IT 기술의 발전과 법 규제 등 비즈니스 환경의 변화에 따라 기존의 정보보호 접근방법에 대한 변화의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 다양한 정보보호 노력에도 불구하고 정보보호의 발전 속도는 IT 기술의 급속한 변화를 따라가기 어려운 실정이며, 끊임없이 발생하는 보안사고는 예방 중심 보안체계의 한계를 보여주고 있다. 최근 금융권에서부터 자율규제에 대한 논의가 이루어지고 있으며, 이러한 변화에 따라 정보보호의 효율성과 효과성뿐만 아니라 비즈니스의 지속가능성을 동시에 만족시키기 위한 혁신적인 관점에서의 새로운 접근방법이 요구되어진다. 본 고에서는 정보보호 혁신 모델을 통하여 자율규제 환경에서의 정보보호의 새로운 접근방법 구현을 위해 고려해야 할 사항들을 제시한다.

In order to secure sustainable competitiveness of startups, business model innovation is an important task to achieve competitive advantage by transforming the various elements that make up the business model. This study conducted a multi-case analysis study on leading smart farm companies around the world using an analysis framework based on business model theory. Through this, we sought to identify business model types and their constituent elements. For this, 19 companies were selected from the list of top 10 investment startups of the year for the past three years published by Agfunder, a global investment research company specializing in AgTech. Then data collection and analysis of the company cases were conducted according to the case study protocol. As a result of the study, the business model types were analyzed into four types: large-scale centralized production model, medium-to-large local distributed production model, small-scale hyperlocal modular FaaS model, and small-scale hyperlocal turnkey solution supply model. A comparative analysis was conducted on five business model components for each type, and strategic implications were derived through this. This study is expected to contribute to improving the competitiveness of domestic smart farm startups and diversifying their strategies by identifying the business models of overseas leading companies in the smart farm field using an academic analysis framework.

This article discusses the innovation activities of firms that aim for system transformation from the perspective of 'Transformative Innovation Policies'. Here, for the sustainable transformation of our society, a firm that finds the 'purpose' of business activities in solving social problems and implements a new business model is defined as a 'transition-oriented firm'. The main characteristics of a transition-oriented firm are examined in terms of 1) transition vision and mission setting, 2) business model innovation for transition, 3) network formation for system transition, and 4) securing legitimacy of transition. And through case studies, the approach, significance, and limitations of the transition-oriented corporate innovation theory are discussed. The case study is from a Eisai Korea, which aims for an integrated prevention, treatment, and care system centered on residents and citizens.

Research on investment determinants of accelerators, which are attracting attention by greatly improving the survival rate of startups by providing professional incubation and investment to startups at the same time, is gradually expanding. However, previous studies do not have a theoretical basis in developing investment determinants in the early stages, and they use factors of angel investors or venture capital, which are similar investors, and are still in the stage of analyzing importance and priority through empirical research. Therefore, this study verified for the first time in Korea the discrimination and effectiveness of investment determinants using accelerator investment determinants developed based on the business model innovation framework in previous studies. To this end, we first set the criteria for success and failure of startup investment based on scale-up theory and conducted a survey of 22 investment experts from 14 accelerators in Korea, and secured valid data on a total of 97 startups, including 52 successful scale-up startups and 45 failed scale-up startups, were obtained and an independent sample t-test was conducted to verify the mean difference between these two groups by accelerator investment determinants. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that the investment determinants of accelerators based on business model innovation framework have considerable discrimination in finding successful startups and making investment decisions. In addition, as a result of analyzing manufacturing-related startups and service-related startups considering the characteristics of innovation by industry, manufacturing-related startups differed in business model, strategy, and dynamic capability factors, while service-related startups differed in dynamic capabilities. This study has great academic implications in that it verified the practical effectiveness of accelerator investment determinants derived based on business model innovation framework for the first time in Korea, and it has high practical value in that it can make effective investments by providing theoretical grounds and detailed information for investment decisions.

The domestic market of CM at Risk has not been activated yet. It was analyzed duo to the fact that construction owners didn't have confidence in CM at Risk, because of the concerns regarding CM firms reliability, service, specialty, system and feasibility. Therefore, this study analyzed the problems to find the reason for declines in orders through a business diagnosis based on the Business Model Canvas(BMC) and set up the direction of business model improvement with one on one expert interviews. Additionally, we suggested the sub-activities for the business model improvements of CM at Risk service that are divided into 9 building blocks. Through this method, we determined that we would need preceding innovation activities such as good communication with customers, reinforcement of subcontract and excellence in project operations to convert the successful practice and settlement of the CM business model based in BMC. It is expected that the business model suggested from this study would contribute to improvement of CM at Risk competition and the differentiation strategy when compared with other firms. Also, it would be used a basis data to develop CM at Risk business model in the future.

