웹캐스팅 산업에 대한 대규모 자금유입도 가시화 되고 있고, 주요 대기업과 공중파를 비롯한 기존의 주요 미디어기업들이 상당수 웹캐스팅 시장에 접근하고 있다. 이제 다윗들이 일궈놓은 국내 웹캐스팅 산업에 골리앗이 본격 진입하게 되는 것이다. 국내 웹캐스팅 비즈니스는 2000년도를 기점으로 다윗과 골리앗이 웹캐스팅 사업에 본격적인 진출을 하기에 이르렀다. 대기업은 자본력과 마케팅, 브랜드 효과 등의 긍정적인 배경을 통해 시장진출에 유리한 입지를 점하게 될 것이며, 향후 웹캐스팅 시장의 확대에 유리한 입지를 점하게 될 것이며, 향후 웹캐스팅 시장의 확대에 큰 기여를 하게 될 것이다.

(주)인벤티오는 신개념 하중측정 기술인 NGWS(Next Generation's Weighing Sensor)를 개발하고 있다. 이 기술은 기존 하중센서인 로드셀(Load Cell)과 마그네틱밸런스용 하중센서(Magnetic Balance)의 장점을 두루갖춰 현재 측정 곤란한 고하중, 고정밀 분야의 측정을 가능케 하는 등 기존 하중센서 시장을 재편할 것이라 예상되고 있다. (주)인벤티오는 이 기술의 완성도를 높이기 위해 기술보증기금으로부터 기술가치평가를 받았으며, 중소기업청에서 추진하는 2007년 신기술아이디어 사업으로 채택되어 기술개발 자금을 지원 받았다.

과학기술계의 대망이던 "한국과학재단"이 77년 4월중 발족하게 된다. 10월 23일 최형섭 과학기술처장관은 과학재단 법안이 국무회의를 통과함에 따라 77년 4월에 동재단을 발족시키게 되며 제 4차 경제개발 5개년 사업이 끝나는 81년까지 정부출자, 민간출원 외원 등 287억의 기금을 마련할 계획을 밝혔다. 재단이 발족되는 77년에는 우선 34억의 자금을 조성하게 될 것이며 재단의 본격적인 기능은 81년부터 활발해 질 것이다. 다음은 과기처가 발표한 과학재단의 설립계획안내용이다.

This study is VE LCC case analysis on two school BTL projects which is constructed by Private sector and rented to government. Then private sector payback their initial cost and profit by rental fee from government. The VE in Korea, revised by the method of the Construction Technique - Enforcement Ordinance in 2005 is applicable to construction business which size is over 10 billion won. The VE well known as a way of productivity elevation is already proven and outstanding management method In construction industry inside and outside of the courtly. As its unique personality of BTL business, VE workshop period is too short. There is a few accomplished BTL project and data base, because BTL business begun from year of 2006. So we are trying to proof effect of VE LCC through case study of school BTL projects.

Due to various reasons (normally financial constraints in developing countries), it becomes common to change of the business model from state-run projects to Private Investment Projects (Public Private Partnership) in the global railway businesses. However, due to the nature of railroads compared with other types of infrastructure such as roads and others, railway business require considerable construction cost and O&M cost through the business development, construction, and operation and management stages. Therefore, private investment railway projects, especially in developing countries, can be problematic in terms of the potential for uncertainty when return on investment cannot be guaranteed. In order to strengthen the competitiveness of domestic companies when entering overseas railroad PPP projects, this study proposes PPP-related risks and their countermeasures by reviewing global railroad trends and identifying Korea's weakness in managing international railroad projects.

Financing, manpower support and tax are the most popular tools for policy for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). This paper, however, will introduce information analysis support for SMEs and will prove that can be a good tool. The information analysis support means the support of technology and market information for the technology development or commercialization of SMEs. Therefore, the support is a customized one. In the theory domain, we adopt and prove two theoretical grounds as an SMEs policy such as market and system failure. In the policy tool domain, we suggest four requirements to be an SMEs policy and prove the tool to satisfy these requirements. All the data and proofs are from a government research institute called K.

Usually feasibility analysis in a narrow sense is a economic analysis of project. Feasibility analysis focused in this study is confined to the matter of finance. Many studies have been executed in qualitative element which include decision-making process or prediction of housing market. But it is difficult to find economic analysis related to characteristics of planning. In this study, floor area ratio, selling area ratio and term of works are adopted as the Characteristics of Planning. So, the purpose of this study is to analyze the Influence of the characteristics of planning on the cost of apartment by means of multiple regression analysis and what-if method.

Recently, there is an increasing number of startups in wine business because of the rapid growth of wine consumption. The entrepreneurs need support to prepare infrastructure of wine business. Entrepreneurship is a course of preparing funding, personnel, and technology for preliminary entrepreneurs. In this paper, we implement a wine recommendation application for preliminary entrepreneurs of preparing the wine business as part of the technical support project. The proposed application is to collect accurate data using barcode recognition technology. Finally, proposed application aims the building of the wine knowledge-base through the data analysis by applying efficient algorithms.

This paper aims at analyzing the current status, characteristics and problems of housing development project finance firstly, and secondly, examining the policy measures in order to enhancing the housing development project finance systems. The main results of this paper are as follows. Project finances are very activated in the housing development projects, especially, apartment development, since 2001. But most of housing development project finance are not virtual project finance, but conditional corporate finance, because most of project finance didn't uses bankruptcy remote. Therefore, the main policy measures in order to activate effective growth of project finance are, first, institutionalizing of project finance, second, enhancing the feasibility study capabilities of finance companies, third, using the real estate funds effectively, and forth, networking housing development project finances with long-term mortgage finances.

There are three forms of REITs company in Korea that was first introduced in 2002. Each REITs have been listed on the KRX, its characteristics are different, but it is classified as a REITs company in all events. REITs current methods are applied uniformly manner that does not reflect the characteristics of the individual. REITs some, that is not seen unlike legislative intent, it is delisted, such as generating an investment loss of investors. In this study it is an object of the invention from the point of view of REITs business validity, to draw up operational support aggressive plans of the scheme. By improving the PF assesment system, to improve the relevance of REIT business and presenting policy direction to the activation of REITs. Through the sophistication of real estate finance utilizing REITs, policy for proper investment of general investors REITs funds were listed with the smooth flow must be realized. The results of this study, it can be utilized as basic data for policy to reflect the real estate policy for activation of the indirect financial investments.
