A Study on the Recognition of Users and Librarians of Obstructive Factors in Online Reference Services (온라인참고서비스의 장애요인에 대한 이용자 및 사서의 인식조사 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze related studies and domestic/international online reference cases, extract obstructive factors present in online reference services, and reveal whether or not there are differences in perception between the university librarian and the users. The results with respect to the failure of the resources revealed that while the user considers the quantitative / qualitative shortage of content as the greatest obstacle in the online reference service, librarians see the lack of human resources (Specialist Librarian / trained staff) in this light. Users think this is the least of the problems. In addition, other obstacles that are the most highly evaluated by librarians are, in order, the limitation of service because of copyright issues, the difficulty of information retrieval and complexity of methods of use, and a general lack of information in the reference services menu and missing information in the main menu. For the users the other most important obstacles were similar with the limitation of service because of copyright issues being highest, followed by the difficulty of access because of the confusion over service names, and the general lack of information in the reference services menu and missing information in the main menu.

  • With the emergence of the IoT environment, various smart devices provide consumers with the convenience and various services. However, as security threats such as invasion of privacy have been reported, the importance of security issues in the IoT environment has emerged, and in particular, the security problem of key management has been discussed, and the PUF has been discussed as a countermeasure. In relation to the key management problem, a protocol using MIPUF has been proposed for the security problem of the group key management system. The system can be applied to lightweight IoT environments and the safety of the PUF ensures the safety of the entire system. However, in some processes, it shows vulnerabilities in terms of safety and efficiency of operation. This paper improves the existing protocol by adding authentication for members, ensuring data independence, reducing unnecessary operations, and increasing the efficiency of database searches. Safety analysis is performed for a specific attack and efficiency analysis results are presented by comparing the computational quantities. Through this, this paper shows that the reliability of data can be improved and our proposed method is lighter than existing protocol.

우리나라의 갈릴레오 탐색구조 지상시스템 개발 참여 방안

  • COSPAS-SARSAT 시스템은 위성체와 지상 설비를 이용하여 항공기 또는 선박 등이 조난 시에 탐색구조(SAR: Search and Rescue) 활동을 도울 수 있도록 조난경보와 위치정보를 제공하는 시스템이다. COSPAS-SARSAT 서비스의 경우, 조난신호 접수에서 조난위치확정까지 평균 1시간 이상이 소요되고, 위치정확도가 수 Km 정도로 범위가 넓은 편이다. 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위해서 중궤도 위성을 이용한 차세대 탐색구조 시스템 개발이 추진 중에 있으며 EU에서 2011년 FOC(Full Operation Capability)를 목표로 개발중인 갈릴레오 항법위성 프로젝트의 경우 SAR 중계기를 탑재하여 탐색구조 서비스를 제공할 계획에 있다. 갈릴레오 탐색구조(SAR/Galileo) 서비스는 수 m급의 위치정확도, 10분 이내의 조난신호 접수에서 구조까지 소요시간, 및 조난자에게 회신링크 서비스 제공 등 보다 향상된 탐색구조 성능을 제공하기 위해 개발 중에 있으므로, 갈릴레오 위성 서비스가 시작되면 탐색구조시스템 체계에 보다 신속하고 정확한 구조가 가능할 것으로 예상된다. 우리나라에서는 COSPAS-SARSAT 회원국으로 가입하여 현재 송도 해양경찰청 내에 LEOLUT와 MCC가 설치되어 운용되고 있다. 날로 더해가는 다양한 재난에 대한 인명구조를 신속하고 효과적으로 대처하기 위해 차세대 갈릴레오 탐색구조 지상국 도입이 절실하다고 할 수 있다. 따라서, 탐색구조 단말기를 포함한 지상국 인프라의 구축 등 갈릴레오 탐색구조 지상시스템 개발의 참여 방안에 관한 연구는 매우 시기적절하고 중요한 연구이다. 본 논문은 갈릴레오 사업에 참여하여 SAR/Galileo 개발을 주관하고 있는 중국의 사례를 분석함으로 우리나라가 차세대 갈릴레오 탐색구조 지상시스템 개발에 참여하기 위해서 필요한 참여방법 및 절차 등을 도출하고, 참여 가능한 개발범위, 참여전략 및 추진체계에 대해서 제안한다.법의 성능을 평가를 위하여 원본 여권에서 얼굴 부분을 위조한 여권과 기울어진 여권 영상을 대상으로 실험한 결과, 제안된 방법이 여권의 코드 인식 및 얼굴 인증에 있어서 우수한 성능이 있음을 확인하였다.진행하고 있다.태도와 유아의 창의성간에는 상관이 없는 것으로 나타났고, 일반 유아의 아버지 양육태도와 유아의 창의성간의 상관에서는 아버지 양육태도의 성취-비성취 요인에서와 창의성제목의 추상성요인에서 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 창의성이 높은 아동의 아버지의 양육태도는 일반 유아의 아버지와 보다 더 애정적이며 자율성이 높지만 창의성이 높은 아동의 집단내에서 창의성에 특별한 영향을 더 미치는 아버지의 양육방식은 발견되지 않았다. 반면 일반 유아의 경우 아버지의 성취지향성이 낮을 때 자녀의 창의성을 향상시킬 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이상에서 자녀의 창의성을 향상시키는 중요한 양육차원은 애정성이나 비성취지향성으로 나타나고 있어 정서적인 측면의 지원인 것으로 밝혀졌다.징에서 나타나는 AD-SR맥락의 반성적 탐구가 자주 나타났다. 반성적 탐구 척도 두 그룹을 비교 했을 때 CON 상호작용의 특징이 낮게 나타나는 N그룹이 양적으로 그리고 내용적으로 더 의미 있는 반성적 탐구를 했다용을 지원하는 홈페이지를 만들어 자료 제공 사이트에 대한 메타 자료를 데이터베이스화했으며 이를 통해 학생들이 원하는 실시간 자료를 검색하여 찾을 수 있고 홈페이지를 방분했을 때 이해하기 어려운 그래프나 각 홈페이지가 제공하는 자료들에 대한 처리 방법을 도움말로 제공받을 수 있게 했다. 실시간 자료들을 이용한 학습은 학생들의 학습 의욕과 탐구 능력을 향상시켰으며 컴퓨터 활용 능력과 외국어 자료 활용 능력을 향상 시키는데도 도움을 주었다.지역산업 발전을 위한 기술역량이 강화될 것이다.정 ${\rightarrow}$ 분배 ${\rightarrow}$ 최대다수의 최대행복이다.는 역할을 한다. 따라

