NGIS projects have been widely proceeded by the central and municipal governments, and the higher cost for proceeding the NGIS projects emphasizes the importance of the data sharing among related agencies. For supporting data sharing, effective data generation, and management. 'THE GUIDELINE FOR MANAGING AND DOCUMENTING GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION CATALOGUES' has been established and enforced since the year 2002. Although metadata for distributing geographic information through the NGIS distribution network has already been installed, this needs to be complimented to maximize the data utilization. Based on such requirements, a draft standard of the national metadata which is compliant with the ISO 19115 has been proposed from this study. All components of the metadata for distributing geographic information have been included and related metadata items for the management purpose have been derived from domestic and foreign studies. Based on this, draft national metadata standards comprised of 13 sections have been made. The metadata standards from this study could contribute to building basic standards to access and to utilize geographic information in various application field. This would also be fundamental base for activating GIS in public and private sectors.

연안침수지도는 태풍이나 해일에 의한 연안침수 발생 시 방조제의 월류 및 붕괴로 인한 예상 침수구역을 강우빈도(200년)별로 나타내고, 침수면적과 깊이를 표현한 지도로서 국외 선진국에서 방재형 국토관리 정책결정과 침수피해에 대한 대민 홍보의 수단으로 활용되고 있다. 국내에서도 연안침수에 의한 피해가 나날이 커지고 국토의 개발에 따른 자연 재해가 많아짐에 따라 보다 방재형 국토개발로 국민의 안전과 복리를 증진하고, 연안침수에 의한 피해를 최소화하기 위한 노력의 일환으로 연안침수지도의 제작 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 본 연구의 시범지역인 대부도 남부지역의 GIS 데이터베이스 구축은 문헌조사 및 기구축 데이터 확보, 지역의 특성에 맞는 신규 GIS 데이터베이스 구축 방법을 제시하였다. 침수구역을 예측하기 위한 모델링을 지원하기 위한 정확도와 경제성, 객관성, 현실성이 높은 지형공간자료의 효율적인 구축이 강조되었다. 구축한 데이터베이스의 세부 유형은 침수위험구역, 침수경계구역, 침수량 화살표이며, 기존에 구축된 데이터를 활용한 레이어는 해안선, 도로, 건물, 등고선, 등심선, 연안 표고점 측량데이터이다. 연안침수지도는 효율적인 재난관리를 위하여 다양하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료되며 나아가 주민의 침수에 대한 경각심 고취와 사전 교육, 지방자치단체의 침수위험 관리업무의 활용이 가능할 것으로 사료된다. 본 연구에서 제작된 연안침수지도는 지자체 주민들을 위해 보기 쉽고 다양한 정보를 얻을 수 있도록 제작되었으며, 이를 위해 사진과 삽화를 추가하여 주민들에게 침수피해에 대한 경각심과 이해를 높이는데 중점을 두었다. 유지관리 후 활용체계 정비의 중요성’을 점검하고, ‘변동자료 발생원인의 분석’, ‘명확한 변동자료 입력 근거의 확보’, ‘갱신주체별 역할의 정의 및 유지관리 기준의 설정’, ‘분야별업무 특성을 고려한 관련 기준의 마련 및 타 시스템과 연계되는 항목을 고려한 절차 정의’ 등에 대한 다양한 접근을 시도하였다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 유지관리 모델을 기반으로 각 지자체별로 적절한 컨설팅이 진행되고 이에 따라 담당자의 실천이 이루어진다면 지자체 GIS의 투자대비 효과에 대한 기대는 이상이 아닌 현실로 다가오게 될 것이다.가오게 될 것이다. 동일하게 25%의 소유권을 가지고 있다. ？스굴 시추사업은 2008년까지 수행될 계획이며, 시추작업은 2005년까지 완료될 계획이다. 연구 진행과 관련하여, 공동연구의 명분을 높이고 분석의 효율성을 높이기 위해서 시료채취 및 기초자료 획득은 4개국의 연구원이 모여 공동으로 수행한 후의 결과물을 서로 공유하고, 자세한 전문분야 연구는 각 국의 대표기관이 독립적으로 수행하는 방식을 택하였다 ？스굴에 대한 제1차 시추작업은 2004년 3월 말에 실시하였다. 시추작업 결과, 약 80m의 시추 코아가 성공적으로 회수되어 현재 러시아 이르쿠츠크 지구화학연구소에 보관중이다. 이 시추코아는 2004년 8월 중순경에 4개국 연구팀원들에 의해 공동으로 기재된 후에 분할될 계획이다. 분할된 시료는 국내로 운반되어 다양한 전문분야별 연구에 이용될 것이다. 한편, 제2차 시추작업은 2004년 12월에서 2005년 2월 사이에 실시될 계획이다. 수백만년에 이르는 장기간에 걸쳐 지구환경변화 기록이 보존되어 있는

