정보화 사회가 도래하면서 정보보호의 중요성이 강조되고 있으며, 정보보호 서비스를 제공하기 위한 기반 구조로써 공개키 기반 구조가 구축되어 사용되고 있다. 공개키 기반 구조는 공개키 암호 방식을 사용하는 암호시스템에서 사용자의 공개키를 안전하고 신뢰성 있게 관리하는 수단을 제공한다. 그러나 사용자들의 개인키에 대한 관리 기술은 미비한 실정이다. 최근들어 암호 프로토콜을 이용하여 개인키를 안전하게 관리하기 위한 개인키 관리(PKM; Public Key Management) 프로토콜이 연구되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 공개키 암호 기술에서 사용되는 개인키를 안전하게 관리하고, 키로밍 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 새로운 PKM 프로토콜을 제안하였다.

인터넷의 확산과 유비쿼터스 환경이 도래함에 따라, 사용자가 관리해야 하는 digital 형태의 identity 정보가 기하 급수적으로 증가하고 있다. 또한 이러한 identity 정보는 서비스 제공자에 의한 오남용이나 외부의 해킹 위협에 직면하고 있으며, 이는 사용자의프라이버시를 침해하는 결과를 가져온다. 이에 따라, 사용자의 digital identity 정보를 관리하는 identity 관리 기술은 최근 그 중요성이 매우 높아지면서 국내외에서 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 고에서는 digital identity 관리 시스템에 대한 개요와 identity관리 기술에 대한 연구 및 시장 동향, 표준화 동향 및 관련된 연구 프로젝트에 대하여 살펴본다.

현재 원격 교육 시스템은 21세기를 맞이하여 고속 인터넷 통신망의 발전과 함께 사회전반에서 크게 이슈로 떠오르고 있다. 하지만, 현재는 특정업체나 단체에서 교육을 독점적으로 서비스하기 위해 웹 기반으로 서비스가 이루어질 뿐 일선 학교에서나 한국 산업인력관리공단과 같은 시험인증기관에서 특정 LAN (Local Area Network) 상에서 자체적으로 특정 교과 독립적으로 교육을 행할 수 있는 시스템이 없는 현실이다. 기존에 서비스되고있는 시스템은 순수 웹을 이용하거나 웹과 플러그인(Plug-in)을 함께 사용하여 컴퓨터에 지식이 없는 일선 학교의 교사나 학생들에게 순수한 양방향의 교육 서비스를 하기엔 역부족이고 한계가 있어 네트워크 기반 원격 교육 시스템을 제안하게 되었다. 본 연구에서 개발된 시스템의 주요 특징으로는 순수 인트라넷만을 이용하여 실시간 원격 교육서비스를 제공, 교육 공급자와 수요자에게 사용상에 특별한 지식을 요구하지 않는 사용자 인터페이스를 제공, 교육 정보갱신이 쉽고 빠르게 이루어지며, 특정교과 독립적으로 서비스가 가능하며, 서비스상에 특별한 인력을 필요로 하지 않으며, 수요자는 원하는 시간에 자신의 능력별로 서비스를 받을 수 있다. 그리고 가정 통신문, 성적 처리, 학생 신상 관리 등의 학생관리 기능이 있다. 필요하다면 사용자의 이용요금부고도 가능하다.

족부(足部)의 구조적 복잡성으로 인하여 부상이나 질병을 진단하거나 수술계획을 수립하는데 있어 많은 어려움이 있다. 본 논문에서는 소아만곡족(小兒巒曲足) 수술 시뮬레이션을 위한 원격 진단보조시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 본 시스템은 족부를 구성하는 뼈간의 관계를 정의하고 기형 정도를 파악하기 위하여 일련의 2차원 진단 영상들을 공간적으로 구성하여 입체적 영상을 생성하고, 이동, 회전, 확대/축소, 컬러링과 같은 다양한 조작 기능을 제공한다. 본 개발 시스템은 원격 수술 시뮬레이션을 위하여 클라이언트-서버 구조로 이루어졌으며, 시스템 간 사용되는 메시지 처리를 위한 진단 제어 관리기, 족부별 가시화 및 조작을 위한 수술 시뮬레이션 관리기, 원격 사용을 위한 통신망 제어기, 그리고 각종 환자 정보를 위한 데이터베이스 관리기로 구성된다. 또한 범용의 데스크탑 컴퓨터 상에서 사용자 인터페이스를 통하여 서버에 접속하여 진단보조시스템을 사용함으로써 보다 많은 사용자들이 동시에 사용할 수 있는 이점이 있다.

