This paper aims to present the basic data to establish resonable building maintenance standards by investigating and analyzing the actual conditions of maintenance for service facilities and the problems due to the situation. The subject buildings of investigation are 10 stories and above off ice buildings in Seoul. The results obtained from this study are as follows. 1. The equipment service life related to air-conditioning system is known as around 9years in case of breakdown maintenance and around 13 years in case of preventive maintenance. 2. The total mechanical room area against the total floor area is $4.40\%$, and the ratio of air-conditioning room area is $1.78\%$ on an average.

전자의무기록(EMR)[1]을 도입한 이후 현재 의료장비의 EMR 연동상황이 극히 미비한 상태로 대두되고 있다. 종합병원 의료장비의 약 30%정도는 검사 결과물이 출력이 안되고 보여지기만 하는 구조로 되어 있어 직접 수기로 EMR 에 연동할 수 있는 소프트웨어에 입력하여 EMR 에 연동하고 있으며, 약 60%는 의료장비에서 프린터 혹은 시리얼통신으로 데이터를 출력할 수 있는 구조로 되어있다. 하지만 의료장비의 노후화 및 검사결과물의 인터페이스 특성이 다양하기 때문에 쉽게 연동하지 못하고 있으며, 대부분 종이 출력 결과물을 스캔을 통해 이미지를 저장하거나 받아서 EMR 에 연동하고 있다. 그 외 나머지 10%는 의료장비 자체의 저장장치 또는 네트워크를 통해 검사결과 데이터를 EMR 에 전송하는 구조로[2] 되어있다. 본 논문에서는 의료장비의 프린터를 통한 결과물을 EMR 에 연동하기 위한 인터페이스 솔루션을 구현하고, 검사결과의 출력 데이터를 이미지 복원 및 관리하는 방법을 통해 많은 수의 의료장비의 출력 데이터를 EMR 연동을 하여 인력 및 기타 사무용품의 소모를 줄이며, 검사결과를 실시간 진단할 수 있는 방법을 제시한다.

Permanent rental housing which is entirely financed by the Government is welfare housing for those who fall within the lowest income bracket. This type of housing is intended for use as rental housing on a long-term basis. At present, there are about 190,000 permanent rental housing units in Korea. The purpose of this study is to suggest the implications to improve the management and welfare service system of permanent rental housing. For this, qualitative data were collected by using the in-depth interview with staffs of community welfare center and management office of five permanent rental housing complexes and two times of advisory committee meeting with housing and social welfare experts. To analyze the data gathered in this study, the constant comparative method of data analysis was used. Conflicts between the management office and social welfare center of permanent rental housing could be classified into two aspects; personal and operational. Main reasons for the conflicts between two institutions were identified such as attitude of management office staffs, lack of cooperation, current administrative system, lack of management resources such as space and operation cost, and so on. Based on the results, some implications including institutional support and social complementary cooperation were suggested for improvement of management and welfare service system for the residents of permanent rental housing.

This is a study on the types of foodservice system, the menu, the food price, and role of the dietitian through the survey conducted at 106 enterprise located in Seoul industrial foodservice. Which were evenly divided into two groups ; the white color and the blue color. The results are below ; 1. Most institutional foodservice was enterprise under direct management. The meal was usually supp- lied three times in a day for the blue color and one time in a day for the white color. 2. Non-selective menu was set for the two groups. Generally, food was purchased through middleman by a phone, and food was storaged in room temper;iture. 3. Level of the role of dietitian was very low at budget making. A survey of 34 kinds of documentation prepared by foodservice department showed 50 percent participation of the dietitian. Documentation on personnel administration for foodservice, kitchen ser- vice employees and official paper handling was made in greater volume for the blue color than white color. 4. Nutritional education of feeding groups was presented in most cases only for 50 percent of them once a month.

In this paper, we have presented a basic idea of a power shut-off client based on NFC (near field communication). For the first step of the system design, we have shown the conceptual diagrams of the hardware configuration and the software logic flow. This system can be applied to the integrated power control in home, office, school, factory, and apartment. The standby power shut-off system will bring saving in electrical energy and cost.