In the overseas plant construction market, the domain construction firms' construction capability has been greatly improved, but the capability of project management is evaluated to be insufficient compared to the technical aspect. Project management capabilities from the initial planning stage of project execution are regarded as the core competence of advanced construction companies. Among them, it is urgent to improve the capacity of conceptual estimate for domestic companies. In this study, the researchers surveyed and analyzed the methodology of estimating project cost in the planning phase of the plant project and developed an estimation method by conducting a case study analysis. Based on the logic of the cost index and parametric estimation method among the existing estimation methodology, the estimation tool was developed by deriving the input and output variables tailored to the plant project. The validity of the proposed methodology was evaluated by comparing the accuracy between the project estimate amount of the case project and the actual project amount. In order to increase the utilization of the developed conceptual estimate methodology,for plant construction project, it is necessary to systematize the data of the historical project data. Increasing the accuracy of future project cost estimates is directly related to increasing project award and profitability of the domestic construction company.

This study was conducted for the purpose of examining the Outstanding Universal Value, World Heritage Values, in Suzhou classical gardens and the operational method of the protection management of historic gardens, and the results of the study are as follows; The first, as a world heritage, Suzhou gardens proved OUV by showing the taste and lifestyle of the literati, the unique class of Chinese history, to the natural environment of the East Yangtze Delta region. In addition, it showed the exchange of international culture with unique Chinese garden techniques. Second, a authentic reconstruction of garden have original value because it exist records of the near past. The 20th-century archives described by the contemporary language and describing the heritage through images using such media as photography and drawing played a decisive role in restoring gardens. Third, the protection management of Suzhou gardens, which began in the 1950s, was carried out in detail, including the reconstruction of components such as buildings, the restoration of plant materials and horticulture technique, the creation of a list through the records of trees, the maintenance of props such as plaque, furniture, and the project to improve water quality and restore waterscape. The last, after the World Heritage inscribing, Garden's protection management was proceeded in two directions. One is that through the reorganization of the administrative management system and the enactment of laws related to Suzhou classical Gardens, the listing heritage is strictly protected and managed, and the other is that the historical gardens are used to establish urban masterplan and urban identity in Suzhou. The range of garden properties greatly expanded by distinguishing the principle of conservation from protection to rational use and the grade of protection, such as whole protection, maintenance protection and protection of historical sites.

In recent years, the film industry in South Korea has experienced a period of prosperity, evidenced by the numerous awards won at major international film festivals. Furthermore, growing global interest in K-content and the expansion of the OTT industry following the COVID-19 pandemic are providing favorable conditions for the development of the domestic film industry. Sound effects play a crucial role in conveying the atmosphere and emotions of a film, making them an essential element of film production. In response, the Jeonju IT & CT Industry Promotion Agency has been promoting the development of Korean-style sound effects since 2013. Furthermore, the agency launched an online service called the "K-Sound Library," a sound effect archive, in 2021. However, the service has not been widely utilized because of issues with the database's construction and the system's problems. Therefore, this study aims to identify the K-Sound Library's problems through interviews with sound effects specialists about the online service of the first sound effect archive in South Korea. Based on the interviews and analyses of foreign cases, the study suggests ways to improve the search services' usability and the sound effects classification system.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a corporate marketing strategy maintaining and managing customers. And with CRM companies maximize the customer's value through a series of processes of new customer retention, VIP customer retention, customer value increase, potential customer activation, and customers for lifetime by collecting the customer information and taking advantage of it effectively. In particular, as the competitive environment is changing rapidly and getting more intense, maintaining the customer retention through customer churn management becomes more important in order to increase the customer value for maximizing the company's profit and to build up the relationship with customers. For example, the financial industry has managed the customer churn with the concept of customer segmentation. Recently the customer retention and churn management is becoming increasingly important in all business fields as well as financial industry since the companies expect the effect of preventing the customer churn by identifying characteristics of customers. However, despite the increasing interest and importance of the management of the customer churn, not many of studies are systematically executed by analyzing the data of customer churn. In this study we analyze the actual data of CRM activities for the customer retention, specifically the data of TV home-shopping. By doing so, we hope to identify the differences of demographic attributes and transaction specific characteristics in consumer behaviors between the churning customer and the retained customers. In addition, we try to find out the variables which can impact the churning of the customers and to predict the churn rate of individual customer through our proposed model of customer churn. In the end, based on our findings we suggest the possible marketing strategies for TV home-shopping companies.

