An increase in interests in consumers' social responsibilities, or ethical spending, starts from a recognition that the consumption of an individual does not stop with the individual, but also affects overall society. The recognition of consumers' social responsibilities leads to demands for corporate social responsibility. Therefore, this study analyzed how social responsibility recognition affects consumers' needs for corporate social responsibility using college students. All data was analyzed with the SPSS Windows 18.0 program in terms of frequency, Crobach's ${\alpha}$, factor analyses, paired t-test, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression. The results are as following: first, the recognition level of consumers' social responsibilities in college students was at an average level and the consumer's needs for corporate social responsibility were higher than usual. Second, the grade level, military experience, and economic status of the college students changed their views on consumers' needs for corporate social responsibility. Groups with higher consumers' social responsibilities had higher consumer demands for corporate social responsibility. Through this, we can see that consumers' social responsibilities affects the consumer's needs for corporate social responsibility.

오늘날 인터넷 등 정보통신망의 이용이 보편화 되면서 우리는 바야흐로 정보 및 정보시스템이 없는 생활을 생각할 수 없는 이른바 정보사회에 살고 있다. 정보사회에서는 정보가 중요한 생산수단이 되며 또 경제적 가치를 갖는다. 따라서 정보를 제대로 보호하고 또 정보가 안전하게 처리, 이용될 수 있는 환경을 마련하는 것이 중요한 국가, 사회적 과제가 된다. 이에 각 정보주체가 자신의 정보와 시스템을 내, 외부의 위협으로부터 보호할 일차적 책임을 진다. 그러나 정보통신서비스제공자는 자신의 정보와 시스템을 보호하는 정보주체로서의 일차적 책임 뿐만 아니라, 기업이나 개인과 같이 타인의 정보통신을 매개하는 사업자로서 송수신 또는 처리되는 타인의 정보를 적절히 보호하여야 할 의무가 있다. 현행 법률을 중심으로 정보통신서비스제공자의 정보보호의무의 개념과 성격 그리고 그 구체적인 내용을 살펴보았다.

The purpose of this study is to explore the relationships among CSR activities, relationship quality, and organizational performance in an exclusive Liquor licensed Wholesalers in Korea. In this research, CSR activities consists of four factors including characterizes(consumer, economy, philanthropy, and environment). First, this study investigated how CSR activities affected both Honesty Trust and Reciprocity Trust, second analyzed how both Honesty Trust and Reciprocity Trust influenced organizational performance. The data were obtained from a questionnaire handed out to a random sample of 95 individuals that exclusive license operators. With the information obtained, and after the scales validation process, PLS(Partial Least Square) has been conducted. The analysis results indicate that CSR activities, relationship quality, and organizational performance in an exclusive license operators. According to the analysis, first, both economy and environment affect both Honesty Trust and Reciprocity Trust. second Honesty Trust affect organizational performance. Finally, based in the findings of this study, theoretical contribution and managerial implications are discussed.

The representative example of the business model on internet environment, the business of the Naver, Empas and Google which provides information retrieval service is the internet portal. The portal sites provide information retrieval service which provides users information what they want to find, that is a huge social contribution. The portal site which provides a search service leads much problems. Consequently, the regulation against information retrieval is asserted powerfully in spite of the public interest. Namely, the regulation regarding the search business owner is tried. Finally, portal business owner puts the social responsibility as OSP. But, there is a doubt that portal business owner who has much problem which occurred on the portal site indirectly has responsibility directly. That is duty on portal site owner the censorship on the contents transferred. So, this thesis researches on the social critical opinion relating with a information retrieval from the legal side against the problem of the Internet.

대리운전업은 서비스업으로 세무서에 신고만 하면 사업자 등록을 하고 사업을 할 수 있고, 설사 신고를 하지 않고 영업을 하더라도 규제할 방법이 마땅치 않아 진입장벽이 없는 상태이며 대리운전업에 대한 규제법은 전무한 상태이다. 이들이 법적 관리로부터 방치되어 있는 결과 대리운전행위의 사회적 편익에도 불구하고 요금시비 등 서비스의 질, 생계형 운전미숙자의 진입, 주로 야간에 다수의 낮선 차량을 운전하여야 하고 겸업이 47.3%에 이르러, 과중한 노동으로 인한 피로누적, 주의력 산만, 과속경쟁 등 대리운전의 속성상 교통사고 발생위험, 사고발생시 피해보상책임, 절도나 성폭력행위와 같은 범죄유발 등 여러 가지 문제가 끊이지 않고 있다. 관련업계나 일부 단체에서는 대리운전업 종사자가 15만 명을 넘어섰다고 주장하며 당당한 직업으로 인정해 달라고 요구하고 있고, 근로형태나 조건 등 사업자 내부의 문제도 제기된다. 본고(本稿)에서는 대리운전으로 발생하는 범죄의 현황과 대책을 개괄적으로 조망하고자 한다.