본 논문에서 구현하고자 하는 에이전트기반 전자도서관 시스템은 웹을 통해 도서정보를 검색하는 사용자들에 대한 도서 정보 관심도를 모니터 에이전트에 의해 추출하게 하고 해당 정보를 대상으로 학습 과정을 거쳐 사용자별 프로파일을 구축할 수 있게 한다. 이 과정에서 모니터 에이전트에서 추출되는 사용자 history와 학습예제 정보는 사용자가 행하는 다양한 작업의 결과 차별화된 중요도가 적용된다. 학습 에이전트를 통해 구축된 사용자 관심 정보는 각 사용자에게 세부 DB 추천 모듈과 관심 정보를 푸쉬해주는 에이전트에 적용된다. 본 시스템에서는 전자 도서관에 가입하는 사용자들의 공통된 그룹 정보를 관리하여 이를 통해 동일 그루내의 사용자들 사이의 정보 이용이 가능하게 하였다. 본 논문에서는 개인과 그룹을 대상으로 하는 모니터 에이전트와 학습 에이전트를 설정하여 도서관을 이용하는 사용자들에게 정확하고 신속한 정보를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

In a complex, secure IT system environment there will be groups of data that be segregated from one another, yet reside on the same system. Users of the system will have varying degrees of access to specific data. The Configuration Management(CM) of the information architecture, the physical architecture, user privileges and application security policies increases the complexity for operations, maintenance and security staff. This pager describes(current work to merge the capabilities of a network CM toll with those of a Computer Aided System Engineering(CASE) tool. The rigour of Systems Engineering(SE) modelling techniques can be used to deal with the complexities of multi-level information security. The SE logical and physical models of the same system are readily tailorable to document the critical components of both the information architecture and physical architecture that needs to be managed. Linking a user-friendly, physical CM tool with the extended capabilities of a CASE tool provide the basis for improved configuration management of secure IT systems.

LBS is service technique to provide several service which are required to user by user's location information for mobile. This paper presents Auto_Test system of testing the mobility performance of mobile clients in wireless mobile networks. In spite of importance of mobility management, currently the study of mobility management is not enough, therefore we have developed modulated Auto_Test management system for resolve the mobility management. The proposed system is composed of distance-based monitoring, location-based monitoring, scenario management, mobility management and statistic management, it makes the control by individual module. Simulation results show that the proposed system outperforms the existing systems.

Most UIMS(User Interface Management System) adopt dialogue model of user interface Implementation of UIMS influenced by adopted dialogue model of user interface strongly. While the Model-View-Controller framework has contributed to many aspects of user interface development in Smalltalk environment- user interfaces generated with MVC have highly coupled model, view, and controller classes. Such coupling impedes the reuse of software component. So In this paper, we suggest MVCD model to resolve a decline of reuse with MVC have highly coupled. User messages are not changed by Controller immediately, but sent to Dialogue object which maintains the syntatic structure of the interaction. Dialogue object invokes Model object to updates is value. Since Model objects have active values, the value change propagates to the linked Controllers. Finally, Controller object convert the new value and update the View object. User interface builder is implemented on X-window with OSF/Motif that is base on this user dialogue model.

The vulnerability of privacy in the Identity Management System (IMS) is the most pressing concern of ordinary users. Uncertainty about privacy keeps many users away from utilization of IMS. Therefore, this paper proposes an access-control oriented privacy model for IMS. The proposed model protects privacy using access control techniques with privacy policies in a single circle of trust. We address characteristics of the components of for the proposed model and describe access control procedures. After that, we show the architecture of privacy enforcement and XML-based schema for privacy policies.

오늘날 컴퓨터의 기술이 발전함에 따라서 하드웨어와 소프트웨어가 갈수록 다양화되고, 네트워크의 컴퓨팅 환경도 다양해져 가고 있다. 또한 사용자가 요구하는 데이터 양도 급속히 증가하고 있고, 네트워크 환경에서 많은 정보들을 얻으려고 한다. 그러나 기존의 데이터베이스들은 서로 다른 모델로 표현이 되어져 있고 각기 서로 다른 운영체제에서 사용되고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 극복하기 위해서 미디에이터 시스템이 연구되고 있고 현재의 미디에이터 시스템은 관리자가 각 데이터베이스의 구조화 내용을 알고 직접 통합시킬 뷰를 생성하고 있다. 또한 데이터를 통합시키기 위하여 생성한 뷰 관리에도 수정(modification)만을 지원하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존의 다양한 환경의 데이타베이스를 CORBA를 사용하여 구축하고 웹과 연결함으로써 사용자가 다양하게 원하는 정보를 얻을 수 있고 통합된 뷰 관리를 수정(modification)과 구체화(materialization)의 두 가지 방법으로 관리하여 효율성을 높이도록 한다.