Skid resistance pavement is an accessory to the road and is a facility for the safe driving of cars by increasing the skid resistance of road pavement. In particular, in bad weather conditions such as snow, rain, and black ice, the skid resistance performance of skid resistance pavement greatly affects the safety of road traffic and drivers. However, BPT(British Pendulum Tester) has a test area of only 0.009 m², making it difficult to represent the overall packaging surface. A reliable method of evaluating slip resistance performance is needed for maintaining non-slip packaging. In this study, the conventional BPT test and the skid resistance performance evaluation method of the PFT(Pavement Friction Tester) and µGT(Micro Grip Tester) tests were compared through guidelines and standard investigations and applied to the field skid resistance performance evaluation. In addition, skid resistance pavement with different skid resistance performance was installed at the test-bed and actual road demonstration sites to compare BPN(British Pendulum Number), SN(Skid Number), GN(Grip Number), and to derive correlations for each performance evaluation method. As a result of the experiment, SN and GN showed similar skid resistance performance, and the GN value was derived similar to BPN × 0.01.

Purpose: Pediatric palliative care (PPC) is emphasized as standard care for children with life-limiting conditions to improve the quality of life. In Korea, a government-funded pilot program was launched only in July 2018. Given that, this study examined various PPC delivery models in other countries to refine the PPC model in Korea. Methods: Target countries were selected based on the level of PPC provided there: the United Kingdom, the United States, Japan, and Singapore. Relevant literature, websites, and consultations from specialists were analyzed by the integrative review method. Literature search was conducted in PubMed, Google, and Google Scholar, focusing publications since 1990, and on-site visits were conducted to ensure reliability. Analysis was performed on each country's process to develop its PPC scheme, policy, funding model, target population, delivery system, and quality assurance. Results: In the United Kingdom, community-based free-standing facilities work closely with primary care and exchange advice and referrals with specialized PPC consult teams of children's hospitals. In the United States, hospital-based specialized PPC consult teams set up networks with hospice agencies and home healthcare agencies and provide PPC by designating care coordinators. In Japan, palliative care is provided through several services such as palliative care for cancer patients, home care for technology-dependent patients, other support services for children with disabilities and/or chronic conditions. In Singapore, a home-based PPC association plays a pivotal role in providing PPC by taking advantage of geographic accessibility and cooperating with tertiary hospitals. Conclusion: It is warranted to identify unmet needs and establish an appropriate PPD model to provide need-based individualized care and optimize PPC in South Korea.

In the Soviet Union School health services are provided as an integral part of the health care delivery system, which is under the Ministry of Health. This paper presents an overview of the Soviet Union's health care delivery system, the model for the delivery of school health service, the role and training of school personnel involved in school health services and implications the Soviet model may have for the countries. 1. School health services are a part overall Soviet health system under the Ministry of Health. 2. Municipal and rural health departments implement programs at the local level. Diagnosis and treatment are conducted through "polyclinics" that are outreach divisions of a district hospital. 3. Education institutions for the development of health manpower, including medical schools and nursing schools, are under the Ministry of Health, as are medical and scientific search institutes.

Due to the increased leisure time, national income levels, and increasing the desire for new experience, interest causes increasing demand for recent aviation leisure sport. This leads to the need for a competitive foundation of the expansion of aviation leisure sports market potential. In 2014, the MOLIT(Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport) created definition of sport and recreational aviation industry in the Aviation Act. The most significant change in Aviation Act related to sport and recreational aviation, it allows easier access for those wishing to participate in the joy of flight and also creating a sport and recreational aviation business market expansion. Therefore, in this paper, by analyzing the trend of foreign policy trends and domestic policies that sport and recreational aviation has been enabled, it is trying to present the activation policy proposals of sport and recreational aviation that is suitable for Korea.
