The Role of Merchandiser Feedback Comments and Performance Profiles in Building Trust in Group Buying Sites (공동구매형 소셜커머스에서 신뢰메커니즘형성을 위한 머천다이저의 피드백코멘트와 성과프로파일의 역할)

  • Despite the sizable growth of the group buying market, consumer complaints have recently raised skepticism about the future of these sites. Thus, building a trustworthy transaction environment has become a critical issue. In exploring a trust-building mechanism, we pay particular attention to the role of merchandisers who specialize in finding products or services and marketing them to potential buyers on group buying sites. The purpose of this study is to examine whether providing merchandiser feedback comments and performance profiles on group buying sites leads consumers to evaluate the community of merchandisers more favorably and makes them more likely to purchase products or services. Research hypotheses were tested with data obtained from 124 subjects who participated in a laboratory experiment. The results empirically demonstrate that merchandiser feedback comments and performance profiles enhance buyers' trust in the community of merchandisers participating in a group buying site. This enhanced trust, in turn, increased buyers' intention to purchase products or services through the group buying site.

  • Mobile environments rapidly changing and digital convergence widely employed, mobile devices including smart phones have been playing a critical role that changes users' lifestyle in the areas of entertainments, businesses and information services. The various services using mobile devices are developing to meet the personal needs of users in the mobile environments. Especially, an LBS (Location-Based Service) is combined with other services and contents such as augmented reality, mobile SNS (Social Network Service), games, and searching, which can provide convenient and useful services to mobile users. In this paper, we design and implement the prototype of mobile personal assistant (PA) agents. Our personal assistant agent helps users do some tasks by hiding the complexity of difficult tasks, performing tasks on behalf of the users, and reflecting the preferences of users. To identify user's preferences and provide personalized services, clustering and classification algorithms of data mining are applied. The clusters of the log data using clustering algorithms are made by measuring the dissimilarity between two objects based on usage patterns. The classification algorithms produce user profiles within each cluster, which make it possible for PA agents to provide users with personalized services and contents. In the experiment, we measured the classification accuracy of user model clustered using clustering algorithms. It turned out that the classification accuracy using our method was increased by 17.42%, compared with that using other clustering algorithms.

