Recently, the Construction Management service of domestic construction environment has being extended because that is an effective means to supplement owner's management and improve a total management of construction. But existing CM service guide is staying simply defined level about a work scope and procedure. So the standard CM guide needs to set a detailed plan of the project. Therefore, the key works were deducted by doing survey after the main work of CM service based on CM case studies and an existing CM service guide. That is expected to use CM contract and do service.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of Medicaid case management (CM) performed by Medicaid case managers on health management and to examine the overall health care utilization with high risk Medicaid beneficiaries. The subjects involved in this research were 113 Medicaid beneficiaries who were recipients CM in Y-gu between October 1st, 2012 and March 31th, 2013. The results show that there were significant differences in 'recognition of own disease', 'understanding of Medicaid policy', 'medication' and 'healthy lifestyle'. Also there were significant differences in 'appropriateness of health utilization', 'number of medical institutions', 'level of social isolation' and 'general health status'. In addition, significant differences were found in Medicaid days, outpatient days, medication days and Medicaid costs. It was found that the Medicaid CM had a positive effect on health care utilization. The study suggests the need of strengthening and diversifying Medicaid CM as well as supporting the management and monitoring after the termination of Medicaid CM.

The purpose of this study is to examine the experience of case management practice for residents of low - income housing. The importance of the house for the vulnerable residents with homelessness is absolute, and case management that supports them to live as residents in the community is also very important. Nevertheless, the research so far has focused on the supply of affordable housing, the residential environment, the quality of life of the tenants, and the health, but there was a lack of interest in case management practices. In this study, we investigated the experience of case management practice by listening 10 case managers's experiences through FGI interview. As a result of the study, the case manager's experience is divided into four themes: 'Dilemma of support for the independent housing life after the facilities', 'Role competition between rent management and case management', 'Lonely practice for linkage and cooperation with the mainstream community support system', 'Double employment relationship and poor working environment' respectively. Based on their experiences, this study suggests practical and practical suggestions for case management of rental housing.

This study was conducted to identify the linkage and cooperation experiences in public case-management services of visiting health care practitioners. Focus group interviews were conducted with three people in charge of providing visiting healthcare services in public health centers. A semi-structured interview questionnaire was developed in advance through discussions among researchers In response to the interview questions, study participants described in detail the success and failure factors associated with linkage and cooperation that they experienced while providing visiting healthcare services. The interview data were analyzed qualitatively to identify the main themes and sub-themes reflecting visiting nurses' experiences with linkage and cooperation. The three main themes were: 'Guidelines act as positive performance factors for community-based linkage and cooperation', 'Unstable employment and lack of an integrated system act as barriers to linkage and cooperation', and 'Necessary for multidimensional approach to promoting linkage and cooperation'. Based on these results, the authors propose the development of clear linkage and cooperation standards and procedures, thereby ensuring job security for visiting nurses. Moreover, an integrated information system should be developed and implemented.

While growth of domestic CM market has slowed down due to economic recession, it recently shows sign of scale as some public agencies are relocating their headquarters. Since the introduction of CM system, a number of client organizations have acquired construction project management capabilities, however, sufficient efforts are not made to estimate the size of construction project management organization. This study drew a method for estimating the size of the organization managing construction project by utilizing statics analysis and project costs per member based on 10 public construction projects and tried to review applicability through case studies. With this study, we would like to make a contribution to achieving smoother work performance and success of the construction project by estimating and allocating proper scale of management workforce.

하천관련 정보관리기술의 발전을 위해서는 관련자료 출처 발굴과 자료의 통합관리 및 분석 기술개발 등의 노력이 필요하다. 이에 따라 하천관련 정보에 대한 관리기술의 선진사례 분석을 통하여 국외의 앞선 기술을 살펴보고 국내 적용 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 분석한 미국의 HIS (Hydrologic Information System)는 CUAHSI (Consortium of Universities for the Advancement of Hydrologic Science, Inc)에서 수행하는 연구 활동의 하나로서 개방형 프로젝트로 개발되고 있으며 수문분석에 필요한 정보를 통합하여 관리하고 배포하는 기능을 수행하고 있다. CUAHSI-HIS는 웹기반 시스템이며 HIS 중심부(데이터 목록), Hydro 서버(데이터 게시), HydroDesktop (사용자 검색툴)으로 구성되어 있다. 이 세 개의 핵심 요소들은 상호작용을 통해 운영되며 미국 내의 모든 물관련 자료를 발굴하고 수집한다. 이렇게 발굴 수집된 자료는 WaterML로 표준화하여 다양한 사용자가 쉽게 사용할 수 있도록 제공된다. 국내의 경우 RIMGIS와 WAMIS 등이 하천정보를 제공하고 있지만 변화된 하천운영 환경을 반영하여 사용자에게 보다 체계적이고 효율적인 정보를 제공하기 위해서는 정보의 표준화 및 시스템 구성환경 등 다양한 측면에서 검토가 필요하다. 이를 위해 CUAHSI-HIS 연구사례를 벤치마킹하여 국내 실정에 맞는 적용방안을 수립하여 구축하게 된다며 체계적인 정보관리 및 활용성을 극대화할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.
