 대용량의 데이터를 다양한 데이터베이스에 분산 저장 및 검색하므로 과부하를 조절하고 대용량의 위치정보를 효율적으로 관리하고자 한다.

Nowadays, according to the change of educational environment, an alternative educational system, called cyber university system, is appeared. The appearance of the new system requires the new executive supports for administrative purposes. From this point of view, this paper tries to design and develop an XML-based document management system for the cyber university system. In order to manage and present the multimedia documents for Cyber university effectively, the proposed document management system is divided into 3 hierarchy structures: Generation of Documents, Storage of Documentation, and Search of Documentation. Based on our proposal for the system, the actual implementation is done for the demonstrative purpose. Both the construction of document manage system for the cyber university and modules for portal page are implemented using XML.

Today, need for a development system that provides the data to a chronic disease, and management has emerged. However, for most of the disease management system provides a wide range of data to the user and problem does not provide for important keyword or data existed. In this paper, analyzing the data for a disease through the R Programing it makes like the most relevant keyword in the illness to the user. This study was a system in which only the important parts when the user to manage their disease can be efficiently managed. By utilizing the proposed system to the user it is considered to be Except for unnecessary data or keyword and to be able to see the data and the keyword in need.

현재 통신망상에서 운영되고 있는 네트워크 장애처리시스템의 가장 큰 문제점은 통신망상에서 발생한 장애를 보고하는 기능은 지니고 있지만, 이에 대한 효율적 처리의 방안이 부족하다는 것이다. 또한 발생한 장애에 대한 데이터베이스 유지와 이를 활용하여 지식 정보화를 구축하는 측면과 통신망 사용자의 문의 및 불만 상담을 처리하고, 사용자에게 장애 처리에 대한 정보를 제공하는 기능은 거의 제공되고 있지 못하다. 이러한 통신망 상에서 발생하는 장애를 효과적으로 해결하기 위해서는 장애를 처리하는 네트워크 장애처리시스템(Network Trouble Management System)이 필수적으로 요구되며, 이에 대한 운영 방식을 효율적으로 개선함으로써 통신망 장애로 인한 시간적, 경제적 손실을 최소화하고, 사용자와 관리자 모두에게 효과적인 시스템에 대한 구축의 필요성이 증대하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 전문가 기반의 장애처리시스템에 자동 응답 시스템을 접목시켜 각 분야의 전문가들을 영입하고 관리할 수 있으며, 기존의 장애 처리 데이터베이스를 활용하여 사용자에게 장애처리에 대한 방안을 제시한 수 있는 전문가 기반의 확장 장애처리시스템을 구현함으로써 사용자에게 신뢰성 있는 고부가가치의 서비스를 제공할 수 있게 하였다.

As people are damaged increasingly by personal information leakage, awareness about user privacy infringement is increasing. However, the existing DRM system does not support the protection of user's personal information because it is not necessary for the protection of copyrights. This paper is suggesting a license administration protocol which is more powerful to protect personal information in DRM. To protect the exposure of users identifier, this protocol uses temporary ID and token to guarantee anonymity and it uses a session key by ECDH to cryptography and Public-Key Cryptosystem for a message so that it can protect the exposure of personal information and user's privacy.

일반적으로 사용자의 작업과 관련 있는 적절한 정보 또는 서비스를 제공하는 과정에서 '상황'을 사용하는 경우 이를 상황인식 시스템으로 정의한다. 상황인식 컴퓨팅 기술이 내장된 기기나 컴퓨터는 상황을 감지하여 적절하고 유용한 서비스를 제공하는 능력을 갖게 된다. 이러한 기술은 교육, 의료, 사무실 환경 등 다양한 분야에 걸쳐 활용된다. 특히 현대화된 강의실 환경은 각종 매체의 설치로 인해 전력소모가 심해지며, 매체들과 강의 환경의 효율적인 관리가 어려워지는 문제를 발생시키므로 상황인식 컴퓨팅 기술이 적용될 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 상황인식 기술을 이용한 강의실 관리 시스템을 제안한다. 이 관리 시스템은 다양한 센서 (온도, 조도, $CO_2$, 인체감지) 로부터 획득되는 저수준의 데이터를 사용자가 식별할 수 있는 추상화된 고수준의 정보로 변환하여 사용자에게 알려준다. 이 시스템을 구축함으로써 관리자는 강의실 내부에 설치된 매체들과 환경요소에 대한 상황을 쉽게 인식 할 수 있고, 강의실 내부의 상황변화에 대해 능동적으로 관리 할 수 있게 된다. 또한 강의실에 대한 과거의 이력정보를 검색 할 수 있음으로써 사전관리가 가능해짐에 따라 수동적인 관리로 인한 전력소비에 비해 전력절감 효과가 있고 쾌적한 강의실 환경을 학생들에게 제공 해 줄 수 있게 된다.

This research aims at investigating the factors determining the success of knowledge management system(KMS) in research organizations. Based on the literature survey and the general framework of IS success model, a new comprehensive model which is customized to the context of KMS is proposed. Some organizational support factors and an individual personality variable that moderates the relationship between predictors and the success factors are also integrated to the new model. A proposed model was tested by the technique of structural equation modeling using survey data from the employees in research organization. The results revealed that KMS quality had the strongest impact on the KMS success measured by perceived usefulness and user satisfaction and KMS use. The moderating effect of an individual personality factor, organization-based self esteem is also founded in the research.
