This study is focusing to the keyword and blog advertising marketing services that are implementing a viral marketing utilizing keyword searches of the search portal and advertiser's blogs with convergent way. Through a case study for the company operating the service to pinpoint consumers to the advertisers site by indirect exposure via keyword advertising blog at the top of the search results, we analyzed the primitive service operation model on transactional relationship between the business players. We have a research purpose to generate improvement alternatives for the company's keyword advertising marketing services and operation solution using the survey study on the service quality perception and the perceptional gap between user groups. As results of study, we founded 4 types of the service solution and 4 models of service operating architecture on the transactional relations, and we recommended some improvements on the service and solution operation based on the SERVQUAL questionnaire analysis of the difference between the ads sponsor group and ads agency group.

주어진 현재의 문제를 해결하기 위해서 과거에 유사하게 수행된 사례를 유추하여 유추된 사례의 해를 이용하는 사례 기반 추론(case-base reasoning)은 털러 분야에 응용되고 있지만, 사례기반 추론 시 새로운 사례를 해결하기 위하여 사례베이스 내의 모든 사례를 검색해야 하기 때문에 수행시간이 증가되는 단정을 지니고 있다. 본 연구에서는 하드 클러스터링 방법으로 완전하게 분류하는 것이 불가능할 수도 있다는 문제점을 개선시키기 위하여 퍼지 클러스터링을 방법을 이용하여 사례베이스를 분류함에 의하여 시스템의 수행시간을 감소시키면서 정확성을 높이게 되었다.

원자력발전소의 발전정지사례로부터 얻는 정보는 발전정지를 줄이기 위한 노력에 중요하다. 그러나, 대부분의 사례자료는 문서 형태로 되어 있어 내용의 활용상 단점이 있다. 본 연구에서는, 국내 원자력발 전소의 발전정지사례를 분석하여 얻을 수 있는 인적오류의 개입여부, 인적오류 발생에 기여한 문제점, 발전정지 발생의 원인, 발전정지의 발생과정 등의 정보를 데이타베이스화하여 제공함으로써 발전정지 정보 의 활용성을 높이기 위한 국내 원전 발전정지사례 분석정보 시스템을 개발중에 있다. 이를 위하여, 사례 분석절차를 수립하고, 분석된 사례정보의 효과적인 제공을 위한 정보의 구성과 사례검색논리를 개발하였으며, 여기에 사용자 인터페이스를 결합한 prototype를 개발하였다.

This study intends to analyze the integrated search methods in digital libraries environment. To categorize various integration methods, I investigated the developmental properties and integration types of digital libraries from a users point of view. And then, I reviewed the current best practices of library portal which are JISC Information Environment, NSDL OCKHAM and Korea Knowledge Portal Initiatives. Nextly, I derived the two methods of Integrated search mechanisms such as aggregated search and distributed search that is useful in the digital libraries environment.

Users usually search for the required information via search engines which contain locations of the information. However. as the amount of data gets large, the result of the search is often not the information that users actually want. In this paper a web guide is proposed in order to resolve this problem. The web guide uses case-based learning method which stores and utilizes cases based on the keywords of user's action and agent's visit. The proposed agent system learns the user's visiting actions following the input of the data to be searched, and then helps rapid searches of the data wanted.

The purposes of this research is designing an FRBR-based information search services based on users' needs and behaviors. Regarding this matter, this study first extensively analysed literature related to the FRBR Model. On that basis, this study categorized foreign cases by application methods of FRBR Model, and identified their characteristics. Also this study analysed how Korean users evaluated the FRBR-based information search services. Afterwards, this study discussed the overall development direction before we develop the FRBR search service in earnest. In those terms, this study selected four types of FRBR-based search services(FictionFinder, AustLit, Perseus Digital Library, Virtua) and analysed each Model's application method. Finally, this study analysed user preference of the categorization using four undergraduate and four postgraduate students of the Department of Library and Information Science.