  • The recommendation system automatically provides the predicted items which are expected to be purchased by analyzing the previous customer behaviors. This recommendation system has been applied to many e-commerce businesses, and it is generating positive effects on user convenience as well as the company's revenue. However, there are several limitations of the existing recommendation systems. They do not reflect specific criteria for evaluating products or the factors that affect customer buying decisions. Thus, our research proposes a collaborative recommendation model algorithm that utilizes each customer's online product reviews. This study deploys topic modeling method for customer opinion mining. Also, it adopts a kernel-based machine learning concept by selecting kernels explaining individual similarities in accordance with customers' purchase history and online reviews. Our study further applies a multiple kernel learning algorithm to integrate the kernelsinto a combined model for predicting the product ratings, and it verifies its validity with a data set (including purchased item, product rating, and online review) of BestBuy, an online consumer electronics store. This study theoretically implicates by suggesting a new method for the online recommendation system, i.e., a collaborative recommendation method using topic modeling and kernel-based learning.

  • Technical documents in the construction field are changing from paper documents to electronic ones. As a result, the industry witnesses a trend of using portable electronic devices in searching or retrieving necessary information such as relevant regulations. Despite the improvement in the accessibility to general technical documents, a limitation is still found in accessing the electronic documents on the regulations. We see the barrier for field engineers to enhance their technical knowledge. One of major barriers is that videos, animations, and virtual reality information to enhance the visual understanding of technical content related to regulations are not linked. It is the interactive electronic technical manual (IETM) that can address such issues. The IETM is an electronic document system that enables real-time information acquisition while operating in the form of conversations with users by linking multimedia functions to document types such as specifications and guidelines. This study establishes a model of the IETM that can be operated in the planning stage of a construction project. The study also verifies its usability with a hypothetical case study. This study aims to improve the usability of the IETM in the construction project by analyzing the application effect of the IETM using the AHP technique.

  • Research and development(R&D) activities consist of analytical survey and state-of-the-art report writing for technical information. As R & D activities become more concrete, it often happens that they refer to related technical documents that were created in previous steps or created in previous similar projects. This paper proposes a research-task based reuse recommendation framework(RTRF), which is a reuse recommendation system that enables researchers to efficiently reuse the existing artifacts. In addition to the existing keyword-based retrieval and reuse, the proposed framework also provides reusable information that researchers may need by recommending reusable artifacts based on task similarity; other developers who have a similar task to the researcher's work can recommend reusable documents. A case study was performed to show the researchers' efficiency in the process of writing the technology trend report by reusing existing documents. When reuse is performed using RTRF, it can be seen that documents of different stages or other research fields are reused more frequently than when RTRF is not used. The RTRF may contribute to the efficient reuse of the desired artifacts among huge amount of R&D documents stored in the repository.

