Service design refers to an activity to design a user's service experience and a design area for professionally executing it. In order to design services from the people's point of view away from the supplier-oriented policy decisions in the past, the recent public participation business model using the service design methodology is increasing. In particular, the Ministry of Public Administration and Security formed the 'National Design Team' in 2014 to design services from the perspective of the public throughout the policy process. The public participatory policy model is being operated in which the public as policy consumers, service designers and public officials as suppliers participate in the overall policy process to develop and develop public services through service design techniques. This study is meaningful in that it presented the developmental direction of the actual project site through the case of the National Design Team sign improvement project with the goal of establishing a regional revitalization strategy using the service design methodology. However, as this study is about the current project, verification of the application of future project sites and user satisfaction evaluation have not been conducted. When the project is completed in the future, it is necessary to conduct a project satisfaction survey targeting consumers.

The purpose of this study was to address the current status of hospital-based home care(HBHC). We analyzed the data on HBHC from national electronic data information of Health Insurance Review Agency. Beside, we surveyed 75 hospital-based home care agency. In 2006, 20,343 elderly(64.0% from all HBHC user) used 333,889 visits(76.8%from all visits). Medical diagnosis was composed of circulatory disease including cerebrovascular diseases 41.3%, endocrine system disease including Diabetes mellitus 10.4%, neoplasm 9.7%. Some of subjects used HBHC in excess of maximum covered 8 visits a month by National Health Insurance, decubitus 7.0%, the cancer 5.4%, the diabetes 2.5%, the hypertension 1.1%, and the stroke 0.9%. This results will contribute to expand the coverage of hospital-based home care by National Health Insurance. There was distribution difference in medical diagnosis and nursing intervention between HBHC and Public health center-based home care(PBHC) subjects. Therefore, HBHC subjects had more severe medical diagnosis, and were intervened more injections, examinations, than PBHC subjects. These differences must be considered to set up functional role among the three types of home visit care.

The Ministry for Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries has been designating as Fishery village from 2001 to revitalize economy of fishery villages. But a few of the Fishery villages have been operated as general visiting tourist places or decreased the number of the tourists. In this study, a survey about some status of usage and satisfaction level with Fishery village, the preference for fishery village stay programs was conducted at 21 villages designated in Young-nam area. As a result, three revitalization plans were suggested to improve the fishery village stay program and to promote economic growth of the fishery villages.

This study was aimed to research the problems of business in Special Economic Zone, Kaesong Industrial Complex to relieve the tensions of politics and military ties in the Korean Peninsula and revitalize the Economic Cooperation between South and North Korea, and to suggest the needs of policy alternatives to resolve the problems, and to propose the sustainable developmental strategy to carry forward a enterprise successfully in the view points of companies and Kaesong Industrial Complex. Through the survey of Kaesong Industrial Complex, we reviewed the expected effects of the business. Besides, through this survey, we became aware deeply the actual conditions of the companies that are occupied in the Kaesong Industrial Complex and their mother companies, and the statistically important factors of difficulties in management.

Construction management system has been needed to be anchored and revitalize in these days, since it was entered into a domestic market. We could consider application of CM services as a challenge of construction project system and a way to get to an advanced nation in construction field. Application of CM services could be possible in public projects by a regime. However, in case of private construction projects, it is hard to apply it without understanding of substantial necessity and propriety. so in this study, we find a application method of CM services to private small-midium construction projects, and make CM services item table of CM services for revitalization by examining the cases that applied to in private small-medium construction projects.

In the construction industry, there is a growing demand for new programs incorporating IT applications. In construction, initiatives calling for changes ensuring the improvement of productivity, quality and safety, and for the strengthening of global competitiveness, have contributed to the increased need for exploring new markets. Moreover, the government's supportive policies have helped develop profit models. Meanwhile, the industry and the government have supported the efforts for identifying and disseminating successful case studies - as part of the strategy for evaluating and promoting the developed programs. However, the criteria for identifying/evaluating successful cases remain vague, and the viewpoints of participants differ depending on their disciplines. These discrepancies could lead to inconsistent results. Thus, it is imperative that a criterion be provided, upon which to judge the success or failure of implementation cases and to disseminate role models. It is also imperative that a direction of improvement be proposed. This study was conducted to propose the criteria for and process of evaluating the success of construction-IT convergence to help promote the construction industry incorporating IT applications. To that end, success factors for and the significance of IT-incorporated construction were identified.