  • 정보기술의 급진적인 발달로 경쟁이 점점 심화되어져 가고 있는 환경 속에서 경쟁적 우위를 갖기 위한 기업들의 끊임없는 노력은 계속 되고 있다 이러한 시점에 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning: 전사적 자원관리) 시스템은 기업의 경쟁력을 재고하고 변화하는 비즈니스 환경을 예측하여 신속하고 현명하게 대처하기 위한 수단으로서의 역할을 수행하고 있으며 최근 기업뿐만 아니라 대학에서도 이에 대한 관심이 확산되고 있다. 이미 국외의 많은 대학들이 ERP 시스템을 도입한 실정이고, 국내에서는 정보화 사업의 일환으로 연세대학교가 일반 행정 업무의 효율화를 위해 SAP R/3를 도입했고 향후 학사 행정 시스템과의 통합을 모색 중이다. 정부에서도 국·공립 대학들의 행정업무효율성 제고를 위해 차세대 행정업무시스템으로 ERP 시스템 도입을 본격화하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 정보화를 추진하고자 하는 국내 대학에 ERP 시스템의 도입을 제안하였고, 기존에 선행 연구된 연구자료를 비교·분석하여 기업의 ERP 시스템 구축 성공요인을 정리하였다. 국내 대학은 ERP 시스템 도입 시 제시된 주요성공요인 등을 고려하고 지속적인 관심으로 프로젝트를 수행함으로써 보다 효과적으로 구축을 완료해야 할 것이며, 아직 국내의 사례가 충분하지 않기 때문에 본 논문에서 제시한 국내외의 사례를 살펴봄으로써 대학의 ERP 시스템 도입에 관해 빠른 이해를 할 수 있을 것이다. 끝으로 본 논문은 초기단계에 있는 국내 대학의 ERP 시스템 도입에 대학이 나가야 할 방향을 제시하였고, 앞으로 국내 대학의 ERP 시스템 도입이 증가할수록 이에 대한 연구도 계속 되어야 할 것이다.보다 더 높게 나타난 반면에, 실무계 전문가 집단은 비용이 정보시스템 보다 더 높게 나타났다는 것이다.리적 특성이론과 사용자 수용이론으로 구분하여 이 특성에 따라서 향후 개발될 3D 핸드폰 아바타의 수용도의 관계를 파악하고자 한다. 본 연구에 대한 자료 수집방법은 D대학교의 교양과목인 “사이버문화의 이해와 활용”을 수강하는 학생들을 대상으로 총 170부를 설문 조사하였으며, 수집된 설문지 중에서 불성실하게 응답한 설문지 6부를 제외한 총 164부를 유효한 설문으로 확보하였다.   • In recent days network computing technologies have bee developed rapidly and the extended use of Internet applications for enterprises such as internet/extarnet in and between enterprises has been increased enormously. Therefore the business in the future will be executed by virtual enterprise. Virtual enterprises which is based on information sharing between enterprises are composed of work processes related to information exchange between virtual enterprises, the team members who are representatives of the organizations that are participated in the actual business of virtual enterprises, and members who are representatives of the organizations that are participated in the actual business of virtual enterprises, and environment that are provided by supporting CALS(continuous Acquisition and Life cycle Support or commerce At light Speed). Supporting system of IDE(Integrated Data Environment)for CALS implementation that is provided as an environment of virtual enterprises has to ensure the autonomies of local data and to provide the accessibility of heterogeneous database of enterprises on network transparently for giving user a single global view of data. This paper introduce the design and implementation of the database broker system that can be accessed data transparently by the suers of participated enterprises in the integrated data environment supporting virtual enterprises. The system uses java/CORBA technology in Web environment and Object Query language (OQL) to process the queries of relational database system, object-oriented database system, and file information.

A Case Study on the Online Fractional Investment Securitization Platform (온라인 분할 투자 증권화 플랫폼 사례 연구)

  • With the development of information and communication technology, online fractional investment platforms have emerged through the convergence of online platform technology and new investment techniques for asset-backed derivatives. In this study, the concept and previous studies of the online fractional investment platform business, commercialization models and service processes, market status, and pending discussions and alternatives were presented. Recently, the Securities and Futures Commission's decision on securitization of split ownership has become an important guide to the stable business sustainability of platform operators, but academic research is needed according to the current status and case analysis. To identify specific market issues, examples of representative online fractional investment securitization platform businesses such as "MusiCow" for music copyright, "Tessa" based on art, "Kasa" for real estate, "Piece" based on real assets, and "BangCow" for Korean beef shipments were analyzed. Through the case analysis of this study, the characteristics of the business model according to the basic assets of the online fractional investment platform were compared and presented. Since most business models are judged to be securitic, they must comply with the provisions of the Capital Markets Act or be recognized as the target of innovative financial services. From a practical point of view, it is meaningful in that it presented improvement directions that online fractional securitization platform operators should consider and organized institutional considerations for investor protection.

Ontology-Based Process-Oriented Knowledge Map Enabling Referential Navigation between Knowledge (지식 간 상호참조적 네비게이션이 가능한 온톨로지 기반 프로세스 중심 지식지도)

