As the number of users who are involved in a business process increases, it becomes imperative to effectively control their privileges of accessing sensitive data and information which are usually easily obtained by BPM system. Traditional RBAC (Role-based Access Control) model was first introduced to provide a logical framework to prevent unauthorized users from obtaining confidential, but in more dynamic environment such as B2B and SCM process, it usually lacks in capability of addressing such issues as configurability, customizability, or scalability of user privileges. In this study, we have proposed a privilege-template based RBAC model that can address such issues effectively. We also provided a design of the RBAC model along with illustrative examples and pseudo codes that can be used for implementing a prototype system.

인터넷의 급속한 확산은 기존 시장의 개념을 확대, 변화시키고 이러한 변화된 시장에서 기업은 새로운 비즈니스 패러다임의 변화에 적응하지 못하면 경쟁력을 확보할 수 없는 상황에 처하게 되었다. 기업의 비즈니스 패러다임 변화의 중심은 인터넷 기반의 e-Business라 할 수 있다. e-Business의 핵심은 인터넷과 정보기술을 이용하여 기업의 내부 프로세스와 기업간 그리고 고객간 외부 프로세스의 투명성을 제고하여 비용을 최소화하는 데 일차적인 목적이 있다. 그러나 e-Business 전개에 있어 기업 내/외부의 프로세스 효율화를 위한 수요측면의 적용 주체 이외에도 이러한 전개를 도와주고 각종 하부구조, 서비스 및 장비를 제공하는 공급 주체도 존재한다. 수요측면에서의 전자상거래를 포함하여 많은 e-Business 관련 연구가 있었으나 공급측면에서의 e-Business 연구는 다소 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 고는 다소 실험적 성격을 가지고 공급측면에서 특히 통신서비스 사업자 측면에서의 e-Business 개념, 모델, 유형 등을 기존 연구의 연장선상에서 확대, 고찰한다.

CBD(Component Based development)가 이미 완성된 소프트웨어 모듈인 컴포넌트들을 특정 목적을 위해 배치하고 조립함으로써 품질 보증된 고생산성의 재사용을 가능하게 됨에 따라, 최근 IT 비즈니스 솔루션 도출을 위한 핵심 적인 기술 전략으로 인식되고 있다. 따라서 영 역에 적절한 컴포넌트의 추출과 개발 및 응용 시스템으로의 전개를 위한 컴포넌트들의 배치와 조립 등을 포함하는 일련의 CBD 프로세스를 실제화 하기 위해서는 아키텍쳐 기반의 접근과 제어가 매우 중요하다. 하지만 대부분의 CBD 연구는 비즈니스 로직들의 기능성을 그룹화한 컴포넌트의 생산에 초점을 두고 있지 컴포넌트간의 상호작용을 명시하는 아키텍쳐 정보의 관리를 간과함으로써 컴포넌트의 조립과 통합을 통한 CBD 시스템으로의 전개는 극히 어려운 실정이다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 CHD 프로세스 상에서 아키텍쳐 접근의 중요성과 전개 방법을 살펴보고, 컴포넌트 프레임워크(Component Framework)를 위한 아키텍쳐의 계층을 새롭게 재정의 하며 그 의미를 설명한다. 이를 위해 영역 분석 및 설계 정보를 선언적으로 명시하는 수단이며, 도메인 내에서 특정 서비스를 제공하는 컴포넌트간의 일반적 결합 방식의 규정하기 위한 수단으로서 설계 패턴을 이용하여 서비스 아키텍쳐 패턴을 정의하고 실 예로 적용한다.

오늘날 대부분의 기업과 공공조직들은 일상적인 업무처리를 컴퓨터 하드웨어, 소프트웨어 및 관련 프로세스에 크게 의존하고 있다. 이미 정보기술은 조직의 생산성향상, 업무의 효율성과 호과성의 제고, 전략적 경쟁우위의 달성 도구로 인지되고 있다. 이에 조직 전략 차원에서 정보기술에 대한 투자가 지속되어 왔으나 정보시스템의 대규모화에 따른 정보시스템 간 상호운용성(interoperability)과 통합성(integration)의 결여, 계층적 아키택쳐의 미흡, 중복 자료의 처리 등으로 인해 조직내에서 정보기술의 투자 대비 활용 이득이 기대에 미치지 못하는 현실이다. 이러한 문제를 극복하기 위해 새로운 정보체계인 정보기술 아키텍쳐 (Information Technology Architecture : ITA) 개션을 개발하게 되었다. 그러나 ITA 정의에 대한 체계적인 방법론과 도구의 부재로 개방/분산환경 하에서 정보기술에 대한 접근은 한마디로 임기응변적 내지는 벤더 중심적 관행으로 추진되었다. RTE는 하나의 문제를 해결하기 위한 또 다른기술이 아니라 비즈니스를 향상 시키고자 하는 개념이다. 핵심 비즈니스 프로세스의 관리 및 실행시 발생하는 지연요소를 제거하고 최신 정보를 사용해 경쟁하는 기업으로 정의된다. 또한 RTE는 기업들이 지금껏 추구해 왓던 e비즈니스와 연계하면서 끊임없이 프로세스를 효율적으로 개선해 나가는 것이다.