Recently, it is anticipated that 5G network would play the significant role of the neural network for 4th generation industry revolution and create huge value for the new market. However, in spite of proliferating prospect of 5G network industry and leading position in the launch of 5G, network operators have hesitated to give their full support to establishing proper network. Due to the lack of business models promoting 5G industry, network operators feel that they will not realize the return from the exorbitant investment in 5G network establishment. Moreover, the rigorous research efforts to investigate and analyze the various business environments regarding 5G rarely exists. Therefore, the purpose of the research is to holistically propose the research issues related to the technology, service providing method, governmental policy, and business models in commercializing and promoting 5G network.

As the socialization of care is progressing rapidly, the necessity of community-level mental health intervention for older adults with severe social isolation and depression is also increasing. In line with the reorganization of the Individualized Support Services for Older Adults in 2020, the social relations revitalization project for the elderly living alone, which had been conducted as a pilot project in 2014~19, was expanded and reorganized into a separate specialized project within the Individualized Support Services for Older Adults. The purpose of this study is to enhance understanding of the specialized service and to clarify its conceptual framework. The characteristics and conceptual framework of the specialized service were examined through a review of the process of institutionalization of the specialized service, which included analysis of related literature and the pilot projects. Finally, it discussed what to consider in order for the specialized service to proceed as intended in the future, focusing on a couple of situations that occur at the fields.

저출산으로 경제활동인구가 감소했는데도 청년실업자가 늘어난 나라는 한국, 이탈리아, 그리스인데 이는 OECD국가 중 유일하다. OECD 청년고용률은 2009년 40.5%에서 2019년 43.5%로 증가했지만 순위는 30위에서 32위로 하락했다. 코로나19사태로 매출이 감소한 국내 301개사는 채용을 미루거나 포기한 비율이 전체 50.5%애 이르면서 앞으로 청년 취업 상황을 악화시킬 것으로 보인다. 양질의 일자리가 증가하면 이를 통해 개인은 경쟁력을 확보하게 되고 산업은 고급 인력을 바탕으로 성장구조를 만든다. 따라서 민간과 정부는 창업을 적극적으로 독려하고 활성화 시킬 필요가 있다. 청년창업대상자를 중심으로 진행하는 사업은 중소벤처기업부의 청소년 비즈쿨 사업과 창업에듀, K-스타트업, 청년창업사관학교, 학생창업유망팀 300등이 있다. 그러나 대부분의 지원 사업이 초기창업단계에 지원역량이 강화되어 있고 공급자 위주로 창업지원 사업을 운영하다보니 창업 성과는 미미하다. 통계청 자료에 의하면 20대는 생계유지에 대한 문제와 창업자금으로 인해 창업을 망설이고 30대는 가족을 돌보는 것에 대한 부담감과 기업가에 대한 부정적인 인식으로 창업을 기피 하는데 이는 40대이상 다른 연령층보다 높게 나타났다. 본 연구는 개인적, 환경적 요인이 연령에 따라 창업의지에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 비교분석하여 일자리 활성화를 위한 정부의 청년창업지원대책 기초자료에 도움이 되고자 한다. 청년창업대상자의 금전에 대한 태도, 창업역량, 성공한 롤모델, SNS 활용능력, 창업지원정책, 사회적지지, 인적네트워크, 해외시장 관심도가 창업의지에 어떤 상관 관계를 갖는지 비교연구를 진행하고자 한다. 10대의 경우 취업과 창업을 고민하는 특성화고등학생 150명, 20대 150명, 30대 150명으로 총 450명의 데이터를 가지고 SPSS 23을 통해 다중회귀분석을 진행하고 원인을 비교해 앞으로의 정책이 창업을 독려하고 지속력을 갖기 위한 방향으로 시사점을 제안한다.

The defense venture support program supports development so that it can be applied to the defense sector based on their technology and ideas to revitalize the private advancement of small and medium-sized enterprises to the defense sector. Since 2015, it has been operated with contributions from the Defense Acquisition Program Administration and has supported 84 projects. Moreover, it is an early stage in which results have been derived after 2018. In this study, the R&BD efficiency derived according to the budget for each project was compared using data envelopment analysis and classified and analyzed according to the characteristics of each project to identify the performance factors for each outstanding project. Based on the analysis results, this study considered support plans for efficient support programs and continuous performance creation in the future. As a result, it is expected that the effectiveness of the defense venture support project will be strengthened, and excellent performance will be expanded based on this study.