선물의 만기효과는 선물의 만기일에 가까워질수록 선물가격의 변동성이 증가하는 현상으로 사무엘슨 효과라고도 하는데, 이는 선물가격의 행태를 이해하고 투자전략과 헤지전략을 수립하는 데 매우 중요하다. 그 동안 미국을 비롯한 선진국에서 이에 대한 많은 실증연구가 있었다. 본 연구에서는 KSE의 KOSPI 200 지수선물과 KOFEX의 CD 금리선물, 국채선물, 미국달러선물, 금선물을 대상으로 선물가격의 만기효과를 검정하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 먼저, Conover 제곱순위검정과 F-검정의 결과, KOSPI 200 지수선물에서는 만기일에 가까워질수록 변동성이 증가하는 만기효과가 나타난 반면에 CD 금리선물과 국채선물에서는 만기일에 가까워질수록 변동성이 오히려 감소하는 역 만기효과가 나타났다. 그러나 미국달러선물과 금선물에서는 만기효과를 판단하기가 어려웠다. 나아가, 연도효과를 통제한 회귀분석 결과, KOSPI 200 지수선물에서는 5% 수준에서 유의한 만기효과가 나타났다. 이는 금융선물에서 만기효과를 처음으로 발견한 Milonas(1986)의 연구와 일치하지만, Chen-Duan-Hung(1999)의 연구와는 상반된다. 그리고 CD 금리선물에서는 1% 수준에서, 그리고 국채선물에서는 5% 수준에서 각각 유의한 역 만기효과가 나타났으며, 미국달러와 금 선물에서는 만기효과가 나타나지 않았다. 또한 CD 금리선물을 제외한 KOSPI 200 지수, 국채, 미국달러 및 금 선물에서 모두 1% 수준에서 유의한 연도효과가 나타났다. 이는 Milonas-Vora(1985), Khoury-Yourougou(1993), Galloway-Kolb(1996) 등의 연구와 일치한다.

This study intended to demonstrate a general system as an web server implemented by pure software solution and focused on collecting data by remote control through Internet and constructing its' control frame. To achieve these, this study suggested an optimized, low-power, ultra tiny embedded web server. When unpredictable accidents, such as heat sensor or industrial disasters, happen, it will connect sensors collecting building information each other by network and obtain final results via web porting, web hardware control or porting, or hardware test process in a boot loader on the basis of StrongARM SA-1110 processor.

This is a study on plate waste, management of the facilities and utensil, and for their hygenic management through the survey conducted at 106 enterprise located in Seoul institutional foodservice. Which were evenly divided into two groups; the white color and the blue color. The results are below: 1. Volume of food and menu were set in advance with no free choice. A campaign was launched to reduce food wastes. It was shown that free choice feeding was better in wastes reduction than none free choice feeding. 2. Hygenic management was relatively good in two groups. Machine and utensil usually sterilized by heating or disinfectant sterilization was performed at every using time or one time a day, but with no differentiation between two groups.

In the case of ICT-enabled organizational changes such as Smart Work, appropriate change management is required. To achieve work-life balance, organizational change management should be conducted from both a structural and a cultural perspective. This study looked at organizational factors that affect Smart Work facilitation through a case study with the view of ICT-enabled change management. From November to December 2019, eight Smart Workers of Company A were interviewed and analyzed for organizational support. The results show that structural support such as institutionalization, ICT infrastructure office environment improvement, Smart Work center as well as cultural support such as enhancing autonomy, communicating style of managers, trusting organizational climate are required. The findings suggest balanced organizational support to provide cultural support along with structural support for activating Smart Work operations. In the future, it is necessary to demonstrate the causality between structural/cultural support factors and outcome factors.

This research empirically explores the relationship between types of performance information use, decision making behaviors and performance of government organizations. We measured two types of using performance information, relevance of performance index, variety of performance information, and levels of manager intervention by surveying performance managers of each government ministry or agency and also measured performance by using performance reports. The results of fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis suggest that hard use and soft use have impact on performance by combining with characteristics of performance information and managers decision-making by intervening performance management processes.
