This study is significant of groping for the autonomous perspective of a medication system for the establishment of harmonious regional labor-management relationship and investigating a plan to minimize previously labor disputes through both analyzing mediation cases and finding out any core issue from the labor-management relationship, with matters experienced in the mediation field when I had served as a mediator. Specially, this study has also objectives to prevent previously any labor dispute through analyzing and minimizing the issue of the labor dispute by case and to establish harmonious labor-management relationship thereby. Further since it is necessary to understand the organization and roles of the regional labor relations commission in order to understand the concrete matters in respect of the labor dispute mediation, this study shall be to explore in detail the matters relating hereto and to acquire general knowledge of mediation through case analysis. Additionally, there is little studies exploring alternative research for the establishment of reasonable labor-management relationship with core issues referred a mediation to the labor relations commission through both the position heightening of the labor relations commission and the analysis of core issues until now. Thus, this study may provide a theoretical base for raising a technique to enhance negotiation skill through acquiring the previous training or full knowledge on the approaching manner to be taken by the labor and management in the collective bargaining or wage bargaining on the basis of items analyzed by core issue. The heightening perspectives to be acquired through the analysis of 50 or more mediation cases are as follows. First, it deems to be important what position each mediation party takes. Second, the information acquired by an investigator in the preliminary investigation before holding the mediation is very importantly utilized in the mediation. Third, the gumption of mediators in charge of the mediation is very helpful for the resolution of a case. Fourth, it shall be preceding to understand dispute issues. After reviewing fully the investigation report of an investigator, if separate review is required, it is tried to hold a separate meeting and then reduce the number of issues asserted by the labor & management and, if the number of such issues is reduced, the mediation may approach to be concluded. Fifth, it shall be kept in mind that any matter other than the scope of the law be based on not the judgement of mediator but the legal interpretation. Sixth, it is necessary for both labor and management parties to take a positive approach so as to make the healthy labor & management relationship anchored. Seventh, notwithstanding the mediators are part-time and take a service attitude, it shall be encouraged to abstain from slandering or inveighing against the mediators because the mediation is taken against oneself. Eighth, it is necessary to convert the management's recognition about a labor union. Ninth, it is necessary to not raise any issue on the matters, such as time-off system and multiple labor union, etc., which are legally enforced. Tenth, it is confirmed that the regional labor relations commission plays a bridge role of narrowing down the issue difference between the labor and management.

Since 9/11 attack, internet has become a major space for terrorist activities and also emerged as the most important spot of lone wolf terrorists for acquiring tools and radicalization. The accident of student Kim's defection to IS (Islamic state) in January 2015 told us that Korea is not any more "terrorism clearance area" and leaded us to look closely into the possibility of lone wolf terrorist. In this paper, I developed a "lone wolf cyber evolution model" using various materials collected by preceding papers and interviewing investigators and terrorism experts in Korea. I analyze Kim's radicalization process using this model. And I picked and closely looked over some facilitating factors of lone wolf such as multi-cultural socialization, increase of international migrants, expansion alienation hierarchy and ideological conflicts deepening and predicted the possibility of lone wolf. Finally, this paper presents some effective policy measurements against lone wolf terrorism in Korea.

This study used movies to improve the students' immersion and interest in political classes. Movie is one of the most common and most powerful means of disseminating information that occur among humans. And it is the most easily accessible to the public. Especially, the recognition of visual images proceeds more easily and faster than the perception of thought. Understanding the political happening through movie can get double effect because of the high understanding and immersion. Above all, movies can penetrate into people's minds because they become a ideological. Therefore, it is publicized and also historical events are reproduced in movies. Likewise, politics is also based on the role of the thought or dominant beliefs, and public opinion is formed to justify various groups of human activities. It shows that today's political happening is not a new, but the historical phenomenon of the past are reproduced. Based on this, to discuss modern Korean political history through movies.

This study examines the social issues between the central and local governments related with the underground space after happenings of sinkholes in Jamsil area in July, 2014. In this study, we consider the keyword network of the social network analysis as a research methodology. The social issues regarding the underground space have been dealt with through the analysis of the centrality and group density to know the attributes of the network. The results show that the government has been steadily helpful to the local governments for establishing the socialized law for the underground space. This research suggests that the laws and technologies as to the underground space issues cooperate each other in the future. It also shows that the government should enact the policies and the national plans for the development of the underground.