  • A knowledge map describes the network of related knowledge into the form of a diagram, and therefore underpins the structure of knowledge categorizing and archiving by defining the relationship of the referential navigation between knowledge. The referential navigation between knowledge means the relationship of cross-referencing exhibited when a piece of knowledge is utilized by a user. To understand the contents of the knowledge, a user usually requires additionally information or knowledge related with each other in the relation of cause and effect. This relation can be expanded as the effective connection between knowledge increases, and finally forms the network of knowledge. A network display of knowledge using nodes and links to arrange and to represent the relationship between concepts can provide a more complex knowledge structure than a hierarchical display. Moreover, it can facilitate a user to infer through the links shown on the network. For this reason, building a knowledge map based on the ontology technology has been emphasized to formally as well as objectively describe the knowledge and its relationships. As the necessity to build a knowledge map based on the structure of the ontology has been emphasized, not a few researches have been proposed to fulfill the needs. However, most of those researches to apply the ontology to build the knowledge map just focused on formally expressing knowledge and its relationships with other knowledge to promote the possibility of knowledge reuse. Although many types of knowledge maps based on the structure of the ontology were proposed, no researches have tried to design and implement the referential navigation-enabled knowledge map. This paper addresses a methodology to build the ontology-based knowledge map enabling the referential navigation between knowledge. The ontology-based knowledge map resulted from the proposed methodology can not only express the referential navigation between knowledge but also infer additional relationships among knowledge based on the referential relationships. The most highlighted benefits that can be delivered by applying the ontology technology to the knowledge map include; formal expression about knowledge and its relationships with others, automatic identification of the knowledge network based on the function of self-inference on the referential relationships, and automatic expansion of the knowledge-base designed to categorize and store knowledge according to the network between knowledge. To enable the referential navigation between knowledge included in the knowledge map, and therefore to form the knowledge map in the format of a network, the ontology must describe knowledge according to the relation with the process and task. A process is composed of component tasks, while a task is activated after any required knowledge is inputted. Since the relation of cause and effect between knowledge can be inherently determined by the sequence of tasks, the referential relationship between knowledge can be circuitously implemented if the knowledge is modeled to be one of input or output of each task. To describe the knowledge with respect to related process and task, the Protege-OWL, an editor that enables users to build ontologies for the Semantic Web, is used. An OWL ontology-based knowledge map includes descriptions of classes (process, task, and knowledge), properties (relationships between process and task, task and knowledge), and their instances. Given such an ontology, the OWL formal semantics specifies how to derive its logical consequences, i.e. facts not literally present in the ontology, but entailed by the semantics. Therefore a knowledge network can be automatically formulated based on the defined relationships, and the referential navigation between knowledge is enabled. To verify the validity of the proposed concepts, two real business process-oriented knowledge maps are exemplified: the knowledge map of the process of 'Business Trip Application' and 'Purchase Management'. By applying the 'DL-Query' provided by the Protege-OWL as a plug-in module, the performance of the implemented ontology-based knowledge map has been examined. Two kinds of queries to check whether the knowledge is networked with respect to the referential relations as well as the ontology-based knowledge network can infer further facts that are not literally described were tested. The test results show that not only the referential navigation between knowledge has been correctly realized, but also the additional inference has been accurately performed.

  • Outsourcing enables firms to use external resources in efficient and effective manner by adopting the best practice of industry. It also helps firms improve their business process which may result in seizing or creating new business opportunity. Collaborating with outstanding BPO(business process outsourcing) providers offer a great deal of advantage that could access to new knowledge, technology, intellectual and material resources that firms do not own. This study was designed to provide in-dept understanding of key elements that may affect the attitude towards BPO of entrepreneurs using 99 samples comprised SME & Venture business owners. Specifically, this study aims to test and analyse the relationship between attitude towards BPO and 4 independent variables including cost reduction, core competence, specialized resources and quality improvement. The analysis results show that core competence, specialized resources and quality improvements have all positive relationships with the attitude towards BPO. However, exceptionally cost reduction is not associated positively with the attitude towards BPO which was against our expectation. Theoretical discussion and practical implication on the analysis results are provided.

A Study on the Development Methodology for User-Friendly Interactive Chatbot (사용자 친화적인 대화형 챗봇 구축을 위한 개발방법론에 관한 연구)

  • Chatbot is emerging as an important interface window for business. This change is due to the continued development of chatbot-related research from NLP to NLU and NLG. However, the reality is that the methodological study of drawing domain knowledge and developing it into a user-friendly interactive interface is weak in the process of developing chatbot. In this paper, in order to present the process criteria of chatbot development, we applied it to the actual project based on the methodology presented in the previous paper and improved the development methodology. In conclusion, the productivity of the test phase, which is the most important step, was improved by 33.3%, and the number of iterations was reduced to 37.5%. Based on these results, the "3 Phase and 17 Tasks Development Methodology" was presented, which is expected to dramatically improve the trial and error of the chatbot development.

