A Study on the Measures on the Decrease of the Traffic Accidents Based on the Attitude Changes of Intra-City Bus Drivers Following the Implementation Semi-Public Management System of Intra-City Bus (시내버스 준공영제 시행에 따른 시내버스 운전자의 운전태도 변화에 근거한 교통사고 저감대책 방안에 관한 연구)

  • The types of the accidents caused by intra-city buses and the changing tendencies of driving attitudes are analyzed before-and-after semi-public management system of intra-city bus system is implemented. On the basis of analysis, the measures on the decrease of traffic accidents are considered and the results are as follows. First, it showed that the traffic accidents decreased generally as a result of definition of the progresses of traffic accidents of intra-city buses before-and-after the system is implemented and with the passing of time after the system was operated. Second, the factors which influence the decrease of traffic offenses before-and-after semi-public management system of intra-city bus are the decease of violation, safe driving duty and the job security. Also the cause which mostly influence to the decrease of traffic accidents is defined. Finally, the measures of decrease of traffic accidents are arranged and proposed as a result of PROXSCAL method.

  • Explosion involving rapid energy diffusion are causing enormous human and economic damage. Due to the advancement of the industry, various and widespread explosion accidents are occurring worldwise, and to prevent such explosion accidents, accurate cause analysis should be the basis. Research analysis related to worldwise explosion accidents was carried out in a limited range for some accidents. By conducting bibliometric analysis of keywords on all the papers published in international journals, this study attempted to derive the overall research trend by period and the latest fields in which future researchers may be interested. As a result of the study of keywords, the number of papers was generally small and the number of overall key words was small from 2005 to 2014, but numerical simulation and artificial intelligence have been used for the analysis of explosion accident cases since 2015, and various studies such as lithium-ion battery and mixed gas, which are the latest research fields, are currently being actively conducted.

부유성 HNS의 근접영역의 확산 특성에 대한 수치해석

  • 해양 HNS(Hazardous and Noxious Substances)의 유출 사고 시, 막대한 인명 피해와 환경 훼손을 피하기 위해 유출 사고 조기 예측과 정확한 확산 경로를 예측하는 것이 필수적이다. 본 연구의 최종목적은 전산유체역학을 이용하여 HNS사고가 발생하였을 때 위험구역을 적절히 예측할 수 있는 수치해석기법을 개발하고, 다양한 해양사고조건과 환경영향을 고려하여 근접역에서의 2차원 확산 특성을 고찰하고 확산 현상을 예측하기 위한 모델을 개발하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 상용코드인 ANSYS FLUENT(V. 17.2)을 사용하여 근접역에서의 2차원 확산특성을 모사하고 분석하였다. 특히, 누출된 HNS의 위치별 농도를 예측하기 위해 종수송방정식(Species Transport Equation)을 이용하였으며 RANS(Reynolds-Averaged Navier-Stokes) 방정식과 표준 $k-{\varepsilon}$ 모델을 이용하여 난류유동을 모사하였다. 해석된 결과는 문헌에서 얻어진 실험데이터와 상호비교하였으며 해수의 유속, HNS의 밀도에 따른 유층 두께, 해수면 HNS 평균 농도 그리고 HNS 전파 속도를 분석하였다. 유층 두께는 해류 유속에 따라 변화하며 변화 경향에 따라 두 구간으로 나눌 수 있다. 해류 전파 속도는 대체로 해류 유속과 선형적 비례관계를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 해수면 평균 HNS 농도는 해류 유속에 선형적으로 비례하여 감소하며, HNS 밀도가 큰 경우 해수면 평균 HNS 체적 농도는 더 빠르게 감소하게 된다. 이러한 결과는 HNS 확산 특성을 분석하고 관련된 예측모델을 개발하는 데에 기여할 수 있다.

  • 상수도 관망의 수질 관리는 매우 중요한 목표이지만, 2019년도 적수 사태를 비롯하여 여러 수질사고를 경험하고 있다. 이러한 수질 사고는 내부의 각종 부착물 및 침전물들로 인해서 발생하거나 파손된 관로를 통해 외부에서 유입될 수도 있다. 수질 사고는 다양한 경로를 통해 발생할 수 있으며 외부에서의 바이러스 유입의 가능성 역시 늘 존재하고 있다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 상수도 관망으로의 잠재적인 바이러스 유입에 따른 위험도 분석 체계를 구현하였으며, 다양한 바이러스 유입에 따른 상수도 관망 위험도의 민감도 분석을 수행하였다. 제안한 분석 체계는 상수도 관망의 주요 소독 물질인 염소와 바이러스의 반응을 모의할 수 있도록 EPANET-MSX 모형을 탑재하였으며, 위험도 분석을 위한 QMRA(Quantitative Microbial Risk Assessment)를 적용하였다. 바이러스 유입 시나리오 구축을 위해 상수도 관망 내 유입되거나 인체에 유해 한 영향을 줄 수 있는 바이러스를 우선 선별 하였고, 인체에의 영향 및 염소와의 반응에 대해 정리하였다. 또한 바이러스는 모든 절점에서 유입이 가능한 것으로 가정하였으며, 최악의 상황 모의를 위해 바이러스가 지속적으로 유입되는 시나리오를 구축하였다. 적용 관망은 미국 내 실제 관망 중 반응계수에 대한검토가 완료된 관망으로 선정하였으며, 관망의 구조 및 탱크의 유무에 따라 분류하여 적용한 인자들의 불확실성 및 경향을 파악하기 위한 MCS(Monte Carlo Simulation)를 통해 민감도 분석을 수행하였다. 제안한 분석 체계는 향후 수질 사고에 대한 위험도를 최소화할 수 있는 운영에 근거를 제공해 줄 수 있을 것이다.

