In order to infer whether the Special Act on the Punishment of Child Abuse Crimes, etc. actually brought about a change in the social perception shared about child abuse in our society, we used big data to examine the change in the perception of child abuse by the public. This study selected 'child abuse' as the keyword and collected and analyzed. The results of this study are as follows. First, before the implementation of the Special Act in 2013, the words "china" are kindergarten, teacher, body, problem, reporting obligation and neglect compared to the following. After the implementation of the special law, daycare centers, incidents, eradication, campaigns, domestic violence and preventive education were newly introduced. Second, the interconnection of key words in the previous picture of 2013 shows that the left group focuses on measures to introduce to prevent child abuse while the right group consists of keyword intended to view child abuse in conjunction with domestic violence. They are still seen as a group of divorces, discipline, neglect and parental education, which they still perceive as a family problem. Since the implementation of the Special Act in 2013, it will be divided into four groups, and the top group will be highlighted by the keyword related to child abuse cases, part of suspected cases and awareness of child abuse. In addition, the Act on the Special Cases of Child Abuse and the Child Protection Agency clearly appear as a child protection system.

본 논문은 "X라는 인물은 누구인가?"와 같은 질의어가 주어질 때, X라는 인물에 대한 나이, 직업, 학력 또는 특정 사건에서 X라는 인물의 역할에 대한 정보를 기술하는 문장을 인식하고 추출함으로써 해당 인물에 대한 신문 기사 내용을 요약하는 방법을 제시한다. 질의어 용어에 대해 가능한 많은 관련 문장을 추출하기 위하여 중심 벡터에 기반한 통계적 방법을 적용하였으며, 정확도와 재현율 성능을 개선하기 위해 위키피디어 같은 외부 지식을 사용한 중심 단어의 개선된 가중치 측도를 적용하였다. 실험 대상인 전자신문 말뭉치 상에서 출현 빈도수가 큰 20 인의 IT 인물에 대해 제안한 방법이 개선된 성능을 보임을 알 수 있었다.

공정위의 사소제도 도입에 따라 개별 사업자들이 평소에 공정위를 전혀 의식하지 않고, 따라서 공정거래법 준수 인식이 박약한 상태에서 시장행동을 하고 있는 현 행태가 상대 사업자를 의식하여 공정거래법을 준수하지 않을 수 없는 형태로 시장 환경이 변화하게 될 경우 시장에서의 공정거래법 준수의 확산효과는 매우 클 것이고, 시장중심의 법 운용이라는 정부방침에서 부응하며 공정위가 불필요하게 법리 논쟁에나 시달려 자원을 낭비하는 폐단을 시정하고 시장에서의 확산된 수요를 토대로 공정거래사제도의 도입도 덩달아 용이해질 수 있어 공정위 직원들의 사기에도 도움이 될 것이다.

결핵은 인류의 역사와 함께한 오래된 질병이다. 과거 우리나라의 결핵유병률은 5%에 이를 정도로 심각하였으나 국가결핵관리를 통해 급격하게 유병률이 낮아졌는데, 이에 따라 비결핵성 항산균에 의한 감염이 상대적으로 증가하고 있다. 강력한 결핵관리사업으로 의료인은 물론 일반인들도 결핵에 관해 많은 지식을 갖고있으나, 비결핵성 항산균에 대한 인식수준은 그리 높지 못하다. 이 글에서는 얼마 전 사회적으로 문제가 되었던 한의원 집단발병 사건을 중심으로 비결핵성 항산균에 대해서 설명하고자 한다.

Existing speech recognition algorithm have a problem with not distinguish the order of vocabulary, and the voice detection is not the accurate of noise in accordance with recognized environmental changes, and retrieval system, mismatches to user's request are problems because of the various meanings of keywords. In this article, we proposed to event based semantic ontology inference model, and proposed system have a model to extract the speech recognition feature extract using ERB filter. The proposed model was used to evaluate the performance of the train station, train noise. Noise environment of the SNR-10dB, -5dB in the signal was performed to remove the noise. Distortion measure results confirmed the improved performance of 2.17dB, 1.31dB.