Each company has different business processes. Since it is impossible that an ERP system contains every different business processes, the productivity of customizing and maintenance well-matched for the business process of a company is the key to successful implementation. This ERP UI development tool was developed for better connection to back-end in terms of customizing and maintenance, integration with design, providing various tools for higher productivity, reusability, and standardized user interface so that it enhances the productivity, meets the UI standard, and copes with upcoming changes of business process. In the further study, the study on the service automation and integrated development environment with front-end and back-end providing through the advanced user convenience development for front-end designer and front-end generator would be carried out.

To survive in a global competition, many companies are trying to standardize and visualize Business Process (BP) by implementing Business Process Management (BPM). Recently, enhancing business process efficiency has become one of critical success factors. In this paper, we introduce a two-phase perspective of BP efficiency: Process Engine Perspective (PEP) and Task Performer Perspective (TPP). The former is related to allocation function of BP engine; it is mainly concerned with efficient task allocation to users. The latter phase influences efficiency depending on how users execute tasks assigned to them. Instead of considering each phase separately, we develop a comprehensive method considering the two-phase together, which is more effective for the BP efficiency. We carry out simulation experiment to show the combinational effect of the two phases.

차세대 전자상거래 기술로 인정되고 있는 기업간 워크플로우(Cross-Organizational Workflow)기술의 핵심인 기업간 워크플로우 모델과 그의 효율적인 운영환경을 제공하는 것은 국내외적으로 주목을 받고 있는 연구개발 분야이며. 효과적인 워크플로우 모델링 기법에 대한 필요성은 날로 증가하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 각 조직에서 실제로 액티비티를 수행하는 참여자 또는 관리자들이 협업을 통한 스윔레인(Swimlane) 모델로 워크플로우 프로세스를 정의하는 방법론을 제안한다. 협동 스윔레인 워크플로우 모델에서는 비즈니스 프로세스의 각 엑티비티를 먼저 정의하고, 각 엑티비티로 구성되는 전체 글로벌 프로세스를 정의하게 되는Fragment-driven 방식의 모델을 사용한다. 또한, 프로세스 정의 시에 각 엑티비티를 수행하게 되는 조직 또는 롤의 그룹이 직접적으로 참여함으로써 보다 거대하고 복잡한 프로세스를 정의하는데 있어서 협업을 통한 효율성과 각 조직들의 독립성을 꾀한다.

기업간 경쟁의 격화와 정보기술의 발달로 인하여 많은 기업들이 공급사슬관리(SCM)를 도입하고 있다. 이에 따라, 공급사슬상의 관련 기업간의 상호작용과 정보공유에 기반한 공급사슬 통합이 추진되고 있으며, 웹서비스와 같은 시스템에 독립적인 기술 적용의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 웹서비스를 이용하면서도 높은 수준의 공급사슬 통합이 이루어지기 위해서는, 여러 상호작용주체가 참여하는 글로벌 프로세스 수준에서 SCM 프로세스를 관리하고 제어할 필요가 있으며, 본 논문에서는 비즈니스 프로세스 자동화 및 관리도구로 최근 각광을 받고 있는 BPM을 도입하여 각 업무단위가 웹서비스로 구성된 환경에서 SCM을 구성하는 프로세스를 효과적으로 통합하여 실행하는 방안을 제시한다. 이러한 접근법은 SCM 프로세스의 진행과정을 보다 효율적으로 관리, 모니터링하는 것이 가능하며, SCM 프로세스의 수행결과를 토대로 프로세스의 개선에 대한 방안을 모색할 수 있다. 또한, SCM 프로세스의 진행과정에서 의사결정이 필요한 경우 이에 대한 지인 에이전트를 웹서비스로 구성하여 보다 신속한 프로세스 수행을 가능하게 한다.

A variety of BPM (Business Process Management) standards to achieve interoperability among heterogeneous systems have been released. Areas of BPM standards include business process modeling, process execution and management, and monitoring and controlling. The purpose of this research is to develop an adoption strategy and guideline for implementing BPM standards. We suggest a strategy for implementing BPMN (Business Process Modeling Notation), BPEL (Business Process Execution Language), and BPQL (Business Process Query Language) and provide a specific implementation guideline for developing BPM solutions using each standard. We expect that BPM vendors can establish their own strategy for adopting BPM standards and implement BPM solutions efficiently and effectively with the help of the strategy and guideline described in this paper.

In ebXML the choreography of a business process should be modeled by UMM and is finally realized in BPSS. The current UMM and BPSS are developed based on UML 1.4. Recently OMG introduces the UML 2.0, which strengthens the modeling power of activity diagrams and components. If we adopt UML 2.0, the modeling power of UMM is improved but BPSS cannot implement the modeling features. In this paper, we examine the new features of the activity diagram in UML 2.0. We also propose ways to improve the UMM and the BPSS using the new features.