  • Collaboration has become essential in the product design process due to internationalized and specialized business environments. This study presents a real-time collaborative 3D design workspace for distributed designers, focusing on the development and the evaluation of new interaction techniques supporting nonverbal communication such as awareness of participants, shared manipulation and tele-presence. Requirements were identified in terms of shared objects, shared workspaces and awareness through literature reviews and an observational study. An Augmented Reality based collaborative design workspace was developed, in which two main interaction techniques, Turn-table and Virtual Shadow, were incorporated to support shared manipulation and tele-presence. Turn-table provides intuitive shared manipulation of 3D models and physical cues for awareness of remote participants. Virtual shadow supports natural and continuous awareness of location, gestures and pointing of partners. A lab-based evaluation was conducted and the results showed that interaction techniques effectively supported awareness of general pointing and facilitated discussion in 3D model reviews. The workspace and the interaction techniques can facilitate more natural communication and increase the efficiency of collaboration on virtual 3D models between distributed participants (designer-designer, engineer, or modeler) in collaborative design environments.

  • 워크플로우 관리 시스템은 정부나 기업과 같은 조직의 작업을 처리하기 위한 비즈니스 프로세스를 컴퓨터를 기반으로 자동화함으로서 작업의 효율을 높이고 비용을 절감한다. 현재에 이르러 이런 워크플로우 시스템을 사용하는 조직들이 점차 거대화되어 가고 네트워크의 발달과 인터넷의 출현으로 인하여 워크플로우 시스템이 처리하여야 하는 작업의 수와 고객과 작업자 수 등이 빠른 속도로 증가하는 추세이다. 이런 추세에서 워크플로우 시스템은 거대 조직 환경에 적합한 워크플로우 시스템 아키텍쳐를 필요하게 된다. 이에 본 논문은 거대 조직 환경을 관리할 수 있는 워크플로우 관리 시스템으로 워크케이스 기반의 초대형 워크플로우 시스템의 아키텍쳐를 설계 및 구현 하고자 한다. 그리고 워크플로우 시스템 아키텍쳐를 분류, 분석하여 장단점을 가려내어 이를 기반으로 워크플로우 시스템 아키텍쳐의 성능을 예측하여 워크케이스 기반 워크플로우 시스템 아키텍쳐가 본 논문에서 제안하는 초대형 워크플로우 시스템의 아키텍쳐라는 것을 예측하여 본다. 또한 초대형 워크플로우 시스템을 위하하부 구조로 EJB(Enterprise Java Beans)를 사용하고 사용 이유를 기술한다. 본 논문에서는 이런 워크케이스 기반의 초대형 워크플로우 시스템 아키텍쳐를 위하여 개념적인 단계와 설계 단계, 구현 단계로 나누어 설계 및 구현을 하며 개념적인 단계에서는 워크케이스 기반 워크플로우 시스템 아키텍쳐에 대하여 상세히 기술하고 설계단계에서는 전체적인 기능 정의와 초대형 워크플로우 시스템의 구조를 설계한다. 그리고 구현 단계에서는 워크케이스 기반의 초대형 워크플로우 시스템 아키텍쳐를 실제 구현하기 위한 환경을 선택하고 구현 단계의 문제점들과 해결책을 기술한다. 다 솔레노이드방식 감압건조장치로 건조한 표고버섯으로 품위에 대한 유의성 검증결과, 표고버섯의 경우 온도별로는 색택과 복원률, 건조실 내부 압력별로는 수축률, 복원률에서 유의차가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 라. 본 연구에서 구명된 감압건조특성을 기초로 하여 배치식 감압건조기를 설계 제작에 활용하고자 한다.ational banks.
