본 연구에서는 인터넷 비즈니스를 통해 획득할 수 있는 수익을 규명하고, 사례조사를 통하여 거래유형별로 나타나는 수익구조의 차이를 제시한다. 거래의 유형에 따라 사례연구를 통해 수익구조를 살펴본 결과는 거래유형에 따라 수익구조가 서로 다르게 나타나고 있음을 보이고 있다. 이는 거래유형별로 수익원이 각기 다름을 의미하며 비즈니스 모델별로 적합한 수익구조를 구성할 수 있음을 의미한다. 그리고 수익구조를 구성하고 있는 수익들간의 관계를 분석함으로써 획득하고자 하는 수익과 그에 선행하여 획득하여야 하는 수익을 연결시켰다. 이와 같은 결과를 통해 인터넷 비즈니스를 전개하고 있는 기업에서는 획득하고자 하는 수익과 그에 필요한 적절한 수익구조를 구성하는데 가이드라인으로 사용될 수 있을 것이다.

ebXML(Electronic Business XML) is a global eBusiness framework standard which provides solutions to interoperability problem between heterogeneous eBusiness systems. ebXML framework includes Business Process Specification, Core Components, Registry/Repository and Messaging Service as its major components. Based on this framework, ebXML business transactions are executed by exchanging appropriate business documents as specified in Business Process Specification. And required business documents are generated by assembling Core Components at the Business Process design time. In this paper, we present technical architecture of ebXML framework and Core Component technology, and then explain design and implementation issues of ebXML business document generation tool.

ebXML은 e비즈니스를 위한 글로벌 표준으로서 그 동안 기업간 협력의 가장 큰 장애물로 여겨졌던 정보 시스템의 이질성을 극복할 수 있는 대안을 제시하는 기술이다. ebXML에서는 전체적인 프레임워크를 구성하는 주요 요소로서 거래 절차를 기술하는 비즈니스 프로세스, 거래에 이용되는 공통의 용어와 그 의미를 정의하고 있는 핵심 컴포넌트, 거래에 필요한 정보를 저장하고 검색하는 레지스트리, 거래 문서의 전송을 위한 메시징 서비스 등을 정외하고 있다. 이러한 구조를 기반으로 ebXML에서의 거래 절차는 비즈니스 프로세스에서 요구하고 있는 다양한 비즈니스 문서의 교환에 의해서 수행되며. 이때 필요만 비즈니스 문서의 모델은 핵심 컴포넌트를 기반으로 저작된다. 본 논문에서는 우선 ebXML 핵심 컴포넌트 기술 전반에 대하여 살펴보고, 이를 기반으로 비즈니스 프로세스의 수행에 필요한 비즈니스 문서를 생성하는 시스템의 설계 및 구현에 대해 설명한다.

Recent lifeline with Internet and smart-phone is a new ICT-based revolution that has transformed the structure of economics and business activities in digital economy. This paper deals with some economic perspectives on the conceptual concerns on transaction costs and its applications to energy and environments, and glocalization strategies of e-business. First, we consider substantial differences between offline and online channel transactions and categorize three different aspects of transaction costs in the purchasing process in both channels. Second, we examine the impacts of e-business that affect sustainable environments and provide some considerations on energy savings, product-process design, and logistics. Finally, we present some opportunities and challenges posted by global e-business and outline the economics of networking in achieving enhanced performance and competitive advantage through glocalization strategies of e-business.

B2B registries provide spaces to register and retrieve information which is necessary to support B2B transactions among business partners or potential business partners. Business process specifications are one of important contents in B2B registries, and there is high complexity of representation due to complex and dynamic characteristics of business processes. Also, currently there exist several competing specification frameworks such as ebXML BPSS, WSBPEL, BPMN, and so on. This paper proposes a metadata schema to register business process specifications which are represented by different specification frameworks. The proposed schema has extensibility to register business process specifications which are represented by various different specification frameworks. Also, it extends reuse level from whole business specification processes to their components. To show the usefulness of the proposed schema, this paper demonstrates metadata extraction from business process specifications which are represented by two representative XML-based business process specification languages, ebXML BPSS and WSBPEL.