본 연구는 대화형 인공지능 스피커의 수요 증진을 위한 새로운 비즈니스 전략 제시를 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 해당 IoT기기 소비자의 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 선정하여 집중적으로 고찰하고 각 요인 사이에 어떤 상관관계가 존재하는지 실증적으로 분석하고자 하였다. 사용 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 기기 사용에 대한 안전성이 확보 되었음을 의미하는 안전에 대한 신뢰도와 기술적 흐름에 따른 시대적 압박, 기기 사용으로부터 발생하는 쾌락적 동기와 실용적 동기, 기기의 혁신성으로부터 오는 차별적 동기를 고려하였다. 본 연구의 수행을 통해 모든 요인은 각각 소비자의 사용 의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며 특히 차별화 욕구와 쾌락적 동기, 실용적 동기 간에는 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있을 것으로 나타낼 것으로 기대된다. 더불어, 본 연구의 핵심 연구 요인인 시대적 압박 요인의 경우 안전에 대한 신뢰도와 사용 의도에 있어 정의 영향을 주지만 차별화 욕구와 실용적 동기와는 음의 상관관계를 보일 것으로 예상된다. 본 연구는 일반적인 연구 모델에서 취급되는 주요 요인들과 더불어 시대적 압박이라는 새로운 요인을 제시하고 그 영향력을 논증하여 융합형 기술에 기반한 새로운 비즈니스 전략을 제시할 수 있다는 점에서 가치를 갖는다

미국 Intel사, Andy Grove 회장이 말했듯이 '기업들이 예외 없이 인터넷 사업에 나서고 있어 향후 5년 후면 따로 Internet 기업이라는 단어를 쓸 필요가 없어질 것이다. 그 때쯤이면 인터넷 영역에서의 상권을 놓고 관련 기업들이 치열한 경쟁을 벌일 것이며 승자가 기존 업체들을 인수하게 될 것이다' 라고 말했듯이 최근에 e-business가 많은 각광을 받고 있는데, 그 이유는 Internet으로 전 세계가 연결이 되고, 사회 전반의 틀이 변화하면서 정보의 도달성과 충실성의 추구가 동시에 가능해졌으며, 고객의 욕구가 단순화된 제품군에서 복잡 다변화된 제품군으로 변화하고 있다. 따라서 빠른 의사결정과 효율적인 제조환경 구축이 요구되면서 Product Life cycle도 단축이 되었으며 e-Business는 급변하는 디지털 경영환경에서 기업의 경쟁력 확보와 경영혁신의 방안으로 그 필요성이 많이 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 e-business 모델의 성공 및 실패 사례들을 심도 있게 고찰해 본 후 디지털 환경의 발달에 기인한 새로운 경영혁신을 위한 e-business의 성공모델에 대해서 그 전략들을 제시해보고자 한다.

Nowaday, management of research and development(R&D) projects is focused on promotion of performance-centric R&D by market and customer-oriented R&D and commercialization, and this tendency is also appeared in national R&D projects. For the commercialization of R&D outcomes, market demand-centric R&D, establishment of commercialization plan in R&D planning and carrying out phase, and communication with external stakeholders are needed, and these activities can be performed more effectively by developing business model. However, systematical procedure for developing business model in national R&D environment haven't suggested by prior researches. Therefore, we propose a business model development system that is reflect characteristics of national R&D environment and perspectives of technology researchers and commercialization experts. Research result is expected to be usefully applied as a guideline for developing business model in national R&D projects.

This study analyzed the policy decision process of the International Science Business Belt (ISBB) applying multiple stream model combining Kingdon (2013) and Howlett et al. (2014) models. We looked at what socio-political factors influenced the process and sought to find ways to promote the project of ISBB and the policy of basic science in the future. As a concrete analysis, the policy decision process was divided into policy, policy formation, and implementation policy, and the streams of problem, process, policy and politics, policy window, and policy participant were used as variables. As a result of the analysis, the stream of politics and the role of the policy-entrepreneur played an important role in the policy decision process. Politicians and government officials were more involved than the scientists.
