엄청난 양의 정보를 제공하는 인터넷은 사람들에게 편의성을 제공해 주고 있다. 그러나 다른 한편으로는 인터넷으로 인하여 청소년들이 유해한 정보에 무방비로 노출되고, 회사에서는 업무와 관련이 없는 인터넷 사용으로 업무 능률이 저하되며 네트워크 자원이 낭비되는 등의 여러 가지 문제가 발생하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 개인별로 인증을 받은 후에 각 개인에 따라 설정된 필터링 정책에 의해 인터넷을 사용하는 시스템을 제안한다. 기존의 시스템은 시스템 구성 및 성능, 사용자 관리의 어려움 등의 문제로 ISP 등의 대단위 네트워크에 적용하기 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 대단위 네트워크에 적용 가능하고 사용자 관리가 용이한 URL 필터링 시스템을 제안한다. 이러한 시스템을 사용하면 학교나 가정 및 직장에서 개인별로 다양한 필터링 정책을 적용할 수 있어 유해한 정보로부터 청소년을 보호할 수 있으며, 업무 능률의 상승과 네트워크 자원을 효율적으로 활용할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

Current computer technologies developing. our requirements are changing from simple alpha-numeric processing to graphic and image. spatial data processing which are easy for user to understand and use. Geographic information system is a kind of spatial database system that can not only print out the data in the form of maps but also manipulate. store. retrieve. and analyze the geographic data. It is efficient system that can process the spatial data which has a geographical feature and its relative attribute data. Conventional relational database management systems are not suitable for spatial data processing, so we need to design the spatial database mana-gement system which is suitable for efficient spatial data processing. In this paper we design the extended storage management system that supports the spatial index technique that allows user to access fast and store and manage the enormous spatial data efficiently like geographic information system.

오늘날 기업에서의 IT 는 급격한 비즈니스 환경의 변화와 다양한 비즈니스 모델의 출현으로 인해 점점 더 복잡해지고 있고, 비즈니스의 IT 의존도 또한 지속적으로 증가하고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 기업의 정보시스템을 운영하는 IT 운영조직은 사용자에게 IT 서비스의 품질향상과 비즈니스의 연속성을 보장할 수 있는 지원체계를 필요로 하고 있다. 1990년대 후반에 들어서 ITIL 을 기반으로 한 ITSM 개념이 국내에 도입 되면서 기존의 콜센터와 헬프데스크를 통한 IT 서비스지원 방식을 서비스데스크로 통합하게 되었고, 서비스데스크 자동화 시스템의 도입을 통해 기업의 모든 비즈니스 조직의 IT 와 관련된 요구사항을 관리하고 있다. 하지만 이러한 서비스데스크 자동화 시스템은 IT 서비스 제공자 관점에서 구축되었고 운영방향 또한 어플리케이션, 서버, 네트워크 등 기술적인 구성요소의 성능 향상에만 초점을 두었기 때문에 현업 사용자들이 만족 할 수 있는 실질적인 수준의 서비스 개선은 이루어지지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 고객관점에서의 요구사항 분석을 통해, 운영조직의 IT 서비스 요청에 대한 처리활동을 단순처리와 일반처리로 분류하고 이를 자동화 시스템에 반영 하였고, 실제 A 사(社)의 IT 운영조직에 적용하여, 비효율적인 저부가가치 활동과 고부가 가치의 활동이 시스템을 통해 분류가 가능함을 보였다. 아울러 IT 운영조직의 활동을 정량적으로 관리 할 수 있도록 관리지표를 발굴하고 자동화 시스템의 서비스요청관리 프로세스에 적용하여 IT 서비스를 제공받는 회사의 관리조직과 경영층이 IT 운영조직의 활동을 정량적으로 관리하고 측정할 수 있는 IT 서비스데스크 자동화 시스템의 개선모델을 제시 하였다.

Using PMIS(Project Management Information System) plays an important role in systematically planning and effectively managing the complex and large-sized construction projects. In spite of the importance of PMIS, on-site engineers, who are the main users of PMIS, have not used PMIS enthusiastically because PMIS has been evaluated and improved by not the viewpoint of the system users but the viewpoint of system managers and head office manager. Therefore, this study developed an assessment model to evaluate PMIS with the viewpoint of the on-site engineers, so previously developed PMIS can be evaluated by the on-site engineers with importance and satisfaction elements. It is anticipated that the effective use of the developed assessment model might increase the utilization of existing PMIS as well as develop the construction industry.

