Privacy-right infringement using unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) usually occurs due to the unregistered small UAV with the image data processing equipment. In this paper we propose that privacy protection acts, Personal Information Protection Act, Information and Communications Network Act, are complemented to consider the mobility of image data processing equipment installed on UAV. Furthermore, we suggest the regulations for classification of small UAVs causing the biggest concern of privacy-right infringement are included in aviation legislations. In addition, technological countermeasures such as recognition of UAV photographing and masking of identifying information photographed by UAV are proposed.

본 논문에서는 응답자가 민감한 속성을 가지고 있지 않으면 직접 "예"라고 응답하고, 민감한 속성을 가지고 있으면 Greenberg et al.(1969)의 무관질문모형의 확률장치를 이용하여 선택된 질문에 응답을 하는 새로운 무관확률화응답모형을 제안하였다. 그리고, 제안한 모형이 Mangat(1994)의 관련질문모형보다 효율적인 되는 조건을 제시하였고, 수치적으로 효율성을 비교하였다. 또한, Leysieffer와 Warner(1976)의 위험함수와 Flinger et al.(1977)의 사생활 보호 측도를 이용하여 제안한 모형이 Mangat의 관련질문모형에 비하여 개인의 사생활을 보호해 주는 측면에서 더 효율적임을 보였다.효율적임을 보였다.

현대사회는 문화, 관습, 의식구조 등에 의해 소규모 아파트 및 원룸에서 개인 혹은 2 인 이상 거주하는 생활 방식으로 그 거주형태가 점차 변화하고 있다. 하지만 이런 유동인구가 늘어남에 따라 각자의 생활 속에서 서로의 사생활 침해가 빈번하게 일어나고 있으며, 우리 생활 속에 그대로 노출되어 있다. 또한, 사생활 문제뿐만 아니라 좁은 공간에서의 생활에 따라 좀 더 사생활이 보장되고 수납할 수 있는 공간이 필요하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 이런 문제점을 보완할 수 있는 방안으로서 아파트 및 원룸 거주공간에서 혼성 또는 동성, 2 인 이상이 거주하는 공간을 대상으로 수납공간의 효율성이 더해진 사생활 보호의 방안을 찾는 것을 목적으로 한다.

CCTV 시스템은 다양한 목적으로 매우 많은 곳에서 유용하게 활용되고 있으나, 해킹 또는 기타의 이유로 사생활 침해에 대한 우려가 커지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 영상의 입수 시점에서부터 사생활침해가 발생할 수 있는 영상 정보를 제거하고, 대신 인공지능 기술을 활용하여 이를 대체할 수 있는 인물의 스켈레톤 정보를 추가로 제공함으로써 사생활 정보를 침해하지 않으면서도 상황을 충분히 인식할 수 있는 CCTV 용 카메라 시스템을 여러 인공지능 알고리즘을 비교하여 설계하였다. 또한 카메라 및 인공지능 기술을 쉽게 사용할 수 있으면서도 주변에서 쉽게 구할 수 있는 안드로이드 스마트폰을 이용하여 설계를 실제 구현한 후 영상의 각 해상도별 초당 처리 성능 및 스켈레톤 인식률 등의 성능을 평가하여 실제로 제품구현 및 제품화 시 중점을 두어야할 주요 개선점 및 향후 연구과제를 도출하였다.

This paper was to explore the effects of multiphasic components of home environment on life satisfaction. This survey was conducted from September, 2015 to November, 2015 and 298 responses from the survey were used for the analysis. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, pearson correlation and Multiple Regression. The research findings could be summarized as the followings. First, each of the elements of home environment was generally recognized as average level. while, the mean score of privacy was higher than average. Second, privacy, economics, high income and good health were the significant predictors to explain life satisfaction. In conclusion, privacy and economics among the multiphasic components of home environment were major variables that affect life satisfaction.

위치기반 서비스(Location Based Service)는 이동통신망 또는 GPS 등을 기반으로 사람이나 사물의 위치를 정확하게 파악하고 이를 활용하여 다양한 응용이 가능한 서비스를 의미한다. 최근 위치기반 서비스는 이동통신 기지국이나 GPS를 통해 개인이나 차량등의 위치를 파악하여 긴급구조, 교통정보, 재난관리 등을 서비스하는 신산업 분야로서의 중요성이 증대됨에 따라 이에 대한 관심이 급증하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 산업 파급효과와 서비스 유형을 고려할 때, 공간정보의 활용과 위치기반서비스의 구현에서 핵심적인 역할을 하는 것이 위치정보인데 이러한 위치정보는 여타의 정보와 다른 특성을 가지게 된다. 즉, 위치정보는 개인정보보호 및 프라이버시(사생활)보호의 문제와 직결된다는 것이다. 특히 위치정보가 성명, 주민등록번호, 주소, 전화번호 등과 함께 직접적으로 사생활 침해의 문제를 강하게 발생시킬 수 있어 위치정보는 여타의 정보에 비하여 보다 강력한 보호를 필요로 한다. 본 논문에서는 LBS에 대한 전반적인 사항을 분석하여 문제점을 도출하고, LBS Privacy 문제점을 보호할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다. 최종적으로 제안된 모델은 차세대 LBS 시스템의 개인정보 및 Privacy 보호를 위한 기술적인 대안을 제시하였으며, 차세대 이동통신의 기반 기술이 될 것으로 기대한다.

A hash chain is a structure organized by hash function with high speed in computation. Systems using the hash chain are using extensively in various cryptography applications such as one-time passwords, server-supported signatures and micropayments. However, the most hash chain based on the system using pre-paid method provides anonymity but has the problem to increase payment cost. In this paper, we propose a new hash chain based on the micropayment system to keep user anonymity safe through blind signature in the withdrawal process of the root value without disclosing privacy information, and to improve efficiency by using secret key instead of public key in the system without the role of certificate.

사생활 침해라는 문제와 법 집행 능력의 보장이라는 문제점 사이에서 논쟁 중인 키 복구 기술은 다양한 관점에서 연구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 여러 가지 방식의 키 복구 시스템에 대하여 고찰함과 동시에 키 캡슐화 방식을 사용하는 키 복구 시스템 모델은 제안한다. 또한 이 모델은 사생활 침해 문제에 좀더 효과적으로 대처하도록 이루어진 키 복구 시스템 모델이다.