본 논문은 인터넷 환경에서의 전자 비즈니스(E-Business) 상황에서 거래 주체들(Trading Partner)간에 교환되어 지는 비즈니스 문서 양식을 생성하기 위해 연구되어 졌다. 기존의 종이 형태 또는 특정 포맷을 갖는 문서 양식이 갖는 문제점은 많은 단계의 제작 과정과 그에 따른 고 비용의 문제, 거래 파트너간의 문서 교환을 통한 상호 운용성(Interoperability)을 확보 할 수 없는 문제들을 가지고 있다. 이에, 인터넷 문서 표준인 XML(extensible Markup Language)과 그 표현을 위한 XSL(extensible Stylesheet Language) 문서를 이용하여 비즈니스 DTD 문서를 기반으로 한 XML 폼 생성기(Form Generator)를 개발하였으며, 그 결과인 폼 XML 문서를 XSL 문서를 이용하여 기존 웹 상에서 이용할 수 있는 HTML 문서로 생성하고, 사용자 입력을 통해서 비즈니스 DTD 문서 구조에 유효한 비즈니스 XML 메시지를 작성할 수 있도록 설계 구현하였다.

최근 인터넷 전자 상거래 시장의 급속한 성장과 발전은 웹어플리케이션 기술을 이용해 기업이 제공하는 서비스를 명세하고 이를 통한 기업간 서비스 연동 플렛폼 구축에 대한 관심으로 확대되고 있다. 인터넷을 기반으로한 전자 거래 협업을 위한 표준 기술로써 ebXML은 기업간 거래 프로세스를 모델링하여 공용 저장소에 등록하고 이를 토대로 기업간 협업을 명세하여 거래 비즈니스 프로세스의 수행을 자동화 시켜주는 기술이다. e-Logistics 비즈니스 프로세스 자동화 시스템은 ebXML 표준스팩을 기반으로 하여 기업간 전자 물류 거래 프로세스를 모델링하고 협업명세 정보와 연관된 비즈니스 프로세스를 해석하여 수행을 자동화하여 이들의 진행 상태와 수행결과에 대한 모니터링 정보를 제공한다. 비즈니스 상태 모니터링 도구는 e-Logistics 플랫폼과 EJB Framework 환경을 바탕으로 설계 및 구현 되었으며 비즈니스 프로세스의 원활한 수행에 필요한 상태 모니터링 정보와 거래 문서의 송수신 기능을 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 ebXML 비즈니스 프로세스 상태 모니터링을 위한 모니터링 도구의 시스템 구조와 주요 기능을 언급하고 설계 요구사항 및 클래스 구조도를 제시한다. 또한 BPMS 엔진 컴포넌트 모듈과의 연동 시나리오 및 구현된 사용자 인터페이스에 대해서 기술한다.

최근 전세계적으로 B2B 시장의 규모가 커짐에 따라 기업들간의 e-비즈니스를 실현하기 위한 환경 구축 및 e-비즈니스 솔루션의 필요성이 증대하고 있다. 기업간의 전자거래는 둘 이상의 거래 파트너들간에 이루어지는 정보의 등록, 메시지 및 문서 교환 등을 기반으로 이루어지는 것으로 거래의 기반이 되는 e-비즈니스 솔루션들간의 상호운용성이 가장 핵심이라 할 수 있다. 이러한 상호 운용성은 e-비즈니스 프레임워크에 대한 표준의 정립을 기점으로 표준에 적합한 e-비즈니스 솔루션의 구현, 도입 및 활용에 의해서 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 e-비즈니스 솔루션의 상호운용성 확보를 위한 기반이 되는 e-비즈니스 솔루션에 대한 표준적합성 테스트의 필요성을 제시하고, 실제로 테스트 환경을 구축하기 위한 방안을 제시한다. 그리고 더 나아가 e-비즈니스 솔루션의 표준적 합성 테스트 환경이 인증 체계로 발전하기 위한 절차를 보여준다.

In terms of B2B, business partners require works that define their ability to operate business collaboration. The document outlining collaboration is the basis of improving the system of business partner and its interoperability. In addition, the definition of business interaction that is bastd on the documents demonstrating inter-cooperation of business companies is needed to function interoperability properly, and business trading is performed depending on the documents that define reciprocal action of collaboration. In ebXML, CPP(Collaboration-Protocol Profile) defines one business parter's technical capabilities to engage in electronic business collaborations with other partners by exchanging electronic messages. A CPA(Collaboration-Protocol Agreement) documents the technical agreement between two partners to engage in electronic business collaboration. In this paper, 1 draw up a plan for a system that deals with business collaboration document to ameliorate the interoperability of B2B companies.