A Social Psychology of the Afterlife Views (내세관의 사회심리학: 일상생활과의 관련성을 중심으로)

  • The present study examined the variations in personality variables according to different types for the Korean view of the afterlife, including 'extinction type', 'the other world-oriented transmigration type', 'heaven/hell type' and 'obscurity type'. The results may be summarized as follows: (1) 'the other world-oriented transmigration type' and 'heaven/hell type' showed significantly stronger belief in a just world than 'extinction type', (2) 'extinction type' and 'obscurity type' showed more external attribution for accidents than 'heaven/hell type', (3) there was no difference in unrealistic optimism levels, (4) depending upon the types for the view of the afterlife, not only preferred self-enhancing biases but also positive illusions which related to life satisfaction were different, (5) 'extinction type' showed stronger risk-taking tendency than 'heaven/hell type'. These results were explained in terms of features that belong to each afterlife view. Finally, we discussed the limitation of this study and the directions for future study.

  • The number of traffic accidents has been decreased since 2000; however, the downward trend of crash occurrence has been slower after 2006. A few decades ago, physical improvement projects such as alignment improvement and the installation of safety facilities were usually implemented to decrease the occurrence of traffic accidents, but the effects of physical improvement on safety have been gradually decreased. The main objective of this study is to identify how the drivers' characteristics affect and/or are related to traffic accidents. Most of previous works have focused on revealing the difference of the nature of the drivers between the drivers who have no experience and the drivers with experience of traffic accidents. This study tries to analyze the habitual accidents proneness through a survey of drivers' personalities for drivers who were involved in traffic accidents at least once. As a result, nine personality factors were found to be statistically significant: Neuroticism(N), Lie(L), Psychoticism* Neuroticism(PN), Psychoticism*Lie(PL), Extraversion*Lie(EL), Neuroticism*Lie(NL), Impulsiveness(IMP), Venturesomeness(VEN), Empathy(EMP). Among these factors, single character factors were found to increase accidents, whereas complex factors were found to decrease the occurrence of accidents.

A Study on the Contribution to reducing Chemical Accident of Joint Inter-agency Chemical Emergency Preparedness Center (화학재난합동방재센터 운영을 통한 화학사고 감소 기여도 연구)

  • Purpose: This study operation of Joint inter-agency Chemical Emergency Preparedness Center and contribute to the reduction of chemical accidents that occur continuously. Method: The Joint inter-agency Chemical Emergency Preparedness Center functions and Chemical accident statistics data of the ('13~'17) were utilized. Results: The number of chemical accidents is decreasing from 113 in '15, 78 in '16, 87 in '17(latest five years 469 chemical accidents). The Joint inter-agency Chemical Emergency Preparedness Center is located in the industrial complex that handling a large amount of chemical, and performs functions such as prompt response, probation & investigation, accident prevention training, safety patrol. It is believed that it contributes to the decreasing of chemical accident by local control accident prevention function. Conclusion: Decreasing the safety management according to the Chemicals control act('15.1.1). The Joint inter-agency Chemical Emergency Preparedness Center('14.1 set up manage organization), which is operated as a mission to prepare respond to chemical accidents, plays a role.

A Study on the Change of Domestic Marine Accidents and Insurance rates According to Enforcement of ISM Code (ISM Code 도입에 따른 국내 해양사고 및 보험율 변화에 관한 연구)

  • The variation of marine accidents and ship's insurances is to be the measurement of assessment concerned effect of importing ISM Code because each kind of ship accident's expenses and compensation for the loss have an effect on the ship's insurance and P&I insurance. Therefore in this study, we had grasped the accomplishment of importing ISM Code, using analysis of the variation of marine accidents and ship's insurances in domestic shipping companies from one year ago to 8 years after importing ISM Code. As the result of analysis, compared with the period of a year before carrying out ISM Code, marine accidents were showed a decrease of about 14.4% at 8th year of importing ISM Code. Also, the insurance had tended downward every year.

  • The variations of marine accidents and ship's insurences are measures for assessing the effects of ISM Code implementation, bemuse expenses for the treatment of ship accidents and compensations for the loss have an effect on the ship's insurence. In order to understand the results and accmplishements of ISM Code implementation in Korea, the rise and the fall of marine accidents and ship's insurences were analyzed and examined in domestic shipping companies from one year before implementation to eight years after implementation of ISM Code. As the result of analysis, compared with the period of a year before implementation of ISM Code, the decrease of about 14.4% in marine accidents was shown in the 8th year after ISM Code implementation in Korea, and ship's insurance rates tended to decrease from year to year.

  • This research aims to propose a reference for prevention and education of medical dispute in dental clinic and to recognize anew about medical malpractice, by analyzing medical dispute. The results from data were based on questionnaires and replies about medical complaint, which were received the Busan Dental Association from November, 2000 to June, 2007, were as follows; 1. It were categorized 35 cases to 51 detail patterns. These cases were consists of complicated problem. 2. The cases, which were related to the treatment for prosthesis and orthodontics, became an issue. 3. In the case, which was related to the treatment for prosthesis and orthodontics, there were complaints in order of symptoms(occlusal discomfort, hypersensitivity, abnormal pain) and aesthetics after equipped prosthesis, and so on. 4. There was a tendency toward increasing complaints along with an increase of treatments (except conventional ways) for implant and so on.