Effects of Therapeutic Interventions on Upper Extremity Function Among Children With Cerebral Palsy in Domestic: A Systematic Review (국내 뇌성마비 아동의 상지기능 향상을 위한 중재효과에 대한 고찰)

  • Objective : The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of therapeutic interventions on upper extremity function of children with cerebral palsy using systematic review methods and to suggest intervention trends in Korea. Methods : The subjects of the study were the researches published in the Korean Journal since 2008. Total 12 studies were selected through Korean research database engine such as DBpia, Scholar, KSDC, KISS and RISS for the systematic review. Key words were 'cerebral palsy', 'upper extremity function' and 'hand function'. The results of this study were analyzed by qualitative level and methodological quality level of evidence, and the results of each study were analyzed according to the PICO approach, that is Patient, Intervention, Comparison and Outcome. Results : For the level of evidence, Grade IV and V were most frequent. In terms of methodological quality, majority of the studies showed 'Fair' level. The subjects were the children with hemiplegia, and Single-subjects designs and case studies were frequent experimental design. Constraint-induced movement therapy (CIMT) was most frequently conducted among the intervention studies, and Jebsen-Taylor Hand Function Test was most frequently used evaluation tool. Eleven studies showed that the upper limb functions were significantly improved or were positively effective. Conclusion : Various intervention methods have been implemented to improve the upper limb functions of children with cerebral palsy. In the future, studies on intervention methods based on the type of paralysis and studies with high quality of evidence should be conducted in Korea.

Multiple Genotypes of Avian Infectious Bronchitis Virus Circulating in Vietnam

  • Three strains of infectious bronchitis viruses (IBVs), designated VNUA3, VNUA8 and VNUA11, were isolated from diseased/infected chickens in Hanoi, Thainguyen, and Haiphong provinces of Vietnam. These birds had received a live IBV vaccination but still suffered from infectious bronchitis. VNUA3, VNUA8 and VNUA11 harbor cleavage sites (RRTGR, HRRRR, and HRRKR, respectively) within the S protein. A BLASTN search revealed that the S gene of VNUA3, VNUA8, and VNUA11 showed the highest nucleotide identity with those of IBV strains CK/Italy/I2022/13, CK/CH/LHLJ/08-6, and GX-NN120084, respectively. Phylogenetic analyses based on the S gene nucleotide sequences revealed that VNUA3, VNUA8 and VNUA11 clustered with Q1-like, QX-like and TC07-2-like genotypes, respectively, and were closely related to reference IBV strains from China. However, the Vietnam IBVs showed high divergence from vaccine strains 4/91 and Ma5, which are used in the Vietnamese farms from which the isolates were obtained. Taken together, these results indicate that at least three genotypes of IBV are circulating among chickens in North Vietnam. This is the first report of the molecular epidemiology of IBV in Vietnam.

The Culture of Appreciating Pigeons in Korean Traditional Landscape Gardens (전통 원림에 도입된 비둘기 완상 문화)

  • This study attempted to examine the loving pigeon culture practiced in traditional gardens and to illuminate the aspect of pigeons as a landscape animal material. In order to understand the culture of enjoying old garden through pigeons, the contents were analyzed for the translated version of the old literatures and paintings. Pigeons have been used as Jeonseo-gu(傳書鳩) and also for medicinal purposes and food. Pigeons have various symbolic meanings such as abundance, hospitality, and longevity. From the Goryeo Dynasty to the early Joseon Dynasty, pigeons were raised in the palace and private garden. In the late Joseon Dynasty, temporary trend of ornamental pigeon culture occurred. Pigeons were synesthesia materials that enriched the forest. Various beautiful pigeons created a variable landscape of the primeval forest as a moving landscape material. The bell sounds that appear differently depending on the pigeon's movement led to a rich auditory experience of the landscape. The pigeon house was an ornamental element that enriched the old garden along with the pigeon. The owners of garden were involved in gardening through the act of buying a pigeon house and placing it in the garden or making a pigeon house themselves. In addition, the writers planted plum trees, peach trees, apricot trees, and hawthorn trees as a symbol of spring and a source of food for pigeons, and expressed them in poems and paintings. This study has a limitation in that the translation of the old text was used as an analysis data. The follow-up studies on specific cases of raising pigeons in the old garden, in modern and contemporary landscape spaces are urged.