본 연구에서는 민원 행정 서비스 시스템이 보다 적합한 민원 업무 정보를 검색할 수 있는 기반 환경을 조성하기 위하여 온롤로지 기반의 검색시스템을 설계 및 구현하였고 그 성능을 기존의 키워드 기반 검색시스템과 비교해 보았다. 온톨로지 기반 검색시스템은 Protege를 사용하여 자체 설계 및 구현하였으며, 실험을 위해 서울시청의 대기 및 환경에 관한 민원사례 2700 여개의 데이터를 사용하였다. 그 중 677개의 민원 질의문을 대상으로 실험한 결과로, 온롤로지 기반으로 키워드를 확장하였을 경우가 일반 키워드 검색 결과보다 재현율 약 14%, 정확률 약 18%의 성능 향상이 있었음을 확인하였다.

시맨틱 웹은 1998년 웹의 창시자인 Tim Berners Lee가 제안을 한 웹 기술로써 인간의 언어를 이해하고 인간과 쉽게 의사소통이 가능한 네트워크를 말한다. 즉 컴퓨터 스스로 웹에 연결된 정보의 의미를 인식하고 사용자가 필요로 하는 정보를 검색하며 검색된 정보에서 지식을 유추할 수 있는 기능을 제공하는 지능형 웹 환경이다. 이런 시맨틱 웹 개념을 적용한 사례로는 네이버 시맨틱 웹 영화검색 이있다. 본 논문에서는 네이버 시맨틱 웹 영화검색 시스템을 벤치마킹한 도서검색 서비스 설계를 제안하고자 한다. 본 도서검색 서비스는 온톨로지 개념을 적용하여 도서와 관련된 검색 카테고리를 설정하며, 간단한 시나리오는 다음과 같다. 한 권의 책을 검색하면 해당 책과 연관된 첫 번째 카테고리로 출판사, 제작한 년도, 저자, 장르, 관련 검색 도서 등의 데이터들이 상단에 제시된다. 제시된 카테고리에서 임의의 항목을 선택하면 그 하단 공백에 선택된 항목과 연관된 카테고리에 해당하는 항목들이 제시된다. 예를 들어, 출판사를 선택한다면 해당 출판사에서 출간된 도서들이 하단 공백에 열거가 되고 상단 두 번째 카테고리에 원작국가, 저자 관련 책, 수상정보, 공동 집필자, 책을 원작으로 확장된 컨텐츠 등 또 다른 카테고리가 우측으로 생성이 되며 선택을 할 수 있게 된다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 시맨틱 웹 기반 도서검색 서비스는 사용자가 검색하고자 하는 정보를 보다 효율적이고 사용자 중심에서 제공할 수 있다고 사료된다.

사례기반형 추론(CBR)은 과거의 경험을 이용해서 문제를 해결하려는 방법으로서 규칙기반형 추론(RBR)과 달리 문제해결경험이 풍부한 도메인에 적합한 방법이다. CBR은 정적인 측면에서 사례의 표현과 구조화문제가 중요시되며, 동적인 측면에서는 사례의 검색 절차와 수정이라는 해결안 생산과정이 중요시된다. 본 논문은 정적 측면에서 효과적인 CAPP 지원을 위해 사례베이스(CB)를 계층적으로 구조화하였다. 또한 CB의 구조화시 시스 템의 문제해결 능력을 향상시켜주기 위하여 CB를 응용도메인 종속적 CB(DDCB)와 독립적 CB(DICB)로 분리하여 과거의 문제해결 경험에 관한 지식은 DDCB에 나타내었으며, 도메인 전문가가 가지는 일반적인 문제해결 지식은 DICB에 나타내었다.

The purpose of this study is to provide an actual basic data and helps for arranging the next generation OPAC's interface and function through improving the existing OPAC's interface and improvement in the domestic library. In this study, factors to be importantly considered for improving the OPAC's interface and function were examined based on the preceding studies on OPAC concept & development process, user's library use style, user use style of OPAC, and recognition on library's crisis, and actual condition investigation result. Also, the case analysis on the existing OPAC's interface and function was focused on the search window, search item, search method, alignment function, search result display and search result feedback. Also, the search interface and search function of the next generation OPAC which is provided by the recently-developed domestic and foreign library utilization, and the detailed case were analyzed in the aspect of Library 2.0 service. Finally, the measures for improving the existing OPAC's interface and function in domestic library were suggested.
