방사능방재법의 개정을 통해 전자적 침해행위의 유형으로 고출력 전자기파(Electromagnetic Pulse, 이하 EMP) 위협에 대한 대책이 원자력시설별로 마련되도록 요구되었다. 그동안 국내의 EMP 위협에 대한 방호 대책은 군사시설 중심으로 오랫동안 연구되고 적용된 바 있으나, 공공 및 민간시설에 대해서는 이제 막 첫발을 내딛은 상황이다. 본고에서는 한국원자력통제기술원 사이버보안실에서 추진하고 있는 국내 원자력시설에 대한 EMP 방호 규제체계 구축현황에 대해 소개하고, 이에 배경이 되는 법적 근거 및 국내 외 유관 연구사례 및 기술표준 등에 대해 살펴보고자 한다.

Most conventional systems of fire fighting control in a ship have been based on rule-based system in which expert knowledges are expressed with production rules. Renewing and adding of rules is needed continuously for the improvement of the system capability in an already build-up system and such adding and renewing procedures could hinder users from fluent utilization of a system. The author proposes an advanced fire fighting control intelligent system (A-FFIS) using rule-based and carte-based reasoning by clustering to implement conventional hybrid system (H-FFIS). Compared with H-FFIS, new approach with A-FFIS shows that the system proposed here improves fire detection rate and reduces fire detection time.

This study is safety assessment standard for advanced surface movement guidance control system (A-SMGCS) and case study of the past research project. A-SMGCS providing routing, guidance and surveillance for the control of aircraft and vehicles in order to maintain the declared surface movement rate under all weather conditions within the aerodrome visibility operational level while maintaining the required level of safety. Recently, in korea and europe are developing A-SMGCS system for the safety control of the airport movement area. In safety oriented industry such as aviation that it is necessary to verify and ensure for operating system. In this case study, analysis of safety assessment standard for verified A-SMGCS target level of safety (TLS) and previous developed A-SMGCS research project.

The purpose of this study was to analyze characteristics of experimental design and evidence choice of the elementary school students in problem solving process related to controlling variable. For this study, 96 6th grade students were selected and tested with Science Reasoning Task. This study revealed that the types of experimental design were categorized as variance of control variable, controlling of causal variable, perfect controlling variable, imperfect controlling variable, variance of all variable. Prior belief had a strong influence on student's experimental design. The types of evidence choice were categorized as perfect controlling variable, controlling causal variable, variance of causal variable. The degree of controlling variable in evidence choice process was much lower than that in experimental design. Most students tended to choose evidence according to prior belief without controlling variable. The results of this study implied that student's prior belief and characteristic of science process skills should be considered to develop program for promoting controlling variable ability.

In this essay, I modify and improve an anger-solving approach based on Seneca's theory of anger. Seneca proposed his own theory on anger and its therapy in his book, De Ira. Jin-Nam Yi developed five-step-anger-solving approach based on Seneca's theory and John Dewey's problem-solving steps. I show that Yi's approach is restricted in preventive short-term therapy with a constricted concept of anger. I also propose that we should treat controllable anger on preventive levels and uncontrollable anger on therapeutic levels. Adding the sixth step, 'jumping' in order to treat counselees with uncontrollable angers, I suggest a new anger-solving approach with clinical examples.

정보기술환경이 모바일, 클라우드, BYOD 기반으로 변화함에 따라 과거 통화기능에만 머물던 모바일 단말은 인터넷을 활용한 전자상거래 및 모바일 오피스를 뒷받침하는 기반으로 전환되고 있다. 하지만, 단말의 분실과 도난, 악성코드 감염으로 인한 도청 및 정보유출 등의 위협이 발생하고 있으며 특히, 기업의 핵심정보가 유출되는 경로로서 활용되는 사례가 발생하여 이에 대한 조치가 시급하다. 기업은 핵심정보의 유출을 방지하기 위해 출입통제를 강화하고 스마트폰 카메라에 대한 스티커 부착을 통해 보안을 강화하고 있지만 원천적인 보호조치로는 미흡한 실정이다. 높은 수준의 보안을 유지하기 위하여 RFID, Beacon 등을 활용하여 위치기반서비스가 적용된 보안통제기능을 적용하고 위험평가기반의 출입자 보안정책을 수립하여 모바일 디바이스를 직접 통제할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다.

인간은 출생부터 필연적으로 부모와 관계 속에서 다양한 경험을 통해 성장하고 발전하게 된다. 자녀가 세상에 태어나면서 부모와 언어적, 비언어적 의사소통을 통해 다양한 관계를 경험하면서 성장하고 발전하면서, 본인의 가치관 정립과 대인관계 형성을 위한 기초가 된다. 부모-자녀 간 원활하지 못한 의사소통이 자녀에게 정신건강 문제와 이탈, 비행과 범죄로 연결된다는 것을 많은 연구 사례가 볼 수가 있다. 이러한 선행연구를 살펴보면서 부모와 자녀 간의 원활한 개방적 의사소통이 자녀의 성장과 대인관계 형성을 하는 데 중요한 역할을 하지만, 원활하지 못한 의사소통이 이루어지면은 발전과 성장에 많은 문제를 가지고 청소년기를 보내고, 성인이 되어서도 건강하지 못 할 수가 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 중기 청소년의 성장 과정에서 자기 통제력 향상에 부모와 자녀의 개방적 의사소통이 원활할 때 중기 청소년의 발달과 성장에 영향을 줄 수 있는 자기 통제력에 대해 부모-자녀 간 개방적 의사소통의 매개 역할을 하는지를 검증하는 데 있다. 부모-자녀 간 메시지 전달이 감정교류 및 정보전달 등을 모두 포함하는 상호작용을 통해 성장과 발전을 할 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있다. 중기 청소년의 부모-자녀 간 원활한 의사소통에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 자기 통제력을 종속변수로 설정하여 본 연구를 검증하기 위해 진행하였다.

The purpose of this investigation was to examine the mediating effects of delinquent peers between attachment to parents, low self-control and adolescent deviant behaviors. After specifying a research model based on Gottfredson and Hirschi's general theory of crime and Hirschi's control theory of delinquency, the study analysed the model using structural equation modeling. The data for this investigation came from a sample of 2,448 Korean adolescents. The results showed the both measurement model and structural model had a good fit to the data and all paths of structural model were statistically significant. The main findings were the attachment to parents and low self-control had direct and indirect effects on adolescent deviant behaviors through delinquent peers. The implications for practical intervention and further research in the field of delinquency were discussed.

This paper proposes an evaluation to Target Factor Values of Port State Control Inspections(PSCITFV) using AHP because PSCITFV is very simple methode, This AHP is the more rational and objective methode than existing TFV methode. AHP is relative measurement., but, weights should be re-calculation whenever alternative plan add. To this solve, therefore, this paper, used an absolute measurement and involved an marine casualty factor in PSCITFV, that IMO go ahead with it., Also, accomplished with evaluation some ships for the practice.