Information spill was occurred several times in the country due to the negligence of the large internet service providers including SK Communications, Auction, KT. In order to judge the Internet Service Provider(ISP)'s liability in individual data spill caused by hacking, the violation of existing legislation or general principle of law's good faith principle has to be examined. However, based on current ISP's good faith principle, there is no objective standard for judging liability. Such uncertain range of protection action duty based on good faith principle generates complaint toward companies, therefore presentation of objective judgement range index on how to determine this range is needed. However due to the legal characteristic of above-mentioned law, it is not possible to fix the range of protection action duty and regulate it on law. In order to resolve this, rather than concerning simply on legal system level, fusion approach method is needed. Thus, this research will discuss the measure for objective standard for predicting ISP's range of protection action duty through fusion view dividing in technical, legal and administrative aspects.

Considering a trend of logistics and transport industry in these days, it can be said that international express courier service is one of the most familiar transport type to the general public. Especially in Korea, due to development of electronic commercial transaction and the popularity of television home shopping, it can easily anticipated that express courier business will continuously grown in the future. However, the legal basis for international express courier is not properly set up so far. The only clause about this can be found on Korean Aviation Law said as 'commercial documents delivery business'. The origin of the commercial documents delivery business in Aviation Law is to make exception from public postal services which has been exclusive status as monopoly based on the Korean Postal Law. Basically, according to this regulation, all the private postal delivery is prohibited except some sort of commercial documents such as consignment notes, packing list, invoice etc. Thus, those documents could be delivered not only by public postal services but also by private courier company according to the Korean Postal Law. This waiver has probably come from under developing condition of Korean postal circumstances, however it should be revised according to the modernized business practice. Reflecting these revisions, the articles of Korean Postal Law adopted 'international express courier document' as the exception of postal service. Therefore, Korean Aviation Law also needs to be revised as Postal Law in due course. In addition to revision of Korean Aviation Law, some sort of new legislation is required to govern the private legal aspects such as legal liabilities, duties and rights of each parties on international express courier. This should be governed by 'law' not by 'terms and conditions' provided by business operators. Furthermore, to support and develop the current domestic logistics companies as international express courier company, it is required to regulate with the separate express courier law.

To prevent the VAT evasion and to form a sound VAT paying culture, we can draw the policy directions for government as follows: First, it is necessary to strengthen the tax supervision of small business and the administration of tax sources of cash-income industry. Second, the tax-deductible rate of the received tax invoices should be increased in a short-term base, and a simplified taxation system should be abolished in a long-term base. Third, in cases a trader has not received a tax invoice, an additional tax should be applied. Forth, to issue the tax invoice faster and conveniently, it is requested to introduce a new system which issues electronic card of registration when a businessman applies for his/her business registration. Fifth, to make tax standard transparent, it is desirable to punish the violator, relating to credit card regulations, stricter than present and to enforce the electronic bookkeeping. Sixth, for the reduction of noncompliance rate and creating a climate for autonomous, faithful tax return, it is necessary to expand and intensify tax investigation. And also it is necessary to make the level of penalty tax higher up and the level of criminal punishment less down, to keep up tax audit coverage. Seventh, a trader who is eligible for simplified taxation, whose tax base is under 12,000 thousand won, should not be required to pay the value added tax. But it is desirable to cut down them for the fairness of tax burden. Eighth, the effective date of the revised tax law should be fixed. Ninth, it is necessary to reinforce publicity and to educate on tax system and administration, for reducing tax evasion or tax avoidance and encouraging faithful tax return. Tenth, as the tendency of VAT evasion of distribution industry turns out to be the highest, it is requested not only to intensify tax administration on them but also to establish system and incentives, for introducing information system in distribution industry(introducing POS system, computerization of transaction record, establishing EDI between traders).

Domestic broadcasting companies are obliged to provide the disaster information quickly to protect the public from the disaster, and people can prepare the disaster. Especially, Korea Broadcasting System (KBS) has a duty to deliver disaster news more quickly and accurately than other broadcasting companies because it is designated as a host broadcaster for disaster broadcasting services in accordance with Article 43 of the Broadcasting Act. This study examined how the KBS deals with social disaster news related to Zika virus, and evaluated whether they used the frames in a timely manner to help people prepare a disaster. Based on the results of this analysis, this study tried to suggest practical implications for measures to improve the efficiency and reliability of disaster news report.

This study identified the characteristics of video contents related to waste cycle in Korean social media. The contents of broadcasting companies were the most popular among production entities, and mainly current affairs contents and educational contents were popular. Among the solutions to recycle wastes, 'Improvement of systems and policies' was predominantly covered in the video as solutions to the waste circulation problems. 'Broadcasting companies', 'local governments', 'non-profit private organizations' and 'central administrative agencies' actively used the social media to deliver solutions and engage consumers. However, very few contents were produced by companies that are socially responsible for waste. The results of this study show the importance of communication-oriented, public-friendly content development in the process of video production related to waste cycle. These are expected to be useful guidelines for decision-making supporting the development and improvement of related systems and policies.