This study has aimed at establishing of the new administration scheme related to the goal of police like the investigation division through analyses of differences on the role perception of female police officers. In a related matter, work characteristics include ranks, working areas, working priods and the dependent variables of the role perception of female police officers are composed of 3 items like task role, group maintenance role and individual role. As a result, the differences by ranks, working areas, working priods that were analyzed by using one-way ANOVA showed significant differences in the each dependent variables. The results showed that the female police officers whose ranks were higher, who had been employed longer, and whose working areas were places where the cases occurred a lot more showed great point in mean value not only on task role but also on group maintenance role. The result of the study suggests a direction to achieve the best efficacy of police duties such as a criminal investigation, the prevention of crime and presents an useful indication to redefine the role.

본 연구의 목적은 상황 인식 위치 기반 서비스를 위해 정성적인 개인 공간 행동을 포착하는 새로운 방법을 제안하는 것이다. 단순한 추적이내 사람의 위치 변화에 대해 색인 생성을 넘어서서, 사람과 환경 사이의 관계 변화가 본 연구의 공식 모텔에 대한 기본 소스로 간주된다. 특히 이 연구는 특정 지역의 경계 근처에서의 사람의 움직이는 행위에 중점을 둔다. 그 행위를 포착하기 위해 그 개체의 영향력 범위를 적용하는 새로운 접근 방법이 제안된다. 이러한 개체 시공간적으로 확장된 점는 그 영향력 범위를 그 개체의 위치와 함께 잠재적 사건이내 상호작용 구역으로 간주한다. 이렇게 포착된 정성적 공간 행위는 알려진 지역 근처의 개체 관계의 더 정제된 설명을 제공하여 단순한 공간정보 제공을 넘어선 실시간 공간 의사 결정 지원 시스템 강화에 도움을 줄 수 있다.

프로젝트에서 리스크 관리란 프로젝트 진행 시 발생가능성이 있고, 프로젝트에 긍정적 또는 부정적 영향력을 가진 이슈를 미리 발굴하여, 효과적으로 관리하기 위한 기법이다. 이런 점에서 리스크 관리는 프로젝트 목적 달성 즉 성공을 위한 수단이며, 예기치 못한 사건에 대한 사후대책 보다는 사전대책의 특성을 가지고 있다. 이러한 리스크 관리에 대하여 건설, 금융, 국방, 공공 분야의 프로젝트에서는 그 중요성을 인식하여 다양한 분야의 연구가 활발히 진행 중이고 현장에서도 활용하고 있으나, 소프트웨어 개발 프로젝트에서는 아직 그 중요성에 대한 인식이 부족하고, 현장에서의 활용도 저조하다. 반면 소프트웨어 개발 프로젝트에 대한 고객의 요구사항(비용절감, 일정 단축, 품질 향상, 신기술 적용등)은 점점 복잡해지고, 정교해지고 있어 제한된 리소스로 개발을 진행해야 하는 프로젝트 팀 입장에서는 프로젝트 성공에 대한 부담감이 점점 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 리스크 관리를 수행한 프로젝트와 그렇지 않은 프로젝트의 사례를 비교하여 리스크 관리가 프로젝트 성공에 미치는 영향에 대해 연구하였다.

Due to the spread of personal computers and the development of network, the information age has come and a variety of information has been flooded. Accordingly, individuals and companies have been a lot of attention to information security. However personal information leaks have been happening constantly in Korea. Nevertheless, awareness of security of personal information have been treated carelessly in society. In this paper, we will survey foreign awareness of personal information, specific cases for information leaks, and coping methods.

Understanding of randomness is essential for learning and teaching of probability and statistics. Understanding of randomness prompts to understand natural and social phenomena from the point of view of mathematics, and plays a role of base in understanding of judgments based on rational interpretation on these phenomena. This study examined whether pre-service teachers recognize this, and they understand randomness included in various contexts. According to results, they did not have a understanding of randomness in the context related to measuring, while they grasped randomness in simple and joint events. This implies that they lack the understanding of variability which is essential in the context of measuring. This study, therefore, suggests that the settings of measuring should be introduced into probability and statistics education, especially that data from measuring should be analyzed focusing on the variability in the data set.