In this paper, we describe technologies of Intranet administrator and user application used in the PEC(Protocol Engineering Center) Office Intranet system which provides platform independent application framework using Internet/Intranet standard technologies for distribution of Web documents and real-time multimedia information. The PEC Office is composed of administrator applications to support environments for administration of all applications including group/user add, update, and delete facilities and construction of user directory and user applications to support schedule sharing, virtual library, job report, output management, budget management, and real-time audio/video broadcasting services. These applications allow differentiation and customization services according to department and title employed per users.

Rapid growth of the domestic economy caused a lot of the demand of land information. The land information system has to keep the records of the various data about land that includes its owner and usages. Also the system must present adequate results that have been accumulated upon a user's request. Since Korean Government enforces 'Law of National Land Usage and Management', the land in rural area was also tightly regulated as much as that in the urban area. In fact, when people wants to develop their land, then they realize that their land has many restrictions and regulations to use. Sometimes, they find many regulations and restrictions even in a parcel. Thus, many people quite often want to know all the laws, rules, regulations, and restrictions etc., whatever applicable on the land they are interested in. to use. The purpose of this paper is to show a legal service system that precisely presents all the related laws, regulations, and restrictions. for a piece of the land. It summarizes the search results on users' requests. It uses a knowledge-based expert system to figure out the users requests. In this paper, we designed the system architecture of the software, and implemented its prototype. The results on this system show more concise and user friendlier than those of the existing systems.

여가활동 및 가족단위 관광활동의 증가로 인하여 해양관광활동에 대한 국민적 관심이 높아지면서 해양레저에 대한 수요가 증가하고 있으나 그에 따른 제반시설 구축이 현저히 적으며, 해양레저 활성화를 위한 인프라 구축 방안으로 추진 중인 마리나 육성계획이유휴시설 발생 및 중복개발로 인한 예산낭비가 우려되고 있어 국내 마리나 항만에 적합한 관리시스템 및 서비스 개발이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 요트의 운용상태 및 항해정보를 스마트기기 내장 S/W로 관리함과 동시에 이동통신망을 이용하여 마리나 관제시스템에 전송하고, 마리나 센터로부터 항해와 안전에 관한 다양한 정보를 제공받아 요트 사용자에게 알려줌으로 요트를 운항하는 사용자가 편리하고 안전하게 요트를 운용, 관리, 항해할 수 있도록 지원 가능한 스마트 기기 기반의 시스템을 설계하고자 한다.

다수의 사용자들이 동시에 사용하는 컴퓨터에서 동시에 여러 프로그램을 실행 시 각각의 프로그램들은 큐를 통하여 자원을 할당받아 프로그램을 실행한다. 이러한 자원은 크게 CPU와 메모리로 나눌 수 있는데 이러한 CPU와 메모리 자원을 프로그램을 실행하면서 처음 작업을 실행하기 전에 정의한 자원보다 더 요구하게 되면 시스템에 문제가 발생하기도 한다. 멀티 시스템에서는 어느 특정 사용자가 자원을 독점하는 것을 예방하기 위해서 작업관리 시스템을 통하여 프로그램을 실행 가능하게 한다. IBM 컴퓨터는 작업관리 시스템으로 LoadLeveler을 사용하고 메모리 관리는 WLM(Workload Manager)을 사용한다. 이러한 프로그램 실행 시 발생되는 문제를 해결하기 위하여 시스템에서 제공하는 WLM을 이용하여 여러 가지로 시스템을 테스트하였다. 따라서 WLM 기능을 조건별로 테스트하고 설정하여 시스템의 안정성을 유지하여 전체 작업처리 효율을 증가하였다.

There are developing the World Wide Web systems for their information sharing among certain closed user group. These systems are required five common functions as follows. First, they have to support the web service for Internet users to access easily. Second, Hey have to support the authorization service to confirm the allowed users. Third, they have to support the database service to manage the sharing information among users. Fourth, they have to support the bulletin board service for closed users to discuss. Fifth, they have to support the e-mail service to send e-mail to the certain user subset and mail archive service to save and manage the previous mail information. In this paper, we described the detail function and processing procedure of our implemente system under LINUX operating system. In addition, we described problems occurring in implementation and their solutions.

This paper proposes a approach to configure efficient video-on-demand system by introducing Multicast and Cache Video-on-Demand (MCVoD) system. As a key element or the MCVoD system, interchange agent provides this system with multicasting and switching functions. With the multicasting, the MCVoD system is able to reduce the load on the network as well as VoD servers by transmitting only one video request instead of sending multiple requests on a same video stream. The switching enables clients to receive the lust stream of requested video streams instantly without waiting time and also allows avoiding undesirable duplication of video streams in the system. With various experiment results through simulation about waiting tine and cache hit ratio, we show that the MCVoD system employing the interchange agent provides better performance than current uni-proxy based system.