The development was possible because the web has characteristics of media making Remediation of various media possible. The web has remediated newspaper, magazines, TV, audio, movie by taking them, competing with them, attacking them and absorbing them. As a result, now we can enjoy various characteristics of different media at the Web. This study is to look into the effectiveness of Remediation at web design through various case studies. This study also is to seek more effective methods of expressions in the web and future improvement direction.

The research is based on the theory of cognitive psychology that a decision maker creates an internal belief through environment information process and that personal behavior is determined as a means of belief practice. This study implemented a language network analysis to understand the 16th President Noh Moo-hyun"s real estate policy belief who was a key decision maker of Korea. The results of this study are as follows. First, the chief variables of real estate policy recognized by president Rho Mu Hyun included civil economy and real estate speculation and so on. Second, the chief variables of real estate policy recognized by president Rho Mu Hyun did indicate weak correlation with other diverse economic variables. Third, the analysis shows that in practicing the real estate policy, excessive civil economy related with the real estate policy and the obsession with civil life variables worked as reason to pursue social contest rather than social agreement. It is thought that this study result will contribute to policy theory in explaining the policy decision-making process from the perspective of cognitive psychology.

Personal Information Protection Act was first enacted in March, 2011, amended in September, 2011 and became effective. Nevertheless, the risk of interfering with personal information protection still remains, associated with collection, plagiarism, leakage, and even sales of personal information. The public libraries are not an exception. Accordingly, this study investigates the status of personal information protection in public libraries of Seoul and Gyeonggi province. Also, it tries to discover problems associated with the act and presents a model scheme to improve this situation. The scheme relates to (1) securing of a sufficient budget; (2) reinforcing professional education related to personal information; (3) developing detailed guidelines for public libraries.

Recently, crime prediction and prevention are the most important social issues, and global and local governments have tried to prevent crime using various methodologies. One of the methodologies, data mining can be applied at various crime fields such as crime pattern analysis, crime prediction, etc. However, there is few researches to find the relationships between the results of data mining and crime components in terms of criminology. In this study, we introduced environmental criminology, and identified relationships between environment factors related with crime and variables using at data mining. Then, using real burglary data occurred in South Korea, we applied clustering to show relations of results of data mining and crime environment factors. As a result, there were differences in the crime environment caused by each cluster. Finally, we showed the meaning of data mining use at crime prediction and prevention area in terms of criminology.

This study examined how the three major newspapers covered the press reform movement in Korea. Despite that the NGOs and Korean government keep trying to reform the market and structure of the newspapers, the targeted newspapers argue that they are unjustly accused of the dominance of the press market made by the readers' choice. Using frame analysis and discourse analysis, this study analyzed the news coverage on the press reform for 6 months and revealed that these major newspapers presumed to be targeted were totally challenging against the press reform by means of flaming of news and using news discourse. The ways of challenge were, firstly they appealed to the readers that the press reform is the press suppress so that they have to fight against this unacceptable pressure. And secondly, they report the news selectively for their own interests by elaborating, magnifying, or reducing the facts. Thirdly, they attack the government policies and major figures leading the press reform by letting the outside columnists favorable to their own standing point. And finally, they conduct the poll on and off and report what they want according to their self interests.

Surveillance cameras have been installed in many places because security and safety has become an important issue in modern society. However, watching surveillance videos and judging accidental situations is very labor-intensive and time-consuming. So now, requests for research to automatically analyze the surveillance videos is growing. In this paper, we propose a surveillance system to track multiple persons in videos and to summarize the videos based on tracking information. The proposed surveillance summarization system applies an adaptive illumination correction, subtracts the background, detects multiple persons, tracks the persons, and saves their tracking information in a database. The tracking information includes tracking one's path, their movement status, length of staying time at the location, enterance/exit times, and so on. The movement status is classified into six statuses(Enter, Stay, Slow, Normal, Fast, and Exit). This proposed summarization system provides a person's status as a graph in time and space and helps to quickly determine the status of the tracked person.
